In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 to 8, the detergent box 31 is formed with an overflow chamber 31b communicating with the mixing chamber 31a, the overflow chamber 31b is formed with an overflow port 31b ', and the overflow port 31b' is used for communicating with the outer tub 1. In the case where the liquid level of the mixing chamber 31a is higher than a preset height, the liquid in the mixing chamber 31a enters the overflow chamber 31b and is discharged through the overflow port 31 b'. Exemplarily, the liquid in the mixing chamber 31a enters the liquid drainage flow channel 5, if the liquid inlet rate of the mixing chamber 31a is greater than the liquid drainage rate thereof, the liquid level in the mixing chamber 31a gradually rises to be higher than the preset height, the liquid in the mixing chamber 31a enters the overflow chamber 31b and is discharged to the outer barrel 1 through the overflow port 31b ', so that the overflow port 31b ' can discharge the liquid in the overflow chamber 31b to the outer barrel 1, the liquid enters the clothes cavity through the water hole of the inner barrel, and the overflow port 31b ' plays a role in auxiliary liquid drainage to prevent the liquid in the mixing chamber 31a from being discharged in time.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the outer tub 1 is formed with a communication port, and the laundry treating apparatus includes an overflow flow passage 10, and the overflow flow passage 10 communicates the overflow port 31b' and the communication port. For example, the overflow channel 10 may be a pipe structure. Thus, the liquid in the overflow chamber 31b is discharged into the outer tub 1 through the overflow flow passage 10.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the laundry treating apparatus includes a water supply flow passage 6, and the detergent device 3 includes a venturi connector 33 disposed below the detergent box 31. Illustratively, referring to FIG. 7, the venturi connector 33 is disposed below the cassette body 312.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the venturi connector 33 has a first port 33a, a second port 33b and a negative pressure port 33c, the first port 33a is communicated with the water supply passage 6, the second port 33b is communicated with the liquid discharge passage 5, and the negative pressure port 33c is communicated with the mixing chamber 31 a. Specifically, the water supply flow passage 6 is used to supply washing water such as tap water. For example, the water supply passage 6 is connected to a tap water pipe through a water inlet valve.
When the water supply channel 6 supplies water to the venturi joint 33 through the first port 33a, negative pressure is generated in the water flow at the negative pressure port 33c, the liquid in the mixing chamber 31a is sucked into the venturi joint, and the two flows together into the liquid discharge channel 5 and flows to the liquid supply port 2a of the gate seal 2.
Here, on the one hand, the drain flow path 5 and the like are provided with a connection position by the venturi connector 33, which facilitates the installation of the drain flow path 5. On the other hand, the venturi effect generated by the venturi joint 33 can generate negative pressure at the negative pressure port 33c, and accelerate the liquid discharge speed of the mixing chamber 31a, so that the liquid in the mixing chamber 31a is discharged from the liquid discharge channel 5 as much as possible, for example, the water mixed with the lotion in the mixing chamber 31a can enter the clothes cavity from the liquid feeding port 2a of the door seal 2 as much as possible, so that the lotion directly enters the clothes cavity to contact with the clothes, and the utilization rate of the lotion is improved.
It is understood that both the liquid discharge flow passage 5 and the water supply flow passage 6 may be of a pipe structure.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the laundry treating apparatus includes a water supply branch 110, and the washing device 3 includes a water supply connector 38 disposed on the detergent box 31 and communicating with the mixing chamber 31 a. Illustratively, the water supply connector 38 is provided at the top of the box cover 311.
The water supply branch passage 110 communicates the water supply flow passage 6 with the water supply joint 38. During the process of water feeding in the water supply channel 6, part of the water in the water supply channel 6 can also enter the mixing chamber 31a through the water supply branch 110 and the water supply connector 38 to flush the lotion, part of the water in the water supply channel 6 enters the venturi connector 33, and the negative pressure generated at the negative pressure port 33c makes the lotion mixed liquid in the mixing chamber 31a enter the venturi connector 33 to converge, and then enter the liquid feeding port 2a through the liquid discharge channel 5.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the venturi joint 33 includes a cannula 331 and an outer tube 332 located below the detergent box 31, the cannula 331 includes a water inlet section 3311 and a pressure reducing section 3312, a minimum flow cross-sectional area of the water inlet section 3311 is larger than a flow cross-sectional area of any position of the pressure reducing section 3312, the water inlet section 3311 is formed with a first port 33a, the pressure reducing section 3312 is connected to a first end of the outer tube 332 and extends into the outer tube 332, a second port 33b is formed at a second end of the outer tube 332, and a negative pressure port 33c is formed on a peripheral side wall of the outer tube 332. That is, the water inlet section 3311 is located outside the outer tube 332, and the pressure reducing section 3312 is located in the outer tube 332 and communicates with the space in the outer tube 332. The water flow from the first port 33a flows through the pressure reducing section 3312 and then flows to the second port 33b, since the minimum flow cross-sectional area of the water inlet section 3311 is larger than the flow cross-sectional area at any position of the pressure reducing section 3312, the flow rate of the water flow through the pressure reducing section 3312 is larger than the flow rate of the water flow through the water inlet section 3311, the water pressure of the water flow in the pressure reducing section 3312 is smaller than the water pressure of the water flow in the water inlet section 3311, the flow cross-sectional area of the outer tube 332 is larger than the flow cross-sectional area of the pressure reducing section 3312, the flow rate of the water flow in the pressure reducing section 3312 is larger than the flow rate of the water flow through the second port 33b and the water pressure is smaller, so that a negative pressure is generated at the negative pressure port 33c to drive the liquid in the mixing chamber 31a to flow into the outer tube 332 through the negative pressure port 33c.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the water inlet section 3311 includes an equal-diameter portion 33111 and a transition portion 33112, the flow cross-sectional area at any position of the equal-diameter portion 33111 is equal, the transition portion 33112 connects the equal-diameter portion 33111 and the pressure reducing section 3312, and the flow cross-sectional area of the transition portion 33112 gradually decreases from the equal-diameter portion 33111 to the pressure reducing section 3312. It is understood that the flow cross-sectional area of the constant diameter portion 33111 and the flow cross-sectional area of the transition portion 33112 are both greater than the flow cross-sectional area of the pressure reducing section 3312. The water flows more smoothly in the equal-diameter portion 33111, and the equal-diameter portion 33111 performs a rectifying function so that the water flows smoothly into the gradual portion 33112. The flow velocity of the water flow in the gradual change portion 33112 gradually increases and the water pressure gradually decreases, and the water pressure is in a continuous change trend, which can reduce the turbulence degree of the water flow.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the flow cross-section at any position of the pressure-reducing section 3312 has the same area. Thus, the water flows more smoothly in the pressure reducing section 3312, reducing turbulence and pressure loss.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the cannula 331 and the outer tube 332 extend in a front-to-back direction. The detergent box 31 is located above the outer tub 1, the door seal 2 is located at the front part of the outer tub 1, the water inlet valve is located at the rear part of the outer tub 1, and the insertion tube 331 and the outer tube 332 both extend in the front-rear direction, so that the water supply flow passage 6 and the liquid discharge flow passage 5 can be conveniently routed.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 7, cannula 331 and outer tube 332 are coaxially disposed. Thus, the water flow in the insertion tube 331 and the outer tube 332 is smoother, and the local resistance is smaller.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 7, the dimension of the pressure-reducing section 3312 in the axial direction of the outer tube 332 is greater than the dimension of the vacuum port 33c in the axial direction of the outer tube 332. That is, the negative pressure port 33c is upstream of the outlet of the pressure reducing section 3312 in the flow direction of the water flow in the outer tube 332. This enables negative pressure to be effectively formed at the negative pressure port 33c.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the washing device 3 includes a spare joint 34 disposed on the detergent box 31, the clothes treating apparatus includes a water inlet channel 7 and a circulating water branch 8, the water inlet channel 7 is connected to the outlet of the circulating pump 4 and the water inlet 32a, and the circulating water branch 8 is connected to the water inlet channel 7 and the spare joint 34. When the filter 32 is clogged, the back pressure at the outlet of the water inlet passage 7 increases, and the circulating water is forced to flow to the circulating water branch 8 and is discharged through the backup joint 34. Therefore, the backup joint 34 and the circulating water branch line 8 play a safety precaution role, and can drain the circulating water in the water inlet flow passage 7 in time when the filter 32 is blocked, thereby reducing the probability of faults such as pipe explosion, damage to the circulating pump 4 and the like caused by rapid increase of water pressure.
It should be noted that the circulating water from the backup connection 34 may be directed to any suitable location. For example, in some embodiments, the circulating water from the back up fitting 34 is directed back to the laundry cavity via a line.
It is understood that the water inlet flow passage 7 may have a pipe structure.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the backup connector 34 communicates with the mixing chamber 31 a. Therefore, the circulating water from the standby joint 34 is discharged without arranging an additional pipeline, the circulating water can be led back to the clothes cavity by the liquid drainage flow channel 5, the structure is simplified, and the pipe arrangement is reduced.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 5 and 8, the washing device 3 includes a connection tube 35 disposed on the detergent box 31, the connection tube 35 connects the water inlet 32a and the water inlet channel 7, and the highest portion of the spare joint 34 is higher than the highest portion of the connection tube 35. The resistance of the backup joint 34 is greater than that of the connection pipe 35, and the resistance of the circulating water from the water inlet flow passage 7 flowing through the connection pipe 35 to the filter 32 is smaller than that to the backup joint 34, so that the circulating water flows preferentially to the filter 32 through the connection pipe 35 in the case where the filter 32 is not clogged in normal use.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the spare joint 34 is located on the top surface of the detergent box 31. This ensures that the height of the spare joint 34 is high.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 8, the connection tube 35 is disposed through the circumferential wall of the detergent box 31. For example, the spare joint 34 is formed on the box cover 311, and the connection pipe 35 is inserted through the rear side wall of the box body 312.
