The first attaching portion 221, the second attaching portion 222 and the two third attaching portions 223 form a frame structure around the two eyes.
The hardness of the third bonded portion 223 is less than the hardness of the first and second bonded portions 221 and 222.
When a user wearing glasses wears the head-mounted display device, the third fitting portion 223 is pressed against the glasses legs, and the hardness of the third fitting portion 223 is smaller than that of the first fitting portion 221 and that of the second fitting portion 222, so that the third fitting portion 223 can deform greatly, and the pressure generated by the glasses is prevented from causing discomfort to the user. The first attaching portion 221 and the second attaching portion 222 generate small deformation, so that the head-mounted display device is stable, and a sufficient distance is provided between the lens inside the head-mounted display device and the eyes of the user. Thereby enabling the user to comfortably wear the head-mounted display device without taking off the glasses even if the user wears the glasses.
Of course, for a user who does not wear glasses, when wearing the head-mounted display device with the mask, the third fitting portion 223 can also be fitted to the outside of the eyes under the elastic action of the third fitting portion, so that light leakage is avoided.
Illustratively, the flexible pad 22 may be made of foam. The first bonded portion 221 and the second bonded portion 222 may have the same hardness or different hardnesses. The hardness of the third bonding portion 223 is smaller than the hardness of the first bonding portion 221 and also smaller than the hardness of the second bonding portion 222, so that the third bonding portion 223 can be more largely deformed when subjected to the same amount of pressure.

The supporting portion 211 has a first surface 211a and a second surface 211b opposite to each other, the mask mounting portion 212 is disposed on the first surface 211a and connected to the supporting portion 211, and the flexible pad 22 is disposed on the second surface 211b.
The mask mounting portion 212 is used to connect with the apparatus body 30 to fix the mask 20 to the apparatus body 30. The second surface 211b may be a spatially curved surface, and may be shaped to substantially conform to the face of a human body to improve the comfort of wearing the head-mounted display device.
The support 21 is a framework of the mask, can play a supporting role, can be a plastic structural part, and has certain rigidity, so that the mask can keep a designed shape, and meanwhile has smaller weight, thereby being beneficial to reducing the weight of the head-mounted display equipment and improving the wearing comfort.
As shown in fig. 3, the mask further includes a first adhesive layer 23, and the first attaching portion 221, the second attaching portion 222, and the third attaching portion 223 are respectively adhered to the bracket 21 by the first adhesive layer 23.
As shown in fig. 4, the first adhesive layer 23 is provided on the second surface 211b of the support portion 211. The first attaching portion 221, the second attaching portion 222 and the third attaching portion 223 are fixed on the bracket 21 by means of adhesion, the process is simple, the cost is low, and the adhesion is convenient to perform again after the detachment.
Illustratively, the first adhesive layer 23 may be a double-sided tape, which is convenient to use and has strong adhesive force to prevent the first attaching portion 221, the second attaching portion 222 and the third attaching portion 223 from being loosened. In other examples, the first adhesive layer 23 may be other adhesive materials, and is not limited to a double-sided tape.
As shown in fig. 4, the flexible mat 22 has a third surface 22a, a fourth surface 22b and a side 22c. A third surface 22a of the flexible mat 22 is remote from the support 21, a fourth surface 22b of the flexible mat 22 is connected to the support 21, and the third surface 22a of the flexible mat 22 is opposite to the fourth surface 22b of the flexible mat 22. The side 22c connects the third surface 22a and the fourth surface 22b. The junction of the third surface 22a of the flexible pad 22 and the side 22c of the flexible pad 22 has a rounded corner 22d.
By providing the rounded corners 22d, the face mask 20 is better able to conform to the wearer's face, facilitating further comfort enhancement.
Alternatively, the height of the third attaching portion 223 is the same as the height of the first attaching portion 221 and the height of the second attaching portion 222 in a direction perpendicular to the second surface 211b of the supporting portion 211.
The height of the flexible mat 22 in a direction perpendicular to the second surface 211b of the support portion 211 refers to a distance from the third surface 22a of the flexible mat 22 to the second surface 211b of the support portion 211. The heights of the first attaching portion 221, the second attaching portion 222, and the third attaching portion 223 are the heights of different portions of the flexible mat 22.
The heights of the first fitting portion 221, the second fitting portion 222 and the third fitting portion 223 are equal, so that the surface of the mask 20 is smoother and more comfortable when the mask is worn.
As shown in fig. 4, the mask further includes a protective layer 24, and the protective layer 24 covers at least the surface of the flexible pad 22.
The protective layer 24, also commonly referred to as a skin, covers the surface of the flexible mat 22, and not only protects the flexible mat 22 from damage, but also protects the flexible mat 22 from damage. Meanwhile, by selecting a proper material as the protective layer 24, a more comfortable touch feeling can be provided, and the wearing comfort of the head-mounted display device is improved.
Illustratively, the protective layer 24 may be a leather material or cloth, such as artificial leather or the like.
The protective layer 24 may also cover a part of the area of the support 21. As shown in fig. 4, the protection layer 24 is partially disposed on the first surface 211a of the supporting portion 211 and connected to the supporting portion 211.
The protective layer 24 is folded to the first surface 211a of the supporting portion 211 and is connected with the supporting portion 211, so that the protective layer 24 can be wrapped on the surface of the flexible pad 22 and does not need to be bonded with the flexible pad 22, and therefore the protective layer 24 can be replaced conveniently under the condition that the flexible pad 22 is not damaged, or the flexible pad 22 can be replaced under the condition that the protective layer 24 is not damaged.
In some examples, the protective layer 24 is adhered to the first surface 211a of the support portion 211. The mask also includes a second adhesive layer 25 and a third adhesive layer 26, as shown, for example, in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, the second adhesive layer 25 and the third adhesive layer 26 are located on the first surface 211a of the support portion 211, and the second adhesive layer 25 and the third adhesive layer 26 are located on opposite sides of the mask attachment portion 212. The protective layer 24 is connected to the second adhesive layer 25 and the third adhesive layer 26.
The protective layer 24 is folded over to both sides of the mask attachment portion 212 and is connected to the second adhesive layer 25 and the third adhesive layer 26, respectively, so that the protective layer 24 can be firmly coated on the surface of the flexible mat 22.
Illustratively, the second adhesive layer 25 and the third adhesive layer 26 may be double-sided adhesive tape, which is convenient to use and has strong adhesive force to prevent the protective layer 24 from being loosened. In other examples, the second adhesive layer 25 and the third adhesive layer 26 may be other adhesive materials, and are not limited to double-sided tapes.
The disclosed embodiment also provides a head-mounted display device including a device body 30 and a face mask 20 as shown in fig. 2 to 4. The mask 20 is connected to the apparatus body 30. The head mounted display device may be, but is not limited to, VR glasses, VR helmets.
When a user wearing glasses wears the head-mounted display device, the third fitting portion 223 of the mask 20 is squeezed with the glasses legs, and the hardness of the third fitting portion 223 is smaller than that of the first fitting portion 221 and that of the second fitting portion 222, so that the third fitting portion 223 can deform greatly, and pressure generated by the glasses is prevented from causing discomfort to the user. The first attaching portion 221 and the second attaching portion 222 generate small deformation, so that the head-mounted display device is stable, and a sufficient distance is provided between the lens inside the head-mounted display device and the eyes of the user. Thereby enabling the user to comfortably wear the head-mounted display device without taking off the glasses even if the user wears the glasses.

6. The mask according to claim 5, wherein the protective layer (24) is partially located on the first surface (211 a) and is connected to the support portion (211).

The mask according to claim 6, further comprising a second adhesive layer (25) and a third adhesive layer (26), wherein the second adhesive layer (25) and the third adhesive layer (26) are disposed on the first surface (211 a) and on opposite sides of the mask mounting portion (212), respectively, and wherein the protective layer (24) is connected to the second adhesive layer (25) and the third adhesive layer (26).
8. The mask according to claim 4, wherein the height of the third conforming portion (223) is the same as the height of the first conforming portion (221) and the height of the second conforming portion (222) in a direction perpendicular to the second surface (211 b).

The mask according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the flexible cushion (22) has a third surface (22 a) remote from the frame (21), a fourth surface (22 b) connected to the frame (21), and a side (22 c) connecting the third surface (22 a) and the fourth surface (22 b), the connection of the third surface (22 a) to the side (22 c) having rounded corners (22 d).
