The external fixator apparatus for fracture reduction according to claim 1, wherein the first pin support assembly (1) comprises an arc support (11), a first bone pin (12) and a second bone pin (13) symmetrically disposed at both ends of the arc support (11), and a universal ball seat (14) having a spherical adapting cavity disposed at the middle portion of the arc support (11), and ball heads (31) adapted to the spherical adapting cavity of the universal ball seat (14) are disposed at both ends of the connection rod member (3).

The external fixator apparatus for fracture reduction according to claim 2, wherein the universal ball seat (14) comprises a lower ball seat (141) having one end fixedly connected to the arc-shaped support (11), an upper ball seat (142) detachably connected to the lower ball seat (141), and a first threaded connection member (143) sequentially passing through the upper ball seat (142) and the lower ball seat (141), and the end surfaces of the upper ball seat (142) and the lower ball seat (141) are respectively provided with hemispherical adapter cavities with opposite openings.
4. The external fixator apparatus for reduction of bone fracture according to claim 3 wherein the arc-shaped support (11) is further provided with a second threaded connector (15) for abutting and locking the first bone needle (12) and the second bone needle (13).
5. An external fixator apparatus for fracture reduction according to any of claims 2 to 4 wherein the second pin holder assembly (2) is of the same configuration as the first pin holder assembly (1).

The external fixator apparatus for fracture reduction according to claim 5 wherein said connecting rod (3) comprises a first threaded rod (32) and a second threaded rod (33) having a ball head (31) at one end and a thread at the other end, and a socket rod (34) having two ends respectively connecting the threaded ends of said first threaded rod (32) and said second threaded rod (33), said socket rod (34) being hollow inside and having two ends provided with threads matching the threads of said first threaded rod (32) and said second threaded rod (33), said ball head end of said first threaded rod (32) being connected to said first bone screw support assembly (1), said ball head end of said second threaded rod (33) being connected to said second bone screw support assembly (2).

The external fixator apparatus for fracture reduction according to claim 6, wherein two ends of the sleeved rod (34) are respectively embedded with a threaded sleeve (341) with a threaded inner wall, and the threaded ends of the first threaded rod (32) and the second threaded rod (33) are matched with the threaded sleeve (341).

The external fixation frame device for fracture reduction according to claim 6, wherein the multi-directional clamp (5) comprises a movable clamp (51) clamped on the connecting rod (3), a third threaded connector (52) penetrating through the movable clamp (51), and a spicule clamp (53) screwed on the third threaded connector (52) and capable of rotating around the axis of the third threaded connector (52), and one end of the positioning spicule (4) is fixed in the spicule clamp (53).

External fixator device for reduction of bone fractures according to claim 8, characterized in that said positioning spicules (4) are two in number, two positioning spicules (4) being clamped on said first threaded bar (32) and second threaded bar (33) by two multi-directional clamps (5), respectively.

External fixator device for reduction of bone fractures according to claim 5 characterized in that said first spicule (12) is provided with drilling thread (121) at one end and a grip (122) at the other end, said second spicule (13) and several positioning spicules (4) having the same structure as said first spicule (12).
