as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 14, a first embodiment of the present invention proposes an intelligent device including: the housing 100, the base assembly 200 and the display assembly 300, and based on the cooperation among the above components, the voice interaction between the user and the smart device is realized, and based on the smart device, the voice control of the home appliance is realized.
The base assembly 200 and the display assembly 300 are at least partially arranged inside the casing 100, so that the casing 100 can protect the display assembly 300 and the base assembly 200; the display component 300 comprises a voice receiving device 302, the voice receiving device 302 can acquire voice information sent by a user, and the intelligent device sends a corresponding control instruction to the household appliance based on communication connection so as to control the household appliance to work; the base component 200 includes a voice sending device 202, and after the home appliance receives the control instruction, the voice sending device 202 can feed back the adjustment state of the home appliance to the user in time, so that the user knows whether the home appliance has responded according to the control instruction; in addition, the user can establish voice interaction with the intelligent device based on the voice sending device 202, so that interestingness in the using process is increased. Particularly, the intelligent device establishes communication connection with the household appliance in the working process, so that transmission of control instructions between the intelligent device and the household appliance is guaranteed, voice control of the intelligent device on the household appliance is guaranteed, user operation is facilitated, and voice interaction between a user and the intelligent device is achieved.
The intelligent device provided by the embodiment can be in communication connection with the household appliance, and voice interaction between a user and the intelligent device is realized, so that the user can control the household appliance to work based on the voice of the intelligent device, the intelligence of the household appliance is improved, the user operation control is facilitated, the universal control on the household appliance can be realized, and the intelligent device is not limited to the control of a specific function mode or the control of a specific household appliance.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 14, a second embodiment of the present invention proposes an intelligent device, including: a housing 100, a base assembly 200, and a display assembly 300. The intelligent device can establish communication connection with the household appliance, realize voice interaction between a user and the intelligent device based on the cooperation of the components, and realize voice control on the household appliance based on the intelligent device.
The base assembly 200 and the display assembly 300 are at least partially arranged inside the casing 100, so that the casing 100 can protect the display assembly 300 and the base assembly 200; the display component 300 comprises a voice receiving device 302 for acquiring voice information sent by a user so as to control the household appliance to work; the base component 200 includes a voice sending device 202, and the voice sending device 202 can feed back the adjustment state of the home appliance to the user in time, so that the user knows whether the home appliance has responded according to the control instruction; in addition, the user can establish voice interaction with the intelligent device based on the voice sending device 202, so that interestingness in the using process is increased.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the display assembly 300 further includes a bracket 304, a circuit board 306, a display panel 308, and a display screen 312. The voice receiving device 302, the circuit board 306 and the display panel 308 are all arranged on the support 304, so that stable positions among the components are guaranteed, ordered arrangement of the components in the intelligent device is guaranteed, the space utilization rate in the intelligent device is improved, and miniaturization of the intelligent device is achieved. The circuit board 306 is electrically connected to the voice receiving device 302, so as to ensure signal transmission inside the display module 300, especially to ensure transmission of voice information, so that the intelligent device can control the household appliance to work according to the obtained voice signal. The display panel 308 is provided with an installation position 310, the display screen 312 is arranged inside the installation position 310, and the installation position 310 can be in the form of an installation opening, so that the display screen 312 and the display panel 308 are located on the same plane, and the thickness of the intelligent device is effectively reduced.
Moreover, as shown in fig. 2, the display panel 308 and the circuit board 306 are located on two opposite sides of the bracket 304, which can ensure that the display screen 312 faces the outside of the intelligent device and ensures the display function of the display screen 312, so that a user can know the related information of the intelligent device and/or the household appliance according to the display screen 312, and can avoid the position interference between the display panel 308 and the circuit board 306 and ensure the miniaturization of the intelligent device. Further, the display assembly 300 is integrally designed in a modularized mode, replacement and maintenance in the later period are facilitated, and meanwhile assembly of intelligent equipment is facilitated.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a sound receiving cavity 314 is disposed on the bracket 304, the sound receiving cavity 314 is of a cavity structure, and the voice receiving device 302 is at least partially accommodated in the sound receiving cavity 314, so as to fully utilize the accommodating function of the sound receiving cavity 314, ensure the sound receiving effect, and effectively reduce the thickness of the smart device, thereby implementing miniaturization of the smart device.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2 and 10, a sealing sleeve 316 is sleeved on the voice receiving device 302, so as to ensure the sealing effect of the voice receiving device 302, prevent dust, liquid or oil smoke from entering the voice receiving device 302, and ensure the sound receiving effect and the service life of the voice receiving device 302. Further, as shown in fig. 10, the voice receiving device 302 is in interference fit with the sound receiving cavity 314 through a sealing sleeve 316, so that the assembly stability is ensured, and the voice receiving device 302 is prevented from falling off in the using process.
Particularly, the intelligent device provided by the embodiment can be applied to a range hood, and the range hood is generally placed in a kitchen with heavy oil smoke for use. Therefore, the sealing sleeve 306 is sleeved on the voice receiving device 302 in the embodiment, so that oil smoke in a kitchen can be effectively prevented from entering the voice receiving device 302, and the service environment and the service life of the voice receiving device can be further ensured.
In this embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 2, the display module 300 further includes a first sealing member 318, and the first sealing member 318 is disposed between the display panel 308 and the bracket 304 and is connected to both the display panel 308 and the bracket 304 to ensure the sealing effect at the joint of the two.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first sealing member 318 can be a sealant, so that the display panel 308 is directly adhered to the surface of the bracket 304, thereby avoiding the use of additional connecting members, reducing the cost of the smart device, and facilitating the miniaturization design and the modular design of the smart device.
In a specific embodiment, the intelligent device provided by the embodiment can be applied to a range hood, and the range hood is generally placed in a kitchen with heavy oil smoke for use. The first sealing member 318 is arranged between the display panel 308 and the bracket 304, and the first sealing member 318 can well seal the joint of the display panel 308 and the bracket 304, so that kitchen oil smoke is prevented from entering the display assembly 300, the use environment and the cleanness degree of the interior of the display assembly 300 are ensured, the service life of the display assembly 300 is ensured, and particularly the service life of the display screen 312 is ensured.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 14, a third embodiment of the present invention proposes an intelligent device, including: a housing 100, a base assembly 200, and a display assembly 300. The intelligent device can establish communication connection with the household appliance, realize voice interaction between a user and the intelligent device based on the cooperation of the components, and realize voice control on the household appliance based on the intelligent device.
The base assembly 200 and the display assembly 300 are at least partially arranged inside the casing 100, so that the casing 100 can protect the display assembly 300 and the base assembly 200; the display component 300 comprises a voice receiving device 302 for acquiring voice information sent by a user so as to control the household appliance to work; the base component 200 includes a voice sending device 202, and the voice sending device 202 can feed back the adjustment state of the home appliance to the user in time, so that the user knows whether the home appliance has responded according to the control instruction; in addition, the user can establish voice interaction with the intelligent device based on the voice sending device 202, so that interestingness in the using process is increased.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the base assembly 200 further includes a base body 204 and a circuit adapter board 206. The voice transmitter 202 and the circuit adapter 206 are both disposed on the base 204, so as to ensure stable positions of the above components. The circuit adapter plate 206 is electrically connected with the circuit board 306 and the voice sending device 202 at the same time, so that on one hand, signal transmission inside the base component 200 is ensured, the circuit adapter plate 206 can feed back the working condition of the household appliance to the voice sending device 202, and further the voice sending device 202 can feed back the adjustment state of the household appliance to a user; on the other hand, signal transmission between the base component 200 and the display component 300 is ensured, and voice interaction between a user and the intelligent device is realized. In addition, the base 204 is connected to the bracket 304, so as to ensure the connection relationship between the base assembly 200 and the display assembly 300. Specifically, the Circuit interposer 206 is a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Circuit interposer. In addition, the circuit adapter board 206 can ensure that the voice transmitter 202 is connected to the circuit board 306, thereby realizing signal connection in a narrow space.
Moreover, as shown in fig. 3, the circuit adapter board 206 and the voice transmitter 202 are distributed along the periphery of the base 204, so that on one hand, the position interference between the circuit adapter board 206 and the voice transmitter 202 can be avoided, the orderly arrangement of the circuit adapter board 206 and the voice transmitter 202 in the base 204 can be ensured, on the other hand, the two can be prevented from being stacked, the circuit adapter board 206 and the voice transmitter 202 can be ensured to be located on the same plane, the thickness of the smart device can be effectively reduced, and the miniaturization design and the modular design of the smart device can be further realized. Specifically, the circuit adapter board 206 and the circuit board 306 are both provided with pins 224, and the circuit adapter board 206 and the circuit board 306 are in contact with each other through the pins 224, so as to ensure the transmission of signals.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the display module 300 includes a bracket 304, the base module 200 includes a base 204, and the bracket 304 is connected to the base 204 to ensure the connection relationship between the display module 300 and the base module 200.
Specifically, the connection manner of the seat 204 and the bracket 304 includes, but is not limited to, the following manners: one of the seat body 204 and the bracket 304 is provided with a buckle 208, so that the seat body 204 and the bracket 304 are ensured to be clamped; one of the holder body 204 and the bracket 304 is provided with a mounting hole 210, thereby connecting the two together by a fastener. The above connection modes can realize the quick positioning and quick installation of the seat body 204 and the bracket 304.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, in order to ensure that the circuit board 306 is in sufficient contact with the ejector pins 224 of the circuit interposer 206, a clamping and fastening connection may be used. Wherein, the seat body 204 and the bracket 304 are positioned by the buckle 208 and then are further fastened by the fastener. It should be noted that the fastening member is disposed at a position close to the circuit interposer 206, so as to further perform a fastening function, reduce deformation of the circuit board 306 and the circuit interposer 206 due to clamping, and ensure that the ejector pins 224 are in good contact with the circuit interposer 206. Wherein, the fastener can adopt a screw.
In this embodiment, further, as shown in FIG. 3, the base assembly 200 also includes an electromagnetic coil 212 and a battery 214. The battery 214 is connected to the electromagnetic coil 212 and at least partially covers the electromagnetic coil 212, so that the electromagnetic coil 212 provides a mounting position for the battery 214, the battery 214 is prevented from occupying the surface area of the seat 204, the area of the seat 204 is reduced, and the circumferential size of the smart device is reduced. In addition, the electromagnetic coil 212 and the battery 214 are used in a matched mode, when the intelligent device is placed at a charging position integrally, wireless charging can be achieved, and the intelligent device is convenient to use and operate for a user. In one embodiment, when the smart device is placed in a charging position, the electromagnetic coil 212 generates current based on the electromagnetic induction principle, thereby charging the battery 214.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, the base assembly 200 further includes at least two first magnetic members 216, and at least the first magnetic members 216 can be used as a connecting member, so that the smart device is attached to the household electrical appliance through the at least first magnetic members 216. In addition, at least two first magnetism spare 216 are at the marginal interval distribution of pedestal 204, and the magnetism of at least two first magnetism spare 216 is opposite, be provided with the second magnetism spare with at least first magnetism spare 216 looks adaptation on the charging position that uses with the smart machine cooperation, and then constitute and prevent slow-witted design, guarantee that the smart machine has fixed position direction at the charging position under the magnetic force effect, make smart machine and charging position have fixed relative position, guarantee display element 300's display content forward, the user of being convenient for obtains the content that display element shows. In addition, based on the cooperation of first magnetism spare 216 with the second magnetism spare, guarantee that smart machine can accurately place in the position of charging, guarantee that smart machine can charge in the use, need not the user and adjusts.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, two first magnetic members 216 are provided, and the two first magnetic members 216 are symmetrically distributed on the base 204 and located at two ends of the battery 214, one of the two first magnetic members 216 is an S pole, and the other is an N pole (in a use state, the front of the smart device faces a user, at this time, the first magnetic member 216 on the left side of the smart device is the S pole, and the first magnetic member 216 on the right side of the smart device is the N pole); correspondingly, two second magnetic members are arranged on the charging potential of the household appliance, the two second magnetic members are also symmetrically distributed on the charging potential, the distance between the two second magnetic members is equal to the distance between the two first magnetic members 216, one of the two second magnetic members is an S pole, and the other one of the two second magnetic members is an N pole (the second magnetic member on the right side is the S pole, and the second magnetic member on the left side is the N pole). Therefore, based on the cooperation of the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member, the fixed position of the intelligent device on the main body can be ensured, and the forward direction of the display content of the display assembly 300 can be ensured.
In a specific embodiment, three first magnetic members are arranged, connecting lines of the three first magnetic members on the seat body form a triangle, one first magnetic member positioned at the upper part is an S pole, and two first magnetic members positioned at the lower part are N poles; correspondingly, three second magnetic parts are arranged on the charging potential of the household appliance, connecting lines of the three second magnetic parts form a triangle with the same shape, two first magnetic parts positioned above are N poles, and two second magnetic parts positioned below are S poles. Therefore, based on the cooperation between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member, the fixed position of the smart device on the main body can be ensured, and the forward direction of the display content of the display assembly can be ensured (this embodiment is not shown in the figure).
In a specific embodiment, four first magnetic members are arranged, connecting lines of the four first magnetic members on the seat body form a quadrangle, magnetic poles of two adjacent first magnetic members are different, in a use state, the positive direction of the intelligent device faces towards a user, at the moment, from the upper left corner, the upper right corner, the lower right corner to the lower left corner of the intelligent device, the first magnetic members are respectively an S pole, an N pole and an N pole; correspondingly, four second magnetic parts are arranged on the charging potential of the household appliance, connecting lines of the four second magnetic parts form a quadrangle with the same shape, magnetic poles of two adjacent second magnetic parts are different, and the magnetic poles of the second magnetic parts are respectively an N pole, an S pole and an S pole from the upper left corner, the upper right corner and the lower right corner of the main body to the lower left corner. Therefore, based on the cooperation between the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member, the fixed position of the smart device on the main body can be ensured, and the forward direction of the display content of the display assembly can be ensured (this embodiment is not shown in the figure).
In particular, the above description only takes the example of providing two first magnetic members 216, three first magnetic members 216 and four first magnetic members 216 as an example, and it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the number and the positions of the first magnetic members 216 can be designed according to actual situations, and the design can be implemented as long as the display content of the display assembly 300 can be ensured to be forward. In addition, based on the cooperation of first magnetism spare 216 and second magnetism spare, guarantee that smart machine can accurately place in the position of charging, guarantee that smart machine can charge in the use, it need not user regulation.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a button opening is formed in the seat body 204, and a control button is disposed at the button opening, so that a user can control and operate the smart device by controlling the control button; as shown in fig. 3 and 11, the control key is provided with a key pad 218, and at least a portion of the key pad 218 is located between the control key and the key opening to seal a gap between the control key and the key opening, so as to prevent dust, liquid or oil smoke from entering the intelligent device, which is particularly suitable for heavy oil smoke environment of kitchen appliances.
In this embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, the base assembly 200 further includes a foot pad 220. The foot pad 220 is disposed on the base 204 and protrudes from the base 204, so as to increase the friction force between the base 204 and the household appliance, and ensure the stable position of the intelligent device on the household appliance.
Particularly, the intelligent equipment can be applied to a range hood, and the range hood is generally placed in a kitchen with heavy oil smoke for use. Therefore, the foot pad 220 is arranged on the seat body 204, so that the adsorption difficulty caused by oil stains is overcome, and the stability of the intelligent equipment installed on the main body is ensured.
Example four:
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 14, a fourth embodiment of the present invention proposes an intelligent device, including: a housing 100, a base assembly 200, and a display assembly 300. The intelligent device can establish communication connection with the household appliance, realize voice interaction between a user and the intelligent device based on the cooperation of the components, and realize voice control on the household appliance based on the intelligent device.
The base assembly 200 and the display assembly 300 are at least partially arranged inside the casing 100, so that the casing 100 can protect the display assembly 300 and the base assembly 200; the display component 300 comprises a voice receiving device 302 for acquiring voice information sent by a user so as to control the household appliance to work; the base component 200 includes a voice sending device 202, and the voice sending device 202 can feed back the adjustment state of the home appliance to the user in time, so that the user knows whether the home appliance has responded according to the control instruction; in addition, the user can establish voice interaction with the intelligent device based on the voice sending device 202, so that interestingness in the using process is increased.
In addition, as shown in fig. 12, the number of the voice receiving devices 302 is two, the distance between the two voice receiving devices 302 is L, and 20mm or more and L or more and 40mm or less are satisfied, the distance L between the two voice receiving devices 302 is reasonably set, the distance L between the two voice receiving devices is ensured to be 20mm to 40mm, the matching distance between the two voice receiving devices 302 is ensured, and the sound reception effect is further improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, the voice sending device 202 is located on the midperpendicular of the connection line of the two voice receiving devices 302, and the voice sending device 202 is disposed near the edge of the smart device, so that the time for the echo of the voice sending device 202 to reach the two voice receiving devices 302 is longer, and good voice receiving and voice sending effects are ensured.
In this embodiment, further, as shown in fig. 13, the perpendicular bisector of the line connecting the two voice receiving apparatuses 302 and the outer edge outline of the base member 200 form a first intersection point and a second intersection point, which are an intersection point a and an intersection point B, respectively; the distance between the intersection point a and the connection line between the two voice receiving devices 302 is greater than the distance between the intersection point a and the connection line between the intersection point a and the two voice receiving devices 302, and the voice sending device 202 is disposed at the side of the connection line between the two voice receiving devices 302 and is disposed close to the intersection point a, so as to ensure that the voice sending device 202 is far away from the connection line between the two voice receiving devices 302, so that the time from the echo of the voice sending device 202 to the two voice receiving devices 302 is long, and good voice receiving and voice sending effects are ensured.
In any of the above embodiments, further, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, the smart device further comprises a second seal 222. The position where the housing 100 is connected to the base assembly 200 and the position where the housing 100 is connected to the display assembly 300 are both provided with the second sealing member 222, so as to ensure the sealing effect of the joints of the above components and prevent dust, liquid or oil smoke from entering the intelligent device. In one embodiment, the second sealing element 222 can be a sealant.
Particularly, the intelligent equipment can be applied to a range hood, and the range hood is generally placed in a kitchen with heavy oil smoke for use. Therefore, the second sealing member 222 is arranged between the housing 100 and the base assembly 200, and the second sealing member 222 can well seal the joint of the housing 100 and the base assembly 200, so that kitchen oil smoke is prevented from entering the intelligent equipment, the use environment and the cleanness degree in the intelligent equipment are ensured, and the service life of the intelligent equipment is ensured.

the circuit board is arranged on the bracket and is electrically connected with the voice receiving device;
the display panel is connected with the bracket and is provided with a mounting position;
