In this embodiment, when the dirt discharging function is turned on, the indoor air entering through the dirt outlet 125 may not pass through the fresh air filter 150, but may be directly sucked into the second chamber 130 by the fan 140, and finally discharged to the outside through the outdoor air outlet 132.
In this embodiment, the fresh air device 100 further includes an air valve 170, the air valve 170 is installed outside the casing 110 and is communicated with the outdoor air outlet 132 and the fresh air inlet 123, and a main valve port 171 for communicating with the outside is opened on the air valve 170. Through setting up blast gate 170, can make two openings of new trend device 100 and outdoor intercommunication gather into a bus port 171, reduced trompil quantity on the wall body like this, simplified the cooperation relation of new trend device 100 with the wall body, facilitate for new trend device 100's installation. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the fresh air device 100 with the air valve 170 removed according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the outdoor air outlet 132 and the fresh air inlet 123 are located on the same side of the whole casing 110, and after the air valve 170 is installed, the air valve 170 covers the outdoor air outlet 132 and the fresh air inlet 123. The opening and closing of the outdoor air outlet 132 and the fresh air inlet 123 are independently controlled, and the main valve port 171 can be kept in a normally open state.
In this embodiment, the fresh air device 100 further includes a switching component for alternatively opening one of the indoor air outlet 131 and the outdoor air outlet 132. Since the indoor air outlet 131 and the outdoor air outlet 132 are not used at the same time, one of the indoor air outlet 131 and the outdoor air outlet 132 is selectively opened by the switching member, so that the use of the driving mechanism can be reduced, the structure is compact, and the cost is reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, the switching assembly includes a first rotary damper 172, the first rotary damper 172 is rotatable with respect to the inner wall of the second chamber 130, and the first rotary damper 172 is rotatable to selectively open the indoor air outlet 131 while blocking the outdoor air outlet 132, or open the outdoor air outlet 132 while blocking the indoor air outlet 131. In the present embodiment, the switching assembly is disposed on the air valve 170, and in alternative embodiments, the switching assembly may also be disposed on the housing 110. In this embodiment, the switching assembly further comprises a motor for driving the first rotary damper 172 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the fresh air device 100 further includes a second rotary damper 173, and the second rotary damper 173 can be rotated to selectively open or close the fresh air opening 123. A motor may be separately provided to drive the second rotary damper 173. In the present embodiment, the second rotary damper 173 is provided on the air valve 170; in alternative embodiments, the second rotary damper 173 may also be rotatably coupled to the housing 110.
In this embodiment, the housing 110 is provided with a sliding door 126, and the sliding door 126 can slide to selectively open or close the purge port 124. Since the sewage draining function and the purifying function can be selectively opened, the sewage port 125 and the purifying port 124 can be selectively opened, and therefore, the sewage port 125 can be opened or closed by the sliding door 126, the sliding door 126 blocks the purifying port 124 when the sewage port 125 is opened, blocks the sewage port 125 when the purifying port 124 is opened, and blocks the purifying port 124 and the sewage port 125 simultaneously when the sliding door 126 is opened. A motor may be provided to drive the sliding door 126 in this embodiment.
Fig. 5 is an exploded view of a fresh air device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present application, the housing 110 of the fresh air device 100 may be assembled by a plurality of components, including the volute 119, the middle shell 111, the end plate 115, and the support frame 114. The middle shell 111, the end plate 115 and the support frame 114 together enclose a first cavity 120, the partition plate 112 and the fresh air port 123 are located on the middle shell 111, and the dirty air port 125 and the purification port 124 are formed on the end plate 115. In this embodiment, a part of the first support plate 116 and the third support plate 118 are located on the support frame 114, and the support frame 114 abuts on the end plate 115; in alternative embodiments, the first support plate 116 and the third support plate 118 may be disposed directly inside the end plate 115.
In this embodiment, the fan blade 140 is a centrifugal fan blade, so the volute 119 is adopted to form the second chamber 130. The fan blade 140 is arranged in the second chamber 130, and the shape of the volute 119 is matched with that of the fan blade 140. In alternative embodiments, the fan blade 140 may also be an axial flow fan blade, in which case, the fan blade 140 may also be disposed in the induced air opening 113, and the volute 119 forming the second chamber 130 may also be replaced by other shapes.
In this embodiment, the fresh air filter 150 is disposed in the fresh air filter frame 151, and the purification filter 160 is disposed in the purification filter frame 161, so that the edge strength of the filter can be improved, and the filter is slidably engaged with the support plate, and the filter can be easily mounted and dismounted.
The operation of the fresh air device 100 in three different modes is described below.
FIG. 6 is a second cross-sectional view of the fresh air device 100 in a fresh air mode according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 7 is a third cross-sectional view of the fresh air device 100 in a fresh air mode according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, 6, and 7, in the fresh air mode, the sliding door 126 closes the purge port 124 and the dirty air port 125, the second rotary damper 173 opens the fresh air port 123, and the first rotary damper 172 opens the indoor air outlet 131 and closes the outdoor air outlet 132. When the fan blade 140 rotates, fresh outdoor air enters from the main valve port 171 of the air valve 170, passes through the fresh air port 123, enters the first chamber 120, passes through the fresh air filter 150, enters the second chamber 130, and is finally discharged into the room from the indoor air outlet 131. The hollow arrows in the figure indicate the flow direction of the air flow. In the process, since the outdoor air outlet 132 is blocked, the fresh air does not directly enter the second chamber 130 from the outdoor air outlet 132 after entering the air valve 170.
FIG. 8 is a first cross-sectional view of the fresh air device 100 in a blowdown mode according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 9 is a second cross-sectional view of the fresh air device 100 in a blowdown mode according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 10 is a third cross-sectional view of the fresh air device 100 in a blowdown mode according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8 to 10, in the sewage discharging mode, the sliding door 126 opens the sewage port 125 and closes the purge port 124, the fresh air port 123 is closed by the second rotary damper 173, and the indoor air discharge port 131 is closed by the second rotary damper 173. When the fan blade 140 rotates, indoor air enters the first area 121 of the first chamber 120 from the dirty air inlet 125, then directly enters the second chamber 130 from the induced air inlet 113, and then enters the exhaust section of the volute 119 under the action of the fan blade 140. At this time, since the first rotary damper 172 blocks the indoor discharge port 131, the gas enters the damper 170 from the outdoor discharge port 132 and is then discharged to the outside from the main valve port 171.
Fig. 11 is a first cross-sectional view of the fresh air device 100 in a purification mode according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 12 is a second cross-sectional view of the fresh air device 100 in the purification mode according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, in the purge mode, the sliding door 126 opens the purge port 124, closes the dirty air port 125, closes the fresh air port 123 by the second rotary damper 173, closes the outdoor air outlet 132 by the first rotary damper 172, and opens the indoor air outlet 131. After the fan 140 rotates, the indoor air enters the first chamber 120 through the purifying opening 124, passes through the purifying filter 160 and the fresh air filter 150, enters the second chamber 130 through the air inlet 113, and is discharged into the room through the indoor air outlet 131. The indoor air is returned to the room after passing through the fresh air device 100, and is filtered twice in the process, so that the indoor air can be purified.
Fig. 13 is a schematic diagram of an air conditioner 010 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 13, the air conditioner 010 according to the embodiment of the present application includes an air conditioner main body 200 and the fresh air device 100 according to the embodiment. In this embodiment, the air conditioner 010 is a wall-mounted air conditioner, and in alternative embodiments, the air conditioner may also be a cabinet air conditioner or a multi-split air conditioner.
In the present embodiment, the air conditioner main body 200 is mainly used for temperature adjustment, and includes necessary components such as a heat exchanger and a fan. The air conditioner main body 200 includes an air inlet 210 and an air outlet 220, the air inlet 210 is located at an upper side of the air conditioner main body 200, and the air outlet 220 is located at a lower side of the air conditioner main body 200. The fresh air device 100 is disposed at one side of the air conditioner main body 200 in the horizontal direction, and the first chamber 120, the second chamber 130, and the air conditioner main body 200 are sequentially arranged in the length direction (i.e., the horizontal direction) of the air conditioner 010. Under the structure, the dirty air inlet 125 and the clean air inlet 124 are located on the side of the fresh air device 100 away from the air conditioner main body 200, and thus are away from the air inlet 210, so that the air is not easily influenced by the induced air from the air inlet 210 on the upper side of the air conditioner main body 200 during air inlet, and the air inlet amount of the dirty air inlet 125 and the clean air inlet 124 is ensured.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the fresh air device 100 is normally installed in the air conditioner main body 200, the indoor air outlet 131 and the fresh air inlet 123 are located at positions below the fresh air device 100, the indoor air outlet 131 and the air outlet 220 are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction, and the fresh air inlet 123 is located below and is convenient for connecting with an external fresh air pipe.
In this embodiment, the integrated panel may be disposed outside the fresh air device 100 and the air conditioner main body 200, so as to protect the fresh air device 100 and the air conditioner main body 200 and improve the appearance.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. A fresh air device is characterized by comprising a shell (110), and a fresh air filter (150), a purification filter (160) and a fan blade (140) which are arranged in the shell (110), wherein a first cavity (120) and a second cavity (130) are formed in the shell (110), the first cavity (120) is provided with a purification port (124) and a fresh air port (123), the purification port (124) is used for being communicated with the indoor space, the fresh air port (123) is used for being communicated with the outdoor space, the first cavity (120) is communicated with the second cavity (130) through an air induction port (113), and the fan blade (140) is used for leading the air in the first cavity (120) to the second cavity (130) through the air induction port (113); the first chamber (120) comprises a first zone (121) and a second zone (122), the first zone (121) and the second zone (122) being separated by the fresh air filter (150), the air-intake opening (113) being located on a side wall of the first zone (121), the fresh air opening (123) and the purification opening (124) being located on a side wall of the second zone (122), the purification filter (160) being arranged in the second zone (122) and being adapted to filter the air flowing from the purification opening (124) to the air-intake opening (113), the air flowing from the fresh air opening (123) to the air-intake opening (113) not passing through the purification filter (160), the fresh air opening (123) and the purification opening (124) being selectively openable or closable; the second cavity (130) is provided with an indoor air outlet (131), and the indoor air outlet (131) is used for being communicated with the indoor space.
2. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first chamber (120) and the second chamber (130) are arranged in a first direction and are separated by a partition (112), the air inducing opening (113) is disposed on the partition (112), and the purifying opening (124) is disposed on a side of the first chamber (120) away from the second chamber (130) in the first direction.
3. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the projection of the purification opening (124) on the partition (112) at least partially covers the air intake opening (113).
4. The fresh air device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fan blade (140) is a centrifugal fan blade disposed in the second chamber (130), an axial air inlet side of the fan blade (140) faces the air inlet (113), and the indoor air outlet (131) is located on a radial side of the fan blade (140).

The fresh air device according to claim 1, wherein the first chamber (120) and the second chamber (130) are arranged in a first direction and are separated by a partition (112), the air inlet (113) is disposed on the partition (112), the first chamber (120) is provided with a first support plate (116) and a second support plate (117) on two inner walls opposite to each other in the first direction, the second support plate (117) is disposed on the partition (112), two ends of the fresh air filter member (150) are respectively connected to the first support plate (116) and the second support plate (117), and the first support plate (116), the fresh air filter member (150) and the second support plate (117) jointly divide the first chamber (120) into the first region (121) and the second region (122).
6. The fresh air device according to claim 5, wherein the fresh air filter (150) and the purifying filter (160) are inclined with respect to each other, and a space between the fresh air filter (150) and the purifying filter (160) gradually shrinks in a direction away from the fresh air opening (123).
7. The fresh air device according to claim 5, characterized in that the fresh air filter (150) is arranged obliquely with respect to the partition (112), the projection of the fresh air filter (150) onto the partition (112) in the first direction covering at least 80% of the air intake (113).
8. The fresh air device according to claim 5, wherein the first support plate (116) and the second support plate (117) are each slidably fitted to the fresh air filter member (150), and the housing (110) is provided with a first mounting opening for allowing the fresh air filter member (150) to be drawn out of the first cavity (120) or to be inserted into the first cavity (120).
9. The fresh air device according to claim 5, wherein a third support plate (118) is further disposed in the first region (121), the third support plate (118) and the first support plate (116) are disposed on an inner wall of the first chamber (120) on the same side, and the first support plate (116) and the third support plate (118) are respectively located on two opposite sides of the purification port (124), and two ends of the purification filter (160) are respectively connected to the first support plate (116) and the third support plate (118).
10. The fresh air device according to claim 9, characterized in that the first support plate (116) and the third support plate (118) are each slidingly engaged with the purifying filter (160), the housing (110) being provided with a second mounting opening for the extraction or the introduction of the purifying filter (160) from or into the first chamber (120).
11. The fresh air device according to claim 9, characterized in that a projection of the fresh air filter (150) onto the partition (112) in the first direction completely covers a projection of the purification filter (160) onto the partition (112) in the first direction.
12. The fresh air device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 11, wherein the fresh air device (100) comprises a rotary damper that is rotatable to selectively open or close the fresh air port (123).
13. The fresh air device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 11, wherein a sliding door (126) is provided on the housing (110), the sliding door (126) being slidable to selectively open or close the purge port (124).
14. An air conditioner, characterized by comprising an air conditioner main body (200) and a fresh air device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 13; the first chamber (120), the second chamber (130), and the air conditioner main body (200) are sequentially arranged in a length direction of the air conditioner.
