The installation distance may be determined according to an industry specification, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
The first cover 112 is preferably clamped to the first box 111 to improve the convenience of assembling and disassembling the first housing 11, so as to facilitate the assembling, disassembling, repairing and replacing of the components inside the first housing 11. One of the first box 111 and the first cover 112 is provided with a first slot 1111, and the other of the first box 111 and the second cover 212 is provided with a first buckle 1123, and the first buckle 1123 is clamped in the first slot 1111.
In an embodiment, the cover portion 1121 includes a first buckle 1123 protruding from an inner surface of the cover portion 1121, and the first buckle 1123 is disposed at least on two opposite sides of the cover portion 1121. First draw-in groove 1111 has been seted up on the inner wall of first box body 111, and preferably, the groove depth of first draw-in groove 1111 is less than the wall thickness of first box body 111, avoids first draw-in groove 1111 to link up the lateral wall of first box body 111 from this, and can avoid opening or fluting on apron portion 1121, improves the whole sealing performance of first casing 11.
The first fasteners 1123 are preferably arranged along the circumferential direction of the cover plate portion 1121 at intervals to improve the fastening stability and tightness of the first cover 112 and the first box 111, and the first fastening grooves 1111 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the first fasteners 1123. In an embodiment, the cover portion 1121 has a rectangular structure, and each side of the cover portion 1121 is correspondingly provided with two first fasteners 1123, so as to increase the fastening stability and tightness between the first cover 112 and the first box 111. In other embodiments, the number and the arrangement position of the first catches 1123 may be specifically set according to the shape of the cover plate portion 1121.
In order to improve the fastening tightness and the sealing tightness between the first container 111 and the first cover 112, the outer surface of the cover portion 1121 extends outward along the periphery to form a flange portion, an annular positioning ring groove is formed in the opening end surface of the first container 111, the inner end of the cover portion 1121 is inserted into the positioning ring groove and abuts against the groove bottom and the groove wall of the positioning ring groove, and the flange portion abuts against the opening end surface of the first container 111.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the player module 2 includes a second housing 21 having a second accommodating cavity, the speaker 22 is located in the second accommodating cavity, and a second fastening surface is formed on one surface of the second housing 21. One side of the second housing 21 forms a second rotation mounting side which is in rotational connection with the first rotation mounting side.
The second housing 21 includes a second box 211 and a second cover 212 detachably fastened to each other, the second box 211 has a second receiving groove with an opening deviating from the second fastening surface, the second cover 212 covers the opening of the second receiving groove and blocks the notch of the second receiving groove to form a closed second receiving cavity, the speaker 22 is installed in the second receiving groove of the second box 211, and the sound outlet 2111 penetrates through the bottom of the second box 211.
In order to facilitate the installation of the speaker 22, the bottom of the second receiving groove is vertically protruded with the mounting post 213, the mounting post 213 is opened with a threaded hole, the speaker 22 has a radially protruded ear plate portion 221, the ear plate portion 221 is opened with a connecting through hole 2211, the ear plate portion 221 is supported on the mounting post 213, and the ear plate portion 221 is connected with the mounting post 213 through a threaded member penetrating through the connecting through hole 2211 and the threaded hole. In this embodiment, the two sides of the speaker 22 have the ear plate portions 221, each ear plate portion 221 has a connecting through hole 2211, and two corresponding mounting posts 213 are provided. In other embodiments, the number of ear plate portions 221 and mounting posts 213 may be set as desired or as desired for the particular shape of the speaker 22.
In an embodiment, the positioning column 214 is vertically protruded at the bottom of the second receiving groove, the ear plate portion 221 has a positioning hole 2212, and the positioning column 214 is inserted into the positioning hole 2212, so as to realize the mounting and positioning of the speaker 22 on the second box 211, and improve the mounting accuracy and the assembling efficiency of the speaker 22 on the second box 211.
The player module 2 further includes a low-sound diaphragm 23, and the low-sound diaphragm 23 is located on a side of the speaker 22 away from the sound outlet 2111. The second cover 212 is formed with a sound hole 2124, and the bass diaphragm 23 is mounted on the inner surface of the second cover 212 and covers the sound hole 2124. This kind of setting for form the preceding sound chamber between the bottom of the front end of speaker 22 and the second holding tank, enclose between the circumference lateral wall of speaker 22, the inner wall of second box body 211 and the second lid 212 and establish and form the back sound chamber, preceding sound chamber and back sound chamber separate completely, make the play sound of speaker 22 more pleasing to the ear.
In one embodiment, the inner surface of the second cover 212 defines a mounting groove 2123, the low-powered diaphragm 23 is mounted in the mounting groove 2123, and the sound-transmitting hole 2124 penetrates through the bottom of the mounting groove 2123 to provide a location for mounting the low-powered diaphragm 23. Preferably, the low sound diaphragm 23 is bonded to the groove bottom of the mounting groove 2123.
The structure of the speaker 22 and the low sound vibration film 23 may adopt the existing structure, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The second box 211 and the second cover 212 are preferably clamped to improve the convenience of assembly and disassembly. One of the second box 211 and the second cover 212 is provided with a second locking slot 2112, and the other is provided with a second buckle 2122, so that when the second box 211 and the second cover 212 are buckled, the second buckle 2122 is locked with the second locking slot 2112. In other embodiments, the first box 211 and the second cover 212 may be screwed together.
In an embodiment, the second cover 212 includes a bottom plate portion 2121 and a plurality of second fasteners 2122 protruding from an inner surface of the bottom plate portion 2121, the plurality of second fasteners 2122 are disposed at intervals along a circumferential direction of the second cover 212, and the second locking grooves 2112 and the second fasteners 2122 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so as to improve locking stability and locking tightness. The inner wall surface of the second box body 211 is provided with a second clamping groove 2112, and the depth of the second clamping groove 2112 is preferably smaller than the wall thickness of the second box body 211, so as to ensure the sealing performance of the second accommodating cavity.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, in an embodiment, the first housing 11 is provided with a first magnetic attraction member 16, the second housing 21 is provided with a second magnetic attraction member 24, when the voice control apparatus 100 is in a folded state, the first magnetic attraction member 16 and the second magnetic attraction member 24 attract each other, so that the voice control apparatus 100 can be stably placed in the folded state, the stability of the voice control apparatus 100 in the folded state is ensured, and the player module 2 and the controller module 1 are prevented from being randomly unfolded.
In an embodiment, the first magnetic attracting element 16 is preferably disposed on a side of the first housing 11 away from the first rotation mounting side, and the second magnetic attracting element 24 is preferably disposed on a side of the second housing 21 away from the second rotation mounting side, so that the controller module 1 and the player module 2 are attracted on a side away from the rotation axis, thereby improving the connection stability of the controller module 1 and the player module 2. And preferably, the first magnetic attraction piece 16 is provided with two pieces at intervals along the length direction of the side where the first magnetic attraction piece is located, so as to improve the attraction stability and reliability of the controller module 1 and the player module 2. The second magnetic attraction pieces 24 are arranged corresponding to the first magnetic attraction pieces 16 one by one.
In other embodiments, the positions and the number of the first magnetic attraction pieces 16 and the second magnetic attraction pieces 24 can also adopt other arrangement forms, for example, the first magnetic attraction pieces 16 can be arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first housing 11, and the second magnetic attraction pieces 24 and the first magnetic attraction pieces 16 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
The first magnetic attraction piece 16 is detachably disposed in the first housing 11, so as to improve the convenience of replacement and assembly and disassembly of the first magnetic attraction piece 16. In an embodiment, a first mounting boss 114 is convexly disposed at the bottom of the first receiving groove, a first slot is disposed on the first mounting boss 114, a notch of the first slot deviates from the bottom of the first receiving groove, and the first magnetic attraction piece 16 is embedded in the first slot. Preferably, the slot length of the first slot is longer than the length of the first magnetic-attracting element 16, so as to facilitate the picking and placing of the first magnetic-attracting element 16. In order to improve the stability of the first magnetic member 16 disposed in the first slot, the first magnetic member 16 is adhered to the bottom of the first slot.
The second magnetic attraction piece 24 is detachably disposed in the second housing 21 to improve the convenience of replacement and assembly and disassembly of the second magnetic attraction piece 24. In an embodiment, a second mounting boss 215 is convexly disposed at the bottom of the second receiving groove, a second slot is disposed on the second mounting boss 215, a notch of the second slot deviates from the bottom of the second receiving groove, and the second magnetic attraction piece 24 is embedded in the second slot. Preferably, the slot length of the second slot is longer than the length of the second magnetic attraction piece 24, so as to facilitate the picking and placing of the second magnetic attraction piece 24. In order to improve the stability of the second magnetic attraction piece 24 in the second slot, the second magnetic attraction piece 24 is adhered to the bottom of the second slot.
In one embodiment, one of the first magnetic attracting element 16 and the second magnetic attracting element 24 is a magnet, and the other is a metal block, preferably an iron block with low cost and good magnetic attraction. In another embodiment, both the first magnetic-attracting member 16 and the second magnetic-attracting member 24 are magnets, and the polarities of the opposite ends of the first magnetic-attracting member 16 and the second magnetic-attracting member 24 are opposite to each other, so as to increase the attracting force between the first magnetic-attracting member 16 and the second magnetic-attracting member 24.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first rotation mounting side of the first housing 11 and the second rotation mounting side of the second housing 21 are rotatably connected by the rotation mounting structure 3. In one embodiment, at least two rotary mounting structures 3 are provided at intervals along the direction of the rotation axis thereof. The speaker 22 is connected with a connecting wire, and the connecting wire passes through the first rotary mounting side, the gap between two adjacent rotary mounting structures 3 and the second rotary mounting side in sequence and then is connected with the main control board 12. This kind of setting can reduce the exposed length of connecting wire, and avoids producing between connecting wire and the rotation mounting structure and interfere or twine, reduces the probability that connecting wire dragged, improves voice control device 100's safety in utilization.
In this embodiment, the two rotating mounting structures 3 are coaxially arranged at intervals, so as to simplify the structure and facilitate the processing. In other embodiments, three or more rotary mounting structures 3 may be provided, and the connecting wires may pass through the gap between two adjacent rotary mounting structures 3.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the first rotation mounting side is provided with a first wire passing sleeve portion 115, and the first wire passing sleeve portion 115 is located between two adjacent rotation mounting structures 3. One side of the first wire passing sleeve portion 115 close to the main control panel 12 is provided with a first wire passing hole 1151 in a through manner, and one end of the first wire passing sleeve portion 115 is provided with a first arc-shaped notch 1152. The second rotating installation side is provided with a second wire passing sleeve part 216, and the second wire passing sleeve part 216 is positioned between two adjacent rotating installation structures 3. A second wire through hole 2161 is formed in one side of the second wire through sleeve part 216 close to the speaker 22, and a second arc notch 2162 is formed at one end of the second wire through sleeve part 216. The first wire passing sleeve portion 115 and the second wire passing sleeve portion 216 are rotatably sleeved and are located between the two rotating shaft mounting structures 3, the first wire passing hole 1151 is opposite to the second arc-shaped notch 2162, the first wire passing hole 1151 is opposite to the first arc-shaped notch 1152, and the connecting wires sequentially pass through the second wire passing hole 2161 and the first wire passing hole 1151.
With the arrangement, the connecting wires positioned in the first box 111 and the second box 211 can be concealed in the first wire passing sleeve part 115 and the second wire passing sleeve part 216, so that the connecting wires are protected and prevented from being pulled by an external structure. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the first arc-shaped notch 1152 and the second arc-shaped notch 2162 can enable the connecting wires to only pass through one position of the first wire passing sleeve portion 115 and the second wire passing sleeve portion 216, thereby avoiding the rubbing and pulling of the connecting wires when the first wire passing sleeve portion 115 and the second wire passing sleeve portion 216 relatively rotate, and further improving the protection of the connecting wires.
In an embodiment, the first wire passing sleeve portion 115 and the second wire passing sleeve portion 216 are both of a structure with one end open and the other end closed, and the connecting wire is located between the two closed ends of the first wire passing sleeve portion 115 and the second wire passing sleeve portion 216. The open end surface of the second wire passing sleeve part 216 preferably abuts against the closed end inner end surface of the first wire passing sleeve part 115 to realize the plugging positioning between the two. More preferably, the outer side wall of the closed end of the second wire passing sleeve part 216 extends outward in the radial direction to form a limit stop rim 2163, and the end face of the open end of the first wire passing sleeve part 115 abuts against the limit stop rim 2163.
The central angles corresponding to the first arc-shaped notch 1152 and the second arc-shaped notch 2162 are preferably greater than or equal to 180 ° to increase the angle that the player module 2 and the controller module 1 can rotate relatively.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 10, the rotation mounting structure 3 includes a rotation shaft 31, an outer shaft sleeve portion 35 and an inner shaft sleeve portion 34, the rotation shaft 31 can be rotatably inserted into the coaxially aligned outer shaft sleeve portion 35 and inner shaft sleeve portion 34, and the inner shaft sleeve portion 34 is located on a side of the outer shaft sleeve portion 35 facing the other rotation mounting structure 3. One of the outer sleeve portion 35 and the inner sleeve portion 34 is disposed on the first rotation mounting side, and the other is disposed on the second rotation mounting side, and the rotation shaft 31 is detachably connected to both the inner sleeve portion 34 and the outer sleeve portion 35.
With the arrangement, the controller module 1 and the player module 2 can be rotatably connected and detached through the installation and detachment of the rotating shaft 31, so that the convenience in disassembly and assembly of the voice control device 100 is improved; and through setting up outer axle sleeve portion 35 and interior axle sleeve portion 36, can increase the connection reliability of rotation mounting structure 3 and player module 2 and controller module 1, improve the structural strength of voice control device 100 in the rotation junction.
In one embodiment, the outer sleeve portion 35 of one of the rotary mounting structures 3 is disposed on the first housing 11, the inner sleeve portion 34 is disposed on the second housing 21, the outer sleeve portion 35 of the other rotary mounting structure 3 is disposed on the first housing 11, and the inner sleeve portion 34 is disposed on the second housing 21. In other embodiments, two outer sleeve portions 35 may be disposed on the first housing 11 or the second housing 21, and two inner sleeve portions 34 may be disposed on the second housing 21 or the first housing 11.
The inner sleeve portion 34 and the outer sleeve portion 35 both protrude out of the first fastening surface and the second fastening surface, so as to ensure that the first fastening surface and the second fastening surface can be attached to each other when the voice control device 100 is in the folded state. Optionally, an arc-shaped first arc avoidance groove 1117 is formed in the first rotating and mounting side of the first fastening surface, and the inner boss portion 34 and the outer boss portion 35 mounted on the first shell 11 are both connected to the bottom of the first arc avoidance groove 1117; the second buckling surface is provided with an arc-shaped second avoiding arc groove 2113 at the second rotation mounting side, and the inner sleeve portion 34 and the outer sleeve portion 35 mounted on the second housing 21 are both connected to the bottom of the second avoiding arc groove 2113.
In one embodiment, the inner bushing portion 34 and the outer bushing portion 35 are integrally formed with the corresponding first housing 11 or the second housing 21, and in other embodiments, the inner bushing portion 34 and the outer bushing portion 35 may be connected to the corresponding first housing 11 or the second housing 21 by welding.
In one embodiment, the inner sleeve portion 34 is embedded with a lock nut 32, the rotating shaft 31 includes a rotating screw, a screw end of the rotating screw passes through the outer sleeve portion 35 and is screwed to the lock nut 32, and a head of the rotating screw is pressed against the outer sleeve portion 35. This kind of setting for axis of rotation 31 and inner sleeve portion 34 fixed connection to rotate with outer sleeve portion 35 and be connected, and can adjust the frictional force between inner sleeve portion 34 and the outer sleeve portion 35 through adjusting the wrong degree of depth of screwing of rotating screw, thereby adjust controller module 1 and player module 2 pivoted damping, adjust rotatory dynamics.
The outer sleeve portion 35 has an outer shaft through hole 351 for passing the rotating shaft 31 therethrough, and in an alternative embodiment, the outer shaft through hole 351 is a counter bore, the counter bore is a stepped bore, a lower bore portion of the counter bore faces the inner sleeve portion 34, and a stepped surface is formed between the lower bore portion and the large bore portion. In other embodiments, the outer shaft through hole 351 may also be a hole with the same inner diameter, and the screw head of the rotating screw may directly press against the end surface of the outer sleeve portion 35 far away from the inner sleeve portion 34.
The outer shaft sleeve portion 35 and the inner shaft sleeve portion 34 are opposite to each other, a blocking groove is formed in one end face of the outer shaft sleeve portion, a plug 33 is detachably arranged in the blocking groove, and the rotating shaft 31 is clamped between the two plugs 33. Specifically, a first blocking groove 342 is formed in an inner end surface of the inner sleeve portion 34, the first blocking groove 342 is communicated with an inner hole of the inner sleeve portion 34, and a plug 34 is disposed in the first blocking groove 342 to block an inner port of the inner sleeve portion 34. The outer end surface of the outer boss portion 35 is provided with a second sealing groove 352, the second sealing groove 352 communicates with the outer shaft through hole 351, and a plug 34 is provided in the second sealing groove 352 to seal the outer shaft through hole 351. Through setting up jam 33, can block up the shaft hole both ends that inner hub portion 34 and outer hub portion 35 are used for installing axis of rotation 33, avoid outside dust, steam etc. to enter into inside the shaft hole, improve the service reliability and the life who rotates mounting structure 3. In an embodiment, one surface of the controller module 1 facing away from the player module 2 and/or one surface of the player module 2 facing away from the controller module 1 are provided with bonding members 4, and the bonding members 4 are used for bonding with an external structure.
Optionally, the external structure is a wall 200, and when the voice control apparatus 100 is installed on the wall 200, the adhesive member 4 is disposed on the back surface of the controller module 1, so as to prevent the low-sound diaphragm 23 from being disposed opposite to the wall 200, and improve the sound quality of the speaker 22. Preferably, the rotation angle between the speaker module 2 and the controller module 1 is greater than or equal to 180 °, so that the speaker module 2 can rotate to the flush position with the controller module 1, that is, the speaker module 2 can rotate to be attached to the wall 200, thereby improving the convenience and flexibility of the voice control device 100.
It will be appreciated that the voice control device 100 may also be used in a hand-held manner, or may be placed in an unsecured position for use, i.e., not mounted to an external structure.

Claims (10)
1. A voice control device is characterized by comprising a player module (2) and a controller module (1), wherein the controller module (1) is provided with a sound pick-up (15) and a first buckling surface, the player module (2) is provided with a loudspeaker (22) and a second buckling surface, a sound outlet (2111) opposite to the loudspeaker (22) is formed in the second buckling surface, and the player module (2) is rotatably connected with the controller module (1) so as to enable the voice control device to be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state;
when the player module (2) is in the folded state, the player module (1) and the controller module (2) are oppositely stacked, and the first buckling surface is buckled with the second buckling surface; when the player is in the unfolding state, the player module (2) and the controller module (1) are unfolded to form an angle.
2. A speech control device according to claim 1, characterised in that one side of the controller module (1) forms a first rotatably mounted side which is rotatably connected to one side of the player module (2), the sound pick-up (15) being provided on a side wall adjacent to or opposite the first rotatably mounted side.
3. The voice control device according to claim 1, wherein the controller module (1) further comprises a display screen (17), and the display screen (17) is disposed on the first fastening surface.

The voice control device according to claim 1, wherein the controller module (1) has a first magnetic attraction member (16), the player module (2) has a second magnetic attraction member (24), and when the voice control device is in the folded state, the first magnetic attraction member (16) and the second magnetic attraction member (24) attract each other;
and/or one surface of the controller module (1) departing from the first buckling surface and/or one surface of the player module (2) departing from the second buckling surface are provided with bonding pieces (4), and the bonding pieces (4) are used for being bonded with an external structure.
5. The voice control device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the controller module (1) further comprises a main control board (12), and the main control board (12) is respectively connected with the loudspeaker (22) and the sound pickup (15);
the controller module (1) is provided with a first rotating installation side, the player module (2) is provided with a second rotating installation side, the first rotating installation side and the second rotating installation side are rotatably connected through a rotating installation structure (3), and at least two rotating installation structures (3) are arranged at intervals along the rotating axis direction of the rotating installation structures;
the loudspeaker (22) is connected with a connecting wire, and the connecting wire sequentially penetrates through the second rotating installation side, the adjacent two gaps between the rotating installation structures (3) and the first rotating installation side and is connected with the main control panel (12).

The voice control device according to claim 5, wherein a first wire passing sleeve portion (115) is arranged on the first rotation mounting side, the first wire passing sleeve portion (115) is located between two adjacent rotation mounting structures (3), a first wire passing hole (1151) is formed in one side, close to the main control board (12), of the first wire passing sleeve portion (115) in a penetrating mode, and a first arc-shaped notch (1152) is formed in one end of the first wire passing sleeve portion (115);
a second wire passing sleeve part (216) is arranged on the second rotary mounting side, the second wire passing sleeve part (216) is positioned between two adjacent rotary mounting structures (3), a second wire passing hole (2161) is formed in one side, close to the loudspeaker (22), of the second wire passing sleeve part (216) in a penetrating manner, and a second arc-shaped notch (2162) is formed in one end of the second wire passing sleeve part (216);
first cross line cover portion (115) with second cross line cover portion (216) rotates the cover and establishes, just first cross line hole (1151) with second arc breach (2162) just right, second cross line hole (2161) with first arc breach (1152) just right, connecting wire passes in proper order second cross line hole (2161) and first cross line hole (1151).

The voice control device according to claim 5, characterized in that the rotary mounting structure (3) comprises a rotary shaft (31), an outer sleeve portion (35) and an inner sleeve portion (34), the rotary shaft (31) being rotatably disposed through the outer sleeve portion (35) and the inner sleeve portion (34) in coaxial alignment, one of the outer sleeve portion (35) and the inner sleeve portion (34) being disposed on the first rotary mounting side and the other being disposed on the second rotary mounting side, the rotary shaft (31) being detachably connectable with both the inner sleeve portion (34) and the outer sleeve portion (35).

The voice control device according to claim 7, wherein a lock nut (32) is embedded in the inner boss portion (34), the rotation shaft (31) includes a rotation screw, a screw end of the rotation screw passes through the outer boss portion (35) and is screwed to the lock nut (32), and a screw head of the rotation screw abuts against the outer boss portion (35).

The voice control device according to claim 7, wherein one end face of the outer sleeve portion (35) and the end face of the inner sleeve portion (34) opposite to each other are both provided with a blocking groove, a blocking plug (33) is detachably arranged in the blocking groove, and the rotating shaft (31) is clamped between the two blocking plugs (33).
10. The voice control device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the voice control device is a remote controller of a water heater, and the voice control device is used for controlling the operation of the water heater.
