The utility model provides a cleaning system 100.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning system 100 is used for a vehicle, the vehicle includes a vehicle body and a high-voltage ballast 200 disposed on the vehicle body, and a high-voltage electrical component 210 is disposed in the high-voltage ballast 200. The cleaning system 100 includes an air cylinder 110 and a cleaning line 120, the air cylinder 110 being fixed to a vehicle body for storing high-pressure gas. The cleaning pipeline 120 has an inlet end communicating with the air tank 110 and an outlet end communicating with the hyperbaric chamber 200 to guide the high-pressure cleaning gas in the air tank 110 into the hyperbaric chamber 200, thereby blowing off the dust on the surface of the high-voltage electric components 210.
In particular, in order to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle, a plurality of high-voltage electrical components 210 are generally disposed on the vehicle, especially a commercial vehicle, such as a bus. A special high-voltage cabin 200 is disposed on a body of a general bus for placing some high-voltage electrical components 210, so as to facilitate centralized installation, protection, maintenance, cleaning, etc. of the high-voltage electrical components 210. And the hyperbaric chamber 200 is generally provided at the rear of the vehicle body. Along with the construction and development of modern cities, buses become movable business cards of all cities gradually, and public transport companies in all regions pay great attention to the inside and outside cleaning and sanitary environment of the vehicles. According to the requirements of public transport companies in all places and the requirement of the vehicles after being recovered from factories, the whole vehicles need to be cleaned and sanitarily operated, and for cleaning the hyperbaric chamber 200 at the rear part of the vehicles, because various high-voltage electrical components 210 are arranged in the hyperbaric chamber 200, the high-voltage electrical components 210 have higher voltage, if the traditional contact type cleaning is adopted, electric shock accidents are easy to happen, and much inconvenience is brought to the cleaning work. To solve the above problems, the current general solution is: the sealing between the high-pressure cabin 200 and the door 220 is strengthened (for example, a sealing plate is additionally arranged around the cabin wall, a sealing rubber strip is additionally arranged at the opening part of the door 220, and the like). According to the scheme, dust can be prevented from entering the cabin and the surfaces of the high-voltage electrical components 210 only in a short time, but after the vehicle runs for a long time, the pipeline hole sealing rings and the cabin door 220 sealing strips are aged, and the dust cannot be prevented from falling on the surfaces of the high-voltage electrical components 210 in the cabin.
