In an embodiment, referring to fig. 22, the indoor unit of an air conditioner further includes a louver 700, a first driving device 800, and a second driving device 900, wherein the louver 700 is swingably disposed at the air outlet 150 and rotatably connected to the windward side of the air guiding plate 500, the first driving device 800 and the second driving device 900 are respectively mounted on the mounting seats 410 at two ends of the chassis 400, the first driving device 800 is connected to the air guiding plate 500 to drive the air guiding plate 500 to rotate, and the second driving device 900 is connected to the louver 700 to drive the louver 700 to swing.
It is understood that the louver 700 is plural and is arranged at intervals along the length direction of the air guide plate 500. The louver 700 may guide the airflow to flow in other directions, for example, the louver 700 may swing left and right to guide the airflow to flow in the left and right directions. The windward side of the wind deflector 500 is the side facing the wind outlet 150. The shape of the louvers 700 may be various, and may be, for example, polygonal, circular, elliptical, etc. Here, the louver 700 is taken as a polygon with curved sides, so that the air supply is more gentle and smooth. The louver 700 can swing left and right to increase the air supply range of the air outlet 150 in the lateral direction. The louver 700 is disposed on an inner wall surface of the air guiding plate 500 and is rotatably connected to the air guiding plate 500, wherein the rotatable connection is a plurality of manners, such as pivoting, hinging, or universal joint connection. When the air deflector 500 swings to supply air, the louver 700 rotates relative to the windward side of the air deflector 500, and the air flow after heat exchange is conveyed to other directions. The air deflector 500 guides the air flow to flow up and down, and meanwhile, the louver 700 can guide the air flow to flow in the left-right direction, so that the air flow after heat exchange is quickly and stably conveyed to a region designated by a user, namely, the air deflector 500 and the louver 700 swing together, and the air supply efficiency of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is greatly improved.
The first driving device 800 may be a driving member such as a driving motor for driving the air deflector 500 to rotate. The output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with the air deflector 500 through a shaft sleeve. The second driving device 900 may include a motor and a transmission member, and the transmission member may be an intermeshing worm wheel, a worm, or other structure capable of converting the rotation of the motor into the swinging motion of the louver 700. The driving process of the louver 700 will be described by taking a transmission as a worm gear. A plurality of tripes 700 are connected through the connecting rod transmission, and the turbine cover is established on the output shaft of motor, and the worm sets up with the turbine meshing, and the worm is connected on tripe 700 or connecting rod. Thereby converting the rotation of the output shaft of the motor into the telescopic motion of the worm, and further driving the plurality of louvers 700 to swing. Accordingly, the swing angle of the louver 700 can be increased, thereby increasing the blowing range of the outlet 150. The first driving device 800 and the second driving device 900 are respectively installed on the installation seats 410 at the two ends of the air deflector 500, so that the air deflector 500 and the louver 700 can be conveniently disassembled, and the difficulty in disassembling and assembling the air deflector 500 and the louver 700 due to the fact that the connection structures are concentrated at one position can be avoided. And the overall balance is better, and the deformation of the chassis 400 caused by uneven gravity distribution is avoided.

1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising:
the end part of the face frame is provided with a plurality of hanging interfaces and a plurality of clamping interfaces; and
the inner wall surface of the end cover is provided with a plurality of hanging parts and a plurality of clamping parts, the hanging parts are in adaptive hanging connection with the hanging ports and limit the up-and-down movement of the end cover relative to the face frame, and the clamping parts are clamped on the peripheral wall surface of the clamping ports and limit the back-and-forth movement of the end cover relative to the face frame;
wherein, a plurality of the pothooks of the clamping part and a plurality of the pothooks of the hanging part are consistent in orientation.

The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the end cap includes a top plate, a bottom plate and a side plate connecting the top plate and the bottom plate, the side plate is disposed corresponding to an end surface of the face frame, the top plate is disposed corresponding to a top surface of the face frame, the bottom plate is disposed corresponding to a bottom surface of the face frame, the side plate is provided with a plurality of the engaging portions, the top plate and the bottom plate are provided with a plurality of the engaging portions, and hooks of the engaging portions extend rearward.

The indoor unit of air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein a limiting protrusion connected to an inner wall surface of the clamping opening is provided in the clamping opening, a limiting block is provided at a position adjacent to a periphery of the clamping opening, the limiting protrusion is opposite to the limiting protrusion and is arranged at an interval, the clamping portion has a connecting arm connected to the side plate and a clamping arm provided at a free end of the connecting arm, the clamping arm extends backward, the clamping arm extends into the clamping opening and is abutted against the inner wall surface of the limiting block, and the connecting arm is clamped between the limiting protrusion and the limiting block to limit forward and backward movement of the clamping portion relative to the surface frame.

The indoor unit of claim 1, further comprising a rat guard covering the rear end of the end cover, wherein one end of the rat guard is connected to a chassis of the indoor unit, the other end of the rat guard is connected to the end cover, and the rat guard and the end cover together enclose an end of the face frame.

The indoor unit of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a base plate, an air deflector, and a screw cover plate, wherein an air outlet is formed in the face frame, the face frame is mounted on the base plate, and mounting seats are provided at both ends of the base plate in the length direction; the air deflector is movably arranged on the mounting seat so as to open or close the air outlet; the screw cover plate is detachably connected to the air outlet of the face frame to cover the screw hole at the air outlet of the face frame and the bottom of the mounting seat.
6. The indoor unit of claim 5, wherein the screw cover plate is provided with a locking structure, and the bottom of the face frame is provided with a locking groove structure matched with the locking structure.
7. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the fastening structure is extended in a front-rear direction so that the screw cover plate is attached to the face frame in the front-rear direction.

The indoor unit of claim 7, wherein the engaging structure comprises a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion, the first engaging portion is disposed above the second engaging portion, the first engaging portion is disposed to be inclined upward, and the second engaging portion is disposed to be inclined downward.

The indoor unit of claim 8, wherein a wall surface of the face frame facing away from the fastening structure is provided with a first protrusion and a second protrusion, the first fastening is inserted into the first engaging groove and engaged with the first protrusion, and the second fastening is inserted into the second engaging groove and engaged with the second protrusion.

12. An air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and an indoor unit as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the outdoor unit and the indoor unit are connected by refrigerant pipes.
