Embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the present application but are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.

The inner cylinder is arranged in the water containing barrel, and the inner cylinder contains water through the water containing barrel.
The water inlet pipeline is used for supplying water to the detergent feeding device.
Exemplarily, the washing apparatus includes a door body, a cabinet in which a tub is disposed, and a door bezel 6 (refer to fig. 15) disposed at a front end of an inner tub. The box is provided with the opening, and the door body is used for opening or closing the opening. The door sealing ring 6 is used for sealing a gap between the water containing barrel and the opening of the box body, and when the door body closes the opening, the door body is in sealing butt joint with the door sealing ring 6.
Referring to fig. 3 and 15, the detergent box 2 has a drawing space 2a, and the dispenser box 1 is drawably disposed in the drawing space 2a in the detergent box 2. Referring to fig. 8 and 11, the dispenser cassette 1 is in a state of being drawn out from the drawing space 2 a. Referring to fig. 3, 8 and 11, the detergent box 2 includes a box body 21 and a box cover 22. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 8 and fig. 11, the box cover 22 is provided with a first water inlet passage 220 and a second water inlet passage 221', 221 ″ which are independent from each other, that is, the first water inlet passage 220 and the second water inlet passage 221', 221 ″ are respectively and independently introduced into an external water source, and respectively and independently discharge water without mutual influence. That is, the first detergent container 31 and the second detergent container 32 have substantially the same outer dimensions, so that the detergent containers can be easily manufactured using substantially the same molds, thereby reducing the cost.
Referring to fig. 5, the rear side wall of the box body 2 is provided with at least two avoiding openings 21d ', 21d "and at least two detergent liquid inlets 21f ', 21 f", each detergent container corresponds to one avoiding opening 21d ', 21d ", each avoiding opening 21d ', 21 d" is used for avoiding direct or indirect plug-in cooperation between the corresponding detergent container and the liquid suction opening of the dosing pump 5, and the detergent liquid inlets 21f ', 21f "are used for guiding the detergent discharged by the dosing pump 5 to the water mixing tank 21 a.
That is, the escape openings 21d', 21d ″ do not interfere with the process of directly or indirectly inserting and removing the detergent container from and from the liquid suction opening of the dispensing pump 5.
Illustratively, the dispenser cassette 1 has a plurality of pairs of position-limiting structures, wherein one pair of position-limiting structures is provided in the first receiving groove 1a, and the other pair of position-limiting structures is provided in the second receiving groove 1 b.
Each pair of the position-limiting structures includes a position-limiting protrusion 11 (see fig. 7, 10, and 14) and an elastic arm 12 (see fig. 10 and 14), the elastic arm 12 is disposed at an open position at the rear side of the receiving groove, a first end of the elastic arm 12 is a fixed end, and a second end of the elastic arm 12 is a free end.
Referring to fig. 10 and 14, the limiting protrusion 11 protrudes from the front sidewall of the receiving groove, the elastic arm 12 can be elastically deformed under the action of the detergent container, and the elastic arm 12 and the limiting protrusion 11 are at least used for restraining the detergent container therebetween.
When the detergent container is installed, the rear end of the detergent container presses the elastic arm 12 to force the elastic arm 12 to deform backwards, the front end of the detergent container is pressed against the limiting protrusion 11, the detergent container is loosened, the detergent container is pressed against the limiting protrusion 11 by the elastic arm 12, and therefore the detergent container is installed and positioned.
The specific configuration of the resilient arm 12 is not limited, for example, in some embodiments, the resilient arm 12 may be a metal sheet or wire that fits over the dispenser box 1. In other embodiments, the latch arm 12 is formed as part of the unitary structure of the dispenser cassette 1 and is injection molded together during the molding process.
The limiting protrusion 11 is formed in an unlimited manner, for example, in some embodiments, a separate component is installed on the front sidewall of the receiving groove, and the component defines the limiting protrusion 11.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 10 and 14, the limiting protrusion 11 is formed by partially recessing the front sidewall of the receiving groove, and the wall thickness of the limiting protrusion 11 is smaller than the wall thickness of the structure around the limiting protrusion 11. The position of the limiting protrusion 11 is designed to be a thin wall, so that the limiting protrusion 11 can be elastically deformed slightly under the action of external force.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the hand drop box 33 is limited by the pair of limiting structures located in the second receiving groove 1b, that is, the pair of limiting structures located in the second receiving groove 1b can be reused.
In other embodiments, the hand drop box 33 is not limited by the above-mentioned limiting structure. Specifically, the rear end of the hand throw box 33 abuts against the flange structure around the rear side of the second accommodation groove 1b, the front end of the hand throw box 33 abuts against the above-mentioned limit projection 11, and the hand throw box 33 is clamped between the flange structure and the limit projection 11 by slight deformation of the limit projection 11. Since the user does not need to frequently take out the hand drop box 33 after the complete machine is assembled, the hand drop box 33 is relatively tightly assembled, but the user can take out the hand drop box 33 even if the user exerts a little force.
For example, referring to fig. 15, the washing apparatus includes a first water outlet passage 41. The door seal 6 has a water filling port 6 a. Referring to fig. 6, the case body 21 has a first drain port 21b communicating with the water mixing tank 21a, and the first water outlet passage 41 communicates the first drain port 21b and the water injection port 6 a. That is, the water in the water mixing tank 21a is injected into the inner tub through the first water outlet path 41 and the water injection port 6a of the door seal 6, so that the detergent is directly injected into the inner tub and directly contacts with the clothes, and the utilization rate of the detergent is improved.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, the inner barrel is provided with lifting ribs. The area of the inner barrel covered by the lifting ribs is provided with water holes, the inner barrel is located outside the area covered by the lifting ribs and is not provided with water holes, and water liquid exchange is carried out between the inner barrel and the water containing barrel through the water holes. In this embodiment, the laundry does not contact with the hole edges of the water passing holes, and the wear of the laundry by the hole edges of the water passing holes can be reduced.
In the embodiment that the door sealing ring 6 is provided with the water filling port 6a, water liquid directly enters the inner barrel, and the water filled into the inner barrel slowly enters the water containing barrel through the water holes, so that clothes can be soaked as soon as possible, and the washing efficiency is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the box body 21 has a second water outlet 21c, and when the water level in the water mixing tank 21a is higher than the predetermined water level, the liquid in the water mixing tank 21a overflows to the second water outlet 21 c. Referring to fig. 15, the washing apparatus includes a second water outlet passage 42, and the second water outlet passage 42 serves to guide the water flow discharged from the second water discharge port 21c between the tub and the inner tub.
In this embodiment, when the water level in the water mixing tub 21a is not higher than the overflow water level, the water in the water mixing tub 21a enters the first water outlet passage 41 from the first drain port 21 b. When the water level in the water mixing tub 21a is higher than the overflow water level, the excess water overflows to the second water discharge port 21c and enters the second water outlet passage 42. Since the first outlet passage 41 needs to be guided to the water filling port 6a of the door seal 6, the maximum water flow is limited by the water filling port 6 a. The second water outlet 21c and the second water outlet passage 42 can guide the water flow to the water containing barrel in time under the condition of overflow, thereby not only playing a role of safety protection, but also accelerating water inlet.
For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the bottom wall of the box body 21 is provided with a water blocking rib 211, the water mixing tank 21a and the first water discharge port 21b are located on a first side of the water blocking rib 211, and the second water discharge port 21c is located on a second side of the water blocking rib 211. The height of the top edge of the water-blocking rib 211 is used as the overflow water level of the water mixing tank 21a, and when the water level in the water mixing tank 21a continuously rises to the top edge of the water-blocking rib 211, water flows over the water-blocking rib 211, flows to the second side of the water-blocking rib 211 from the top side of the water-blocking rib 211, and is discharged from the second water outlet 21 c.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the detergent container may be placed in the holding tank after being purchased by the user, or may be placed in the holding tank at the time of shipment. When the hand drop box 33 needs to be arranged, the hand drop box 33 is installed in the second accommodation groove 1b when the complete machine is shipped. The user can take out the hand drop box 33 as necessary for use and clean it, and then put it into the second housing groove 1 b.
Referring to fig. 15, the washing apparatus further includes a circulation pump 81, a first circulation path 82, a second circulation path 83, and the filter container 34 (refer to fig. 8, 9, 11, and 13), for example. The quantity of holding tank is three at least, and one of them holding tank is third holding tank 1c, filters container 34 detachably and sets up in third holding tank 1 c.
The first circulation path 82 communicates an outlet of the circulation pump 81 and a water inlet of the filtering container 34, and the circulation pump 81 serves to pump the water liquid in the tub to the water inlet of the filtering container 34 through the first circulation path 82.
The water inlet of the second circulation path 83 is connected to the water outlet of the filter container 34 to return the water filtered by the filter container 34 to the water tub or the inner tub.
In this embodiment, the circulating pump 81 pumps the water with the lint from the bottom of the tub to the water inlet of the filtering container 34, the lint is retained in the filtering container 34 after passing through the filtering container 34, and the filtered water flows out through the water outlet of the filtering container 34, so as to achieve the purpose of circulating and filtering the lint.
In some embodiments, the filtering container 34 may further include modules for scale inhibition, sterilization, aroma, and the like, so as to achieve the functions of color protection, sterilization, aroma enhancement, and the like.
It is understood that, in some embodiments, the second circulation path 83 may directly discharge the water drained from the filtering container 34 into the inner tub or the tub.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 15, the water outlet end of the second circulation path 83 is connected to the first water outlet path 41, that is, the second circulation path 83 connects the water outlet of the filter container 34 and the first water outlet path 41. The water in the second circulation path 83 flows into the inner cylinder through the first water outlet path 41 and the water inlet 6 a. That is, the first drain port 21b and the second circulation passage 83 are both communicated with the first water outlet passage 41, so that the first water outlet passage 41 can be reused, and the structure is compact.
For example, referring to fig. 4 and 6, a three-way structure 212 is disposed below the box body 21, a first port of the three-way structure 212 is used as the first drainage port 21b, a water outlet end of the second circulation path 83 is connected to the second port, and a water inlet end of the second water outlet path 42 is connected to the third port.
It is understood that in some embodiments, the tee structure 212 may be a part of the structure of the box 21, and be integrally formed with other portions of the box 21. In other embodiments, tee structure 212 may be a separate component and mounted to the underside of cassette body 21.
Two specific embodiments are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First embodiment
Please refer to fig. 8-10.
The water inlet pipe is connected to the water inlet 220a of the first water inlet passage 220, and the water inlets 221a ', 221a "of the second water inlet passages 221', 221" are left vacant.
The first receiving tank 1a receives therein a first detergent container 31.
The second receiving tank 1b receives a second detergent container 32 therein.
The third receiving groove 1c receives the filter container 34.
The dosing pump is provided with a first suction channel and a second suction channel which are independent from each other, and the liquid in the first suction channel and the liquid in the second suction channel can not flow into each other and respectively and independently convey the detergent. In this embodiment, the dosing pump may also be referred to as a double dosing pump.
The liquid suction port of the first suction passage is used for sucking the detergent in the first detergent container 31, and the detergent is discharged from the liquid outlet of the first suction passage and discharged to the water mixing tank 21a through one of the detergent liquid inlets. The liquid suction port of the second suction passage is used for sucking the detergent in the second detergent container 32, and the detergent is discharged from the liquid outlet of the second suction passage and discharged to the water mixing tank 21a through another detergent liquid inlet.
It should be noted that the first aspiration channel and the second aspiration channel do not draw fluid simultaneously. In this embodiment, the user can select to change into different laundry detergent according to the demand and carry out nimble laundry, and it is also convenient to wash. Specifically, a user purchases different types of detergent containers, detergent required by the user is contained in the detergent containers, the user can take out the current detergent container according to needs and replace the current detergent container with the detergent container required by the current washing, and therefore the user can conveniently and flexibly replace the detergent.
It can be understood that the cover of the detergent container may be opened, and the user may fill the detergent container with the detergent and then put the detergent container into the receiving tub. The bottle filling machine can meet the requirements of users for bottled purchase while the users pour liquid.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the detergent in the corresponding detergent container may be pumped by two independent feeding pumps, respectively.
Second embodiment
Please refer to fig. 11 to 14.
Most of the structure in this embodiment is substantially the same as that in the first embodiment. The first receiving tank 1a receives therein a first detergent container 31. The third receiving groove 1c receives the filtering container 34.
The difference mainly includes: the number of the water inlet pipes is two, and the number of the second water inlet passages 221', 221 "is two. One of the water inlet pipes is connected to the water inlet 221a 'of one of the second water inlet passages 221', and the other water inlet pipe is connected to the water inlet 221a "of the other second water inlet passage 221". The inlet port 220a of the first water inlet passage 220 is left vacant. The second housing groove 1b houses a hand drop box 33.
The hand drop box 33 has two drop chambers 33a ', 33a ", the rear drop chamber 33a ' being open on the rear side, and the front drop chamber 33 a" being connected to the rear drop chamber 33a ' by a siphon channel 33 c.
The washing equipment of the embodiment has the functions of automatic feeding and manual feeding.
In this embodiment, since the second detergent container 32 is not provided, only the detergent in the first detergent container 31 needs to be pumped, and thus, the dosing pump may have only one pumping dosing, which may also be referred to as a single dosing pump, and thus, the cost may be reduced.
Of course, the double throw pump of the first embodiment may be used, except that the second suction passage is not used.
It should be noted that, in the automatic dispensing mode in which the dispensing pump pumps the laundry detergent in the first detergent container 31, the user may turn on or off according to circumstances.
In the case of starting the automatic putting mode, the working process of the washing device is as follows:
if the user needs to add the detergent for auxiliary washing, such as softener or disinfectant, before the washing starts, the dispenser box 1 is pulled out, the required detergent for auxiliary washing, such as softener or disinfectant, is manually added to the feeding chamber 33a ″ forward, and the dispenser box 1 is pushed into the detergent box 2.
After the washing process is started, the laundry detergent in the first detergent container 31 is pumped by the throwing pump and is discharged to the water mixing tank 21a, one of the second water inlet channels 221 'discharges water to the rear throwing chamber 33a', and the other second water inlet channel 221 ″ does not supply water. The water flow enters the water mixing tank 21a from the open position of the rear side of the throwing chamber 33a', washes and dissolves the laundry liquid in the water mixing tank 21a, and the water liquid in the water mixing tank 21a enters the inner cylinder through the first water outlet passage 41 and the water filling port 6 a.
In the rinsing stage, the other second water inlet channel 221 ″ discharges water to the forward dosing chamber 33a ″, the water flow carries the auxiliary detergent in the dosing chamber 33a ″ into the backward dosing chamber 33a' through the siphon channel 33c, and then enters the water mixing tank 21a, and the water in the water mixing tank 21a enters the inner cylinder through the first water outlet channel 41 and the water inlet 6 a.
In case of turning off the automatic putting mode, the operation of the washing apparatus is as follows:
before the washing starts, the dispenser box 1 is pulled out, the laundry detergent or washing powder is manually added to the backward input chamber 33a', and the detergent for assisting the washing, such as softener and disinfectant, is added to the forward input chamber 33a ″, and then the dispenser box 1 is pushed into the detergent box 2.
After the washing procedure is started, one of the second water inlet channels 221 'discharges water to the rear feeding chamber 33a', the other second water inlet channel 221 'does not discharge water, the water flow carries the detergent in the feeding chamber 33a' to enter the water mixing tank 21a, and the water in the water mixing tank 21a enters the inner cylinder through the first water outlet channel 41 and the water injection port 6 a.
In the rinsing stage, the other second water inlet channel 221 ″ discharges water to the forward dosing chamber 33a ″, the water flow carries the detergent in the dosing chamber 33a ″ into the backward dosing chamber 33a' through the siphon channel 33c, and then enters the water mixing tank 21a, and the water in the water mixing tank 21a enters the inner cylinder through the first water outlet channel 41 and the water inlet 6 a.

Claims (12)

1. A box cover used for a detergent putting device, which is characterized in that,
the box cover is provided with a first water inlet channel (220) and a second water inlet channel (221' ) which are mutually independent;
the water outlet of the first water inlet channel (220) enables water flow discharged by the first water inlet channel to avoid a distributor box (1) of the detergent putting device and be guided to a box body (21) of the detergent putting device;
the outlet of the second water inlet channel (221' ) enables the water flow discharged by the second water inlet channel to enter the distributor box (1).
2. The cover according to claim 1, wherein the first water inlet passage (220) is provided at a rear right corner of the cover, and/or the outlet of the second water inlet passage (221', 221 ") is provided at a front portion of the cover in a front-rear direction.
3. The cartridge cover according to claim 1, wherein the water inlet of the first water inlet passage (220) and the water inlet of the second water inlet passage (221', 221 ") are arranged in a staggered manner in a left-right direction.
4. The box cover according to claim 1, wherein the box cover is provided with a first spray outlet (223), the first spray outlet (223) is communicated with the first water inlet channel (220), so that part of the water flow in the first water inlet channel (220) is discharged from the first spray outlet (223); and/or the box cover is provided with a second spraying outlet (224), and the second spraying outlet (224) is communicated with one second water inlet channel (221 ') so that part of water flow in the second water inlet channel (221' ) is discharged from the second spraying outlet (224).
5. The cartridge cover according to claim 1, wherein the number of the second water inlet passages (221', 221 ") is at least two, each of the second water inlet passages (221', 221") is independent from each other, and the water outlets of each of the second water inlet passages (221', 221 ") are arranged in a staggered manner.
6. The cartridge cover according to claim 5, wherein the outlets of the second water inlet passages (221', 221 ") are arranged in a staggered manner in the front-rear direction; and/or the water inlets of the second water inlet channels (221' ) are arranged in a staggered manner in the left-right direction.
7. A detergent box, comprising:
a box (21), the top side of the box (21) being open;
and a lid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, which is provided at the top side of the body (21) open.
8. A detergent dispensing device, comprising:
the detergent box of claim 7;
a dispenser box (1) having a plurality of receiving grooves, one of which is a first receiving groove (1a) for receiving a detergent container and the other of which is a second receiving groove (1b) for receiving a detergent container or a hand-throw box (33); the outlet of the second water inlet channel (221' ) is positioned above the second receiving groove (1b) to guide the flow of water to the second receiving groove (1 b).
9. Detergent dispensing device according to claim 8, wherein the water outlet of the first water inlet channel (220) is located outside the projected range of the dispenser box (1) in a top view projection of the detergent dispensing device.
10. A washing apparatus, comprising:
an inner barrel;
a water containing barrel, the inner barrel being disposed inside the water containing barrel;
the detergent delivery device of claim 8 or 9;
a water inlet line for supplying water to the first water inlet channel (220) or the second water inlet channel (221' );
a dosing pump for drawing off the detergent in the detergent container placed in the first holding tank (1a) and/or for drawing off the detergent in the detergent container placed in the second holding tank (1 b).
11. A washing apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that it comprises a first outlet passage (41) and a door seal (6) arranged at the front end of the drum, said door seal (6) having a water injection opening (6a), said box body (21) having a first water discharge opening (21b) communicating with a water mixing tank (21a), said first outlet passage (41) communicating said first water discharge opening (21b) and said water injection opening (6 a).
12. The washing apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the case (21) has a second drain opening (21c) to which the liquid in the mixing tub (21a) overflows when the water level in the mixing tub (21a) is higher than a preset water level; the washing apparatus includes a second water outlet passage (42), the second water outlet passage (42) for guiding a flow of water drained by the second drain opening (21c) between the tub and the inner tub.
