Alternatively, in the example of fig. 4 and 5, the fifth flanging part 232 may be formed by extending downward an end edge of the third frame plate 23 adjacent to the fourth frame plate 24, the number of the supporting parts 242 may be two, and the two supporting parts 242 may be arranged at intervals along the length direction of the fifth flanging part 232, so that the bottom end of the fifth flanging part 232 can be stably supported on the supporting parts 242, and good limiting of the third frame plate 23 is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the window machine 100 includes the first heat exchanger 4, the first heat exchanger 4 is disposed on one side (for example, the left side in fig. 1) of the second frame plate 22 far away from the box side plate 33, and the distance between the first heat exchanger 4 and the box side plate 33 is 5mm to 10mm, so that a suitable distance is provided between the first heat exchanger 4 and the box side plate 33, heat transfer between the first heat exchanger 4 and the electronic control box 3 is effectively reduced, normal operation of the electronic control box 3 is prevented from being affected by heat transfer between the first heat exchanger 4 and the electronic control box 3, and safe and reliable use of the electronic control box 3 is ensured.
For example, in the example of fig. 3, the first heat exchanger 4 may be vertically arranged, the first heat exchanger 4 may include a plurality of heat exchange tubes each of which may extend in the left-right direction, two heat exchange tubes may be connected by a U-shaped connection tube therebetween, and the distance between the first heat exchanger 4 and the cartridge-side plate 33 may refer to the spaced distance between the U-shaped connection tube of the side of the first heat exchanger 4 close to the cartridge-side plate 33 (e.g., the right side in fig. 3) and the cartridge-side plate 33 to effectively prevent heat transfer between the first heat exchanger 4 and the electronic control cartridge 3. Wherein the distance between the first heat exchanger 4 and the cassette side plate 33 may be selected to be 7mm, 8mm, or the like.
It can be understood that the window air conditioner 100 may further include a second heat exchanger, and the second heat exchanger and the first heat exchanger 4 may form a refrigerant circulation system of the window air conditioner 100, so as to achieve functions of the window air conditioner 100, such as conditioning indoor air.
Optionally, in the examples of fig. 1 to 4, the first heat exchanger 4 is an indoor heat exchanger of the window air conditioner 100, the electronic control box 3 is disposed at an indoor side, the window air conditioner 100 may have a control panel, a user may control operation of the window air conditioner 100 through the control panel, a distance between the electronic control box 3 and the control panel of the window air conditioner 100 is short, routing between the electronic control box 3 and the control panel may be reduced, routing between the electronic control box 3 and the control panel is facilitated, and operation convenience of the user is improved. For example, a manipulation panel may be provided on a side (e.g., a front side in fig. 1) of the box outer panel 31 remote from the fourth shelf 24, and a knob corresponding to the electronic control box 3 may be provided on the manipulation panel for user operation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the window machine 100 may include the indoor side panel 51, the indoor side panel 51 is provided with the air outlet 511, the air return opening 512 and the electric control portion 513, and the electric control box 3 is provided in the inner side of the electric control portion 513 with being drawable along the inner and outer direction, so that the user can debug, inspect and the like the electric control box 3 indoors, and the operation is convenient. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the air outlet 511 and the air return 512 may be arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, the electric control portion 513 may be disposed below the air outlet 511, the electric control box 3 may be correspondingly disposed at the rear side of the electric control portion 513, and the electric control box 3 may be drawn in the front-back direction, so as to ensure that the electric control box 3 has a large mounting and dismounting space and an operation space.
The window machine 100 may further include an indoor side fan component 52, the indoor side fan component 52 includes an air duct piece 521 and a wind wheel, the air duct piece 521 may define an air duct 5210, the wind wheel may be disposed in the air duct 5210, the air duct piece 521 may be mounted on the chassis 1, and the air duct piece 521 includes a plastic air casing seat 5211 and an air duct foam 5212 which are assembled and connected, so that the structural strength of the air duct piece 521 is ensured, and the weight of the air duct piece 521 is reduced. Frame 2 and wind channel piece 521 location fit are convenient for realize the injectment of frame 2, are favorable to promoting frame 2's installation effectiveness, and frame 2 installs on chassis 1 and wind channel piece 521, are favorable to frame 2, wind channel piece 521 and chassis 1 to constitute stable in structure's whole, have guaranteed window machine 100's structural stability.
For example, in the example of fig. 2 and 3, the air duct 521 may be fixedly mounted directly on the chassis 1, the frame 2 may include a first portion and a second portion connected to each other, the first portion may be mounted on the air duct 521, and the second portion may be mounted on the chassis 1; the first portion may be formed with a positioning flange 233, the air duct member 521 may be formed with a limiting portion 5211a, and the positioning flange 233 may extend along a surface of the limiting portion 5211a to abut against the limiting portion 5211a, so as to limit the frame 2 and facilitate assembly.
Other constructions and operations of the window machine 100 according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The window machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail in a specific embodiment with reference to fig. 1 to 6. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended as a specific limitation on the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the window machine 100 includes a chassis 1, a frame 2, an electric control box 3, a first heat exchanger 4, an indoor side panel 51, and an indoor side fan part 52. The chassis 1 comprises a chassis bottom plate 11 and a chassis side edge 12, wherein the chassis side edge 12 is formed by extending upwards from the edge of the chassis bottom plate 11. A part of the frame 2 (for example, a first shelf 21 and a fourth shelf 24 hereinafter) is directly mounted to the chassis 1, a part (for example, a second shelf 22 and a third shelf 23 hereinafter) is indirectly mounted to the chassis 1, a drawing space 100a and a drawing opening 100b are defined between the frame 2 and the chassis 1, the drawing opening 100b is formed at a front side of the drawing space 100a, and the drawing opening 100b communicates with the drawing space 100a, and the electronic control box 3 is drawably provided in the drawing space 100a by the drawing opening 100 b.
The indoor side panel 51 is provided with an air outlet 511, an air return inlet 512 and an electric control part 513, and the electric control box 3 is arranged at the inner side of the electric control part 513 in a drawing way along the inner and outer directions; the indoor side fan component 52 comprises an air duct piece 521 and a wind wheel, the air duct piece 521 limits an air duct 5210, the wind wheel is arranged in the air duct 5210, the air duct piece 521 is installed on the chassis 1, the air duct piece 521 comprises a plastic air casing seat 5211 and air duct foam 5212 which are assembled and connected, and the plastic air casing seat 5211 is positioned on the front side of the air duct foam 5212; the positioning flanging part 233 is formed on the frame 2, the limiting part 5211a is formed on the plastic wind shell seat 5211, and the positioning flanging part 233 can extend along the upper surface of the limiting part 5211a to be abutted against the limiting part 5211a, so that the positioning matching of the frame 2 and the wind channel piece 521 is realized. Wherein, the motor driving the wind wheel to rotate can be arranged at the outdoor side, and the noise transmitted to the indoor side by the window machine 100 is reduced.
The first heat exchanger 4 is mounted on the plastic wind shell seat 5211, the plastic wind shell seat 5211 is provided with a water receiving portion 5211b and a water draining portion 5211c, the water receiving portion 5211b is communicated with the water draining portion 5211c, the water receiving portion 5211b is located below the first heat exchanger 4 to collect condensed water and the like, water and the like collected by the water receiving portion 5211b can flow to the water draining portion 5211c, and the free end of the water draining portion 5211c can sequentially penetrate through the plastic wind shell seat 5211 and the air duct foam 5212 to extend towards the outdoor side, so that water can be drained conveniently.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the frame 2 includes a first shelf 21, a second shelf 22, a third shelf 23 and a fourth shelf 24, the first shelf 21, the second shelf 22, the third shelf 23 and the fourth shelf 24 all participate in defining the drawing space 100a, the first shelf 21 and the second shelf 22 are vertically disposed, the first shelf 21 and the second shelf 22 are disposed at left and right intervals, the first shelf 21 is disposed on the chassis side edge 12, the second shelf 22 is disposed at the inner side of the first shelf 21, a linear guide 221 is formed on the second shelf 22, the linear guide 221 extends in the front-rear direction, and the electronic control box 3 cooperates with the linear guide 221 to slide along the linear guide 221; the third shelf 23 is horizontally disposed, and the third shelf 23 is connected at the top between the first shelf 21 and the second shelf 22, the fourth shelf 24 is vertically disposed, and the fourth shelf 24 is disposed opposite to the drawing opening 100b, that is, the fourth shelf 24 is located at the rear side of the drawing space 100 a.
Automatically controlled box 3 is located between first frame plate 21 and second frame plate 22, and automatically controlled box 3 is located the below of third frame plate 23, and one side that faces first frame plate 21 of automatically controlled box 3 opens, and one side that faces third frame plate 23 of automatically controlled box 3 opens, and one side that faces fourth frame plate 24 of automatically controlled box 3 also opens, and automatically controlled box 3 and first frame plate 21 interval set up, do not have between automatically controlled box 3 and the first frame plate 21 and be connected the cooperation.
As shown in fig. 3, the third frame plate 23 includes a third flanging part 231 extending toward the plane of the first frame plate 21, the first frame plate 21 and the third flanging part 231 are connected by a third connecting member 81, and the third connecting member 81 extends to the plastic bellows seat 5211, so that the third connecting member 81 connects the first frame plate 21, the third flanging part 231 and the plastic bellows seat 5211; the fourth chassis 24 includes a fourth flange portion 241 extending toward the plane of the first chassis 21, the first chassis 21 and the fourth flange portion 241 are connected by a fourth connecting member 82, and the fourth connecting member 82 extends to the duct foam 5212, so that the fourth connecting member 82 connects the first chassis 21, the fourth flange portion 241 and the duct foam 5212.
The second shelf 22 and the third shelf 23 may be formed as a single piece, and the second shelf 22 may be spaced apart from the chassis 1 in the up-down direction, the rear end of the second shelf 22 has a second flange portion 222 folded and extended toward the plane of the fourth shelf 24, the rear end of the third shelf 23 has a fifth flange portion 232 folded and extended toward the plane of the fourth shelf 24, the fourth shelf 24 has a support portion 242, and the fifth flange portion 232 is supported on the support portion 242.
The front end of the third shelf plate 23 is provided with a first flanging part 234, the first flanging part 234 can form the upper edge of the drawing opening 100b, the first flanging part 234 is folded and extends towards the plane of the fourth shelf plate 24, and the positioning flanging part 233 is positioned at the upper end of the first flanging part 234; the electric control box 3 comprises a box outer plate 31, the upper edge of the box outer plate 31 is connected with a first flanging part 234 through a first connecting structure 6, the first connecting structure 6 comprises two first connecting holes 61, two first matching holes 62 and two first connecting pieces 63, the two first connecting holes 61 are formed on the first flanging part 234, the two first connecting holes 61 are arranged in a spaced mode along the length direction of the first flanging part 234, the two first matching holes 62 are formed on the upper edge of the box outer plate 31, the two first matching holes 62 correspond to the two first connecting holes 61 in position, each first matching hole 62 is connected with the corresponding first connecting hole 61 through a first connecting piece 63, and the first connecting piece 63 extends to the plastic wind shell seat 5211, so that the box outer plate 31, the first flanging part 234 and the plastic wind shell seat 5211 are connected through the first connecting pieces 63; the lower edge of the box outer plate 31 is connected with the chassis side edge 12 through a second connecting structure 7, the second connecting structure 7 comprises a second connecting hole 71, a second matching hole 72 and a second connecting piece 73, the second connecting hole 71 is formed in the chassis side edge 12, the second connecting hole 71 is located in the middle of the length direction of the lower edge of the drawing opening 100b, the second matching hole 72 is formed in the lower edge of the box outer plate 31, the second matching hole 72 corresponds to the second connecting hole 71 in position, and the second connecting hole 71 is connected with the second matching hole 72 through the second connecting piece 73.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic control box 3 further includes a box bottom plate 32 and a box side plate 33, the box side plate 33 is disposed facing the second frame plate 22, the box outer plate 31 and the box side plate 33 are both connected to the box bottom plate 32, and a mounting cavity 30 is defined between the box outer plate 31, the box side plate 33 and the box bottom plate 32, one side of the mounting cavity 30 facing the first frame plate 21 is open, one side of the mounting cavity 30 facing the third frame plate 23 is open, and one side of the mounting cavity 30 facing the fourth frame plate 24 is also open. The first heat exchanger 4 and the box side plate 33 are arranged at a left-right interval, the interval distance between the first heat exchanger 4 and the box side plate 33 in the left-right direction is 7mm, a part of the plastic wind shell seat 5211 extends between the first heat exchanger 4 and the box side plate 33 to at least partially separate the first heat exchanger 4 and the box side plate 33 in the left-right direction, namely, the length of the part of the plastic wind shell seat 5211 in the front-back direction can be smaller than that of the box side plate 33, so that heat transfer between the first heat exchanger 4 and the electronic control box 3 is further avoided.
As shown in fig. 2, the fourth shelf 24 may be matched with the air duct 521, and the edge of the fourth shelf 24 may be flanged to facilitate the connection of the fourth shelf 24 with the chassis 1 and the air duct foam 5212. 1. A window machine, comprising:
a chassis;
the frame is directly or indirectly arranged on the chassis, and a drawing space and a drawing opening communicated with the drawing space are defined between the frame and the chassis; and
the electric control box is arranged in the drawing space through the drawing opening in a drawing manner.

The window machine of claim 1, wherein the upper edge of the electrical control box is connected with the upper edge of the drawing opening through a first connecting structure, and the lower edge of the electrical control box is connected with the lower edge of the drawing opening through a second connecting structure.

The window machine of claim 2, wherein the first connection structure includes two first connection holes, two first mating holes and two first connectors, the two first connection holes are formed on the upper edge of the drawing opening and are spaced apart along the length direction of the upper edge of the drawing opening, the two first mating holes are formed on the upper edge of the electrical control box and correspond to the two first connection holes in position, and each first mating hole is connected to the corresponding first connection hole through the first connector.

The window machine of claim 2, wherein the second connecting structure includes a second connecting hole formed on a lower edge of the drawing opening and located at a middle portion of the drawing opening in a length direction of the lower edge, a second fitting hole formed on the lower edge of the electrical control box and corresponding in position to the second connecting hole, and a second connecting member through which the second connecting hole and the second fitting hole are connected.

The window machine of any of claims 1-4, wherein the frame includes first and second shelves spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to a withdrawal direction of the electrical control box, the first and second shelves being located on opposite sides of the electrical control box, and at least one of the first and second shelves having a linear guide formed thereon, the electrical control box cooperating with the linear guide to slide along the linear guide.
6. The window machine of claim 5, wherein the chassis includes a chassis floor and chassis side edges, the first and second shelves are vertically disposed, and the first shelf is disposed on the chassis side edges, the second shelf is located on an inner side of the first shelf, the linear guide is formed on the second shelf, a side of the electrical control box facing the first shelf is open and there is no coupling engagement between the electrical control box and the first shelf.
7. The window machine of claim 6, wherein the electrical control box comprises an outer box plate, the outer box plate closes the drawing opening when the electrical control box is received in the drawing space, the frame further comprises a third frame plate and a fourth frame plate, the third frame plate is horizontally arranged and connected to the top between the first frame plate and the second frame plate, the fourth frame plate is vertically arranged and opposite to the outer box plate, the third frame plate comprises a third flanging part extending towards the plane where the first frame plate is located, the fourth frame plate comprises a fourth flanging part extending towards the plane where the first frame plate is located, the first frame plate and the third flanging part are connected through a third connecting piece, and the first frame plate and the fourth flanging part are connected through a fourth connecting piece.
8. The window machine of claim 7, wherein the fourth shelf has a support portion thereon, and the third shelf includes a fifth flange extending toward a plane in which the fourth shelf is located, the fifth flange being supported on the support portion.
9. The window machine of claim 7, wherein the electrical control box further comprises a box bottom plate and a box side plate, the box outer plate and the box side plate are both connected to the box bottom plate and define a mounting cavity with the box bottom plate, the box side plate is disposed facing the second frame plate, a side of the electrical control box facing the third frame plate is open, and a side of the electrical control box facing the fourth frame plate is also open.
10. The window machine of claim 9, wherein the window machine includes a first heat exchanger disposed on a side of the second frame plate remote from the box side plate, and a distance between the first heat exchanger and the box side plate is 5mm to 10 mm.
11. The window machine of claim 10, wherein the first heat exchanger is an indoor heat exchanger of the window machine.
12. The window machine of claim 1, wherein the indoor panel of the window machine is provided with an air outlet, an air return inlet and an electric control part, the electric control box is arranged on the inner side of the electric control part in a drawable manner along the inner and outer directions, the indoor fan part of the window machine comprises an air duct piece and a wind wheel, the air duct piece comprises a plastic air duct shell seat and air duct foam which are assembled and connected, and the frame is matched with the air duct piece in a positioning manner and is arranged on the chassis and the air duct piece.
