Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in some embodiments, a second retaining portion 534 is disposed at an end of the second sliding member 53 close to the second pulling rod 64. The second pull rod 64 includes a second holding block 641, a second stretching portion 642 and a second elastic member 643, wherein one end of the second holding block 641 is connected to the second holding portion 534 in a holding manner, and the other end of the second holding block 641 is connected to the second stretching portion 642. One end of the second stretching portion 642, which is far away from the second holding block 641, penetrates through the second fixing block 63 and extends to the outer side of the second fixing block 63, and two ends of the second elastic element 643 respectively abut against the second holding block 641 and the second fixing block 63.
By providing the second locking portion 534 adapted to the second locking block 641 on the second sliding member 53, the second stretching portion 642 can drive the second locking block 641 to move under the action of an external force, so that the second locking portion 534 locked by the second locking block 641 drives the second sliding member 53 to slide relative to the second positioning block 42. The second stretching portion 642 is sleeved with a second elastic element 643 to support a portion of the second stretching portion 642 extending out of the second fixed block 63 to keep a predetermined stretching length.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in some embodiments, the second retaining block 641 includes a third limiting plate 6411, a fourth limiting plate 6412, and a second connecting rod 6413 disposed between the third limiting plate 6411 and the fourth limiting plate 6412. The second holding portion 534 includes a fourth limiting bar 5341, a fifth limiting bar 5342 and a sixth limiting bar 5343, one end of the fourth limiting bar 5341 is connected to the second sliding member 53, one end of the fourth limiting bar 5341 far away from the second sliding member 53 is connected to the fifth limiting bar 5342, and one end of the fifth limiting bar 5342 far away from the fourth limiting bar 5341 is connected to the sixth limiting bar 5343. A second limiting groove 5344 is formed among the fourth limiting strip 5341, the fifth limiting strip 5342 and the sixth limiting strip 5343, part of the third limiting plate 6411 is positioned in the second limiting groove 5344, and one end of the sixth limiting strip 5343, which is far away from the fifth limiting strip 5342, extends into a space between the third limiting plate 6411 and the fourth limiting plate 6412.
By clamping part of the third limit plate 6411 in the second limit groove 5344, the sixth limit strip 5343 is clamped between the third limit plate 6411 and the fourth limit plate 6412, so that the second clamping portion 534 can be selectively engaged with or disengaged from the second clamping block 641.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, second stretching portion 642 includes a second screw 6421 and a second grip 6422. One end of the second screw 6421 is connected to one side of the fourth limiting plate 6412 away from the second connecting rod 6413, the other end of the second screw 6421 penetrates through the second fixing block 63 and is connected to the second handle 6422, and two ends of the second elastic element 643 respectively abut against the fourth limiting plate 6412 and the second fixing block 63.
The second screw 6421 is pulled by the second handle 6422, the second screw 6421 drives the second catching block 641 and the second catching portion 534 matched with the second catching block 641 to move, so that the second catching portion 534 drives the second sliding portion 531 to move relative to the second positioning block 42. Meanwhile, the second elastic element 643 is arranged between the second limit plate 6212 and the second fixing block 63, so that the stability of the second handle 6422 pulling the second screw 6421 is improved, and the occurrence rate of the situation that the second screw 6421 is pulled out from the second spring can also be reduced. Alternatively, the second elastic member 643 may be a spring.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in some embodiments, a second position-limiting member 66 is disposed on a side of the second fixed block 63 facing the second sliding member 53, so that the second sliding member 53 is supported against the second position-limiting member 66 when being driven by the second pull rod 64. By providing the second limiting member 66, when the second sliding member 53 slides towards the second fixing block 63 relative to the second positioning block 42, the second limiting member 66 can limit the sliding distance of the second sliding member 53, so as to reduce the risk that the bracket 10 is excessively inwardly supported.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 again, in some embodiments, the two end portions of the base 30 close to the first positioning block 41 are respectively provided with a guiding element 31, and the guiding elements 31 are located on the sliding paths of the first sliding element 51 and the second sliding element 53, so that the first sliding element 51 slides along the guiding element 31 relative to the first positioning block 41, and the second sliding element 53 slides along the guiding element 31 relative to the second positioning block 42. By providing the guide 31 on the sliding paths of the first slider 51 and the second slider 53, the risk of deviation from the sliding paths during sliding of the first slider 51 and the second slider 53 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in some embodiments, a plurality of positioning bumps 411 are disposed at intervals on a side of the first positioning block 41 away from the base 30. When the support 10 is set on the first slide 51, the positioning projection 411 partially protrudes into the support 10 to define the position of the support 10 on the first positioning block 41.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4, in some embodiments, the stretching device 100 further includes a supporting seat 70 and a driving member 80, the driving member 80 is connected to the supporting seat 70, a side of the base 30 away from the positioning mechanism 40 is connected to a driving end of the driving member 80, and the driving member 80 is used for driving the base 30 to rotate.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the driving member 80 includes a rotating cylinder 81 and a connecting shaft 82. One end of the connecting shaft 82 is connected with the transmission end of the rotary cylinder 81, and the other end of the connecting shaft 82 is fixedly connected with the base 30. The base 30 is driven by the rotary cylinder 81 to change the processing direction, so that an operator can mount the products 20 on the bracket 10 from different directions at the same position, the labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

1. A stretching device for stretching a clamping arm on a support to increase an assembly gap between the clamping arms, the stretching device comprising a base, characterized in that: the stretching device also comprises a positioning mechanism and an inner supporting mechanism;
the positioning mechanism comprises a first positioning block and a second positioning block, the first positioning block and the second positioning block are arranged on the base at intervals, a gap is formed between the first positioning block and the second positioning block, and the first positioning block and the second positioning block are used for fixing the support and enabling the clamping arm on the support to face the gap;
the inner supporting mechanism comprises a first sliding part, a first supporting rod, a second sliding part and a second supporting rod, the first sliding part is slidably connected with the first positioning block and at least partially positioned in the gap, the first supporting rod is connected with the part of the first sliding part positioned in the gap and extends into the space between two adjacent clamping arms, and when the first sliding part slides relative to the first positioning block, the first supporting rod supports and holds one of the clamping arms to be far away from the other clamping arm along a first direction;
the second sliding part is slidably connected with the second positioning block and at least partially located in the gap, the second material supporting rod is connected with the portion, located in the gap, of the second sliding part and extends into the space between two adjacent clamping arms, and when the second sliding part slides relative to the second positioning block, the second material supporting rod supports and holds one clamping arm and is far away from the other clamping arm along the opposite direction of the first direction.

Stretching apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first sliding part comprises a first sliding part and a plurality of first abutting parts, the first sliding part is connected with the first positioning block in a sliding mode, the plurality of first abutting parts are connected with the first sliding part and located in the gap, the first material supporting rod is arranged on the first abutting parts, and a first avoidance groove is formed between every two adjacent first abutting parts;

one or more first butting parts can be slidably and limitedly connected in the second avoiding groove, and one or more second butting parts can be slidably connected in the first avoiding groove.
