Furthermore, the intermediate connecting member 20 is configured to have an adjustable inner and outer length, that is, the intermediate connecting member 20 may include at least two separate members, and the two members are sleeved to achieve the adjustable length, or one of the members is provided with a sliding groove, and the other member is fixed to the one member by a sliding rail and is adjusted by sliding to achieve the adjustment of the inner and outer length of the intermediate connecting member 20.

The inner side mounting component 10 comprises a fixing piece 11 and a stopping piece 12, the fixing piece 11 is attached to a windowsill, two opposite ends of the fixing piece 11 are matched with the stopping piece 12, so that the distance between a stopping surface of at least one stopping piece 12 and the fixing piece 11 is adjustable, the fixing piece 11 is arranged on the inner side of a window frame, and the stopping surfaces are suitable for stopping against wall bodies on two sides of the window.
The stopping part 12 may include a rod body and a stopping part located at an end of the rod body, the stopping surface is formed on the stopping part, and is fixedly provided with a top plate and an inner and outer side plates, the top plate and the inner and outer side plates define a sliding groove, the rod body extends into the sliding groove and is in sliding fit or screw transmission fit with the top plate or the inner side plate of the fixing part 11 to realize linear reciprocating motion, so that the total length (left and right length) of the fixing part 11 and the stopping part 12 is adjusted to be consistent with the width of the window, so as to realize stable fixing of the inner side installation part 10 on the window, the stopping part 12 may be one or two, when the stopping part 12 is one, one end of the fixing part 11 is pushed against one end of the window, the position of the stopping part 12 is adjustably arranged on the other end of the fixing part 11, and the total length adjustment is realized by adjusting the distance between the stopping surface and the fixing part 11, when the stopping part 12 is two, the fixing part 11 is preferably fixed on a middle area of the window, and the two stopping parts 12 are located at both ends of the fixing part 11, and the two stopping surfaces can move towards or away from each other to realize the total length adjustment.
Illustratively, the rod body of the stopping member 12 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove, so as to adjust the distance that the rod body extends into the sliding groove, thereby realizing the distance between the stopping surface and the fixing member 11, or the rod body of the stopping member 12 defines the sliding groove, the inner side plate of the fixing member 11 extends into the sliding groove, and the inner side plate is in sliding fit with the sliding groove, while the stopping surface at the end of the sliding groove moves away from or towards the inner side plate.
It should be noted that the stop surface may be provided with a flexible element to prevent damage to the wall caused by the stop element 12 pushing against the wall surface of the sill.
Therefore, the stopping part 12 can move relative to the fixing part 11 to adjust the distance between the stopping surface and the fixing part 11, the adjustment convenience is higher, and the relative position adjustment can be set more linearly, so that the adjustment precision is improved, and the damage to the wall body caused by excessive pushing is avoided.
It should be noted that the stopping element 12 can move relative to the fixing element 11 in a linear reciprocating motion, or in other motions such as a swinging motion.

As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a guide 13, the guide 13 being provided on the inner mounting member 10, at least a portion of the guide 13 extending obliquely toward the intermediate connection member 20 to be adapted to guide the outdoor portion 230 toward the intermediate connection member 20.

Specifically, the damping assembly 40 may be configured as a pneumatic strut and a hydraulic strut, and one end of the damping assembly is fixed to the supporting structure 32, and the other end of the damping assembly is fixed to the stopping assembly 31, in the first position, an included angle (preferably 90 °) is formed between the supporting structure 32 and the stopping assembly 31, in the second position, the rectangular frame defined by the supporting structure 32 is disposed to be attached to the stopping assembly 31, and during the switching process of the supporting structure 32 from the first position to the second position or from the second position to the first position, the supporting structure 32 rotates relative to the connecting component, and the damping assembly 40 may provide a damping force to reduce the rotation speed of the supporting structure 32, so as to cushion the supporting structure 32 and the outdoor portion 230, and thus damage to the outdoor portion 230 due to an excessive impact may be avoided, and noise during the installation process is low.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, the damping assembly 40 is configured as a pneumatic supporting rod, the cylinder 41a is hinged and fixed on the supporting structure 32, and the free end of the supporting rod 42a is hinged and fixed on the stopping assembly 31, so as to achieve damping and buffering during switching between the first position and the second position through sliding of the supporting rod 42a in the cylinder 41a, and at the same time, the pneumatic supporting rod with a proper supporting force can be selected or adjusted, and the supporting force can be matched with the weight of the outdoor part 230, so as to improve the stability of the supporting structure 32 in the first position, avoid deformation of the supporting structure 32 in the first position after bearing the weight of the outdoor part 230 during assembly, so as to cause the falling of the outdoor part 230, further improve the assembly reliability, and effectively reduce the potential safety hazard.
Of course, the damping assembly 40 of the present invention is not limited thereto, and as shown in fig. 6 and 8, in other embodiments, the damping assembly 40 includes: the fixed seat 41b, the sliding part 42b and the elastic part 43b are arranged, the sliding part 42b is in sliding fit with the fixed seat 41b, one of the sliding part 42b and the fixed seat 41b is rotatably connected with the supporting structural part 32, the other one of the sliding part 42b and the fixed seat 41b is rotatably connected with the abutting assembly 31, and the elastic part 43b is arranged between the fixed seat 41b and the sliding part 42b to provide elastic resistance for the sliding part 42b, so that the supporting structural part 32 is buffered through energy storage and energy storage release of the elastic part 43 b.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the fixed seat 41b is rotatably disposed on the supporting structural member 32, the sliding member 42b is connected to the stopping assembly 31 through a rod-shaped member, and two ends of the rod-shaped member are respectively connected to the sliding member 42b and the stopping assembly 31, so as to adjust the angle between the stopping assembly 31 and the supporting structural member 32 through the movement of the sliding member 42b relative to the fixed seat 41b, and avoid a mechanical dead point through the pivoting adaptive matching of the fixed seat 41b, thereby improving the convenience of the angle adjustment between the supporting structural member 32 and the stopping assembly 31; in other embodiments, the fixed seat 41b is fixed on the supporting structural member 32, the sliding member 42b is pivotally connected to the stopping assembly 31 through a rod-shaped member, and two ends of the rod-shaped member are respectively hinged to the sliding member 42b and the stopping assembly 31, so as to adjust the angle between the stopping assembly 31 and the supporting structural member 32 through the movement of the sliding member 42b relative to the fixed seat 41b, and avoid a mechanical dead point through the pivotal adaptive matching of the rod-shaped member, thereby improving the convenience of angle adjustment between the supporting structural member 32 and the stopping assembly 31; it is of course also possible to provide the fixed seat 41b on the supporting structure 32 and to connect the sliding member 42b to the stop assembly 31 by means of a rod-like member.
As shown in fig. 1, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the support structure 32 includes: two first connection rods 321, each of the first connection rods 321 being connected to the intermediate connection member 20; and at least one second connecting rod 322, wherein both ends of each second connecting rod 322 are respectively connected with the two first connecting rods 321.
Specifically, one end of the first connecting rod 321 is pivotally connected to the intermediate connecting member 20 through a pivot shaft, the other end of the first connecting rod 321 is used for fixing the abutting portion 33, the two first connecting rods 321 are disposed opposite to each other, and both ends of the second connecting rod 322 are connected to the two first connecting rods 321 to define the supporting structural member 32 in a frame structure, and the supporting structural member 32 is adapted to bear the outdoor portion 230 in the first position and abut against the abutting portion 31 in the second position.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the stopping assembly 31 includes an extending member 311 and a first stopping member 312, the extending member 311 is connected to the intermediate connecting member 20, the first stopping member 312 is adjustably disposed on the extending member 311, and the first stopping member 312 is adapted to stop against the outer wall.
Specifically, the extension part 311 is configured as an extension plate or an extension column, one end of which is connected to the intermediate connection part 20 and the other end of which extends downward, and the first stopping part 312 is disposed on the other end and disposed toward the outer wall body, so that the outdoor part 230 is formed into a cantilever structure fixed on the stopping assembly 31, and the first stopping part 312 stops against the outer wall body, thereby improving the fixing stability of the outdoor part 230.
Note that, as shown in fig. 5, the first stopper 312 may include: adjusting screw and the blotter that sets up on adjusting screw's head, the blotter pushes away and supports on outer wall body, and adjusting screw and extension 311 screw-thread fit, and can be through adjusting the distance between head and the extension 311, so that the distance of extension 311 upper end and lower extreme apart from outer wall body is unanimous, can improve the effect of stopping of first stopping 312, and stop through the blotter buffering, can also give sound insulation and fall the noise when outdoor part 230 is worked, and the elastic buffer of blotter, also can cushion outdoor part 230 from the first position to the impact in the second position switching process, avoid outdoor part 230 to break away from under the reverse force effect, further improve outdoor part 230's fixed stability.
As shown in fig. 5, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a second stopping member 313, the second stopping member 313 is disposed on the stopping assembly 31, and when the supporting structural member 32 rotates to the second position, the supporting structural member 32 stops against the second stopping member 313.
That is to say, one side (inner side) of the abutting assembly 31 abuts against the outer wall through the first abutting part 312, the other side (outer side) of the abutting assembly 31 is provided with the second abutting part 313, the supporting structural member 32 is in abutting fit with the second abutting part 313 above the second abutting part 313, and through the arrangement of the second abutting part 313, not only can the supporting effect on the supporting structural member 32 be improved, but also the second abutting part 313 can provide buffering for the supporting structural member 32 in the process of switching the supporting structural member 32 from the first position to the second position, so as to reduce the impact in the switching process.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the outer engaging member 30 further includes a stopping portion 33, the stopping portion 33 is disposed at the other end of the supporting structural member 32, and when the supporting structural member 32 rotates to the second position, the stopping portion 33 is located at the bottom of the outdoor portion 230 to stop the outdoor portion 230, so as to further improve the fixing stability of the outdoor portion 230.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, a window type air conditioner set according to a second aspect of the present invention includes: a window type air conditioner 200 and a mounting bracket 100, wherein the window type air conditioner 200 comprises an indoor part 210, an outdoor part 230 and a supporting part 220, the supporting part 220 is connected with the indoor part 210 and the outdoor part 230, and the outdoor part 230 is rotatably connected with the supporting part 220; the mounting bracket 100 is the mounting bracket 100 of the above embodiment, and the support portion 220 is supported to the intermediate link member 20.
Specifically, the inner side mounting component 10 is placed on the windowsill, two ends of the inner side mounting component 10 respectively abut against two side walls of the windowsill to position the mounting bracket 100, that is, the inner side mounting component 10 can push against the walls in the width direction of the windowsill to fix the mounting bracket 100 on the walls, and the pushing and fixing structures on the two sides enable the length dimension of the inner side mounting component 10 in the width direction of the windowsill to be configured as an adjustable structure, and the universality of the mounting bracket 100 can also be improved.
Furthermore, the inner end of the intermediate connection member 20 is connected to the inner side mounting member 10, the intermediate connection member 20 is adapted to be supported on a sill (i.e., the intermediate connection member 20 is positioned above the sill to support the intermediate connection member 20 through the sill in the height direction), the support part 220 of the window type air conditioner 200 is supported on the intermediate connection member 20, the support part 220 may be provided therein with a wire harness, a refrigerant pipe, etc. connecting the indoor part 210 to the outdoor part 230, and the support part 220 may be provided above the intermediate connection member 20 and support the support part 220 through the intermediate connection member 20, thereby preventing the support part 220 from being bent, improving stability of the wire harness and the refrigerant pipe inside the support part 220, preventing the wire harness and the refrigerant pipe from being bent, and also improving control stability and safety of the window type air conditioner 200, and in the installation of the window type air conditioner 200, the intermediate connection member 20 plays a role of fixing the support part 220 and the transition outdoor part 230, thereby improving installation convenience of the outdoor part 230.
The outer engaging member 30 includes a stopping assembly 31 connected to the intermediate connecting member 20 and the stopping assembly 31 is adapted to stop against the outer wall, and a supporting structure 32 having one end of the supporting structure 32 rotatably connected to the intermediate connecting member 20 to be switched between a first position (see fig. 3) in which the supporting structure 32 is horizontally disposed to support the outdoor portion 230 and a second position (see fig. 5) in which the supporting structure 32 is vertically disposed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the mounting bracket 100 includes: the installation structure comprises an inner installation component 10, a middle connection component 20 and an outer matching component 30, wherein the inner installation component 10 is used for fixing the installation support 100 on a wall or an indoor space, the middle connection component 20 is used for transition connection of the inner installation component 10 and the outer matching component 30 and enables the inner installation component 10 and the outer matching component 30 to be connected, and in the process that the outdoor part 230 moves out of the room from the room, the middle connection component 20 can play a role in guiding and transition, the installation difficulty can be further reduced, the movement stability of the outdoor part 230 is improved, and the outer matching component 30 is used for installing and fixing the outdoor part 230.

Claims (15)

1. A mounting bracket for a window air conditioner, comprising:
an inside attachment member that is placed on a window sill;
an intermediate connecting member having an inner end connected to the inboard mounting member, the intermediate connecting member adapted to be supported on the sill;
the outside cooperation part, outside cooperation part is including ending subassembly and bearing structure, end to the subassembly with middle adapting unit links to each other just end the subassembly and be suitable for ending to in outer wall body, bearing structure's one end with middle adapting unit rotationally links to each other in order to switch between primary importance and second place the bearing structure level is placed the second place bearing structure is vertical to be placed.
2. The mounting bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intermediate connecting member is provided with a first guide, the window type air conditioner includes a second guide, at least an outdoor portion of the window type air conditioner is provided with the second guide, and the first guide is adapted to cooperate with the second guide to guide a sliding direction of the outdoor portion of the window type air conditioner.
3. A mounting bracket for a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 2, wherein said window air conditioner includes a support portion connecting an indoor portion and an outdoor portion, said support portion being provided with said second guide, a bottom surface of said first guide being provided with a guide mating surface, at least a portion of said second guide being adapted to be positioned below said first guide to be slidably mated with said guide mating surface.
4. The mounting bracket for a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 2, wherein said intermediate connecting member includes at least two connecting rods, each of said connecting rods being connected to said inner mounting member and said outer engaging member, respectively, said first guide being provided to said connecting rods.
5. The mounting bracket for a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein said intermediate connecting member is configured to be adjustable in length in a direction from said inner mounting member to said outer engaging member.
6. The mounting bracket as claimed in claim 5, wherein the intermediate coupling member includes a coupling member movably engaged with the moving member, a moving member coupled to the inner mounting member, and an adjusting member coupled to the coupling member and the moving member, respectively, for positioning the moving member moved in place.
7. The mounting bracket for a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein said inner mounting member comprises:
a fixing piece to which an inner end of the intermediate connection member is fixed;
each of the two abutting pieces is provided with an abutting surface which abuts against the wall, and the two abutting pieces are respectively matched with the two opposite ends of the fixing piece so that the position of the abutting surface can be adjusted.
8. The mounting bracket as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fixing member has a plurality of first positioning holes, each of the abutting members has a plurality of second positioning holes, the abutting members movably engage with the fixing member, and the inner side mounting member further includes engaging positioning members respectively engaging with one of the first positioning holes and one of the second positioning holes to position the abutting members.
9. The mounting bracket for a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a guide provided on the inner mounting part, at least a portion of the guide extending obliquely toward the intermediate connection part to be adapted to guide an outdoor portion of the window type air conditioner to the intermediate connection part.
10. The mounting bracket for a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, further comprising a damping assembly coupled to said support structure and said stop assembly, respectively, said damping assembly being configured to provide a damping force to reduce a rotational speed of said support structure when said support structure is rotated toward said second position.
11. The mounting bracket for a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 1, wherein said support structure includes:
two first connecting rods, each of which is connected to the intermediate connecting member;
and the two ends of each second connecting rod are respectively connected with the two first connecting rods.
12. The bracket as set forth in claim 1, wherein said stop assembly comprises an extension member and a first stop member, said extension member being connected to said intermediate connecting member, said first stop member being adjustably mounted to said extension member, said first stop member being adapted to stop against said outer wall.

The mounting bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer engaging member further comprises a stopper portion, the stopper portion is disposed at the other end of the supporting structure, and when the supporting structure is rotated to the second position, the stopper portion is located at a bottom of an outdoor portion of the window type air conditioner to stop the outdoor portion.

The mounting bracket as recited in any one of claims 1-13 further comprising a second stop member, wherein the second stop member is disposed on the stop assembly, and wherein the support structure member stops against the second stop member when the support structure member rotates to the second position.
15. A window air conditioner kit, comprising:
a window type air conditioner including an indoor part, an outdoor part and a support part, the support part connecting the indoor part and the outdoor part, the outdoor part being rotatably connected with the support part;
a mounting bracket according to any one of claims 1 to 14, the support portion being supported from the intermediate connecting member.
