It can be understood that, the thickness of the outer wall body where the window of different buildings is located is different, and after the fixing component 10 is fixed to the window, the distance between the stopping component 21 and the fixing component 10 is adjusted by providing the connecting component 30, so that the distance matches with the thickness of the outer wall body, and the fixing stability of the mounting bracket 100 on the window and the stopping stability of the stopping component 21 on the outer wall body can be improved.
Illustratively, the connecting member 30 may include a plurality of sleeves, which are sequentially sleeved, and adjacent sleeves may slide relative to each other to adjust the inner and outer lengths of the connecting member 30.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a damping assembly 60, the damping assembly 60 being coupled to the support assembly 22 and the stop assembly 21, respectively, the damping assembly 60 being configured to provide a damping force to reduce a rotational speed of the support assembly 22 when the support assembly 22 rotates toward the second position.

Illustratively, the damping assembly 60 is configured as a pneumatic supporting rod, the cylinder is hinged and fixed on the supporting assembly 22, the free end of the supporting rod is hinged and fixed on the stopping assembly 21, so as to realize damping and buffering in the switching process of the first position and the second position through the sliding of the supporting rod in the cylinder, and meanwhile, the pneumatic supporting rod with proper supporting force can be selected or the supporting force of the pneumatic supporting rod can be adjusted, so that the supporting force can be matched with the weight of the outdoor part 200, so as to improve the stability of the supporting assembly 22 in the first position, avoid the deformation of the supporting assembly 22 in the first position after bearing the weight of the outdoor part 200 in the assembling process, lead the outdoor part 200 to fall off, further improve the assembling reliability, and effectively reduce the potential safety hazard.
As shown in fig. 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a driving component 40, the driving component 40 is disposed on the fixing part 10, and a driving end of the driving component 40 cooperates with a pivot shaft 221 of the outdoor assembly 20 to drive the outdoor assembly 20 to rotate.
Specifically, the driving assembly 40 may be disposed on the fixing member 10 or on the connecting member 30, and the driving assembly 40 is in power connection with the pivot shaft 221 for driving the pivot shaft 221 to rotate, so that the rotation angle of the pivot shaft 221 may be defined to be between 80 ° and 100 ° to switch between the first position and the second position.
Wherein, the cooperation of drive end and pivot shaft 221 can be a plurality of optional transmission forms such as gear engagement, worm gear drive, for example: an incomplete gear having an angle of a sector portion having meshing teeth of 80 to 100 degrees may be provided at an end of the pivot shaft 221, and a driving end is configured as a pinion gear, and a diameter of the pinion gear may be set in proportion to a diameter of the incomplete gear to drive the pivot shaft 221 to rotate 80 to 100 degrees by a plurality of turns of the driving assembly 40, so that reduction in speed and increase in torque and limitation of a rotation angle are achieved, and convenience of installation of the outdoor part 200 may be further improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the driving assembly 40 illustratively includes: an output gear 41 and a rotating rod 42 provided with an external thread, the output gear 41 being fixed to the pivot shaft 221, the rotating rod 42 being engaged with the output gear 41, the rotating rod 42 being rotated to rotate the output gear 41.
Specifically, the output gear 41 is provided at the end of the pivot shaft 221, the rotating lever 42 that meshes with the output gear 41 is provided on the fixed member 10 or the connecting member 30, and the rotating lever 42 is rotated to rotate the output gear 41, thereby achieving switching of the support member 22 between the first position and the second position.
Wherein, the transmission rod may be provided with an input gear engaged with the output gear 41, the output gear 41 is engaged with the input gear to realize power transmission, and the rotation rod 42 is rotatably disposed on the fixed member 10 or the connection member 30 through an external thread, on one hand, the rotation of the pivot shaft 221 is realized by rotating the rotation rod 42, the driving structure is simple, the response speed is fast, and the assembly convenience can be improved; on the other hand, the rotation lever 42 is provided on the fixing member 10 or the connecting member 30 through an external thread, and the rotation lever 42 is not easily detached, facilitating the subsequent detachment of the outdoor portion 200.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a fixing seat 50, a receiving space is provided in the fixing seat 50, a portion of the rotating rod 42 provided with the external thread is located in the receiving space, and another portion of the rotating rod 42 extends out of the receiving space and is provided with a circular handle 43.
Specifically, the fixing base 50 is disposed on the fixing component 10 or the connecting component 30, a threaded hole is disposed on the fixing base 50, external threads and threaded hole thread transmission of the rotating rod 42 are performed, so that the bottom end of the rotating rod 42 can be pushed against the bottom wall of the fixing base 50 or away from the bottom wall of the fixing base 50 to move, the tooth width of the input gear disposed on the rotating rod 42 is larger than that of a conventional gear, so as to ensure that the input gear and the output gear 41 are always in a meshed state when the rotating rod 42 moves towards or away from the bottom wall, and a handle 43 is disposed at one end of the rotating rod 42 extending out of the threaded hole, so that the rotation of the rotating rod 42 can be realized by rotating the handle 43, and the rotating rod 42 rotates to drive the input gear to rotate so as to drive the pivoting shaft 221 to rotate.
It should be noted that, the tooth width of the input gear is larger than that of a conventional gear, so that the driving stability of the driving assembly 40 can be improved, the arrangement of the handle 43 can improve the convenience of the driving assembly 40, the external thread is matched with the threaded hole for transmission, and the rotating rod 42 is driven to move upwards or downwards relative to the fixed seat 50, so that the rotation angle of the pivot shaft 221 can be limited.
The mounting bracket 100 further includes a first limiting member 13 and a second limiting member 51, the first limiting member 13 is disposed on the rotating rod 42 to rotate synchronously with the rotating rod 42, the second limiting member 51 is disposed in a stationary manner relative to the first portion 11, and when the rotating rod 42 rotates until the first limiting member 13 and the second limiting member 51 are engaged with each other, the first limiting member 13 limits a rotation angle of the rotating rod 42.
The first position-limiting member 13 is configured as a position-limiting arm, the second position-limiting member 51 is configured as a position-limiting post, the position-limiting post is disposed on the circumferential direction of the rotation axis of the rotation rod 42, the position-limiting arm is disposed on the end portion of the rotation rod 42 extending into the accommodating space, when the support assembly 22 is switched from the second position to the first position, the position-limiting arm rotates to one side (for example, clockwise side) of the position-limiting post and abuts against the position-limiting post to realize the rotation position limitation of the pivot shaft 221, and when the support assembly 22 is switched from the second position to the first position, the position-limiting arm rotates to the other side (for example, counterclockwise side) of the position-limiting post. Therefore, by arranging the first limiting member 13 and the second limiting member 51 and by limiting and matching the first limiting member 13 and the second limiting member 51, the rotation angle of the supporting assembly 22 is limited, and the positioning accuracy of the supporting assembly 22 at the first position and the second position can be improved.
As shown in fig. 2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the stopping assembly 21 comprises an extending member 211 and a stopping member 212, the extending member 211 is connected to the first portion 11, the stopping member 212 is adjustably disposed on the extending member 211, and the stopping member 212 is suitable for stopping against the exterior wall.
Specifically, the extension piece 211 is configured as an extension plate, one end of which is connected to the connection member 30 and the other end of which extends downward, and the abutting piece 212 is disposed on the other end and disposed toward the outer wall body, so that the outdoor portion 200 is formed in a cantilever structure on the fixing and abutting assembly 21, and the fixing stability of the outdoor portion 200 is improved by the abutting piece 212 abutting against the outer wall body.
It should be noted that stop member 212 may include: adjusting screw and the blotter of setting on adjusting screw's head, the blotter pushes away and supports on outer wall body, and adjusting screw and extension 211 screw-thread fit, and can be through the distance between adjustment head and the extension 211, so that the distance of extension 211 upper end and lower extreme apart from outer wall body is unanimous, can improve the end effect of ending piece 212, and end through the blotter buffering, can also give sound insulation and fall the noise when outdoor part 200 is worked, and the elastic buffer of blotter, also can cushion outdoor part 200 and switch the impact of in-process from the first position to the second position, avoid outdoor part 200 to break away from under the reverse force effect, further improve outdoor part 200's fixed stability.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the first position, the support member 22 is horizontally disposed to support the outdoor unit 200, and in the second position, the support member 22 is vertically disposed and the escape prevention member 23 supports the outdoor unit 200.
It will be appreciated that as shown in fig. 6-10, the support member 22 defines a rectangular frame, the anti-slip member 23 is located at one end of the rectangular frame and extends in a direction perpendicular to a plane of the rectangular frame, both defining an open slot, and in the first position, the support member 22 is located below, and in the second position, the anti-slip member 23 is located below, and in the first position, the support member 22 is horizontally flush with the window to facilitate placing the outdoor unit 200 from the window into the slot, and after the outdoor unit 200 is fixed and stabilized in the slot, the support member 22 is switched to the second position, the support member 22 is turned downward relative to the window until the support member 22 abuts against the anti-slip member 21, and the anti-slip member 23 is located below to provide an anti-slip limit for the outdoor unit 200.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, anti-slip assembly 23 includes: the first plate 231 is fixed to the second end of the supporting component 22, the two second plates 232 are fixed to the two opposite ends of the first plate 231 respectively, each second plate 232 includes a supporting plate 2321 and a resisting plate 2322, the first end of the supporting plate 2321 is connected to the first plate 231, the resisting plate 2322 is connected to the second end of the supporting plate 2321 and is disposed opposite to the supporting component 22, and in the second position, the supporting plate 2321 and the first plate 231 are suitable for supporting the bottom wall of the outdoor portion 200.
That is, the first plate 231 and the second plate 232 define a general frame of the placement groove, and the abutting plate 2322 is disposed on an end of the supporting plate 2321 away from the first plate 231, so that in the first position, the abutting plate 2322 limits the outdoor unit 200 in the up-down direction, and in the second position, the abutting plate 2322 limits the outdoor unit 200 at an outer side of the outdoor unit 200, which can improve the fixing stability of the outdoor unit 200.
It is understood that, in some embodiments, fixing grooves or threaded holes adapted to the first plate 231 or the second plate 232 may be further provided on the outdoor portion 200, and after fastening by the fastening member, the outdoor portion 200 may be switched from the first position to the second position, so as to further improve fixing stability of the outdoor portion 200.
As shown in fig. 4, the retaining member 23 further includes a reinforcing member 233, and the reinforcing member 233 extending obliquely is connected between each second plate 232 and the support member 22. Therefore, the reinforcing member 233 is provided to improve the structural strength of the outdoor unit 20, and the reinforcing member 233, the first plate 231, and the second plate 232 form a triangular structure to improve the supporting stability of the outdoor unit 200,
as shown in fig. 10, an air conditioner set according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes: an air conditioner and a mounting bracket 100, the air conditioner includes an outdoor part 200, the mounting bracket 100 is the mounting bracket 100 in the above embodiment, the outdoor part 200 is placed in the outdoor assembly 20, and when the support assembly 22 is rotated to the second position, at least a part of the outdoor part 200 is located in the placing groove.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 100 is used for supporting the outdoor portion 200 of the air conditioner to realize the mounting and fixing of the outdoor portion 200 on the outer wall, and the mounting bracket 100 includes: the fixing member 10 is used for fixing the outdoor assembly 20 and the outdoor part 200 of the air conditioner on a window, the outdoor assembly 20 is used for fixing the outdoor part 200, namely the fixing member 10 of the mounting bracket 100 is fixed on the window, the outdoor part 200 is arranged in the placing groove of the supporting member 20 to switch between a first position and a second position, the outdoor part 200 can be taken out from the mounting bracket 100 in the first position, the outdoor part 200 is pushed against the stop component 23 in the second position, so that stable fixing on the outer side of the outer wall body is realized, and the middle part of the outdoor part 200 connected with the indoor part penetrates through the window and can be limited in a limiting space defined by the limiting piece 13.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the indoor portion and the outdoor portion 200 may be disposed opposite to each other on the inner and outer sides of the window, and in other embodiments, the outdoor portion 200 is fixed on the window by the mounting bracket 100, and the indoor portion is disposed at a suitable position, i.e. the air conditioner set of the present invention is not limited to a window machine, and the indoor portion may be a cabinet type indoor unit, a wall-hanging type indoor unit, etc.

The disassembling process comprises the following steps:

Claims (19)

1. A mounting bracket for supporting an outdoor portion of an air conditioner, the mounting bracket comprising:
a fixing member adapted to be fixed to a window frame and/or a window sill;
outdoor assembly, outdoor assembly includes end subassembly, supporting component and anticreep subassembly, end subassembly links to each other with the first part of fixed part and is suitable for the end to in the outer wall body, the first end of supporting component rotationally with the first part links to each other in order to switch between primary importance and second place, the second end of supporting component is equipped with the anticreep subassembly the primary importance the supporting component horizontal placement is in order to support outdoor part the second place the supporting component vertical placement just the anticreep subassembly supports outdoor part.
2. The mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the securing member comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion having an open-bottomed mounting groove, opposite ends of the first portion cooperating with the second portion such that a distance between an abutment surface of at least one of the second portions and the first portion is adjustable, the mounting groove being adapted to be fitted around a window frame, the abutment surface being adapted to abut against a wall of the window.
3. The mounting bracket of claim 2, wherein the second portion is movable relative to the first portion to adjust a distance between the abutment surface and the first portion.
4. The mounting bracket of claim 3, wherein a portion of the second portion extends into the first portion, the first portion defines a plurality of first alignment holes, the second portion defines a plurality of second alignment holes, the plurality of first alignment holes and the plurality of second alignment holes are spaced apart along a length of the second portion, and the securing member further includes a securing member that cooperates with one of the second alignment holes and one of the first alignment holes to position the second portion.
5. The mounting bracket of claim 1, further comprising a limiting member disposed on the fixing member, wherein a limiting space is defined between the limiting member and the fixing member, and an indoor portion or an intermediate portion of the air conditioner is adapted to extend into the limiting space, and the intermediate portion is used to connect the indoor portion and the outdoor portion.
6. The mounting bracket of claim 5, wherein the stopper includes a vertical portion connected to the fixed member and a horizontal portion connected to a top end of the vertical portion, the horizontal portion being located above the fixed member to define the stopper space.
7. The mounting bracket of claim 2 wherein the first portion has a guide member thereon, the guide member extending obliquely in a direction toward the outdoor assembly and away from the second portion to guide the outdoor portion toward the outdoor assembly.
8. The mounting bracket of claim 1, further comprising a connecting member, an inner end of the connecting member being connected to the securing member, the outdoor assembly being connected to an outer end of the connecting member, the connecting member being configured to be adjustable in inner and outer length to adjust a position of the outdoor assembly.
9. The mounting bracket of claim 8, wherein the connecting member includes a plurality of sleeves, the plurality of sleeves are sequentially sleeved, and adjacent sleeves can slide relative to each other to adjust the inner and outer lengths of the connecting member.
10. The mounting bracket of claim 1, further comprising a damping assembly coupled to the support assembly and the stop assembly, respectively, the damping assembly configured to provide a damping force to reduce a rotational speed of the support assembly when the support assembly is rotated toward the second position.
11. The mounting bracket of claim 1 further comprising a driving member, wherein the driving member is disposed on the fixing member, and a driving end of the driving member is engaged with the pivot shaft of the outdoor assembly to drive the outdoor assembly to rotate.
12. The mounting bracket of claim 11, wherein the drive assembly comprises:
an output gear fixed to the pivot shaft;
the dwang that is equipped with the external screw thread, the dwang with output gear meshing, the dwang is rotated in order to drive output gear rotates.
13. The mounting bracket according to claim 12, further comprising a fixing seat, wherein a receiving space is provided in the fixing seat, the portion of the rotating rod provided with the external thread is located in the receiving space, and another portion of the rotating rod extends out of the receiving space and is provided with a circular handle.
14. The mounting bracket according to claim 12, further comprising a first limiting member and a second limiting member, wherein the first limiting member is disposed on the rotating rod to rotate synchronously with the rotating rod, the second limiting member is disposed stationary relative to the first portion, and when the rotating rod rotates to the state where the first limiting member and the second limiting member are engaged, the first limiting member limits a rotation angle of the rotating rod.
15. The mounting bracket of claim 1 wherein the stop assembly comprises an extension member and a stop member, the extension member is connected to the first portion, the stop member is adjustably disposed on the extension member, and the stop member is adapted to stop against the exterior wall.
16. The mounting bracket of any of claims 1-15, wherein the retaining assembly and the support assembly define a placement channel therebetween, at least a portion of the outdoor portion being adapted to be positioned within the placement channel.
17. The mounting bracket of claim 16 wherein the anti-backup assembly comprises:
a first plate secured to a second end of the support assembly;
