Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a mobile welding robot includes: a base 1, an object stage 2 and a frame 3;
the base 1 is provided with a horizontal upper end face, and the object stage 2 and the rack 3 are both fixedly arranged on the base 1;
a horizontal sliding rail is fixedly connected to the upper end face of the rack 3, a rack 4 parallel to the sliding rail is arranged on one side of the sliding rail, and the rack 4 is fixedly connected with the rack 3;
the slide rail is connected with a case 5 in a sliding manner, two first shafts which are vertically arranged are rotationally connected in the case 5, a gear 15 and a first chain wheel 13 are fixedly sleeved on the first shafts, one side of the case 5, which is close to the objective table 2, is fixedly connected with a mounting rod 11, and the tail end of the mounting rod 11 extends to the lower part of the objective table 2; the gear 15 is meshed with the rack 4;
a plurality of through chip grooves 16 are formed in the upper end face of the objective table 2, a second shaft 10 is connected to the mounting rod 11 in a rotating mode, a wheel brush 9 is fixedly sleeved on the upper end of the second shaft 10, and the wheel brush 9 extends to the bottom face of the objective table 2; a second chain wheel 14 is fixedly sleeved at the lower end of the second shaft 10, and the two first chain wheels 13 are in transmission connection with the second chain wheel 14 through a transmission chain 8;
a manipulator 6 is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the case 5, and a welding gun is fixedly arranged at the end part of the manipulator 6; the side wall of the case 5 is provided with a slot for the gear 15 to be meshed with the rack 4.
During the use process, the plate to be welded can be arranged on the object stage 2. When the transverse position of the welding spot is large, the transverse positions of the manipulator 6 and the welding gun can be adjusted by moving the sliding table. The longitudinal position of the welding gun can be adjusted through the action of the mechanical arm. During welding, some debris and molten material tend to fall off. The debris may escape from the junk slots 16 as described above. However, the molten material easily adheres to the chip grooves 16, causing inconvenience in cleaning. When the machine box 5 slides along the sliding rail, the rack 4 can drive the gear 15 to rotate, so as to drive the first shaft to rotate, the first chain wheel 13 on the first shaft synchronously rotates, the second chain wheel 14 is driven to rotate through the transmission chain 8, so as to drive the second shaft 10 to rotate, the wheel brush 9 is driven to rotate, and the chip groove 16 is cleaned when the machine box 5 slides.
Further, the stage 2 may be provided with a slope 12 inclined downward, and the panel to be welded is disposed on the slope 12. This allows debris to easily fall into the junk slots 16.
Further, a collecting box 7 is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the base 1, and the collecting box 7 is arranged right below the object stage 2.
Further, the lower extreme of base 1 installs the gyro wheel.
Furthermore, an illuminating lamp is fixedly installed on the upper end face of the case 5.
Further, a jig for clamping and fixing a workpiece to be welded is arranged on the stage 2.
