All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Further, although the terms used in the present application are selected from publicly known and used terms, some of the terms mentioned in the specification of the present application may be selected by the applicant at his or her discretion, the detailed meanings of which are described in relevant parts of the description herein.
Further, it is required that the present application is understood not only by the actual terms used but also by the meaning of each term lying within.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a safety protection device. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a safety shield apparatus 100 provided by the embodiment of the present application may include: a key store 110 and a guard 120. The key storage 110 may be provided with a receiving space and a key detecting member 111. The accommodating space can be used for accommodating a vehicle key, the key detecting element 111 is used for detecting whether the accommodating space accommodates the vehicle key, and the key detecting element 111 can be electrically connected with the protector 120. In a case where the key detecting element 111 detects that the accommodating space does not accommodate the vehicle key, the guard 120 is in the guard state.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present application, after the vehicle 20 is parked at the target position, the vehicle key of the vehicle 20 may be placed in the accommodating space of the key storage 110. Whether the accommodating space accommodates the car key can be detected by the key detecting element 111, and the guard 120 can be in the protection state when the key detecting element 111 detects that the accommodating space does not accommodate the car key. Thus, it is possible to prevent an irrelevant person from taking the vehicle key and moving the vehicle 20, and it is possible to improve the problem that the vehicle 20 is misoperated to cause a safety hazard to the person around the vehicle 20.
It should be noted that, for example, in the embodiment of the present application, the key detecting element 111 may include a weighing element, and it may be determined whether the accommodating space accommodates the vehicle key by detecting the weight of the article disposed in the accommodating space. For example, in an embodiment of the present application, the key detecting element 111 may include a travel switch, and in a case that a vehicle key is disposed in the accommodating space, the vehicle key may trigger a contact action of the travel switch, the travel switch may be in a conducting state, and the travel switch may be electrically connected to the guard 120. When the stroke switch is in the on state, the guard 120 may be energized, so that the guard 120 may be switched to the guard state, and the guard 120 may perform safety protection.
It should be further noted that, for example, in the embodiment of the present application, the guard 120 may include a shutter. In the case where the guard 120 is in the guard state, the shutter may be in the closed state. Under the condition that the gate is in the closed state, the gate can isolate the operator from the vehicle 20, and can prevent potential safety hazards to the operator caused by the vehicle 20 being started. Illustratively, in embodiments of the present application, the guards 120 may include an alarm, such as an audible and visual alarm. When the guard 120 is in the protection state, the alarm may send an alarm to remind the operator to pay attention to the safety of the operator. Therefore, the safety protection effect on the operators can be achieved.
In the embodiment of the present application, the key storage 110 may further be provided with an open/close detection element 112, and the open/close detection element 112 may be used to detect the open/close state of the key storage 110. The protector 120 may be in a non-protected state in a case where the key detecting element 111 detects that the vehicle key is accommodated in the accommodating space, and the open/close detecting element 112 detects that the key storage 110 is in the closed state, in which the vehicle key accommodated in the accommodating space is confined in the accommodating space.
In this way, in the embodiment of the present application, in the case where the key detecting element 111 detects that the vehicle key is accommodated in the accommodating space and the open/close detecting element 112 detects that the key storage 110 is in the closed state, the barrier 120 can be switched to the non-protected state. For example, if the barrier 120 includes a shutter, the switching of the barrier 120 to the non-shielding state may refer to the switching of the shutter to the open state. For example, if the guard 120 includes an alarm, the switching of the guard 120 to the non-guarding state may indicate that the alarm is in the non-alarming state.
In the embodiment of the present application, the guard 120 may be switched to the guarding state in a case where the key detecting element 111 detects that the accommodating space does not accommodate the vehicle key, and/or the open/close detecting element 112 detects that the key storage 110 is in the open state. For example, if the barrier 120 includes a shutter, the switching of the barrier 120 to the shielding state may refer to the switching of the shutter to the closed state. For example, if the guard 120 includes an alarm, then switching the guard 120 to the non-guarding state may indicate that the alarm is in an alarm state and the alarm may issue an alarm.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present application, the key storage 110 may not be provided with the open/close detection element 112. For example, the key store 110 may be provided with a key slot through which a key may be placed into the key store 110. When the key needs to be removed, the key storage 110 may be opened to remove the vehicle key by the key requested from the manager in a manner of requesting the manager. Thus, the opening/closing detection element 112 can be eliminated, and a certain safety effect can be achieved.
In an embodiment of the present application, the key storage 110 may include a body 113 and a door body 114. The door 114 is rotatably disposed on the body 113, the opening/closing detection element 112 may include a proximity switch and a proximity switch detection portion, one of the body 113 and the door 114 may be provided with the proximity switch, and the other may be provided with the proximity switch detection portion. The proximity switch detecting portion can trigger the proximity switch when the key storage 110 is in the off state.
For example, if the proximity switch is a hall proximity switch, the proximity switch detection portion may be provided to the magnetic object. For example, the magnetic body may be provided on the main body 113, and the proximity switch may be provided on the door 114. If the proximity switch is an eddy current type proximity switch, the proximity switch detection portion may be provided on the conductor. For example, the conductor may be provided to the door 114, and the proximity switch may be provided to the main body 113. In the embodiment of the present application, when the door body 114 is in the open state, the proximity switch will not be able to detect the proximity switch detection portion, i.e., the proximity switch detection portion is unable to trigger the proximity switch. When the door body 114 is in the closed state, the proximity switch may detect the proximity switch detection portion, that is, the proximity switch detection portion may trigger the proximity switch.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present application, the opening/closing detection element 112 may have other forms. Illustratively, in other embodiments of the present application, the opening/closing detection element 112 may include an angle detection sensor. The angle detection sensor may be provided on a rotation shaft of the door body 114. In this way, in the process of the rotation of the door body 114, the angle detection sensor may be triggered, so that whether the door body 114 is in the open state or the closed state may be determined based on the rotation angle of the door body 114 detected by the angle detection sensor.
In an embodiment of the present application, the key store 110 may be provided with a lock 115. With the lock 115 in the locked state, the lock 115 is used to keep the key store 110 in the closed state. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the key store 110 may be held in the closed state by locking the key store 110 with the lock 115 in such a manner that the lock 115 is in the locked state.
In an embodiment of the present application, the lock 115 may include a biometric recognition device configured to obtain a biometric characteristic of the user, and if the biometric characteristic obtained by the biometric recognition device matches an unlocking biometric characteristic of the lock 115, the lock 115 may enable the lock 115 to be in the unlocked state according to the obtained biometric characteristic.
For example, in the embodiments of the present application, the biometric device may be used to acquire fingerprint information or face information of the operator. Of course, in order to protect the privacy of the user, in the embodiment of the present application, after the authorization of the operator is obtained, the fingerprint information or the face information of the operator may be obtained. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the lock 115 may be a fingerprint lock or a face recognition lock in the prior art. Because fingerprint lock or face identification tool to lock are prior art, therefore, do not expand here and describe its theory of operation. It should also be noted that in other embodiments of the present application, the lock 115 may be a conventional mechanical lock such as a pin tumbler lock.
In an embodiment of the present application, the key detecting element 111 may comprise a load cell. Thus, whether the accommodating space accommodates the vehicle key or not can be determined based on the change of the weight value detected by the weighing sensor. In other embodiments of the present application, the key detecting element 111 may include, for example, a stroke switch, an elastic element, and a tray, and the tray may be supported by the elastic element, and the stroke switch may be provided to the tray. Under the condition that the car key is arranged on the tray, the tray can move downwards under the action of gravity, so that the travel switch can be triggered. Thus, whether the accommodating space accommodates the vehicle key or not can be determined.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present application, the guard 120 may include at least one of an alarm 121 and a shutter. Illustratively, the alarm may be an audible and visual alarm. In the embodiment of the present application, in the case that the guard 120 includes a shutter, the safety guard 100 may further include a light curtain 130. The light curtain 130 may be electrically connected to the gate, and the light curtain 130 may be disposed in an area where the gate is located. Thus, the light curtain 130 may be activated during the loading and unloading of the operator. With the light curtain 130 in the triggered state, the shutter may be in the open state. Thus, the potential safety hazard caused by abnormal closing of the gate can be prevented.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, in the case that the guard 120 includes the alarm devices 121, the number of the alarm devices 121 may be multiple, and multiple alarm devices 121 may be disposed at different positions. Thus, the operator can sense the warning signal from the alarm 121 conveniently.
In an embodiment of the present application, the guard 120 may include a shutter, and the shutter may be in a closed state when the guard 120 is in the protection state. Thus, when the gate is closed, the gate can isolate the operator from the vehicle 20, and the safety hazard to the operator due to the vehicle 20 being started can be prevented.
In an embodiment of the present application, in case that the safety guard device 100 may include a key storage 110 and a guard 120, the key storage 110 may be provided with an accommodation space, a key detecting element 111, an opening and closing detecting element 112, and a lock 115, the guard 120 may include a shutter, and the lock 115 may include a biometric recognition device.
In this way, after the operator parks the vehicle 20 at the target location, the biometric identification device of the lock 115 can identify the biometric of the operator, so that the lock 115 can be in the unlocked state after the verification is passed. In the case where the lock 115 is in the unlocked state, the key storage 110 may be in the unlocked state, and the operator may set the vehicle key in the accommodation space of the key storage 110. In the case where the vehicle key is disposed in the accommodation space of the key storage 110, the key detecting element 111 may be activated, the key storage 110 may be in a closed state, and the lock 115 may be in a locked state. In this way, other unrelated personnel may be prevented from removing the vehicle key to start the vehicle 20.
Further, in the event that the operator needs to remove the vehicle 20, the biometric identification device of the lock 115 may identify the biometric of the operator so that the lock 115 may be in the unlocked state after verification passes. With the lock 115 in the unlocked state, the key store 110 may be in an open state and the operator may remove the vehicle key to activate the vehicle for removal.
The embodiment of the application provides a goods loading and unloading system. The loading and unloading system 10 may include a cargo bed 200 and any of the safety shields 100 provided by the embodiments of the present application.
In an embodiment of the present application, the cargo bed 200 may be provided with an upper and lower cargo working area, and in a case where the barrier 120 includes a gate, the gate may be disposed at a position close to the upper and lower cargo working area. Thus, when the gate is in the closed state, the gate can isolate the operator from the vehicle 20, and can prevent the potential safety hazard to the operator due to the vehicle 20 being started. Illustratively, in the embodiment of the present application, the cargo bed 200 may include a conveyor belt and a lifter, and the lifter may drive the conveyor belt to lift and lower, and the conveyor belt may convey the cargo.
In an embodiment of the present application, the loading and unloading system 10 may be provided with a vehicle parking area that may be used to park a vehicle 20 to be loaded or unloaded. In an embodiment of the present application, a gate may be disposed between the upper and lower cargo working areas and the vehicle parking area. In the case where the vehicle 20 is parked at the target position of the vehicle parking zone, the loading and unloading position of the vehicle 20 may be directed toward the gate. The loading and unloading position may refer to a position of the vehicle 20 for inputting or outputting the goods. In this way, when the gate of the guard 120 is in the protection state, the gate may be blocked between the upper and lower cargo work areas and the vehicle parking area, so that the operator and the vehicle 20 may be better isolated, and a potential safety hazard to the operator due to the vehicle 20 being started may be prevented.
Note that, in the embodiment of the present application, the cargo bed 200 and the gate may use a cargo bed and a gate in the related art. In the prior art, the cargo bed can be controlled by a controller to lift or transport cargo, and the gate can be controlled to open and close.
