当经由柔性软管90连接到真空清洁器入口22时,辅助工具100可沿着表面S移动到表面S需要清洁的部分的附近。这样提供辅助工具100相对于基部14和盖子18移动的运动范围。
如图2和图3所示,辅助工具100包括本体104、涡轮108、发电机 112和光源116。参照图2,本体104限定抽吸入口100a和流体出口100b,其中流体流动路径FP从抽吸入口100a延伸到流体出口100b。本体104 包括入口部分104a、中间部分104b、以及扩张部分104c和连接部分104d。入口部分104a邻近抽吸入口100a。中间部分104b定位在入口部分104a 与扩张部分104c之间。中间部分104b相对于入口部分104a成角度A1。连接部分104d设置在扩张部分104c的与中间部分104b相反的一侧上。换句话说,连接部分104d邻近真空清洁器辅助工具100的扩张部分104c 和流体出口100b。连接部分104d被配置为将真空清洁器辅助工具100联接到真空清洁器10。如以上所讨论的,真空清洁器10可操作以产生穿过流体流动路径FP的流体流。更具体地,连接部分104d被配置为将真空清洁器辅助工具100联接到软管90的连接器90b’。
继续参照图2,入口部分104a限定大致对应于其横截面高度的尺寸 D1。类似地,中间部分104b限定对应于其横截面高度的尺寸D2。尺寸 D1和D2分别沿着入口部分104a和中间部分104b的长度大致恒定。扩张部分104c限定对应于其横截面高度的尺寸D3。如图2中所展示,尺寸D3 沿着中间部分104b与连接部分104d之间的扩张部分104c的长度变化。更具体地,尺寸D3沿着流体流动路径FP增大。尺寸D3a展示了扩张部分104c的沿着流动路径FP在第一位置处的横截面高度。尺寸D4b展示了扩张部分104c的沿着流动路径FP在第二位置处的横截面高度,第二位置比第一位置沿着流动路径FP更远。尺寸D3b大于尺寸D3a。因此,扩张部分104c的尺寸沿着流体流动路径FP增大。类似地,连接部分104d限定对应于其横截面高度的尺寸D4。最后,连接器90b’限定对应于其横截面高度的尺寸D5。尺寸D4大于尺寸D5,使得连接器90b’可以接收在连接部分104d内。将连接部分104d固定到连接器90b’的其他布置是可能的。
涡轮108是流体动力涡轮108,并且联接到轴120。涡轮108可旋转地安装到本体104、与流体流动路径FP处于流体连通。涡轮108因此可以由穿过流体流动路径FP的流体来旋转。如图2中所示,所展示的涡轮108 定位成邻近扩张部分104c和连接部分104d。轴120沿着涡轮轴线TA定向。涡轮轴线TA定向成横向于流体流动路径FP。更具体地,所展示的涡轮轴线TA垂直于流体流动路径FP延伸。所展示的涡轮108是包括多个叶片124的冲击式涡轮。一旦流体流对多个叶片124中的至少一个叶片提供压力,多个叶片124就使涡轮108旋转且因此使轴120旋转。
如图3中最佳所示,发电机112联接到轴120。换言之,发电机112 通过轴120联接到涡轮108。因此,涡轮108的旋转使轴120旋转,并且轴120使发电机112旋转以产生电力。发电机112被配置为将轴120的旋转动能转换成电能以供光源116使用。涡轮108的旋转使轴120旋转以产生电力。
光源116电联接到发电机112,以接收由发电机112产生的电力。由发电机112产生的电力于是用于给光源116供电。因此,动能(即,电力) 从穿过流体流动路径FP的流体转换成涡轮108和轴120的旋转动能,并且发电机112将涡轮108和轴120的旋转动能转换成电能来为光源116供电。光源116联接到本体104。光源116被引导朝向辅助工具100的抽吸入口(即入口端)100a。因此,当流体穿过流体流动路径FP时,涡轮108 和轴120旋转来为发电机112供能,并且发电机112为光源116供电,以将光发射到表面S需要清洁的部分上。光源116可以向沿着表面S的光线较暗的空间提供光,使得用户可以充分地看到表面S。在光源116从来自流体流动路径FP的流体接收电力的情况下,不需要附件100上的光源116 与电源50之间经由软管90的有线连接。辅助工具100不从电源50接收电力。然而,涡轮108和发电机112被配置为将穿过流体流动路径FP的动能转换成电能,来为光源116供电。当流体穿过流体流动路径FP时,简单地激活(即,开启)光源116。
在所展示的实施例中,盖件128可选择性地从本体104移除。如图2 所示,盖件128与本体104之间的接口I可以包括压配合连接。因此,一旦接收到足够的分离力,盖件128可以从本体104移除。盖件128相对于本体104和关于辅助工具100的周围至少部分地包围涡轮108。盖件128 包括切口132。切口132的尺寸被设定为形状与光源116的形状相对应。当盖件128固定到本体104时,切口132与光源116对准,使得当光源116 通电时,光穿过切口132。
在图2所展示的实施例中,盖件128限定了开口136。开口136邻近涡轮108定位。开口136与辅助工具100的周围处于流体连通。开口136 被限定为小孔,使得当辅助工具100的入口端100a被堵塞时,开口136 提供通向辅助工具100周围的途径,而不需要经过入口端100a的流体流动路径FP。因此,空气可以穿过经过开口136的辅助流体流动路径,从而提供流体流来为涡轮108提供动力,并将流体传送至流体出口100b,最终传送至叶轮46并从清洁空气出口30流出。开口136的尺寸被确定成足够小,使得在正常使用期间,当入口端100a没有完全地被碎屑堵塞时,不会损失通过入口端100a的抽吸。
在以下的权利要求中阐述了本实用新型的多种不同特征。
Claims (20)
1.一种真空清洁器辅助工具,其特征是,该真空清洁器辅助工具包括:
本体,该本体限定抽吸入口和流体出口,该本体限定从该抽吸入口延伸到该流体出口的流体流动路径,
涡轮,该涡轮可旋转地安装到该本体、与该流体流动路径处于流体连通,以由穿过该流体流动路径的流体来旋转,
发电机,该发电机联接到该涡轮,使得该涡轮的旋转使该发电机旋转以产生电力,以及
光源,该光源电联接到该发电机,并且被配置为接收由该发电机产生的电力,以由穿过该流体流动路径的流体来为该光源供电。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,进一步包括盖件,该盖件可选择性地从该本体移除。
3.如权利要求2所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该盖件相对于该本体至少部分地包围该涡轮。
4.如权利要求2所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该光源联接到该本体,并且该盖件包括与该光源对准的切口,使得当该光源通电时,光穿过该切口。
5.如权利要求1所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该光源联接到该本体并且被引导朝向该抽吸入口。
6.如权利要求1所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该本体包括邻近该抽吸入口的入口部分和邻近该入口部分的扩张部分,该扩张部分的尺寸沿着该流体流动路径增大。
7.如权利要求6所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该扩张部分相对于该入口部分成角度。
8.如权利要求6所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该涡轮被定位成邻近该扩张部分。
9.如权利要求6所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该本体进一步包括邻近该扩张部分和该流体出口的连接部分,该连接部分被配置为将该真空清洁器辅助工具联接到真空清洁器,该真空清洁器可操作以产生穿过该流体流动路径的流体流。
10.如权利要求1所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该涡轮包括沿着涡轮轴线定向的轴,该涡轮轴线横向于该流体流动路径定向,其中,该轴的旋转使该发电机旋转以产生电力。
11.如权利要求10所述的真空清洁器辅助工具,其中,该涡轮是冲击式涡轮,该冲击式涡轮包括多个叶片,一旦该流体流对该叶片提供压力时,该多个叶片使该轴旋转。
12.一种真空清洁器,其特征是,该真空清洁器包括:
真空辅助工具,该真空辅助工具包括:
本体,该本体限定抽吸入口和辅助流体出口,该本体限定从该抽吸入口延伸到该辅助流体出口的流体流动路径,
涡轮,该涡轮可旋转地安装到该本体、与该流体流动路径处于流体连通,以由穿过该流体流动路径的流体来旋转,
发电机,该发电机联接到该涡轮,使得该涡轮的旋转使该发电机旋转以产生电力,以及
光源,该光源电联接到该发电机并且被配置为接收由该发电机产生的电力以由穿过该流体流动路径的流体来为该光源供电,
真空清洁器入口,该真空清洁器入口联接到该辅助流体出口,
分离器,该分离器与该真空清洁器入口处于流体连通,该分离器被配置为将碎屑与清洁空气分离,
清洁空气出口,该清洁空气出口与该真空清洁器入口下游的该分离器处于流体连通,以及
马达和叶轮,该马达和该叶轮被配置为产生抽吸,以使流体沿着该流体流动路径移动并且穿过该真空清洁器入口、该分离器和该清洁空气出口。
13.如权利要求12所述的真空清洁器,进一步包括电源,该电源选择性地联接到该真空清洁器,该电源被配置为给该马达和该叶轮供电,以使流体沿着该流体流动路径移动。
14.如权利要求13所述的真空清洁器,其中,该辅助工具不从该电源接收电力。
15.如权利要求14所述的真空清洁器,其中,该涡轮和该发电机将来自穿过该流体流动路径的流体的动能转换成电能,来为该光源供电。
16.如权利要求13所述的真空清洁器,进一步包括基部和可选择性地从该基部移除的盖子,其中,该电源选择性地联接到该盖子。
17.如权利要求12所述的真空清洁器,其中,该真空清洁器包括辅助连接器,该辅助连接器被配置为将该真空辅助工具机械地固定到该真空器。
18.如权利要求12所述的真空清洁器,进一步包括具有第一端和相反的第二端的软管,该软管的第一端固定到该真空清洁器入口,该软管的第二端固定到该真空辅助工具,使得该流体流动路径从该真空辅助工具的抽吸入口延伸,穿过该软管,并且进入该真空清洁器入口。
19.如权利要求18所述的真空清洁器,其中,该第一端和该第二端具有分别可移除地固定到该真空清洁器入口和该真空辅助工具的连接器。
20.如权利要求12所述的真空清洁器,其中,该光源联接到该本体并且被引导朝向该抽吸入口。
