Claims (10)

1. A welding assistance device, comprising:
a substrate (3);
a first stopper (1) connected to a first end of the substrate (3);
the second limiting piece (6) is connected to the second end of the substrate (3), and a clamping space is formed between the first limiting piece (1) and the second limiting piece (6);
the first end of the guide rod is connected to the first end of the base plate (3) through a first hinge structure (10), the second end of the guide rod is slidably arranged on the second limiting part (6) through a second hinge structure (70), and the guide rod is angularly adjustably arranged relative to the base plate (3) so that the second end of the guide rod has a plurality of adjusting positions on the second limiting part (6);
the welding gun positioning device comprises an operating frame (5), wherein the operating frame (5) is arranged on the base plate (3) and the guide rod in a sliding mode along a straight line, and a welding gun clamping part is arranged on the operating frame (5).

The welding assistance device according to claim 1, wherein the first hinge structure (10) comprises a first connection hole provided at the first end of the base plate (3), a second connection hole provided at the first end of the guide bar, and a first fastening member inserted into the first connection hole and the second connection hole, the first fastening member having a first loose position allowing the first end of the guide bar to rotate around the first fastening member and a first fastening position allowing the first end of the guide bar to be fixed to the first end of the base plate (3) when the first connection hole and the second connection hole are adjusted in position.
3. Welding assistance device according to claim 2, characterised in that the base plate (3) is arranged in layers with the guide bar.

The welding assistance device according to claim 1, wherein the second hinge structure (70) comprises a hinge base (7) slidably disposed on one of the second end of the guide rod and the second retaining member (6), a connecting block disposed on the other of the second end of the guide rod and the second retaining member (6), and a second fastening member passing through the hinge base (7) and the connecting block, the second fastening member having a second loose position allowing the second end of the guide rod to rotate about the second fastening member and a second fastening position allowing the second end of the guide rod to be fixed to the second retaining member (6) when the position in the hinge base (7) and the connecting block is adjusted.

The welding assistance device according to claim 4, wherein when the second hinge structure (70) comprises the hinge base (7) slidably disposed on the second limiting member (6) and the connecting block disposed on the second end of the guiding rod, the second limiting member (6) comprises a sliding rail (602), and the hinge base (7) comprises a sliding sleeve slidably sleeved outside the sliding rail (602).
6. Welding assistance device according to claim 5,
the first limiting piece (1) comprises a first limiting plate (102) and a connecting plate, wherein the first limiting plate and the connecting plate are arranged at an angle, the connecting plate is connected to the first end of the guide rod, and the connecting plate is arranged in a telescopic manner along the direction of the first end of the base plate (3) and the direction of the second end of the base plate (3);
and/or, the second limiting part (6) further comprises a second limiting plate (603), the second limiting plate (603) and the slide rail (602) are arranged at an angle, and the first limiting plate (102) and the second limiting plate (603) are arranged at intervals and form the clamping space.

The welding auxiliary device according to claim 1, wherein the guiding rod comprises a barrel portion (8) and a rod portion (9) telescopically inserted into the barrel portion (8), a first stopping portion (901) is disposed on a portion of the rod portion (9) located in the barrel portion (8), and a second stopping portion (801) in anti-slip fit with the first stopping portion (901) is disposed on a barrel wall of the barrel portion (8).

The welding auxiliary device according to claim 1, characterized in that a first linear slideway (21) is arranged on the base plate (3) for the operation frame (5) to be slidably arranged, a second linear slideway (22) is arranged on the guide rod for the operation frame (5) to be slidably arranged, and the first linear slideway (21) and the second linear slideway (22) are communicated.

The welding auxiliary device according to claim 8, characterized in that the operation frame (5) comprises a slide bar (501), a telescopic rod (502) arranged at an end of the slide bar (501), a fixing sleeve (503) arranged at a telescopic part of the telescopic rod (502), and a third fastener (505) arranged through the fixing sleeve (503), wherein one end of the slide bar (501) far away from the telescopic rod (502) can slide in the first linear slideway (21) and the second linear slideway (22), the telescopic part of the telescopic rod (502) extends in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the slide bar (501), the fixing sleeve (503) and the third fastener (505) together form the welding gun clamping part, a welding gun (4) is arranged through the fixing sleeve (503), and the third fastener (505) can be in abutting fit with a side wall of the welding gun (4).

A welding device comprising a welding torch (4) and a welding assist device, characterized in that the welding assist device is the welding assist device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and the welding torch (4) is position-adjustably provided in an axial direction thereof at a torch holding portion of the welding assist device.
