A waste disposer according to claim 1, wherein the grinding disk has a vertical central plane passing through its axis of rotation and extending in a radial direction, each grinding surface being at an acute angle to the vertical central plane passing through the intersection of the two grinding surfaces.

The waste disposer of claim 1, wherein the gap dimension h between the free end of the grinding tooth and the connecting sidewall of the grinding groove when each grinding tooth is inserted into the respective grinding groove satisfies: h is more than 0mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the connecting side wall is opposite to the free end part.
