Specifically, the vertical portion 131 and the horizontal portion 132 are each configured as a flat plate structure, one end of the vertical portion 131 is connected to the fixing member 10 (e.g., the first portion 11 or the second portion 12), the horizontal portion 132 is located at the other end of the vertical portion 131 so that the cross section of the stopper 13 is in an "L" shape, and the horizontal portion 132 is disposed opposite to the first portion 11 or the second portion 12 to define a stopper space.
The limiting member 13 may be plural, for example: 2 or 3, a plurality of locating parts 13 distribute in the length direction of fixed part 10, and the horizontal part 132 of adjacent locating part 13 can extend towards each other to limit the spacing space that the top is closed or open, vertical portion 131 is suitable for spacing the mid-section in the left and right directions of window, and horizontal part 132 is suitable for spacing the mid-section in the upper and lower direction of window to realize spacing the mid-section in two at least directions, improve spacing effect, avoid the pencil to appear the perk phenomenon, improve the aesthetic property.
It can be appreciated that the side of the horizontal portion 132 facing the first portion 11 may be provided with a spacing soft rubber, a plurality of wire passing grooves may be provided on the spacing soft rubber, the connecting wires may be passed through the wire passing grooves, and the flexible spacing of the spacing soft rubber may further improve the spacing stability of the intermediate portion.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the first portion 11 is provided with a guide 14, the guide 14 extending obliquely toward the outdoor assembly 20 and away from the second portion 12 to guide the outdoor portion 200 toward the outdoor assembly 20.
Specifically, the guide members 14 are configured as arc plates, the guide members 14 are disposed on the top plate of the first portion 11, and the two guide members 14 are disposed opposite to each other on both right and left ends of the top plate, that is, opposite to each other in the right and left directions of the window to define the inlet opening of the outdoor portion 200, and the two guide members 14 are disposed opposite to each other so that the inlet opening is gradually reduced in a direction away from the indoor space, so that the outdoor portion 200 can be guided by the guide members 14, so that the outdoor portion 200 can enter the placement groove under the guiding action of the guide members 14, further improving the convenience of installation of the outdoor portion 200, and enabling higher accuracy in place of the outdoor portion 200, so that the stability after installation of the outdoor portion 200 is higher.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, in some embodiments, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a connection member 30, an inner end of the connection member 30 is connected to the fixing member 10, the outdoor assembly 20 is connected to an outer end of the connection member 30, and the connection member 30 is configured to be adjustable in inner and outer length to adjust the position of the outdoor assembly 20.
Specifically, one end of the connection member 30 is connected to the fixing member 10, which may be the first portion 11 or the second portion 12 of the fixing member 10, the other end of the connection member 30 is connected to the abutment assembly 21 and the support assembly 22, and the support assembly 22 is pivotally engaged with the connection member 30 to switch between the first position and the second position, the upper end of the abutment assembly 21 is connected to the connection member 30, and the lower end extends away from the connection member 30 and is adapted to be pushed against an external wall.
Furthermore, the connecting member 30 is configured to have an inner and outer length adjustable structure, that is, the connecting member 30 may include at least two separate members, which are sleeved to achieve the length adjustment, or one member is provided with a sliding groove, and the other member is fixed on one member through a sliding rail and is adjusted by sliding, so as to achieve the inner and outer length adjustment of the connecting member 30.
It will be appreciated that, after the fixing member 10 is fixed to the window, the abutment member 21 may not be stably and reliably pushed against the outer wall due to the different thicknesses of the outer walls of different buildings, and by providing the connecting member 30, the distance between the abutment member 21 and the fixing member 10 is adjusted to match the thickness of the outer wall, so that the fixing stability of the mounting bracket 100 on the window can be improved, and the pushing stability of the abutment member 21 on the outer wall can be improved.
Illustratively, the connecting member 30 may include a plurality of sleeves that are sequentially nested, with adjacent sleeves being slidable relative to one another to adjust the inner and outer lengths of the connecting member 30.
Specifically, a plurality of external members can all be constructed to the tubular part, and the pipe diameter reduces in proper order, and a plurality of external members overlap in proper order and establish in order to form into telescopic tube structure, realize the inside and outside length adjustment of adapting unit 30 through telescopic tube structure, and the preferred external member structure is rectangular pipe, and the diapire of rectangular pipe can laminate the window border setting to further improve adapting unit 30 fixed stability on the window.
Of course, the structure of the connection member 30 is not limited thereto, and the connection member 30 may be a plurality of sleeves configured as a telescopic tube structure, or a telescopic pneumatic or hydraulic strut may be used as the connection member 30, one end of the connection member 30 is connected to the first portion 11, and the free end of the strut is connected to the outdoor unit 20, and thus the extension length of the strut may be adjusted by adjusting the internal pressure of the connection member 30, so as to achieve the internal and external length adjustment of the connection member 30.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a damping assembly 60, the damping assembly 60 being coupled to the support assembly 22 and the stop assembly 21, respectively, the damping assembly 60 being configured to provide a damping force to reduce the rotational speed of the support assembly 22 when the support assembly 22 is rotated toward the second position.
Specifically, the damping assembly 60 may be configured as an air brace and a hydraulic brace, one end of the damping assembly is fixed on the supporting assembly 22, the other end of the damping assembly is fixed on the stopping assembly 21, an included angle (preferably 90 °) is formed between the supporting assembly 22 and the stopping assembly 21 in the first position, a rectangular frame defined by the supporting assembly 22 is attached to the stopping assembly 21 in the second position, the supporting assembly 22 rotates relative to the connecting member 30 in the process of switching the supporting assembly 22 from the first position to the second position or from the second position to the first position, and the damping assembly 60 can provide a buffering force to reduce the rotation speed of the supporting assembly 22, thereby buffering the supporting assembly 22, the anti-falling assembly 23 and the outdoor portion 200, so that damage to the outdoor portion 200 due to excessive impact can be avoided, and noise in the installation process is small.
The damping assembly 60 is illustratively configured as an air pressure strut, the cylinder is hinged and fixed on the supporting assembly 22, the free end of the strut is hinged and fixed on the stopping assembly 21, so as to realize damping and buffering in the switching process of the first position and the second position through sliding of the strut in the cylinder, meanwhile, the air pressure strut with proper supporting force can be selected or the supporting force of the air pressure strut can be adjusted, the supporting force can be matched with the weight of the outdoor part 200, so that the stability of the supporting assembly 22 in the first position is improved, the deformation of the supporting assembly 22 in the first position after bearing the gravity of the outdoor part 200 in the assembling process is avoided, the outdoor part 200 is caused to fall off, the assembling reliability is further improved, and the potential safety hazard is effectively reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a driving component 40, the driving component 40 is disposed on the fixing member 10, and a driving end of the driving component 40 cooperates with the pivot shaft 221 of the outdoor assembly 20 to drive the outdoor assembly 20 to rotate.
In particular, the driving assembly 40 may be disposed on the fixing member 10 or on the connecting member 30, and the driving assembly 40 is in power connection with the pivot shaft 221 for driving the pivot shaft 221 to rotate, and thus may define a rotation angle of the pivot shaft 221 between 80 ° and 100 ° to switch between the first position and the second position.
Wherein the drive end cooperates with the pivot shaft 221 in a variety of alternative drive forms such as gear engagement, worm-and-gear drive, etc., for example: an incomplete gear may be provided at an end of the pivot shaft 221, an angle of a sector portion having engagement teeth thereon is 80 ° -100 °, and the driving end is configured as a pinion, and a diameter of the pinion may be set in proportion to a diameter of the incomplete gear, so that the pivot shaft 221 is driven to rotate 80 ° -100 ° through a plurality of rotations of the driving assembly 40, thereby realizing a speed reduction, a torque increase, and a limitation of a rotation angle, and further improving the convenience of installation of the outdoor portion 200.
As shown in fig. 5, the driving assembly 40 illustratively includes: an output gear 41 and a rotation lever 42 provided with an external thread, the output gear 41 being fixed to the pivot shaft 221, the rotation lever 42 being engaged with the output gear 41, the rotation lever 42 being rotated to rotate the output gear 41.
Specifically, an output gear 41 is provided at an end of the pivot shaft 221, and a rotation lever 42 engaged with the output gear 41 is provided on the fixing member 10 or the connecting member 30, and the rotation lever 42 rotates to drive the output gear 41 to rotate, thereby achieving switching of the support assembly 22 between the first position and the second position.
Wherein, the transmission rod can be provided with an input gear meshed with an output gear 41, the output gear 41 is meshed with the input gear to realize power transmission, and the rotating rod 42 is rotatably arranged on the fixed part 10 or the connecting part 30 through external threads, on one hand, the rotating rod 42 is rotated to realize the rotation of the pivot shaft 221, the driving structure is simple, the response speed is high, and the assembly convenience can be improved; on the other hand, the rotating rod 42 is disposed on the fixing member 10 or the connecting member 30 through external threads, and the rotating rod 42 is not easily detached, thereby facilitating the subsequent detachment of the outdoor portion 200.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the mounting bracket 100 further includes a fixing seat 50, in which an accommodating space is provided in the fixing seat 50, a portion of the rotation lever 42 provided with external threads is located in the accommodating space, and another portion of the rotation lever 42 extends out of the accommodating space and is provided with a circular handle 43.
Specifically, the fixing base 50 is disposed on the fixing component 10 or the connecting component 30, a threaded hole is disposed on the fixing base 50, the external thread of the rotating rod 42 is in threaded transmission with the threaded hole, so that the bottom end of the rotating rod 42 can push against the bottom wall of the fixing base 50 or move away from the bottom wall of the fixing base 50, the tooth width of an input gear disposed on the rotating rod 42 is larger than that of a conventional gear, so that the input gear and the output gear 41 are always in a meshed state when the rotating rod 42 moves towards or away from the bottom wall, and a handle 43 is disposed at one end of the rotating rod 42 extending out of the threaded hole, rotation of the rotating rod 42 can be achieved through rotating the handle 43, and the rotating rod 42 rotates to drive the input gear to rotate so as to drive the pivot shaft 221 to rotate.
It should be noted that, the tooth width of the input gear is larger than that of the conventional gear, so that the driving stability of the driving assembly 40 can be improved, the use convenience of the driving assembly 40 can be improved due to the arrangement of the handle 43, and the external thread and the threaded hole are matched for transmission, and the rotating rod 42 is driven to move upwards or downwards relative to the fixed seat 50, so that the rotation angle of the pivot shaft 221 can be limited.
The mounting bracket 100 further includes a first limiting member 13 and a second limiting member 51, the first limiting member 13 is disposed on the rotating rod 42 to rotate synchronously with the rotating rod 42, the second limiting member 51 is disposed stationary relative to the first portion 11, and the rotating rod 42 defines a rotation angle of the rotating rod 42 when the rotating rod 42 rotates to match the first limiting member 13 and the second limiting member 51.
The first stopper 13 is configured as a stopper arm, the second stopper 51 is configured as a stopper post provided on the end of the rotation axis of the rotation lever 42 extending into the accommodating space in the circumferential direction, and when the support member 22 is switched from the second position to the first position, the stopper arm rotates to one side (e.g., clockwise side) of the stopper post and abuts against the stopper post to realize rotation restriction of the pivot shaft 221, and when the support member 22 is switched from the second position to the first position, the stopper arm rotates to the other side (e.g., counterclockwise side) of the stopper post. Therefore, the first limiting piece 13 and the second limiting piece 51 are arranged, and the first limiting piece 13 and the second limiting piece 51 are in limiting fit, so that the rotation angle of the support assembly 22 is limited, and the in-place precision of the support assembly 22 in the first position and the second position can be improved.
As shown in fig. 2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the abutment assembly 21 includes an extension 211 and an abutment 212, the extension 211 is connected to the first portion 11, the abutment 212 is adjustably provided on the extension 211, and the abutment 212 is adapted to abut against an external wall.
Specifically, the extension member 211 is constructed as an extension plate, one end of which is connected to the connection member 30, the other end of which extends downward, and the abutment member 212 is provided on the other end and toward the outer wall body, so that the outdoor portion 200 is formed in a cantilever structure of the fixing and abutment assembly 21, and the fixing stability of the outdoor portion 200 is improved by the abutment member 212 abutting the outer wall body.
Note that the stopper 212 may include: adjusting screw and the blotter of setting on adjusting screw's head, the blotter pushes against on outer wall body, and adjusting screw and extension piece 211 screw-thread fit, and can be through adjusting the distance between head and the extension piece 211, so that the distance of extension piece 211 upper end and lower extreme apart from outer wall body is unanimous, can improve the stopping effect of stopping piece 212, and stop through the blotter buffering, still can carry out the sound insulation and fall the noise at outdoor part 200 during operation, and the elasticity buffering of blotter, also can buffer outdoor part 200 by the impact of first position to the second position switching in-process, avoid outdoor part 200 to break away from under the reverse force effect, further improve outdoor part 200's fixed stability.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the first position, the support assembly 22 is horizontally placed to support the outdoor portion 200, and in the second position, the support assembly 22 is vertically placed and the escape prevention assembly 23 supports the outdoor portion 200.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 6-10, the supporting component 22 defines a rectangular frame, the anti-falling component 23 is located at one end of the rectangular frame, the extending direction is perpendicular to the plane of the rectangular frame, the supporting component 22 is located below in the first position, the anti-falling component 23 is located below in the second position, the supporting component 22 is flush with the window in the horizontal direction so as to place the outdoor portion 200 in the placing groove, after the outdoor portion 200 is fixed and stabilized in the placing groove, the supporting component 22 is switched to the second position, and the supporting component 22 is turned downwards relative to the window until the supporting component 22 is attached to the anti-falling component 21, and the anti-falling component 23 is located below to provide anti-falling limit for the outdoor portion 200.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the anti-slip assembly 23 includes: the first plate body 231 and two second plate bodies 232, the first plate body 231 is fixed to the second end of the supporting assembly 22, the two second plate bodies 232 are respectively fixed to opposite ends of the first plate body 231, each second plate body 232 comprises a supporting plate body 2321 and a resisting plate body 2322, the first end of the supporting plate body 2321 is connected with the first plate body 231, the resisting plate body 2322 is connected with the second end of the supporting plate body 2321 and is opposite to the supporting assembly 22, and in the second position, the supporting plate body 2321 and the first plate body 231 are suitable for supporting the bottom wall of the outdoor portion 200.
That is, the first plate body 231 and the second plate body 232 define a general frame of the placement groove, and the anti-blocking plate body 2322 is disposed on an end of the support plate body 2321 remote from the first plate body 231, so that in the first position, the anti-blocking plate body 2322 limits the outdoor part 200 in the up-down direction, and in the second position, the anti-blocking plate body 2322 limits the outdoor part 200 outside the outdoor part 200, which may improve the fixing stability of the outdoor part 200.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, a fixing groove or a threaded hole adapted to the first plate 231 or the second plate 232 may be further provided on the outdoor portion 200, and the fixing stability of the outdoor portion 200 may be further improved by switching from the first position to the second position after fastening by the fastener.
As shown in fig. 4, the anti-drop assembly 23 further includes a reinforcement 233, and an obliquely extending reinforcement 233 is connected between each of the second plates 232 and the support assembly 22. Thus, by providing the reinforcement 233, the structural strength of the outdoor unit 20 can be improved, and the reinforcement 233, the first plate 231, and the second plate 232 can be formed in a triangular structure, and the stability of the support of the outdoor unit 200 can be improved,
as shown in fig. 10, an air conditioner kit according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes: the air conditioner includes an outdoor portion 200, and the mounting bracket 100 is the mounting bracket 100 in the above embodiment, where the outdoor portion 200 is placed on the outdoor assembly 20, and at least a portion of the outdoor portion 200 is placed in the placement groove when the support assembly 22 is rotated to the second position.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 100 is for supporting an outdoor portion 200 of an air conditioner to achieve mounting and fixing of the outdoor portion 200 on an outer wall, and the mounting bracket 100 includes: the fixing component 10 and the outdoor assembly 20, the fixing component 10 is used for fixing the outdoor assembly 20 and the outdoor part 200 of the air conditioner on a window, the outdoor assembly 20 is used for fixing the outdoor part 200, namely the fixing component 10 of the mounting bracket 100 is fixed on the window, the outdoor part 200 is arranged in a placing groove of the supporting component 20 so as to be switched between a first position and a second position, the outdoor part 200 can be taken down from the mounting bracket 100 in the first position, the outdoor part 200 is pushed against the stopping component 23 in the second position, stable fixing on the outer side of an outer wall body is achieved, and the middle part of the connection of the outdoor part 200 and the indoor part penetrates through the window and can be limited in a limiting space defined by the limiting piece 13.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the indoor and outdoor sections 200 may be disposed opposite each other on both the inside and outside of the window, and in other embodiments, the outdoor section 200 is secured to the window by the mounting bracket 100, and the indoor section is disposed in a suitable location, i.e., the air conditioner kit of the present invention is not limited to a window unit, and the indoor section may also be a cabinet indoor unit, a wall-mounted indoor unit, or the like.
According to the air conditioner set provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mounting bracket 100 is arranged, so that the mounting difficulty of the outdoor part 200 of the air conditioner is lower, the fixing reliability is higher, the potential safety hazard can be effectively reduced, and the appearance can be improved without arranging a through hole on an outer wall body.
Hereinafter, an installation process and a disassembly process of the outdoor portion 200 of the air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 6 to 10.
The outdoor section 200 in the first position is shown in dashed lines in fig. 10, and the solid line section is the outdoor section 200 in the second position.
The installation process comprises the following steps:
the mounting bracket 100 is placed on the window, and the relative positions of the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 are adjusted to fix the fixing member 10 on the window, the inner and outer lengths of the connecting member 30 are adjusted to make the stopping member stop against the outer wall, and the outdoor portion 200 is mounted in the placement groove (as shown in fig. 6 and 8) under the guiding action of the guide 14, and at this time, the outdoor portion 200 is in the first position.
Further, the handle 43 is turned, the pivot shaft 221 is driven by the turning rod 42 to rotate, the outdoor portion 200 gradually rotates to the second position (as shown in fig. 7 and 9), the first limiting member 13 is pushed against one side of the second limiting member 51, and the handle 43 cannot continue to rotate, which is characterized in that the outdoor portion 200 is completely installed.
The disassembly process comprises the following steps:
the outdoor part 200 is in the second position (as shown in fig. 7 and 9), the handle 43 is rotated, the pivot shaft 221 is driven by the rotating rod 42 to rotate, the outdoor part 200 gradually rotates to the first position (as shown in fig. 6 and 8), and at this time, the handle 43 cannot rotate continuously, and the first limiting member 13 pushes against the other side of the second limiting member 51, which means that the outdoor part 200 moves to the second position.
Further, the outdoor unit 200 is removed from the placement groove, the pushing of the second unit 12 against the wall on both sides of the window is released, and the mounting bracket 100 is removed from the window.

Claims (19)

1. A mounting bracket for supporting an outdoor portion of an air conditioner, the mounting bracket comprising:
a securing member, the securing assembly being adapted to be secured to a window frame and/or a sill;
the outdoor assembly comprises a stopping component, a supporting component and an anti-falling component, wherein the stopping component is connected with the first part and is suitable for stopping against an outer wall body, the first end of the supporting component is rotatably connected with the first part to be switched between a first position and a second position, the anti-falling component is arranged at the second end of the supporting component, the supporting component is horizontally placed at the first position to support the outdoor part, and the supporting component is vertically placed at the second position and supports the outdoor part.
2. The mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the securing member comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion being provided with an open-bottom mounting groove, opposite ends of the first portion cooperating with the second portion such that a distance between an abutment surface of at least one of the second portions and the first portion is adjustable, the mounting groove being adapted to be sleeved to a window frame, the abutment surface being adapted to abut against a wall of a window.
3. The mounting bracket of claim 2, wherein the second portion is movable relative to the first portion to adjust a distance between the abutment surface and the first portion.
4. A mounting bracket according to claim 3, wherein a portion of the second portion extends into the first portion, the first portion is provided with a plurality of first locating holes, the second portion is provided with a plurality of second locating holes, the plurality of first locating holes and the plurality of second locating holes are each spaced apart along the length of the second portion, and the securing means further comprises a locating member which cooperates with one of the second locating holes and one of the first locating holes to locate the position of the second portion.
5. The mounting bracket of claim 1, further comprising a spacing member disposed on the fixed member, the spacing member and the fixed member defining a spacing space therebetween, an indoor portion or an intermediate portion of the air conditioner being adapted to extend into the spacing space, the intermediate portion being adapted to connect the indoor portion and the outdoor portion.
6. The mounting bracket of claim 5, wherein the retainer comprises a vertical portion connected to the fixed member and a horizontal portion connected to a top end of the vertical portion, the horizontal portion being located above the fixed member to define the retainer space.
7. The mounting bracket of claim 2, wherein the first portion is provided with a guide member extending obliquely toward the outdoor assembly and away from the second portion to guide the outdoor portion toward the outdoor assembly.
8. The mounting bracket of claim 1, further comprising a connecting member, an inner end of the connecting member being connected to the fixing member, the outdoor assembly being connected to an outer end of the connecting member, the connecting member being configured to be adjustable in inner and outer length to adjust a position of the outdoor assembly.
9. The mounting bracket of claim 8, wherein the connecting member comprises a plurality of sleeves, the plurality of sleeves being sequentially nested, adjacent ones of the sleeves being relatively slidable to adjust the inner and outer lengths of the connecting member.
10. The mounting bracket of claim 1, further comprising a damping assembly coupled to the support assembly and the stop assembly, respectively, the damping assembly configured to provide a damping force to reduce a rotational speed of the support assembly when the support assembly is rotated toward the second position.
11. The mounting bracket of claim 1, further comprising a drive assembly disposed on the stationary member, the drive end of the drive assembly cooperating with the pivot shaft of the outdoor assembly to drive the outdoor assembly.
12. The mounting bracket of claim 11, wherein the drive assembly comprises:
an output gear fixed to the pivot shaft;
and the rotating rod is provided with external threads, is meshed with the output gear, and is rotated to drive the output gear to rotate.
13. The mounting bracket of claim 12, further comprising a holder having an accommodating space therein, wherein the portion of the rotating lever having the external thread is located in the accommodating space, and wherein another portion of the rotating lever extends out of the accommodating space and is provided with a circular handle.
14. The mounting bracket of claim 12, further comprising a first stop member and a second stop member, the first stop member disposed on the rotatable lever for synchronous rotation with the rotatable lever, the second stop member disposed stationary with respect to the first portion, the rotatable lever defining a rotational angle of the rotatable lever when the rotatable lever is rotated to the engagement of the first stop member and the second stop member.
15. The mounting bracket of claim 1, wherein the abutment assembly comprises an extension member and an abutment member, the extension member being connected to the first portion, the abutment member being adjustably disposed on the extension member, the abutment member being adapted to abut the outer wall.
16. The mounting bracket of any of claims 1-15, wherein the anti-slip assembly and the support assembly define a placement slot therebetween, at least a portion of the outdoor portion being adapted to be positioned within the placement slot.
17. The mounting bracket of claim 16, wherein the anti-slip assembly comprises:
a first plate secured to the second end of the support assembly;
