Abstract
防水垢蒸汽电熨斗底板，是在带气孔的熨斗底板
3上有一个可卸下的蒸发池2。当水垢堵塞时，只需
旋下螺钉1，卸下蒸发池清除水垢即可。该装置构思
巧妙，结构简单，成本低，能有效地解决水垢堵塞问
题。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种防水垢的蒸汽电熨斗底板。
国产蒸汽电熨斗大多数都存在着积水垢太多导致无蒸汽的缺陷。其原因主要是蒸发池积累了大量水垢，以致水无法滴入蒸发池或水垢堵塞蒸汽排出的通道，而蒸发池又与电熨斗底板连为一个整体，所以无法清除水垢。为了解决这个问题，有些外国产的电熨斗将蒸发池移到底板的前半部分，这样做虽然能清除一部分水垢，但效果不太好，仍有水垢堵塞的现象，且排气孔都在底板前半部分，排气量很小，后半部分又容易熨坏衣料。
本实用新型的任务就是针对上述蒸汽电熨斗存在的不足，提供一种改进的蒸汽电熨斗底板，它能有效地防止水垢堵塞的现象。
本实用新型的任务是这样实现的：将蒸发池与熨斗底板分别制作，并用螺钉将它们连接在一起。当水垢堵塞时只需旋下螺钉，卸下蒸发池清理干净水垢就行了。
这种防水垢蒸汽电熨斗底板，构思巧妙，结构简单，成本低，并能有效地防止水垢堵塞。

防水垢蒸汽电熨斗底板，包括带气孔的熨斗底板3，底板上用螺钉1连接一个可卸下的蒸发池2。用熨斗熨衣服时，如遇水垢堵塞影响蒸汽排除时，只需旋下螺钉1，将蒸发池2卸下来清除水垢即可。

1、一种防水垢蒸汽电熨斗底板，包括带气孔的熨斗底板(3)，其特征在于：底板上用螺钉(1)连接一个可卸下的蒸发池(2)。
