Preferably, the positioning posts 23 and the screw members are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the casing 1, thereby improving the mounting stability of the gland 21 on the casing 1, and making the stress of the gland 21 more uniform. Further, one of the positioning post 23 and the screw member is located at the upper side of the lock cavity 211, and the other is located at one side of the lock cavity 211 along the circumferential direction of the inner seat 12, so that the connection threaded hole 212 and the positioning post 23 are located at two adjacent sides of the lock cavity 211 respectively, and the installation tightness and the sealing reliability of the gland 21 on the inner seat 12 are further improved. In other embodiments, the positioning posts 21 and screws may be provided on opposite sides of the gland 21 in the circumferential direction of the housing 1.
In the present embodiment, the positioning hole 1213 is preferably provided at a side of the inner locking hole 131 facing the adjacent side, and the coupling screw hole 212 is provided above the lock chamber 211. In other embodiments, the locations of the locating posts 23 and the connecting threaded holes 212 on the gland 21 may be interchanged.
The outer lock hole 132 and the inner lock hole 131 are all located below the microphone plate 31, and the inner lock hole 131 and the outer lock hole 132 are located between two adjacent microphone chips 32, so that interference is avoided to the installation of the microphone assembly 3 due to the arrangement of the outer lock hole 132 and the inner lock hole 131, the arrangement of the anti-theft lock assembly 2 cannot influence the arrangement of the microphone assembly 3, namely, the arrangement of the existing microphone assembly 3 is not required to be changed, and the improvement cost of the voice interaction device is further reduced.
Further, the side plate portion 1212 of the upper seat 121 extends downward to have an extension protrusion 1219 facing the position of the gland 21, and the lower end of the gland 21 abuts against the inner side surface of the extension protrusion 1219, so that the length of the upper seat 121 can be locally prolonged, and the installation position of the gland 21 can be moved downward on the basis of ensuring that the size of the gland 21 is unchanged, so that the installation position of the anti-theft lock assembly 2 on the upper seat 121 is reduced, and interference of the arrangement of the anti-theft lock assembly 2 on the microphone assembly 3 is further reduced.
The anti-theft lock assembly 2 further comprises a lock hole sealing ring 22, the lock hole sealing ring 22 is located between the inner seat 12 and the outer frame 11, two opposite sides of the lock hole sealing ring 22 are respectively abutted against the inner seat 12 and the outer frame 11, the lock hole sealing ring 22 surrounds an inner lock hole 131 and an outer lock hole 132, and the lock hole sealing ring 22 is made of elastic materials. Through setting up lockhole sealing ring 22, can further avoid outer lockhole 132 and interior lockhole 131, avoid outer lockhole 132 and interior lockhole 131 and installation cavity intercommunication, can prevent more effectively that outer lockhole 132 and interior lockhole 131 department from leaking gas from this, guarantee the leakproofness of holding chamber 17 better. In the present embodiment, the locking hole sealing ring 22 is located between the upper seat 121 and the outer frame 11.
In order to improve the convenience of installing the lock hole seal ring 22, the side plate portion 1212 of the upper seat 121 is convexly provided with a seal ring portion 1218 along a direction toward the outer frame 11, the seal ring portion 1218 is disposed around the inner lock hole 131, the lock hole seal ring 22 is sleeved on the seal ring portion 1218, and the lock hole seal ring 22 is clamped between the outer frame 11 and the upper seat 121. The arrangement of the sealing ring portion 1218 is beneficial to providing positioning for the installation of the locking hole sealing ring 22, improving the assembly efficiency of the locking hole sealing ring 22, and being more beneficial to realizing the sealing communication between the outer locking hole 132 and the inner locking hole 131 and improving the sealing effect.
In the present embodiment, the upper side of the lock hole seal ring 22 is sandwiched between the outer frame 11 and the microphone plate 31, and the lower side of the lock hole seal ring 22 is sandwiched between the outer frame 11 and the upper seat 121. Since the keyhole sealing ring 22 has elasticity and the thickness of the microphone plate 31 is small, the microphone plate 31 and the keyhole sealing ring 22 do not interfere with each other.
Preferably, the inner lock hole 131 and the outer lock hole 132 are elongated holes extending along the circumferential direction of the upper seat 121, the seal ring portion 1218 is an annular protrusion structure adapted to the shape of the inner lock hole 131, and the inner side wall of the seal ring portion 1218 encloses the inner lock hole 131. The outer side wall of the seal ring portion 1218 preferably abuts the inner side wall of the lock hole seal ring 22 to enhance positioning and sealing.
The positioning posts 23 are preferably located outside the keyhole sealing ring 22 to avoid interference between the positioning posts 23 and the keyhole sealing ring 22. The keyhole sealing ring 22 is preferably made of foam, so that the cost is low and the sealing performance is good. In other embodiments, the keyhole sealing ring 22 may be made of rubber, silica gel, or other materials capable of sealing.
In this embodiment, the bottom edge 1222 and the lower seal ring 15 are both provided with an upper opening avoidance groove 1223, and the lower end of the lock hole seal ring 22 extends into the avoidance groove 1223 to provide avoidance for the lock hole seal ring 22. The arrangement of the avoidance groove 1223 provides enough space for the arrangement of the keyhole sealing ring 22 on the basis of the constant overall thickness of the voice interaction device.
Preferably, the lower side of the lock hole sealing ring 22 abuts against the lower sealing ring 15, so that the sealing between the inner lock hole 131 and the outer lock hole 132 and the accommodating cavity 17 can be further enhanced, and the sealing performance of the accommodating cavity 17 is ensured. To improve the convenience of the installation of the locking hole sealing ring 22, the locking hole sealing ring 22 is preferably bonded to the upper seat 121, thereby ensuring the stability of the installation of the locking hole sealing ring 22 on the inner seat 12.
When the voice interaction device is assembled, the gland 21, the microphone assembly 3 and the loudspeaker assembly 4 are firstly installed on the upper seat 121, and then the upper seat 121 and the base 122 are assembled; thereafter, the lock hole seal ring 22 is sleeved on the seal ring portion 1218; finally, the outer frame 11 is sleeved on the inner seat 12 to press the lockhole sealing ring 22.
The embodiment also provides an electronic device, which comprises an anti-theft lock and the voice interaction device, wherein the anti-theft lock can be installed in the lock cavity 211. According to the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment, the anti-theft setting of the electronic equipment can be realized by adopting the voice interaction device, and the use safety of the electronic equipment is ensured.
