For convenience of description, when the present invention relates to a direction, it is described in a state that the hydraulic module is normally installed, wherein, in a horizontal direction, one side far from the wall is defined as a front side, and one side near the wall is defined as a rear side.
In the illustrated embodiment, the main body 200 is a split structure and is formed by splicing a plurality of plate members, specifically, the main body 200 includes a top plate 210, side plates 220, a bottom plate 230 and a rear cover plate 240, the top plate 210 and the bottom plate 230 are respectively located at the top end and the bottom end of the main body 200, the two side plates 220 are arranged and connected between the top plate 210 and the bottom plate 230 and are oppositely arranged, the two side plates 220 are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the main body 200, and the rear cover plate 240 is located at the rear side of the main body 200 and is connected with the top plate 210, the side plates 220 and the bottom plate 230. It should be noted that the plate members of the main body member 200 can be fixed by screw fastening, clamping, etc.
In the embodiment, the panel 100 and the main body 200 are connected by a snap-fit hanging manner, wherein the panel 100 includes a first hanging portion 110 and a second hanging portion 120, and in the illustrated embodiment, the first hanging portion 110 and the second hanging portion 120 are both disposed on a side of the panel 100 facing the main body 200, that is, a rear side. The hanging portion of the panel 100 can be understood as a protruding structure protruding from the main body portion of the panel 100, which can be at least partially inserted or penetrated into the corresponding groove and abut against the groove wall of the groove to form a limiting relationship, so as to at least limit the displacement of the panel 100 and the main body 200 along the up-down direction, of course, part of the hanging portion can also be used for limiting the displacement of the panel 100 and the main body 200 along the front-back direction, which will be explained in the following embodiments. The hanging part may be independent of the panel 100, or may be a part of the panel 100.
Accordingly, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the main body member 200 has a first slot 250 and a second slot 260 for cooperating with the first hanging portion 110 and the second hanging portion 120, and when the panel 100 is coupled to the main body member 200, the first hanging portion 110 is hung in the first slot 250 and the second hanging portion 120 is hung in the second slot 260. In this embodiment, the panel 100 can move to a first position and a second position respectively relative to the main body 200 along an upward direction, in the first position, the first hanging part 110 can be separated from the first groove 250, in the second position, the second hanging part 120 can be separated from the second groove 260, and the second position is higher than the first position, so that after the first hanging part 110 is separated from the first groove 250, it is still required to move upward for a certain distance to reach the second position, in other words, in the process that the first hanging part 110 is separated from the first groove 250 and is moved upward to the second position after being separated, the second hanging part 120 is not separated from the second groove 260, even if the panel 100 is separated from the control of an operator at this time, the panel 100 can still be hung on the main body 200 through the second hanging part 120, and the panel 100 is prevented from falling.
It should be noted that when the main body member 200 is formed by splicing a plurality of boards, the first and second slots 250 and 260 may be disposed on boards capable of forming a mating relationship with the panel 100, such as the top board 210, the side board 220, and the like.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4 and 6, the second slot 260 is disposed at the top end of the body member 200, such as on the top plate 210. Correspondingly, the second hanging portion 120 is also disposed at the top end of the panel 100, such that the center of gravity of the panel 100 is lower than the second hanging portion 120, if the position of the second hanging portion 120 is lower than the center of gravity, when the panel 100 and the main body 200 are connected only through the second hanging portion 120 and the second groove 260, the panel 100 may be flipped to drive the second hanging portion 120 to be separated from the second groove 260, and the problem can be effectively improved by disposing the second hanging portion 120 at the top end of the panel 100.
The second slot 260 has an upward opening, so that the second hanging part 120 can be separated from the second slot 260 or enter the second slot 260 by moving the second hanging part 120 upward and downward, and the operation is convenient, it can be understood that the operation is more convenient and more convenient, the panel 100 can be controlled by an operator more conveniently, and the probability of the panel 100 falling off the hand is reduced.
When the second hanging portion 120 is disposed at the top end of the panel 100 and the second slot 260 is disposed at the top end of the main body member 200, in some embodiments, the second hanging portion 120 and the second slot 260 may be formed by bending. Specifically, the top end of the panel 100 is bent to form the second hanging portion 120, and the bent shape is as shown in fig. 4, for better clarity, a wall with a large area for closing the main body 200 on the panel 100 is named as a first wall, and the top end of the first wall is connected with a bent edge which is bent three times, and the bent edge forms the second hanging portion 120. In this embodiment, the whole panel 100 can be formed by bending a sheet metal part, so that the panel is convenient to process, and the bent edge can also increase the strength of the panel 100.
The second groove 260 of the present embodiment is formed on the top plate 210, and specifically, the front end of the top plate 210 is bent to define the second groove 260, for the sake of clarity, a wall with a larger volume on the top plate 210 is named as a second wall, and the front end of the second wall is connected with a bent edge that is bent three times, and the bent edge defines the second groove 260. In this embodiment, the top plate 210 can be integrally formed by bending a sheet metal part, so that the processing is convenient, and the bending edge can also increase the strength of the top plate 210.
It should be noted that, the number of bending times of the bending edge in this embodiment is only an example, and it may be adjusted as needed, for example, to avoid scratching a human body by the inclined wall located at the foremost side of the top plate 210 in fig. 4, the inclined wall may also be bent to eliminate a sharp edge on the top plate 210.
When the second hooking part 120 is disposed at the top end of the panel 100 and the second slot 260 is disposed at the top end of the main body member 200, the second slot 260 is disposed to be inclined toward the slot wall 261 of the panel 100, and thus, the width of the second slot 260 is gradually increased in an upward direction, so that sufficient space is formed for the second hooking part 120 to rotate in the second slot 260 or to move in a front-to-back direction, that is, the panel 100 can rotate in a certain range or move in a front-to-back direction with respect to the main body member 200, so that the first hooking part 110 can be withdrawn from the first slot 250, and a detailed description will be given later in conjunction with specific structures of the first hooking part 110 and the first slot 250.
As a specific way of implementing the above-mentioned solution, when the second groove 260 is defined by the bending side in the foregoing embodiment, the wall of the foremost side of the bending side may be set as an inclined wall by adjusting the bending angle, so that the second groove 260 having the gradually increasing width can be formed and the processing is easy.
In some embodiments, the first hooking part 110 can be used for limiting the position of the panel 100 and the main body 200 in the front-rear direction in addition to the vertical position in cooperation with the first groove 250, so as to fix the panel 100 in cooperation with a threaded fastener such as a screw, thereby reducing the gap between the panel 100 and the main body 200. To accommodate this fit and facilitate operator manipulation, a first slot 250 is provided on the front side of the body member 200. After assembly, the first hanging part 110 penetrates through the first groove 250, and the first hanging part 110 abuts against the inner side wall of the part provided with the first groove 250, and the first wall of the panel 100 abuts against the outer side wall of the part provided with the first groove 250, so that the front and back limiting can be realized.
Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 7, the main body 200 includes the side plate 220, the front side of the side plate 220 has a connecting portion, for convenience of description, a wall with a larger area on the side plate 220 is named a third wall, the connecting portion of the side plate 220 is named a first connecting portion 221, and the first connecting portion 221 and the third wall are connected to form an integral structure, for example, the first connecting portion may be a bent edge formed by bending the side plate 220, so that the strength of the side plate 220 can be increased. It should be noted that the number of times of bending the first connection portion 221 is not limited in this embodiment.
The first connecting portion 221 is provided with the first groove 250, and referring to fig. 4, the first hanging portion 110 has a limiting surface 111 abutting against a rear side surface of the first connecting portion 221 (that is, an inner wall surface of the first connecting portion 221), when the panel 100 is assembled to the main body 200, most of the first hanging portion 110 passes through the first connecting portion 221 and is located at a rear side of the first connecting portion 221, the first wall of the panel 100 is located at a front side of the first connecting portion 221, and the first connecting portion 221 is clamped between the first wall and the first hanging portion 110 to be limited. The first hooking part 110 may be a bent edge formed by bending and perpendicular to the first wall.
As described above, when the panel 100 is removed in this embodiment, the first connection portion 221 needs to move in the front-back direction in addition to moving upward to be separated from the first slot 250, and the movement of the first connection portion 221 in the front-back direction can be generally realized by moving the panel 100 in the front-back direction or rotating the panel 100 around a horizontal axis, and the width of the second slot 260 is set to gradually increase in the upward direction in order to adapt to the movement or rotation of the panel 100, so that when the panel 100 moves upward to the first position, the second hanging portion 120 is still located in the second slot 260, but has a larger gap with the slot wall of the second slot 260, and the slot wall of the second slot 260 is prevented from interfering with the second hanging portion 120 during the movement or rotation of the panel 100.
Based on the foregoing structure, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, at least one of the bottom front side, the bottom rear side and the top rear side of the first hooking part 110 is provided with a guide surface, and the guide surface may include an arc surface or an inclined surface. For convenience of description, the guide surfaces are sequentially named as a first guide surface 112, a second guide surface 113 and a third guide surface 114, the first guide surface 112 is disposed at a front side of a bottom end of the first hanging part 110, and when the first hanging part 110 needs to be inserted through the first groove 250 from a rear side of the first connecting part 221 to detach the panel 100, the first guide surface 112 can contact with a lower edge of the first groove 250, so that the first hanging part 110 is guided out of the first groove 250. As shown in the figure, the limiting surface 111 and the first guiding surface 112 are located on the same side of the first hanging part 110 as the second guiding surface 113, and the second guiding surface 113 is connected to the lower side of the limiting surface 111.
The second guide surface 113 is disposed at the rear side of the bottom end of the first hooking part 110, and when the first hooking part 110 needs to be inserted through the first groove 250 from the front side of the first connecting part 221 to assemble the panel 100, the second guide surface 113 can contact with the lower edge of the first groove 250, so as to guide the first hooking part 110 into the first groove 250.
The third guide surface 114 is disposed at the rear side of the top end of the first hanging part 110, and as described above, when the first hanging part 110 is separated from the first groove 250, it needs to move upward and forward, and in this process, the third guide surface 114 can contact with the upper edge of the first groove 250 to guide the first hanging part 110 out of the first groove 250, and in addition, when the first hanging part 110 needs to pass through the first groove 250 from the front side of the first connecting part 221 to assemble the panel 100, the third guide surface 114 can also contact with the upper edge of the first groove 250 to guide the first hanging part 110 out of the first groove 250.
It can be understood that, when the panel 100 is installed or removed, the panel 100 shields the connection part between the panel 100 and the main body 200, so that the operator is usually difficult to directly observe the connection part, and the guide surface can facilitate the operator to assemble and disassemble the connection part when the line of sight is blocked, thereby reducing the operation difficulty.
It should be noted that one or more of the above-mentioned guide surfaces may be provided on the first hooking portion 110, and in the illustrated embodiment, the first hooking portion 110 has the first guide surface 112, the second guide surface 113 and the third guide surface 114 at the same time, so that the guide function is realized during the moving in and out of the first groove 250.
Based on the foregoing structure, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the width of the gap between the limiting surface 111 and the rear side surface of the first connection portion 221 in the front-rear direction is less than or equal to 0.3mm, and the gap between the panel 100 and the side plate 220 may be reduced.
Based on the foregoing structure, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the extending length of the limiting surface 111 along the vertical direction is greater than or equal to 3mm, which can ensure the minimum contact length between the limiting surface 111 and the first connection portion 221 along the vertical direction, thereby ensuring the limiting effect of the first hanging-connection portion 110 and preventing the first hanging-connection portion 110 from separating from the first groove 250 due to factors such as vibration.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, 9, fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the case assembly of an embodiment, wherein the cross-section is parallel to the top plate of the case assembly. When the main body member 200 includes the side plate 220, one of the side plate 220 and the panel 100 has a guide groove extending in the up-down direction, and the other has a guide portion slidably disposed in the guide groove to guide the panel 100 in the up-down movement. In particular in the figures. The side plate 220 has a guide groove 222, the panel 100 has a guide portion 130, wherein the guide groove 222 can be defined by a bent edge on the side plate 220, for example, the first connecting portion 221 is formed by bending for multiple times, the guide groove 222 is defined by the first connecting portion 221, so the first connecting portion 221 can set the first groove 250 to match with the first hanging portion 110 to fix the panel 100, and can also set the guide groove 222 to match with the guide portion 130 to guide the panel 100, and can also play a role in reinforcing the side plate 220, and can be formed only by a bending process, and the processing cost is low.
The guide portion 130 may be formed by bending, for example, a side edge of the panel 100 is bent to form the guide portion 130, which is easy to process and can increase the strength of the panel 100. In some embodiments, the first hooking part 110 may also be disposed on the guide part 130, that is, only a bending process is needed to form the guide part 130 and the first hooking part 110.
In some embodiments, in order to fix the panel 100 and the main body 200, the case assembly further includes a fastener, not shown, in the conventional case assembly, the fastener is exposed to the outside to affect the appearance, and in the present embodiment, the concealed installation of the fastener is performed to improve the problem, specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 10, the main body 200 includes a bottom plate 230, the bottom plate 230 includes a bottom wall 231 and a supporting portion 232 disposed at the upper side of the bottom wall 231, an installation space is formed between the supporting portion 232 and the bottom wall 231, the bottom wall 231 is provided with a first through hole 233, the supporting portion 232 is provided with a second through hole 234, the first through hole 233 and the second through hole 234 are coaxially disposed, and the aperture of the first through hole 233 is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the fastener, so that the fastener can pass through the first through hole 233.
The lower end of the panel 100 is provided with a connection part, which is named as a second connection part 140 for convenience of description, and a screw hole 141 is fixed on the second connection part 140 at a position corresponding to the through hole 233. The supporting portion 232 supports the second connecting portion 140, the first through hole 233 and the second through hole 234 are aligned with the threaded hole 141, the fastener can pass through the first through hole 233 and the second through hole 234 and be in threaded connection with the threaded hole 141 on the second connecting portion 140, so that the panel 100 and the bottom plate 230 are fixed, and after the assembly, the end portion of the fastener can be hidden in the installation space between the supporting portion 232 and the bottom wall 231.
