By providing the first covering member 171 and the second covering member 172 for the cleaning tank 10, not only a heat retaining effect can be provided for the cleaning tank 10, but also a cleaning liquid can be prevented from splashing out during the cleaning process, and the first covering member 171 covering the heating tank 11 can also provide a mounting position for the heating member 14, the first liquid level sensor 16, and other components. Second covering member 172 is rotatably connected to cleaning tank 12, and can cover cleaning tank 12 on the one hand, and on the other hand also be convenient for open at any time and look over the cleaning performance.
A limiting plate 18 is further arranged in the cleaning tank 12 of the cleaning box 10 and is used for forming a limiting groove together with the side wall of the cleaning tank 12 and used for clamping the cleaning basket 19 therein so as to avoid dislocation of the cleaning basket 19 in the cleaning tank 12.
The cleaning basket 19 is capable of accommodating therein the components to be cleaned, thereby preventing the components from falling and being lost in the cleaning tank, and the height of the cleaning basket 19 is between the second predetermined liquid level and the height of the cleaning tank 12, thereby preventing the components to be cleaned from being separated from the cleaning basket 19 under the impact of the cleaning liquid.
The cleaning basket 19 can accommodate components to be cleaned therein, so as to prevent the components from being scattered and lost in the cleaning tank 12, the height of the cleaning basket 19 prevents the components to be cleaned from being separated from the cleaning basket 19 under the impact of cleaning liquid, the position of the cleaning basket 19 is limited by the limiting plate 18, and the cleaning basket 19 is prevented from being misplaced in the cleaning tank 12 or colliding with other components of the cleaning device, and the like.
Fig. 4 shows a partial structure of the carrier at IV of the washing apparatus shown in fig. 1, wherein the carrier 30 includes a plurality of struts 31, each of which includes a supporting portion 311, a buffering portion 312, and an extending portion 313 connected in sequence, and the washing tank is supported on the carrier 30 by the plurality of supporting portions 311;

When vibrating member 40 drives wash tank 12 vibration, wash tank 12 takes place the vibration for bearing frame 30, with the help of the cushioning effect of elastic component 51 to the vibration, can slow down wash tank 12 to the impact of bearing frame 30 greatly to collision, friction etc. have been avoided wash tank 12 and ground or other supports when taking place the vibration under the effect of vibrating member 40, not only avoided wasing the case and damaged, also reduced the noise.
When the cleaning device 100 works, the controller 20 controls the vibrating element 40 to vibrate and drives the cleaning tank 12 to vibrate, so that the stone abrasives and the waste scraps in the holes of the product to be cleaned contained in the cleaning basket 19 fall off and are peeled off, and meanwhile, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 12 can vibrate to take away the surface stains of the product to be cleaned.
Meanwhile, the temperature of the cleaning liquid in the heating tank 11 is detected by the first temperature sensor 15 in the heating tank 11, when the temperature is lower than a first preset temperature, the controller 20 controls the heating member 14 to heat the cleaning liquid in the heating tank 11, and when the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the heating tank 11 is detected to be lower than the first preset liquid level by the first liquid level sensor 16, the controller 20 controls the heating member 14 to stop heating. In some embodiments, the first temperature sensor 15 is further configured to automatically control the temperature of the cleaning liquid in the heating tank 11 such that the temperature of the cleaning liquid in the heating tank 11 is within a temperature interval including a first preset temperature, for example: the temperature range is 60-80 ℃, when the temperature detected by the first temperature sensor 15 is lower than 60 ℃, the controller 20 controls the heating element 14 to heat the cleaning solution, and when the temperature detected by the first temperature sensor 15 is higher than 80 ℃, the controller 20 turns off the heating element 14 to stop heating the cleaning solution.
In addition, when the second temperature sensor 121 detects that the temperature of the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank 12 is lower than a second preset temperature, the controller 20 controls the liquid inlet valve 60 to open, so that the external cleaning solution flows into the heating zone 111 of the heating tank 11, the water level of the heating zone 111 rises to the height of the baffle 13, then the heated cleaning solution in the heating zone 111 can flow into the transition zone 112 from above the baffle 13 and further enter the cleaning tank 12, and the temperature of the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank 12 is increased until the temperature reaches the second preset temperature or range, the liquid inlet valve 60 is closed, and the inflow of the external cleaning solution is stopped. When controller 20 detects through second liquid level inductor 122 that the liquid level in the washing tank is higher than the second and predetermines the liquid level, control goes out the liquid valve and opens, discharges the washing liquid in washing tank 12, has avoided liquid level too high in the washing tank 12 on the one hand like this, influences the effect that the washing liquid inflow promoted its temperature in the heating tank 11, and on the other hand also can in time discharge used washing liquid, forms the circulation of liquid stream, avoids polluted washing liquid influence cleaning performance. Wherein the baffle 13 can ensure that a sufficient amount of cleaning liquid is stored in the heating tank 11, the baffle 13 can also prevent the heating member 14 from being dried when the first liquid level sensor 16 is damaged and the liquid level can not be detected any more.
In this embodiment, the original manual cleaning workflow is changed to that after cleaning by using the cleaning apparatus 100 disclosed in this embodiment, the cleaning time per frame of the product is reduced from 15min to 5min. Cleaning efficiency is improved rapidly, and staff is reduced from 6 to 2 at present on the premise of the same productivity. The production cost is reduced, and the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced.
