As shown in fig. 6, in order to heat the food on the steaming grate 1, a plurality of air holes 111 may be uniformly formed on the body 11 so that the steam in the container body 21 rises through the air holes 111.

In this embodiment, the cooking container 2 is a steamer. Of course, the cooking container 2 may be other cooking utensils, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.

1. A steaming grate for a cooking vessel (2), said cooking vessel (2) comprising a vessel body (21) and a handle (22), characterized in that said steaming grate (1) comprises:

a body (11);

4. Steaming grate according to claim 3, characterized in that part of the side walls (12) are raised away from the body (11) to form handles (125);

the abutting parts (124) are positioned at two sides of the handle part (125) along the circumferential direction of the steaming grate (1).

5. Steaming grate according to claim 4, characterized in that the side walls (12) are provided with connecting parts (126), the connecting parts (126) being connected with the body (11);

the connecting parts (126) are positioned at two sides of the abutting part (124) along the circumferential direction of the steaming grate (1).

6. Steaming grate according to claim 5, characterised in that the abutment (124), the handle (125) and the connecting part (126) are integrally formed.

7. Steaming grate according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that the side wall (12) is welded to the body (11).

8. Grate in accordance with one of claims 1-6, characterized by the fact that the body (11) is provided with a plurality of air holes (111) uniformly.

9. A cooking container, characterized in that the cooking container (2) comprises:

the container comprises a container body (21), wherein a convex part (211) is arranged on the inner side wall of the container body (21);

the handle (22), the handle (22) is connected with the container body (21) through a connecting piece (23);

a steaming grate (1), wherein the steaming grate (1) is the steaming grate (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8;

10. Cooking vessel according to claim 9, characterized in that the side walls (12) of the steaming grate (1) can abut against the raised portions (211).
