In the description of the embodiments of the present application, it should be noted that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of describing the embodiments of the present application and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the referred devices or elements must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present application. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
An embodiment of the present application provides a detergent dispensing device 100 for a washing apparatus, referring to fig. 1 and 2, including a dispenser box 10 and a detergent box 20.
Referring to fig. 11, 12 and 13, the washing apparatus of the present embodiment further includes an inner tub 90, an outer tub 80, a circulating pump 61, a circulating pipeline 62 and a detergent dispensing device 100 according to any embodiment of the present invention.
The inner barrel 90 is disposed in the outer barrel 80, and the inner barrel 90 holds water through the outer barrel 80.
The specific type of the washing device is not limited, and may be, for example, a washing machine, a washing and drying all-in-one machine, or the like.
The dispenser case 10 has an installation space for installing the filter 31. The filter 31 is installed in the installation space. The specific type of the installation space is not limited, for example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the installation space is configured in the form of a receiving groove 10a, and the filter 31 is disposed in the receiving groove 10 a.
Referring to fig. 3 and 12, the detergent box 20 has a drawing space 20a, and the dispenser box 10 is drawably disposed in the drawing space 20a in the detergent box 20. Referring to fig. 1, the dispenser box 10 is in a state of being drawn out from the drawing space 20a. When the washing apparatus is in normal use, the dispenser box 10 is pushed into the drawing space 20a.
Referring to fig. 6 and 9, the detergent box 20 has a water mixing groove 21a and a first drain port 21b communicating with each other, and the first drain port 21b is used to drain water in the water mixing groove 21a. In particular, the water mixing groove 21a is located in a lower portion of the withdrawal space 20a. The detergent and the water flow toward the water mixing tank 21a, and the water flow carries the detergent to be discharged from the first drain port 21 b.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the detergent box 20 is provided with a circulating water joint 24, the circulating water joint 24 includes a circulating water channel 241a and a circulating water standby channel 242a which are communicated with each other, an outlet of the circulating water channel 241a is used for guiding water flow to an inlet of the filter 31 in the distributor box 10, and an inlet of the circulating water channel 241a is used for introducing circulating water. Specifically, the circulation pump 61 is used to pump the water in the outer tub 80 to the inlet of the circulation water channel 241a via the circulation line 62.
The circulating pump 61 pumps the water with the flocks at the bottom of the outer barrel 80 to the inlet of the circulating water channel 241a, the circulating water enters the filter 31 through the circulating water channel 241a, the flocks are left in the filter 31 after flowing through the filter 31, and the filtered water flows out from the water outlet of the filter 31, so that the aim of circularly filtering the flocks is fulfilled.
The highest position of the circulating water standby passage 242a is higher than that of the circulating water passage 241 a. In this way, after the water flow enters the circulating water channel 241a from the inlet of the circulating water channel 241a, the resistance of the water flow flowing through the circulating water channel 241a to the filter 31 is smaller than the resistance flowing to the circulating water standby channel 242a, so that the circulating water flows preferentially to the filter 31 through the circulating water channel 241a in a normal use state.
When the filter 31 is clogged, the back pressure at the water outlet of the circulating water passage 241a increases, and the circulating water is forced to flow to the circulating water backup passage 242a and is discharged through the circulating water backup passage 242a. Therefore, the circulating water standby passage 242a plays a safety precaution role, and can drain water in the circulating pipeline 62 in time when the filter 31 is blocked, so that the probability of faults such as pipe explosion, damage to the circulating pump 61 and the like caused by rapid increase of water pressure is reduced.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 10, the dispenser box 10 has a plurality of receiving grooves 10a, 10b, one of which 10a is for receiving the filter 31, and the remaining receiving grooves 10a, 10b are for receiving the detergent bottle 32.
For example, referring to fig. 1 and 10, the plurality of receiving grooves 10a and 10b are arranged side by side in the left-right direction.
The detergent bottle 32 may contain detergents such as laundry detergent, softener, disinfectant fluid, perfume, etc. In embodiments having a plurality of detergent bottles 32, each detergent bottle 32 is used to store a different type of detergent therein.
Illustratively, the washing apparatus includes a door body, a cabinet, and a door sealing ring 50 disposed at a front end of the inner tub 90, and the outer tub 80 is disposed in the cabinet. The box is provided with the opening, and the door body is used for opening or closing the opening. The door seal 50 is used for sealing a gap between the outer tub 80 and the opening of the cabinet, and when the door closes the opening, the door sealingly abuts on the door seal 50.
Referring to fig. 11 and 13, for example, the door seal 50 has a water filling port 50a. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the washing apparatus includes a first water outlet pipe 71, and the first water outlet pipe 71 communicates the first drain port 21b and the water filling port 50a. That is, the water in the water mixing tank 21a is injected into the inner tub 90 through the first water outlet 21b and the water inlet 50a of the door sealing ring 50, so that the detergent is directly injected into the inner tub 90 and directly contacts with the clothes, and the utilization rate of the detergent is improved.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, the inner barrel 90 is provided with lifting ribs. The area of the inner cylinder 90 covered by the lifting ribs is provided with water holes, the inner cylinder 90 is not covered by the lifting ribs, and water exchange is carried out between the inner cylinder 90 and the outer cylinder 80 through the water holes. In the embodiment, the clothes do not contact with the hole edges of the water through holes, so that the abrasion of the hole edges of the water through holes to the clothes can be reduced. In this embodiment, the water directly enters the inner tub 90, and the water injected into the inner tub 90 slowly enters the outer tub 80 through the water holes, so as to quickly soak the laundry and improve the washing efficiency.
Illustratively, the mixing water tank 21a is used for receiving the filtered water filtered by the filter 31. That is to say, the water filtered by the filter 31 directly flows to the water mixing tank 21a below the filter 31 without providing an additional pipeline for draining, and the first drain port 21b is reused for draining, so that the structure can be simplified, and the structure of the detergent putting device 100 is simpler.
It should be noted that the outlet of the circulating water backup passage 242a can direct the flow of water to any suitable location. For example, in some embodiments, the water at the water outlet of the circulating water standby passage 242a is directly led back to the outer tub 80 through a pipeline.
In other embodiments, the water outlet of the circulating water backup passage 242a is communicated with the water mixing tank 21a, that is, the water mixing tank 21a is also used for receiving water from the circulating water backup passage 242a, so that an additional pipeline does not need to be arranged to connect the water outlet of the circulating water backup passage 242a, and the first water outlet 21b is used for draining water, which can simplify the structure and make the structure of the detergent dispensing device 100 simpler.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2, the detergent box 20 includes a box body 21 and a box cover 22. The top side of the box body 21 is opened, and the box cover 22 is covered at the opened top side of the box body 21, and the box body 21 and the box cover 22 jointly define a drawing space 20a for accommodating the dispenser box 10.
Referring to fig. 6, a water mixing tank 21a is disposed in the box body 21.
Illustratively, the outlet of the circulating water channel 241a is disposed on the box body 21, and the outlet of the circulating water standby channel 242a is disposed on the box cover 22. In this way, the water outlet of the circulating water backup passage 242a and the water outlet of the circulating water passage 241a have a height difference, which generates a corresponding water outlet back pressure, so that the water outlet priority of the water outlet of the circulating water passage 241a is higher than the water outlet priority of the circulating water backup passage 242a.
For example, referring to fig. 11 and 13, a circulating water joint 24 is disposed at the rear of the detergent box 20. The circulating water joint 24 comprises a main pipeline 241 and a branch pipeline 242 which are connected with each other, the main pipeline 241 is arranged along the front-back direction, the rear end of the main pipeline 241 is used for being connected with the circulating pipeline 62, and the front end of the main pipeline 241 is used for being matched with a water inlet of the filter 31 in a plugging mode.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 3, a back wall of the box body 21 is provided with an avoiding opening 21h, and a front end of the main pipeline 241 extends into the box body 21 through the avoiding opening 21 h.
The flow passage in the main pipe 241 defines the circulation water passage described above, and the space in the branch pipe 242 defines the circulation water backup passage 242a described above.
When the dispenser cassette 10 is withdrawn, the front end of the main pipeline 241 is separated from the filter 31, and when the dispenser is pushed into place, the front end of the main pipeline 241 and the filter 31 are inserted into place.
The top wall of the box cover 22 is provided with a circulating water standby interface 22a, and one end of the branch pipe 242 is connected with the main pipe 241, for example, a tee joint is provided at the connection position of the two. The other end of the branch pipe 242 is wound around the top of the box cover 22 from the rear of the box body 21 and connected to the circulating water backup connection 22 a. Thus, the branch pipe 242 does not occupy the space inside the detergent box 20, facilitating pipe distribution and making the detergent box 20 compact.
It should be noted that the main pipeline 241 may be a complete pipeline, or may be formed by connecting a plurality of segmented pipelines.
The branch pipe 242 may be a complete pipe or may be formed by connecting a plurality of sectional pipes.
For example, referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, the rear wall of the box body 21 is provided with an air pressure balancing port 21g. The outer tub 80 has a vent. The washing device comprises an air pressure balancing pipeline which is communicated with the air vent and the air pressure balancing port 21g. The space in the outer barrel keeps air pressure balance with the space in the detergent box through the air pressure balance pipeline, and the space in the detergent box is communicated with the external environment, so that the air pressure in the detergent box is the same as the external atmospheric pressure, and the air pressure balance between the outer barrel and the atmospheric environment can be realized.
It should be noted that, if the outer barrel has no vent, the space in the outer barrel is relatively blocked, and there is a certain air pressure, and the air pressure will generate a certain back pressure to the water inlet process of the outer barrel and/or the inner barrel, resulting in no water inlet or slow water inlet.
The specific position of the air pressure balancing port 21g can be designed according to actual needs.
For example, referring to fig. 14, the air pressure balancing port 21g is located substantially below the circulating water backup port 22 a.
For example, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a water guide 221 is disposed at a bottom side of the box cover 22, and a top end of the water guide 221 is connected to a top wall of the box cover 22. The water guiding member 221 is used for guiding the water in the circulating water backup interface 22a to the bottom wall of the box body 21, and the water flows to the water mixing tank 21a along the bottom wall of the box body 21.
The water guide piece 221 plays a role in guiding water, so that the impact force of water flow on the bottom wall of the box body 21 is reduced, and the noise generated by water flow impact is reduced; in addition, the degree of splash sputtering can also be reduced.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the bottom end of the water guide 221 is spaced apart from the bottom wall of the box body 21, so that the bottom end of the water guide 221 does not interfere with the box body 21 during the assembly of the box cover 22 and the box body 21.
Illustratively, the cover 22 is an integrally molded injection molding member, that is, the water guide member 221, the top wall of the cover 22 and the rest of the cover are integrally injection molded. Illustratively, the water guide 221 is located behind the dispenser box 10. The water guide 221 does not interfere with the dispenser box 10, and the space behind the dispenser box 10 can be fully utilized.
The water guide 221 cannot interfere with the insertion and extraction of the main pipe 241 and the filter 31, and cannot interfere with the insertion and extraction of the below-described dispensing pump 40 and the detergent bottle 32.
Illustratively, the water guide 221 is located at the right rear corner within the detergent box, so that the water guide 221 can fully utilize the space at the right rear corner within the detergent box 20 without interfering with the dispenser box 10.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the water guide 221 includes a first water blocking wall 2211, a front surface of the first water blocking wall 2211 is a water guide surface, and the first water blocking wall 2211 is located in front of the air pressure balancing port 21g and blocks the air pressure balancing port 21g. Referring to fig. 3, the blocking of the air pressure balance port 21g means that, in a plane projection perpendicular to the drawing direction of the dispenser box 10, the first water blocking wall 2211 blocks the air pressure balance port 21g.
In this embodiment, the first water blocking wall 2211 can block water flow from splashing to the air pressure balancing port 21g, and splashed water inside the detergent box 20 is not easy to splash to the outside of the detergent box 20 from the air pressure balancing port 21g, so that the water seepage phenomenon is not easy to occur at the connecting pipe portion of the air pressure balancing port and the air pressure balancing pipeline.
The specific structure of the water guide 221 is not limited, for example, the water guide 221 is in a sheet shape, and the water flows from top to bottom along the water guide surface on the front side of the first water-blocking wall 2211. In some embodiments, the first water-blocking wall 2211 is inclined forward gradually from top to bottom, so as to facilitate the water flow along the water-guiding surface. Of course, the water guide surface may not be inclined.
Illustratively, the water guide 221 has a flat tubular shape. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the water guiding member 221 includes a second water blocking wall 2212, the second water blocking wall 2212 is located at the front side of the first water blocking wall 2211, the left end of the first water blocking wall 2211 is connected to the left end of the second water blocking wall 2212, the right end of the first water blocking wall 2211 is connected to the right end of the second water blocking wall 2212, and both define a flat flow guiding channel 221a in which water flows. So, can carry out better restraint and water conservancy diversion to rivers, reduce rivers to the influence of other spare parts.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the bottom edge of the second water blocking wall 2212 is lower than the bottom edge of the first water blocking wall 2211.
In this embodiment, the length of the second water blocking wall 2212 is smaller than that of the first water blocking wall 2211, so that the cantilever length of the mold of the water guide 221 can be reduced, the stress condition of the mold can be improved, and the service life and reliability of the mold can be improved.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5, the second water blocking wall 2212 is provided with an open groove 2212a, and the opening of the open groove 2212a is located at the bottom edge of the second water blocking wall 2212. The opening groove 2212a extends substantially in the up-down direction. The open slot 2212a can also be modified to the stress conditions of the mold. Specifically, the mold is provided with a mold core at the opening slot 2212a, and the mold core and the mold part corresponding to the first water blocking wall 2211 can be connected together, so that the mold part corresponding to the first water blocking wall 2211 can be prevented from being in a thin and long cantilever state, so that the stress condition of the mold can be improved, and the service life and reliability of the mold can be improved.
For example, referring to fig. 6 and 9, the bottom wall of the detergent box 20 is provided with a water blocking rib 211 and a second drain opening 21d, and the water blocking rib 211 partitions the lower space of the detergent box 20 out of the water mixing tank 21a and the drain tank 21c. The second drain port 21d communicates with the drain groove 21c, and the second drain port 21d drains the water in the drain groove 21c. That is, the first drain port 21b and the water mixing groove 21a are located at one side of the water blocking rib 211, and the second drain port 21d and the water mixing groove 21c are located at the other side of the water blocking rib 211.
Illustratively, the washing apparatus includes a second water outlet conduit 74, and the second water outlet conduit 74 guides the water flow discharged from the second water outlet 21d to between the outer tub 80 and the inner tub 90.
It is understood that the water flow sectional area of the second drain port 21d is larger than that of the first drain port 21 b. That is, when the amount of water is equally sufficient, the drain flow rate of the second drain port 21d is larger than the drain flow rate of the first drain port 21 b.
When the water level in the water mixing tank 21a is higher than the overflow water level, the liquid in the water mixing tank 21a overflows to the drain tank 21c.
In this embodiment, when the water level in the mixing tank 21a is not higher than the overflow water level, the water in the mixing tank 21a enters the first outlet pipe 71 from the first water outlet 21 b. When the water level in the mixing tank 21a is higher than the overflow water level, the excess water overflows into the drain tank 21c and enters the second outlet pipe 74 through the second outlet port 21 d. That is, the detergent dispenser preferentially discharges water from the first drain port 21 b.
Since the water of the first drain port 21b needs to be guided to the water filling port 50a of the gate packing 50, the maximum water flow rate is limited by the water filling port 50a. The second water outlet 21d and the water discharge groove 21c can guide the water flow in the detergent box 20 to the outer tub 80 in time under the overflow condition, thereby performing the safety protection function and accelerating the water inflow.
The overflow water level in the water mixing tank 21a is determined by the structure of the water blocking rib 211, and specifically, the overflow water level is the lowest water level at which the water blocking rib 211 allows the water in the water mixing tank 21a to flow to the drainage tank 21c.
Illustratively, in some embodiments, the height of the top edge of the water-blocking rib 211 serves as an overflow water level of the water mixing groove 21a, and when the water level in the water mixing groove 21a continuously rises to the top edge of the water-blocking rib 211, water liquid flows over the water-blocking rib 211, flows from the top side of the water-blocking rib 211 into the drain groove 21c on the second side of the water-blocking rib 211, and is discharged from the second drain opening 21 d.
In other embodiments, the water blocking rib 211 is provided with a gap, and the height of the bottom edge of the gap is used as the overflow water level of the water mixing tank 21a.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the detergent dispensing device 100 includes a venturi tube 23 disposed below the detergent box 20, for example. Referring to fig. 11, the washing apparatus includes a water inlet pipeline 72, an inlet 23a (see fig. 9) of the venturi 23 is used for connecting the water inlet pipeline 72, and a first water outlet 21b is connected to a negative pressure suction port 23c (see fig. 9) of the venturi 23; the first water outlet line 71 is connected to the outlet 23b (see fig. 9) of the venturi tube 23.
When water is supplied, the water from the water inlet pipe 72 flows through the venturi tube 23, the water flow generates a negative pressure at the negative pressure suction port 23c, and the water in the first water discharge port 21b is sucked into the venturi tube 23, converged into the first water outlet pipe 71, and flows toward the water filling port 50a of the door seal 50.
In this embodiment, the venturi tube 23 can accelerate the water discharge speed of the water mixing tank 21a so that the water in the water mixing tank 21a is discharged from the first water discharge port 21b as much as possible, that is, the water mixed with the detergent can enter the inner tub 50 from the water injection port 50a of the door seal 50 as much as possible and overflow into the water discharge tank 21c as little as possible.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2, the detergent dispensing device 100 includes a dispensing pump 40, and the dispensing pump 40 is used for quantitatively pumping the detergent in the dispenser box 10. In the embodiment of the present application, the detergent in the detergent bottle 32 is pumped by the feeding pump 40.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, at least one feeding port 21f is formed on the rear wall of the box body 21, wherein the number of the feeding ports 21f is the same as the number of the suction ports of the feeding pump 40, and the number of the detergent bottles 32. The detergent is drawn into the dosing pump 40 from the suction port of the dosing pump 40, and is dosed into the detergent box 20 from the dosing port 21 f.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the top wall of the lid 22 is provided with at least one flushing port connector 22b, the flushing port connector 22b being located above the inlet port 21 f. Referring to fig. 11, the washing apparatus includes at least one water inlet branch pipe 73, one end of each water inlet branch pipe 73 is communicated with the water inlet pipe, the other end of each water inlet branch pipe 73 is connected with a corresponding flushing port connector 22b, and the flushing port connector 22b is used for guiding water of the water inlet branch pipe 73 to the inside of the detergent box 20.
When water enters the water inlet pipeline 72, the water path entering the water inlet pipeline 72 is divided into multiple paths, wherein one path flows to the venturi tube 23 through the downstream of the water inlet pipeline 72, and the other path flows to the inside of the detergent box 20 through the water inlet branch pipe 73 and the flushing port connector 22b, flushes the detergent below the feeding port 21f, and flows to the water mixing tank 21a together with the detergent.
The water flowing down from the flushing port connector 22b has a flushing effect on the detergent, on one hand, the detergent is facilitated to be dissolved, on the other hand, the probability of the detergent remaining on the inner wall of the box body 21 is also reduced, and the probability of bacterial breeding is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the box cover 22 is provided with a hand-throwing water inlet passage 22c for introducing an external water source, and a water outlet of the hand-throwing water inlet passage 22c is positioned above the receiving groove 10b so that the discharged water flow can enter the dispenser box 10. That is, the water flow discharged from the hand-throwing water passage 22c flows into the dispenser box 10 and then flows from the dispenser box 10 to the water mixing tank 21a.
At least one receiving groove 10b is for receiving a detergent bottle 32 or a hand-throw box. That is, for the same housing grooves 10a, 10b, either a detergent bottle 32 or a hand-drop box is placed therein. The design of the detergent dispensing device 100 is such that the detergent container and the hand-operated dispenser can be interchanged.
The user manually puts the dosage of the detergent required by single washing into the hand throwing box. When the hand drop box is placed in the holding tank 10b, the water inlet pipe 72 is connected to the water inlet of the hand drop water inlet passage 22c, and the water flow discharged from the hand drop water inlet passage 22c flows into the hand drop box to carry the detergent in the hand drop box to flow to the water mixing tank 21a.
The detergent dispenser 100 of this embodiment, which selectively configures the detergent bottle 32 or the hand-throw box, may use the same detergent dispenser 100 for different configurations of washing apparatuses, and during the assembly, the water inlet line 72 may be connected to the water inlet of the hand-throw water passage 22c or to the inlet of the venturi 23 according to the configuration of the detergent. Therefore, the generalization rate of parts can be improved, the stock pressure of stagnant materials is reduced, the same mould can be used for manufacturing the detergent putting device 100 aiming at different configured washing equipment, the cost investment of the mould is reduced, and the product development period can also be shortened.
For convenience of description, the housing groove 10a for housing the filter 31 is referred to as a first housing groove 10a; the remaining accommodation grooves 10b are referred to as second accommodation grooves 10b.
In the embodiment where the number of the second receiving grooves 10b is at least two, one of the second receiving grooves 10b may receive a hand-throw kit, and the other second receiving groove 10b may receive a detergent bottle 32; alternatively, all the second accommodation grooves 10b accommodate the detergent bottles 32; alternatively, all the second accommodation grooves 10b accommodate the hand-throw cartridges.
