Referring to fig. 1, a fungus bag placing apparatus disclosed in an embodiment of the present application includes an installation seat 1 placed on the ground, and a rotating rod 2 rotatably connected to the installation seat 1. Referring to fig. 1, the mounting base 1 is substantially rectangular, and the mounting base 1 includes vertical rods 11 spaced apart in a vertical direction, and cross rods 12 mounted on the vertical rods 11 in a horizontal direction. The sliding part 5 comprises universal wheels 51 arranged at the bottom of the vertical rod 11, the number of the universal wheels 51 is the same as that of the vertical rod 11, and the universal wheels 51 and the vertical rod 11 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner. When the universal wheel is installed, a certain distance is reserved between the universal wheel 51 and the cross rod 12 which is positioned at the bottom of the vertical rod 11 and close to the vertical rod 11.
Referring to fig. 1, the rotating rod 2 is located at the bottom of the mounting seat 1 near the vertical rod 11, the length direction of the rotating rod 2 is arranged along the length direction of the mounting seat 1, and the axial direction of the rotating rod 2 is arranged along the horizontal direction. The connecting block is installed at the top of the cross rod 12 near the bottom of the vertical rod 11 and used for installing the rotating rod 2. The both ends of dwang 2 are passed through the bearing and are realized being connected with the connecting block, and the outer wall of dwang 2 and the inner circle welding of bearing. When the device is installed, one end of the rotating rod 2 extends out of the side wall of the cross rod 12.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the mounting 1 is provided with a control member 6 for controlling the rotation of the swivelling levers 2. The control piece 6 is a control motor 61 arranged on the mounting seat 1, an output shaft of the control motor 61 and the rotating rod 2 are coaxially arranged, and the output shaft of the control motor 61 is connected with the rotating rod 2 through a coupler.
Referring to fig. 2, in addition, a fixing plate 62 is installed on the crossbar 12 adjacent to the control motor 61 for connection of the control motor 61. The mounting base 1 is provided with a protection box 63, and the protection box 63 is coated on the control motor 61 and used for protecting the control motor 61. The protective case 63 is detachably coupled to the top of the fixing plate 62 by bolts to facilitate installation or maintenance of the control motor 61.
Referring to fig. 2, two connecting rods 3 are provided at both ends of the rotating rod 2. In addition, the vertical rod 11 and the horizontal rod 12 form a mounting base 1 with an inner cavity, and the rotating rod 2 is positioned in the inner cavity of the mounting base 1. When the device is installed, one end of the connecting rod 3 is fixed at the position of the side wall of the rotating rod 2 close to the cross rod 12.
Referring to fig. 2, a linkage rod 7 is arranged between the two connecting rods 3 at an interval and used for installing the placing rack 4. Four linkage rods 7 are arranged at equal intervals along the length direction of the connecting rod 3. The axial direction of the linkage rod 7 is arranged along the axial direction parallel to the rotating rod 2, and the two ends of the linkage rod 7 are detachably connected with the connecting rod 3 through bolts respectively.
Referring to fig. 2, the number of the placing frames 4 is the same as that of the linkage rods 7, and one placing frame 4 is correspondingly arranged on one linkage rod 7. The placing rack 4 comprises mounting rods 41 arranged between the two connecting rods 3 and placing rods 42 arranged between the two mounting rods 41 at equal intervals along the horizontal direction.
Referring to fig. 2, in which there are two mounting rods 41, the axial direction of the mounting rods 41 is arranged in the horizontal direction. The side wall of the mounting rod 41 close to the connecting rod 3 is provided with a connecting rod 43 for connecting with the linkage rod 7. The connecting rod 43 is in a "V" shape, i.e. the connecting rod 43 has an included angle. Two connecting rods 43 are arranged on the same placing rack 4 and are arranged at two ends of the placing rack 4; during installation, the two ends of the connecting rod 43 are detachably connected with the connecting rod 43 through bolts.
Referring to fig. 2, a mounting sleeve 431 sleeved on the linkage rod 7 is fixed at the top of the connecting rod 43, and is used for mounting the connecting rod 43 on the linkage rod 7. During installation, the installation sleeves 431 and the linkage rods 7 are coaxially arranged, the installation sleeves 431 are rotatably connected to the linkage rods 7, and one linkage rod 7 is connected with the two installation sleeves 431; at this time, the connecting rod 43 and the mounting rod 41 form a triangular structure, so that the stability of the rack 4 mounted on the linkage rod 7 is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, there are four article placing rods 42 located on the same rack 4, and the article placing rods 42 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the installation rod 41, and the axial direction of the article placing rods 42 is arranged in parallel to the axial direction of the rotating rod 2. The two ends of the object placing rod 42 are respectively located on the installation rod 41 of the same placing rack 4, the top of the installation rod 41 is provided with an adjusting groove 411 which penetrates through the bottom of the installation rod 41, and the length direction of the adjusting groove 411 is arranged along the length direction which is parallel to the installation rod 41. Two ends of the object placing rod 42 are respectively in threaded connection with an adjusting bolt 421 for slidably connecting the adjusting slot 411. In addition, the adjusting bolt 421 is screwed with an adjusting nut 422 for fixing the object placing rod 42 and the mounting rod 41. When mounted, the top of the adjustment nut 422 abuts the bottom of the mounting rod 41. During the adjustment, slide in the adjustment tank 411 through adjusting bolt 421 to the interval that the adjustment is located between the adjacent thing pole 42 of putting of same rack 4, so that place the fungus package of the difference in length.

The implementation principle of the fungus bag containing device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the storage rack is used, the control motor 61 is started to drive the rotating rod 2 to rotate, so that the connecting rod 3 and the storage rack 4 are turned downwards until the connecting rod 3 is arranged in a horizontal state axially, the plurality of storage rods 42 are all positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the storage rods 42 are positioned at positions close to the ground, so that a fungus bag can be taken and placed; after the work of picking and placing the fungus package is finished, the control motor 61 is continuously utilized to drive the rotating rod 2 to rotate reversely, so that the connecting rod 3 is upwards overturned with the placing, and the fungus package picking and placing device has the effect of being convenient for picking and placing the fungus package.
