Detailed Description
To describe in detail the structure of the VR headset of the present invention, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a three-dimensional structure of a VR helmet provided by an embodiment of the utility model, fig. 2 illustrates an exploded structure of the VR helmet provided by the embodiment of the utility model after a shell is removed, fig. 3 illustrates a first state structure of the VR helmet provided by the embodiment of the utility model when the VR helmet is not worn, and fig. 4 illustrates a second state structure of the VR helmet provided by the embodiment of the utility model when the VR helmet is worn.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the VR helmet provided by the present invention includes a shell 1 for supporting a main body and a lens barrel 4 disposed on the shell 1, wherein a side of the lens barrel 4 close to a wearer's face (corresponding to an upper side of the lens barrel 4 in fig. 1) is connected with a flexible light shielding member, a side surface of the flexible light shielding member is connected with an elastic connecting member 3, and one end of the elastic connecting member 3 away from the flexible light shielding member is connected with a fixed support rod 2 on the shell 1; and one end of the flexible shading piece far away from the lens cone 4 is pressed and jointed with the skin around the eyes of the wearer by the pulling force or the pushing force of the elastic connecting piece 3.
Specifically, one end of the support rod 2 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the shell 1, and one end or the middle part of the support rod 2 far away from the shell 1 is connected with the elastic connecting piece 3; and the elastic connecting piece 3 generates a pulling force or a pushing force towards the face direction of the wearer to the flexible shading piece under the action of the supporting rod 2, and one end of the flexible shading piece, which is far away from the lens cone 4, is extruded and attached to the skin around the eyes of the wearer through the pulling force or the pushing force of the elastic connecting piece 3.
More specifically, the flexible shade includes an upper and a lower flexible connecting portions 5, a rigid supporting portion 6, and a flexible contact portion 7 connected end to end; the flexible connecting part 5 is connected with one side of the lens cone 4 close to the face of a wearer, the hard supporting part 6 is connected with one end of the flexible connecting part 5 far away from the lens cone 4, and the flexible contact part 7 is connected with one end of the hard supporting part 6 far away from the flexible connecting part 5; and one end or the middle part of the elastic connecting piece 3 far away from the support rod 2 is connected with the side surface of the hard support part 6, and the flexible contact part 7 is pressed and attached to the skin around the eyes of the wearer.
In actual use, when the VR helmet is not worn, the flexible connecting part 5 and the elastic connecting part 3 are both in a state close to the natural state (as shown in fig. 3); when the VR helmet is worn by a wearer, the skin around the eyes of the wearer contacts the flexible contact part 7 and generates pressure to drive the hard support part 6 to move in the direction away from the face, and at the moment, the flexible connection part 5 can generate adaptive deformation (as shown in fig. 4, when the VR helmet is worn, the flexible connection part 5 can be compressed to generate deformation to adapt to the face of the wearer), so that the corresponding space requirement is met; and, along with the removal of stereoplasm supporting part 6, elastic connection piece 3 can produce the pulling force or the thrust (according to the concrete structure of elastic connection piece 3) to the skin direction around the eyes of the person of wearing to stereoplasm supporting part 6 to utilize the elastic deformation of elastic connection piece 3 to combine the deformation of flexible contact portion 7, because the deformation of elastic connection piece 3 is different with the deformation direction of flexible contact portion 7, consequently can be the skin in close contact with around the eyes that realizes flexible contact portion 7 and the person of wearing, make the VR helmet reach the most comfortable angle of wearing, realize the shading effect simultaneously better.
It should be noted that, in general, two lens barrels 4 are provided on the housing 1, and therefore, two sets of flexible light-shielding members are correspondingly provided; and, can connect flexonics area 11 between two stereoplasm supporting parts 6 in two sets of flexible light-shading pieces, flexonics area is flexible deformable material, and the pulling force or the thrust that two flexible light-shading pieces received are balanced through flexonics area 11's deformation, can adapt to different wearers ' different interpupillary distances through flexonics area 11's deformation simultaneously to promote stability and the travelling comfort that the VR helmet was worn.
In the embodiment of the utility model, the flexible connecting belt is made of soft rubber.
It should be noted that the cross sections of the flexible connecting portion 5, the rigid supporting portion 6 and the flexible contact portion 7 are all hollow ring-shaped structures, so that the eyes of the wearer can watch the images in the lens barrel 4 through the flexible light shielding member.
In actual manufacture process, for each part in the nature shading piece to reach corresponding effect, flexible connecting portion 5 is the shading material of deformability, and is concrete, and flexible connecting portion 5's material can be the screen cloth, and flexible connecting portion 5 can use the opaque elasticity cloth finished piece, can realize elastic deformation, shading and wear the demand of travelling comfort simultaneously, and stereoplasm supporting part 6 can use the plastic finished piece, and flexible contact portion 7 can use the cotton finished piece of bubble.
In addition, can also be at demountable installation near-sighted lens 8 in stereoplasm supporting part 6 to change corresponding near-sighted lens 8 according to the near-sighted number of degrees of wearing people, thereby solve the problem that current VR helmet can not adjust near-sighted number of degrees.
It should be noted that the elastic connecting member 3 may be a belt-shaped elastic member (as shown in fig. 5) or a spring-shaped elastic member (as shown in fig. 6), and when the elastic connecting member 3 is a belt-shaped elastic member (such as a rubber band type member), the elastic connecting member 3 generates a pulling force to the flexible shading member toward the face of the wearer under the action of the supporting rod 2; when the elastic connecting member 3 is a spring-like elastic member (e.g., a compression spring), the elastic connecting member 3 generates a pushing force to the face of the wearer to the flexible shade member under the action of the supporting rod 2.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, a forehead pad 9 is further disposed on the housing 1, and the housing 1 is fixed on the head of the wearer by the forehead pad 9 in cooperation with a rear fixing band (not shown), so as to prevent the housing 1 from contacting the face of the wearer. In addition, an escape groove 10 corresponding to the position of the nose of the wearer is provided in the housing 1 to prevent the housing 1 from pressing the nose of the wearer.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the VR headset provided by the present invention has at least the following advantages:
1. through the flexible shading piece (mainly referring to the flexible contact part) that sets up only with the skin contact around the person's of wearing eye, can reduce the area of contact with facial, avoid the frame of whole shell and facial contact to bring the stuffy hot sense for the person of wearing.
2. Through the design to the light-shielding piece structure, can show the deformation volume that increases the light-shielding piece, produce deformation from a plurality of angles, promote the shading effect and wear the travelling comfort when reducing light-shielding piece and face area of contact to the problem of the easy light leak of nose department in the traditional mode has been solved, and suitable crowd is wider.
3. Add the myopia lens in the flexible light-shading piece to through the deformation of flexible connection area, adjust the interpupillary distance and the focus of VR equipment according to different wearers.
A VR headset according to the present invention is described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the VR headset of the present invention described above without departing from the teachings of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.
