The mouth of the front blowing pipe 11 faces the front ear at the end of the sheet rolling structure 30, i.e. the direction of the side folding plate 22, and the length of the pipe body 101 does not exceed the rotating shaft, so as to avoid the pipe body 101 from excessively blocking the swing and contraction of the front extending plate 25. The front air blowing pipe 11 blows air in front of the front folding mechanism 21 in advance, front kraft paper wound on the package is blown to the rear to be folded, and the front air blowing pipe 11 still blows air continuously backwards while the front folding mechanism 21 performs front folding action. The front ear of the kraft paper is ensured not to generate deviation in the edge folding direction in the edge folding process, and irregular roll angles and creases are avoided.
Referring to fig. 5, the rear folding edge mechanism 24 includes a front extension plate 25 and a rear mounting frame 26, the front extension plate 25 is disposed at the front side of the rear mounting frame 26 along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 40, and the rear air blowing pipe 13 is fixedly mounted on the rear mounting frame 26.
It will be appreciated that the forward extension panel 25 comprises first and second forward extension panels and the rear mounting frame 26 comprises first and second rear mounting frames positioned to correspond to the first and second rear folding edge mechanisms 241,243. The detailed description is omitted, and the forward extending plate 25 and the rear mounting frame 26 are used together in the following description.
Specifically, the rear folding edge mechanism 24 is arranged to extend along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 40, and the front extension board 25 is arranged on the front side of the rear mounting rack 26 along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 40. The rear air blowing pipe 13 blows air at the rear of the rear folding mechanism 24 in advance, the rear kraft paper wound on the package is blown to the front to be folded, and the rear air blowing pipe 13 continues blowing air forward while the rear folding mechanism 24 performs the rear folding action. The folding direction of the back ears of the kraft paper can not be deviated in the folding process, and irregular roll angles and folding marks are avoided.
Alternatively, the front air blowing pipe 11 is fixed to the front mounting bracket 23 by screws, and the rear air blowing pipe 13 is fixed to the rear mounting bracket 26 by screws.
In one embodiment, at least one threaded through hole is formed at the bottom of the stem 103 of the front blowing pipe 11, a through hole is formed at a corresponding position on the front mounting seat, and then the front blowing pipe 11 is connected with the front mounting seat through a fixing bolt. The side surface of the pipe seat 103 of the rear blowing pipe 13 is provided with at least one threaded through hole, a through hole is arranged at a corresponding position on the rear mounting seat, and then the rear blowing pipe 13 is connected with the rear mounting seat through a fixing bolt.
Further, the front air blowing pipe 11 and the rear air blowing pipe 13 are connected with an air source, an electromagnetic valve is installed on the front air blowing pipe 11, and another electromagnetic valve is installed on the rear air blowing pipe 13.

Optionally, different electromagnetic valves may be installed on the first front air blowing pipe 111, the second front air blowing pipe 113, the first rear air blowing pipe 131, and the second rear air blowing pipe 133 respectively, so long as it is ensured that the two electromagnetic valves connecting the first front air blowing pipe 111 and the second front air blowing pipe 113 are opened or closed at the same time, and the two electromagnetic valves connecting the first rear air blowing pipe 131 and the second rear air blowing pipe 133 are also opened or closed at the same time, so that an effect that the front air blowing pipe 11 or the rear air blowing pipe 13 symmetrically blows air at two ends of the sheet winding structure 30 can also be achieved.
