Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the first grabbing assembly 12 includes a second lifting driving member 121, a first connecting plate 122 and a first grabbing member 123, the second lifting driving member 121 is disposed on the carrying mounting plate 11 and is in transmission connection with the first connecting plate 122 to drive the first connecting plate 122 to move back and forth along a third direction perpendicular to the second direction, and the first grabbing member 123 is disposed on the first connecting plate 122 to grab the insulation strip 200 during moving with the first connecting plate 122.
Wherein the third direction is the up-down direction shown in fig. 7.
In some embodiments, the first grasping element 123 has a grasping position and a clearance position during the movement along the third direction.
When the first gripping member 123 is located at the gripping position, the first gripping member 123 may grip the insulating strip 200; when the first grasping member 123 is located at the avoiding position, the second grasping assembly 13 may grasp the battery piece 300.
It is understood that the first grasping unit 12 and the second grasping unit 13 are alternately arranged at intervals along the second direction, and in order to avoid mutual interference, the first grasping member 123 is configured to be reciprocally movable along the third direction and has the grasping position and the avoiding position described above. When the insulating strip 200 is grabbed, the first grabbing piece 123 is moved to the grabbing position, and when the battery piece 300 needs to be grabbed, the first grabbing piece 123 is moved to the avoiding position.
In some embodiments, the carrying mounting plate 11 has a first through hole 111 formed therethrough along the third direction, the second lifting driving member 121 and the first connecting plate 122 are disposed on two sides of the carrying mounting plate 11 in the third direction, and the second lifting driving member 121 passes through the first through hole 111 and is connected to the first connecting plate 122 to drive the first connecting plate 122 to move back and forth along the third direction.
It should be noted that the second grabbing component 13 and the first connecting plate 122 are located on the same side of the carrying and mounting plate 11, and the second lifting driving member 121 is disposed on the other side of the carrying and mounting plate 11, so as to prevent the second lifting driving member 121 from occupying the space on the same side, and to realize that the first grabbing component 123 on the first connecting plate 122 has the grabbing position and the avoiding position in the lifting process along with the first connecting plate 122.
In practical application, the carrying mounting plate 11 is further provided with a mounting groove 112, the first through hole 111 is communicated with the mounting groove 112, and the second lifting driving member 121 is disposed in the mounting groove 112.
In some embodiments, the carrying mounting plate 11 further has a second through hole 113 formed therethrough along the third direction, and the first grabbing assembly 12 further includes a guiding element 124, the guiding element 124 is connected to the first connecting plate 122, and the guiding element 124 is disposed through the second through hole 113 to guide the movement of the first connecting plate 122.
In practical applications, the carrying and mounting plate 11 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 113, each second grabbing component 13 includes two guiding members 124, and each guiding member 124 can be inserted into a corresponding second through hole 113.
In some embodiments, the first grasping assembly 12 includes a plurality of first grasping elements 123, and the plurality of first grasping elements 123 are disposed at intervals along a fourth direction perpendicular to the second direction and the third direction on the first connecting plate 122.
Wherein the fourth direction is a direction perpendicular to the paper in fig. 7. It can be understood that the first grabbing assembly 12 is used for grabbing the insulation strips 200, and the insulation strips 200 on the transferring platform 42 are arranged lengthwise along the fourth direction, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, four first grabbing members 123 are adopted in the first grabbing assembly 12, and the four first grabbing members 123 grab the insulation strips 200 arranged along the fourth direction, so that the grabbing reliability can be ensured, and the insulation strips 200 are prevented from falling.
In some embodiments, the second grabbing assembly 13 includes a second connecting plate 131 and a plurality of second grabbing members 132, the second connecting plate 131 is disposed on the carrying installation plate 11, and the plurality of second grabbing members 132 are disposed on the second connecting plate 131 for grabbing the battery piece 300.
It should be noted that the battery sheet 300 is in a sheet shape, and in order to ensure the reliability of the grasping, a plurality of second grasping members 132 are provided to grasp a plurality of positions on the surface of the battery sheet 300.
In some embodiments, the second plurality of gripping members 132 are disposed on a side of the second connecting plate 131 facing away from the carrier mounting plate 11, and the second plurality of gripping members 132 are arranged in an array along the second direction and the fourth direction.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the battery piece 300 is a rectangular sheet structure with two chamfers at right angles, in this embodiment, the four second grabbing pieces 132 grab the four corners of the battery piece 300 respectively, so as to ensure the grabbing reliability and prevent the battery piece 300 from falling.
In some embodiments, the first grasping element 123 and the second grasping element 132 are both suction cups.
It should be noted in connection with fig. 7 that the first grasping element 123 and the second grasping element 132 each have a grasping end, and the grasping ends of the first grasping element 123 and the second grasping element 132 are located at the bottom ends. The first grabbing member 123 moves up and down, and when the insulation bar 200 needs to be grabbed, the first grabbing member 123 descends to a grabbing position, and the height of the grabbing end of the first grabbing member 123 is lower than that of the grabbing end of the second grabbing member 132.
When the battery piece 300 needs to be grabbed, at this time, the first grabbing piece 123 already grabs the insulating strip 200, the first grabbing piece 123 ascends to the avoidance position, the height of the grabbing end of the first grabbing piece 123 is higher than that of the grabbing end of the second grabbing piece 132, and after the second grabbing piece 132 grabs the battery piece 300, the height of the insulating strip 200 is also higher than that of the battery piece 300.
In some embodiments, the first handling apparatus 10 further comprises a first handling driving mechanism, which is in transmission connection with the handling mounting plate 11 to drive the handling mounting plate 11 to move back and forth between the first loading station 101 and the first preparation station 104.
It is understood that when the first handling device 10 is applied to other scenes, the first handling driving mechanism can also be used for driving the handling mounting plate 11 to move between the corresponding stations so as to realize the handling of the materials.
In practical application, the first carrying device 10 further includes a first hanging plate 14, the first carrying driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the first hanging plate 14, and the carrying mounting plate 11 is fixedly connected with the first hanging plate 14.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the welding apparatus further includes a second material preparation station 105, the welding apparatus further includes a third feeding device, the third feeding device conveys the welding strip 400 to the second material preparation station 105, and the second handling device 20 can grasp the welding strip 400 on the second material preparation station 105.
In some embodiments, the third feeding device includes a punching mechanism 60 and a second feeding mechanism, the punching mechanism 60 is disposed at the second material preparation station 105, the second feeding mechanism transports the solder strip 400 to the punching mechanism 60, the punching mechanism 60 is used for punching the solder strip 400, and the second handling device 20 can grasp the solder strip 400 that has been punched on the punching mechanism 60.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in some embodiments, the punching mechanism 60 includes an upper mold 61, a lower mold 62, a first bending portion 63, a second bending portion 64, a first upper cutter 651, and a first lower cutter 652.
The upper mold 61 and the lower mold 62 are arranged at intervals in the fifth direction, and the upper mold 61 and the lower mold 62 can be moved close to and away from each other.
The first bending portion 63 and the first upper cutter 651 are disposed at an interval in a sixth direction perpendicular to the fifth direction in the upper die 61, and the second bending portion 64 and the first lower cutter 652 are disposed at an interval in the sixth direction in the lower die 62.
During the process that the upper die 61 approaches the lower die 62, the first bending portion 63 and the second bending portion 64 cooperate to press and bend the welding strip 400, and the first upper cutter 651 and the first lower cutter 652 cooperate to cut off the welding strip 400.
The fifth direction is the up-down direction in fig. 11, and the sixth direction is the left-right direction in fig. 11 and 12.
It should be noted that the solder strip 400 is disposed lengthwise along the sixth direction between the upper mold 61 and the lower mold 62, and after the solder strip 400 is bent, the solder strip 400 has an expansion margin, so as to avoid deformation of the battery cell 300 caused by shrinkage of the solder strip 400 after cooling down of the soldering process.
By using the punching mechanism 60, the welding strip 400 is arranged lengthwise between the upper die 61 and the lower die 62 along the sixth direction, and when the upper die 61 and the lower die 62 approach each other, the first bending portion 63 and the second bending portion 64 cooperate to bend the welding strip 400, and the first upper cutter 651 and the second upper cutter 653 cut the welding strip 400. Therefore, the cutting and bending of the welding strip 400 are simultaneously carried out in the same mechanism, the processing time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the blanking mechanism 60 may be applied to the processing of other materials, and is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the punching mechanism 60 further includes a second upper cutter 653 and a second lower cutter 654, the second upper cutter 653 and the first upper cutter 651 are arranged at a spacing in the sixth direction on the upper mold 61, the second lower cutter 654 and the first lower cutter 652 are arranged at a spacing in the sixth direction on the lower mold 62, and the second upper cutter 653 and the second lower cutter 654 can cooperate to cut off the welding strip 400 during the process of approaching the upper mold 61 and the lower mold 62 to each other.
It can be understood that, in fig. 11, the long solder ribbon 400 is placed between the upper die 61 and the lower die 62 in the left-right direction, and then the upper die 61 and the lower die 62 are brought close to each other, the first upper cutter 651 is engaged with the first lower cutter 652, and the second upper cutter 653 is engaged with the second lower cutter 654, thereby cutting the long solder ribbon 400 into solder ribbons 400 of a predetermined length.
In some embodiments, the punching mechanism 60 further includes a top plate 66 and a bottom plate 67, the top plate 66 and the bottom plate 67 are spaced apart from each other along the fifth direction, the top plate 66 is reciprocally movable along the fifth direction, the upper mold 61 is disposed on the top plate 66, the lower mold 62 is disposed on the bottom plate 67, and the upper mold 61 can approach and separate from the lower mold 62 during the reciprocal movement of the top plate 66.
In practical application, the punching mechanism 60 includes a plurality of upper dies 61 and a plurality of lower dies 62, the plurality of upper dies 61 are arranged on the top plate 66 at intervals along the sixth direction, and the plurality of upper dies 61 and the plurality of lower dies 62 are in one-to-one correspondence in the fifth direction, each upper die 61 is provided with a first bending portion 63, a first upper cutter 651 and a second upper cutter 653, and each lower die 62 is provided with a second bending portion 64, a first lower cutter 652 and a second lower cutter 654.
In this manner, as shown in fig. 11, the long solder ribbon 400 is placed on the lower die 62 in the left and right directions, and then the top plate 66 is moved downward, and the upper die 61 and the lower die 62 are brought close to each other, so that the long solder ribbon 400 is cut into a plurality of pieces, and each piece of the solder ribbon 400 is bent.
In some embodiments, the upper mold 61 is provided with a plurality of first bending portions 63, the plurality of first bending portions 63 are arranged at intervals along the sixth direction, the lower mold 62 is provided with a plurality of second bending portions 64, the plurality of second bending portions 64 are arranged at intervals along the sixth direction, and each of the first bending portions 63 and one of the second bending portions 64 are aligned in the fifth direction, so that the first bending portions 63 and the second bending portions 64 aligned with each other can cooperate to press and bend the welding strip 400.
It is understood that, assuming that the first bending portion 63 and the second bending portion 64 aligned with each other form a bending portion on the welding strip 400 after the welding strip 400 is bent in cooperation with the bending, the plurality of first bending portions 63 and the plurality of second bending portions 64 form a plurality of bending portions on the welding strip 400, so that the extending margin of the welding strip 400 can be increased.
In some embodiments, the upper mold 61 is provided with a plurality of first bending portions 63, the lower mold 62 is provided with a plurality of second bending portions 64, the plurality of first bending portions 63 are divided into a plurality of groups, the plurality of groups of first bending portions 63 are arranged at intervals along a seventh direction perpendicular to the fifth direction and the sixth direction, and each first bending portion 63 and one second bending portion 64 are aligned in the fifth direction.
The seventh direction is a direction perpendicular to the paper surface in fig. 11, and is the up-down direction in fig. 12.
It is understood that each of the first bending portions 63 and the second bending portion 64 is aligned in the fifth direction, so that the plurality of second bending portions 64 are also divided into a plurality of groups, and the plurality of groups of second bending portions 64 are spaced apart along the seventh direction.
So, the cooperation of the first bending portion 63 of each group and the second bending portion 64 that corresponds is bent one strip 400, and the cooperation of the first bending portion 63 of multiunit and the second bending portion 64 that corresponds is bent many strips 400 to realize simultaneously bending many strips 400, improve production efficiency.
In practical applications, the first bending portions 63 of each group include a plurality of first bending portions 63, and the plurality of first bending portions 63 of each group are spaced apart along the sixth direction, and similarly, the second bending portions 64 of each group also include a plurality of second bending portions 64 of each group, and the plurality of second bending portions 64 of each group are spaced apart along the sixth direction.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a plurality of first upper cutters 651, a plurality of second upper cutters 653, a plurality of first lower cutters 652, and a plurality of second lower cutters 654 may be disposed corresponding to the plurality of groups of first bending portions 63, so as to cut off the plurality of solder ribbons 400 at the same time.
Of course, in other embodiments, a first upper cutter 651, a first lower cutter 652, a second upper cutter 653 and a second lower cutter 654 extending along the seventh direction may be provided to cut off the plurality of solder ribbons 400.
Referring to fig. 13, in some embodiments, the positioning portions 68 of the lower mold 62 are used for carrying and positioning the solder ribbon 400, and the solder ribbon 400 is loaded onto the lower mold 62 and positioned on the positioning portions 68.
In some embodiments, the positioning portion 68 includes a first positioning structure and a second positioning structure, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are arranged at an interval in the sixth direction, and the second bending portion 64 is located between the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure.
Thus, the two ends of the welding strip 400 positioned on the lower die 62 are positioned through the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure respectively, and the second bending part 64 and the first bending part 63 positioned in the middle are conveniently matched to bend the welding strip 400.
In practical application, the positioning groove 681 for accommodating the solder strip 400 is formed in each of the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, i.e., the two ends of the solder strip 400 located on the lower mold 62 are respectively located in the positioning groove 681.
In some embodiments, the punching mechanism 60 further includes a limiting component disposed on the lower mold 62 for limiting the material to the positioning portion 68, so as to prevent the solder strip 400 from separating from the positioning portion 68 during the processing.
It can be understood that the positioning portion 68 is used for positioning the solder strip 400, and the matching limiting component can fix the solder strip 400, so as to ensure the processing accuracy of the solder strip 400.
In some embodiments, the limiting assembly includes a limiting driving member 691 and a limiting member 692, the limiting driving member 691 is disposed on the lower mold 62 and is in transmission connection with the limiting member 692 to drive the limiting member 692 to move back and forth along the seventh direction, and the limiting member 692 has a limiting position during the process of moving back and forth.
When the limiting member 692 is located at the limiting position, the limiting member 692 may limit the solder strip 400 to the positioning portion 68.
Meanwhile, it is determined without any doubt that the limiting member 692 has a releasing position during moving, and when the limiting member 692 is located at the releasing position, the limiting member 692 no longer limits the solder ribbon 400, and the solder ribbon 400 can be separated from the positioning portion 68, so that the second handling device 20 can conveniently grab the solder ribbon 400 and handle the solder ribbon 400 onto the pallet.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the limiting part 692 is a buckle and is arranged along the sixth direction with the positioning part 68, when the solder strip 400 is loaded, the limiting part 692 is located at the releasing position, and after the loading of the solder strip 400 is completed, the limiting part 692 is located in the positioning groove 681, and the limiting driving part 691 drives the limiting part 692 to move downwards until the limiting part 692 is clamped above the solder strip 400, so as to prevent the solder strip 400 from disengaging from the positioning groove 681.
In some embodiments, the lower mold 62 further defines an avoiding groove 621, and the positioning portion 68, the avoiding groove 621 and the second bending portion 64 are arranged at intervals along the second direction. Thus, after the solder strip 400 is positioned by the positioning portion 68, the solder strip 400 partially passes through the upper portion of the avoiding groove 621, and the second carrying device 20 can extend into the avoiding groove 621, so as to conveniently grab the solder strip 400.
In practical applications, the avoiding groove 621 extends lengthwise along the seventh direction to facilitate the second carrying device 20 to grab each welding strip 400 when a plurality of welding strips 400 are processed simultaneously.
Specifically, the avoiding grooves 621 include two avoiding grooves 621, two avoiding grooves 621 are arranged at an interval in the sixth direction, and the second bending portion 64 is located between the two avoiding grooves 621.
Referring to fig. 14, in some embodiments, the second bending portion 64 has a first curved surface 641, and the first bending portion 63 can press and attach the solder strip 400 to the first curved surface 641 when the upper mold 61 and the lower mold 62 approach each other, so as to bend the solder strip 400.
Further, the first bending portion 63 has a second curved surface 631, the curvature of the second curved surface 631 is the same as that of the first curved surface 641, and in the process that the upper mold 61 and the lower mold 62 approach each other, the second curved surface 631 presses against the solder strip 400 to press and attach the solder strip 400 to the first curved surface 641.
In this embodiment, the first curved surface 641 is a convex surface, and the second curved surface 631 is a concave surface. In other embodiments, the first curved surface 641 may be a concave surface, and the second curved surface 631 is a convex surface corresponding thereto.
In some embodiments, the welding apparatus further has a fourth loading device 70, the fourth loading device 70 has a loading position and a blanking position, and the fourth loading device 70 is used for conveying the net pressing at the loading position to the blanking position, and the second handling device 20 can grab the net pressing at the blanking position.
In practical applications, the blanking position of the fourth feeding device 70 is located between the second feeding station 102 and the second material preparing station 105, so that the second handling device 20 can grab the solder strip 400 of the second material preparing station 105 after grabbing and pressing the mesh.
Specifically, the fourth feeding device 70 is a conveyor belt, and the fourth feeding device 70 is used for conveying the net pressing from left to right in fig. 1.
In some embodiments, the second transporting device 20 includes a grabbing mechanism and a second transporting driving mechanism, the grabbing mechanism is used for grabbing the solder strip 400 and the net pressing mechanism, and is connected to the second transporting driving mechanism to transport the solder strip 400 and the net pressing mechanism to the pallet located at the second loading station 102 under the action of the second transporting driving mechanism.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the second carrying driving mechanism drives the grabbing mechanism to move back and forth among the second material preparation station 105, the fourth feeding device 70 and the second feeding station 102, so as to grab the net pressing and welding strip 400 and carry the net pressing and welding strip 400 onto the pallet of the second feeding station 102.
Referring to fig. 15, in some embodiments, the grabbing mechanism includes a grabbing mounting plate 21, a third grabbing assembly 22 and a fourth grabbing assembly, the grabbing mounting plate 21 is connected to the second conveying driving mechanism, the third grabbing assembly 22 and the fourth grabbing assembly are both disposed on the grabbing mounting plate 21, the third grabbing assembly 22 is used for grabbing the solder strip 400, and the fourth grabbing assembly is used for grabbing the net, so that the second conveying device 20 can grab the solder strip 400 and the net simultaneously.
It should be understood that the simultaneous grasping of the welding strip 400 and the net pressing in the above embodiments means that the second handling device 20 can grasp the welding strip 400 and the net pressing, and the welding strip 400 and the net pressing can be simultaneously located on the second handling device 20, rather than the simultaneous grasping of the welding strip 400 and the net pressing by the second handling device 20.
Referring to fig. 16 and 17, in some embodiments, the third grabbing assembly 22 includes a first clamp 221 and a second clamp 222, the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 are disposed on the grabbing mounting plate 21, and the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 can cooperate with each other to clamp the grabbing solder strip 400.
In practice, the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 can move toward and away from each other, and the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 have a clamping position during the process of moving toward each other, and the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 have an opening position during the process of moving away from each other.
When the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 are located at the clamping position, the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 enclose a clamping space 223 accommodating the solder strip 400, so as to clamp and grasp the solder strip 400; when the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 are in the open position, the distance between the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 is larger than the radial dimension of the solder strip 400, so as to release the solder strip 400 or allow the solder strip 400 to enter between the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the size of the clamping space 223 may be larger than the size of the solder strip 400 to avoid clamping the solder strip 400 with the clamp while grasping the solder strip 400.
In addition, the third grasping element 22 further includes a mechanism for driving the first and second clamps 221, 222 to move toward and away from each other, the driving mechanism can drive the first and second clamps 221, 222 to move toward and away from each other, and the repositioning mechanism can push the first and second clamps 221, 222 to move away from or toward each other, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, when the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 clamp the solder strip 400, the avoiding groove 621 on the lower mold 62 is used for avoiding the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222, so as to conveniently clamp the solder strip 400.
Meanwhile, for a plurality of solder strips 400, a plurality of groups of third grabbing components 22 can be arranged, the plurality of groups of third grabbing components 22 are arranged at intervals in an eighth direction, each group of third grabbing components 22 is used for clamping and grabbing one solder strip 400, and when the second carrying device 20 moves to the second material preparation station 105, the eighth direction is the same as the seventh direction, namely, the arrangement direction of the plurality of groups of third grabbing components 22 is the same as the arrangement direction of the plurality of solder strips 400 on the lower die 62.
Wherein the eighth direction is the left-right direction in fig. 15.
For the two avoiding grooves 621, two first clamps 221 and two second clamps 222 may be disposed in each third grabbing assembly 22, and each first clamp 221 and one second clamp 222 cooperate with each other to clamp the solder strip 400. The two first grippers 221 and the two second grippers 222 are arranged along the direction of the vertical paper surface in fig. 16, that is, when the second handling device 20 moves to the second material preparation station 105 to grip the welding strip 400, the two first grippers 221 in the third gripping assembly 22 can respectively extend into the two avoiding grooves 621, and the two corresponding second grippers 222 can also respectively extend into the two avoiding grooves 621 to grip the two ends of the welding strip 400.
In some embodiments, the fourth grabbing component comprises a first sucking part 23 and a second sucking part 24, the first sucking part 23 and the second sucking part 24 are arranged at intervals along the eighth direction on the grabbing mounting plate 21, the third grabbing component 22 is arranged between the first sucking part 23 and the second sucking part 24, and both the first sucking part 23 and the second sucking part 24 are used for sucking and grabbing the net pressing.
In practical application, the first suction part 23 and the second suction part 24 both have a suction surface for sucking and grabbing the press belt, the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 have a clamping end for clamping and grabbing the solder strip 400, and the height of the suction surface is higher than that of the clamping end, so as to ensure that after the second handling device 20 simultaneously carries the solder strip 400 and the press belt onto the pallet, the press belt, the solder strip 400 and the battery piece 300 are stacked, so that the press belt presses the solder strip 400 onto the battery piece 300.
In this embodiment, when the first suction member 23 and the second suction member 24 suck and grab the net pressing member, the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 may penetrate through the net pressing member, so that the net pressing member can be sucked by the suction surfaces of the first suction member 23 and the second suction member 24, and simultaneously, the clamping ends of the first clamp 221 and the second clamp 222 can continue to clamp the solder strip 400, and the solder strip 400 is located below the net pressing member.
In some embodiments, the grabbing mechanism further comprises a second hanging plate 25, the second hanging plate 25 is connected with the second carrying driving mechanism, and the grabbing mounting plate 21 is fixedly connected to the second hanging plate 25.
In some embodiments, the welding apparatus also has a blanking station 106, and the pallet can be moved back and forth between the first loading station 101, the second loading station 102, the welding station 103, and the blanking station 106.
Further, the welding equipment further comprises a blanking device, wherein the blanking device is used for grabbing the net pressing on the supporting plate of the blanking station 106 and conveying the net pressing to the feeding position of the fourth feeding device 70, and then the net pressing can be conveyed from the feeding position of the fourth feeding device 70 to the blanking position of the fourth feeding device 70, so that the second conveying device 20 can grab the net pressing for reuse.
