Abstract
The application relates to a drive assembly and a swimming pool cleaning machine. The application relates to swimming pool cleaning equipment, especially relates to a drive assembly and swimming pool cleaning machine.
Background
The swimming pool cleaning machine is used for cleaning a swimming pool, and is mainly used for cleaning dirt on the bottom and the wall of the swimming pool, such as leaves, gravels and the like. The swimming pool cleaning machine has two main driving modes, one mode is driven by a crawler, and the single crawler drive needs the support of a plurality of bearings, so the cost is higher; the other is a simple gear drive, which is limited by the size of the gear and is difficult to adjust the distance between the front and rear rolling brushes.

According to the driving assembly, the driving gear drives the first wheel to rotate in the first wheel, and the first wheel drives the second wheel to rotate through the driving belt, so that the driving assembly is simple in transmission structure and low in manufacturing cost; the distance between the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush can be adjusted by changing the transmission belt with different lengths, and the requirements of swimming pool robots of different models on the distance between the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush are met.

The technical solutions of the present application will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without making any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present application.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a driving assembly 100 for a pool cleaning machine 200, wherein the driving assembly 100 is disposed on a body 210 of the pool cleaning machine 200. The driving assembly 100 includes a wheel 1, a driving gear 2, a first rolling brush gear 3, a second rolling brush gear 4, and a driving belt 5.
The wheels 1 support the pool cleaner 200, and the wheels 1 include first wheels 1a and second wheels 1b. In this embodiment, the number of the first wheels 1a is two, the two first wheels 1a are respectively disposed on two sides of the body 210, and the first wheels 1a serve as driving wheels. The number of the second wheels 1b is two, the two second wheels 1b are respectively disposed on both sides of the body 210, and the second wheels 1b are driven wheels.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, each of the first wheel 1a and the second wheel 1b includes a wheel body 11 and internal teeth 12. The wheel body 11 is used to contact the bottom or wall of the swimming pool, and the rotation of the wheel body 11 realizes the forward and backward movement of the swimming pool cleaner 200. The internal teeth 12 are provided on an inner wall of the wheel body 11, and a plurality of internal teeth 12 are evenly distributed around the circumference of the axis of the wheel body 11.
The driving gear 2 is rotatably disposed on the body 210, and the driver of the swimming pool cleaning machine 200 is connected to the driving gear 2 and drives the driving gear 2 to rotate. Optionally, the drive is a motor. The drive gear 2 is provided in the wheel body of the first wheel 1a, and the drive gear 2 is meshed with the internal teeth of the first wheel 1 a. The drive gear 2 can drive the first wheel 1a to rotate to power the movement of the pool cleaner 200.
The first rolling brush gear 3 is connected to a rotating shaft of a first rolling brush 220 of the pool cleaning machine 200, and the first rolling brush 220 is rotatably disposed at the front end of the body 210. First round brush gear 3 is located the wheel body of first wheel 1a, and first round brush gear 3 meshes with the internal tooth of first wheel 1a mutually, and first wheel 1a can drive first round brush 220 through first round brush gear 3 and rotate to clean the swimming pool. Alternatively, the drive gear 2 and the first round-brush gear 3 are respectively located on both sides of the axis of the first wheel 1 a.
The second rolling brush gear 4 is connected to a rotating shaft of a second rolling brush 230 of the pool cleaning machine 200, and the second rolling brush 230 is rotatably disposed at the rear end of the machine body 210. The second roller-brush gear 4 is located in the wheel body of the second wheel 1b, and the second roller-brush gear 4 meshes with the internal teeth of the second wheel 1b. The second wheel 1b can drive the second rolling brush 230 to rotate through the second rolling brush gear 4, so as to better clean the swimming pool.
The transmission belt 5 is a closed-loop flexible belt and is sleeved on the wheel body of the first wheel 1a and the wheel body of the second wheel 1b, one end of the transmission belt 5 is tightly attached to the first wheel 1a, and the other end of the transmission belt 5 is tightly attached to the second wheel 1b. The first wheel 1a drives the second wheel 1b to rotate through the transmission belt 5.
The driving gear 2 of this embodiment is in the inside of first wheel 1a, and the first wheel 1a of drive gear 2 drive rotates, and first wheel 1a passes through drive belt 5 and drives second wheel 1b and rotate, and first wheel 1a drives first round brush 220 and rotates, and second wheel 1b drives second round brush 230 and rotates, and transmission structure is simple, low in manufacturing cost. Different models of swimming pool cleaning machines have different requirements for the distance between the first rolling brush 220 and the second rolling brush 230, and the distance between the first rolling brush 220 and the second rolling brush 230 can be adjusted by replacing the transmission belt 5 with different lengths.
As shown in fig. 5, according to an alternative of the present application, each of the first wheel 1a and the second wheel 1b further includes external teeth 13, and the external teeth 13 are disposed on an outer wall of the wheel body 11. In this embodiment, the plurality of external teeth 13 are evenly distributed around the circumference of the axis of the wheel body 11. The tire 112 is fitted over the support ring 111, the tire 112 being located on the side of the outer teeth 13. The width of the tire 112 is about 1/2 of the width of the support ring 111. The tire 112 is made of a flexible material, such as rubber or the like. The tire 112 is adapted to contact the floor or walls of the pool.
In an alternative scheme, the tire 112 is provided with the anti-slip threads 1121, and the anti-slip threads 1121 are arranged to increase the friction force when the tire 112 rotates.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the drive assembly 100 further includes a bearing 6, and the wheel 1 is mounted to the body 210 through the bearing 6. The wheel body 11 further includes a bearing seat 113, and the bearing seat 113 is disposed at the center of the support ring 111. Alternatively, the bearing housing 113 is connected to the support ring 111 by spokes, one end of which is connected to the support ring 111 and the other end of which is connected to the bearing housing 113. The bearing 6 is disposed in the bearing housing 113.
In an optional scheme, the bearing seat 113 includes a hook 1131, and the hook 1131 is used to clamp the bearing 6, so as to facilitate quick assembly and disassembly of the bearing 6 and the bearing seat 113.
As shown in fig. 6, the wheel body 11 further includes a protection plate 114, and the protection plate 114 is disposed inside the support ring 111 and substantially closes the inner hole of the support ring 111 to protect the gears inside the support ring 111. Optionally, the guard plate 114 is integrally formed with the support ring 111. In another alternative scheme, the support ring 111, the bearing seat 113 and the protection plate 114 are integrally formed, so that the preparation process of the wheel body 11 is reduced.
In an alternative, a plurality of grooves 115 are provided on the outer wall of the support ring 111. A plurality of grooves 115 are evenly distributed circumferentially around the axis of the support ring 111 to reduce the weight of the support ring 111. After the support ring 111 and the tire 112 are assembled, the tire 112 covers the groove 115.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a pool cleaner 200, and the pool cleaner 200 includes a body 210, the driving assembly 100 as described above, a driver (not shown), a first roll brush 220, and a second roll brush 230. The driving assembly 100, the driver, the first rolling brush 220 and the second rolling brush 230 are all arranged on the machine body 210, the driver is connected with the driving gear 2, the first rolling brush 220 is connected with the first rolling brush gear 3, and the second rolling brush 230 is connected with the second rolling brush gear 4.
In the pool cleaner 200 of this embodiment, the first wheel 1a drives the first rolling brush 220 to work, the second wheel 1b drives the second rolling brush 230 to work, and the first wheel 1a drives the second wheel 1b to rotate through the driving belt 5, which is suitable for the pool cleaners 200 of different models.

1. A drive assembly for a pool cleaner, comprising:
the wheel comprises a first wheel and a second wheel, wherein the first wheel and the second wheel respectively comprise a wheel body and internal teeth, and the internal teeth are arranged on the inner wall of the wheel body;
the driving gear is arranged in the wheel body of the first wheel and is matched with the inner teeth of the first wheel;
the first rolling brush gear is arranged in the wheel body of the first wheel and is matched with the inner teeth of the first wheel;
the second rolling brush gear is arranged in the wheel body of the second wheel and is matched with the inner teeth of the second wheel;
and one end of the transmission belt is tightly attached to the first wheel, and the other end of the transmission belt is tightly attached to the second wheel.
2. The drive assembly of claim 1, wherein the first and second wheels each further comprise external teeth disposed on an outer wall of the wheel body, the drive belt being adapted to the external teeth of the first wheel and the external teeth of the second wheel.
3. The drive assembly of claim 2, wherein the wheel body comprises:
the inner teeth and the outer teeth are arranged on the support ring;
the tire is sleeved on the supporting ring.
4. The drive assembly of claim 3, wherein the tire is provided with anti-skid threads.
5. The drive assembly of claim 3, wherein the wheel body further comprises a bearing seat disposed at a center of the support ring;
the drive assembly further comprises a bearing, and the bearing is arranged in the bearing seat.
6. The drive assembly of claim 5, wherein the bearing mount includes a catch for engaging the bearing.
7. The drive assembly of claim 3, wherein the wheel body further comprises a guard plate disposed within the support ring.
8. The drive assembly of claim 7, wherein the guard plate is integrally formed with the support ring.
9. The drive assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the support ring is provided with a plurality of grooves on an outer wall thereof.
10. A swimming pool cleaning machine, comprising:
a body;
the drive assembly of any one of claims 1 to 9, disposed on the fuselage;
the driver is connected with the driving gear;
the first rolling brush is connected with the first rolling brush gear;
and the second rolling brush is connected with the second rolling brush gear.
