This embodiment is through setting up first air outlet 177 and second air outlet 179 in air-out portion 175, is convenient for to indoor exhaust or to outdoor exhaust under different work, and just can realize new trend, purification and blowdown function through a fan 193.
Referring to fig. 6, 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the fresh air inlet 152 and the second air outlet 179 are located at the rear side of the fresh air module 100, and are close to each other. The sidewall of the second middle frame 150, which is provided with the fresh air inlet 152, is inclined toward the bottom, and the sidewall of the air outlet portion 175, which is provided with the second air outlet 179, is inclined downward.
In the present embodiment, the fresh air inlet 152 and the second air outlet 179 are disposed on the same side, and are connected to the fresh air duct. And the fresh air inlet 152 and the second air outlet 179 are arranged on the inclined plane, so that the connection of the fresh air pipe is more convenient.
In this embodiment, the fresh air module 100 further includes an adjusting valve 210, the adjusting valve 210 is installed on the second middle frame 150 and the scroll 170, and the adjusting valve 210 can control the opening and closing of the fresh air inlet 152, the first outlet and the second outlet 179.
This application is through setting up governing valve 210 to the switching of fresh air intake 152, first air-out and second air outlet 179 that can be convenient through governing valve 210 realizes new trend, purification and blowdown function.
Since the fresh air inlet 152 needs to supply air from the outdoor to the indoor, and the second air outlet 179 needs to supply air from the indoor to the outdoor, both need to be connected with a fresh air pipe. In the present embodiment, the control valve includes a valve seat 211, a first valve plate 213, and a second valve plate 215. The first valve plate 213 and the second valve plate 215 are each rotatably mounted to the valve seat 211. The valve seat 211 has a port 216 for communicating with the outside, and the valve seat 211 is mounted on the second middle frame 150 and the air outlet portion 175 and covers the outside of the fresh air inlet 152 and the second air outlet 179. The first valve plate 213 corresponds to the fresh air inlet 152, and the fresh air inlet 152 can be opened by rotating the first valve plate, so that the fresh air inlet 152 is communicated with the interface 216. The second valve plate 215 corresponds to the second outlet 179, and rotates to close the second outlet 179, or the second outlet 179 extends into the air outlet channel to close the first outlet 177.
This embodiment is through setting up first valve plate 213, second valve plate 215 and interface 216 on valve seat 211 to make the air-out of the air inlet of new trend and dirty wind all can converge at this interface 216, thereby just can realize supplying air under the new trend mode and blow-down wind mode to outdoor blowdown through connecting the new trend pipe at interface 216. Meanwhile, the on-off of the fresh air inlet 152 can be controlled by the first valve plate 213, the on-off of the first air outlet 177 and the second air outlet 179 can be controlled by the second valve plate 215, and the fresh air inlet 152 can be controlled by the cooperation of the first valve plate 213 and the second valve plate 215 to be communicated with the interface 216 or the second air outlet 179, so that the structure is simple and the structure is more compact, the volume of the fresh air module 100 can be reduced under the condition that the interface 216 can exhaust air and supply air, and the fresh air module 100 can be better installed in the air conditioner 300.
It should be noted that the rotation of the first valve plate 213 and the second valve plate 215 is realized by the driving of the motor 217. The motor 217 can be in transmission connection with the first valve plate 213 and the second valve plate 215, and the first valve plate 213 and the second valve plate 215 are driven to rotate by the rotation of the motor 217. The motor 217 can be one or two, and in the case of one motor 217, the motor 217 is in transmission connection with both the first valve plate 213 and the second valve plate 215. When the number of the motors 217 is two, the two motors 217 are respectively in transmission connection with the first valve plate 213 and the second valve plate 215.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in the present embodiment, the fresh air module 100 further includes a valve plate 231, the dirty air inlet 111 and the clean air inlet 113 are both disposed on the end plate 110, the valve plate 231 is movably mounted on the end plate 110, the valve plate 231 moves to open one of the clean air inlet 113 and the dirty air inlet 111, or the valve plate 231 moves to close the dirty air inlet 111 and the clean air inlet 113 at the same time.
In the present embodiment, both the dirty air inlet 111 and the clean air inlet 113 are disposed on the end plate 110, so that the open and close of the dirty air inlet 111 and the clean air inlet 113 can be controlled by disposing a movable valve plate 231.
In this embodiment, the end plate 110 is provided with a slide rail 115, the valve plate 231 is movably mounted in the slide rail 115 through a motor mounting seat 235, the valve plate 231 is provided with a rack 233, the motor mounting seat 235 is provided with a driving motor 237, and an output shaft of the driving motor 237 is provided with a gear, and the gear is meshed with the rack 233. The valve plate 231 can be driven to move up and down by the rotation of the driving motor 237, so as to open or close the fresh air inlet 152 or the dirty air inlet 111.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the sidewall of the air conditioner body 310 is provided with a communication port 311 corresponding to the dirty air inlet 111 and the cleaning air inlet 113, and in the cleaning and pollution discharging mode, indoor air can enter the fresh air inlet 152 or the dirty air inlet 111 of the fresh air module 100 through the communication port 311. The panel of the indoor unit body is provided with a filter screen replacing port 313 corresponding to the inserting port 159, and when the fresh air filter screen 191 or the purification filter screen 194 is replaced, the filter screen can be pulled through the filter screen replacing port 313, so that the filter screen is replaced. The indoor unit body is further provided with an air outlet 315 corresponding to the first air outlet 177, and the fresh air module 100 can deliver the processed air to the indoor space through the air outlet 315 in a fresh air or purification mode.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a new trend module 100 and air conditioner 300's theory of operation and beneficial effect include:
the present embodiment divides the housing of the fresh air module 100 into the end plate 110, the first middle frame 130, the second middle frame 150, and the scroll 170 so that it can be more conveniently manufactured. And can let indoor dirty wind not pass through new trend filter screen 191 under blowdown wind mode. And set up new trend filter screen 191 slope to can improve dirty new trend filter screen 191 of dirty wind under the blowdown wind mode.

1. A fresh air module is characterized in that the fresh air module (100) comprises an end plate (110), a first middle frame (130), a second middle frame (150), a volute (170), a fresh air filter screen (191) and a fan (193);
the end plate (110) and the second middle frame (150) are arranged on two opposite sides of the first middle frame (130) and enclose to form an air cavity (120), the volute (170) is arranged on one side, away from the first middle frame (130), of the second middle frame (150), the fan (193) is arranged in the volute (170), an air induction opening (151) is arranged on one side, close to the volute (170), of the second middle frame (150), and the volute (170) is provided with an air outlet (171);
the first middle frame (130) and/or the second middle frame (150) are/is provided with a separation plate (131) along the thickness direction of the first middle frame (130) and the second middle frame (150);
the fresh air filter screen (191) is obliquely arranged in the air cavity (120), at least part of the fresh air filter screen is opposite to the air induction port (151), and the fresh air filter screen (191) is matched with the partition plate (131) to divide the air cavity (120) into a first cavity (121) and a second cavity (123);
the first chamber (121) is partially positioned at the top of the partition plate (131), and the other part of the first chamber is positioned on one side of the fresh air filter screen (191) close to the air induction port (151) and communicated with the air induction port (151);
the end plate (110) is provided with a dirty air inlet (111) communicated with the first chamber (121), and at least one of the end plate (110), the first middle frame (130) and the second middle frame (150) is provided with a fresh air inlet (152) communicated with the second chamber (123);
in a fresh air mode of the fresh air module (100), the fan (193) rotates to enable fresh air outside to flow into the second chamber (123) from the fresh air inlet (152), flow into the first chamber (121) through the fresh air filter screen (191), flow into the volute (170) through the induced air opening (151), and flow into the room from the air outlet (171);
when the fresh air module (100) is in a sewage air discharge mode, the fan (193) rotates, indoor dirty air can flow to the first chamber (121) from the dirty air inlet (111), then flows into the volute (170) through the air induction port (151), and flows to the outside from the air outlet (171).
2. The fresh air module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fresh air module (100) further comprises a purification screen (194);
the first middle frame (130) is provided with a mounting plate (133) opposite to the partition plate (131) below the partition plate (131), and the mounting plate (133) is positioned in the second chamber (123);
the purification filter screen (194) is arranged between the partition plate (131) and the mounting plate (133) and divides the second chamber (123) into a fresh air cavity (127) and a purification cavity (125);
the purification filter screen (194), the partition plate (131), the mounting plate (133) and part of the end plate (110) enclose to form the purification cavity (125), and a purification air inlet (113) is arranged at a position of the end plate (110) opposite to the purification filter screen (194);
the fresh air filter screen (191), the partition plate (131), the purification filter screen (194), the mounting plate (133), part of the first middle frame (130) and part of the second middle frame (150) are enclosed to form the fresh air cavity (127), and the fresh air inlet (152) is provided with the second middle frame (150);
in the fresh air module (100) in the purification mode, the fan (193) rotates to enable indoor dirty air to flow from the purification air inlet (113) to the purification cavity (125), flow into the fresh air cavity (127) through the purification filter screen (194), flow into the first chamber (121) through the fresh air filter screen (191), flow into the volute (170) through the air inlet (151), and flow into the indoor through the air outlet (171);
the fresh air module (100) is in the fresh air mode, the fan (193) rotates, outdoor fresh air can flow into the fresh air cavity (127) from the fresh air inlet (152), flows into the first cavity (121) through the fresh air filter screen (191), flows into the volute (170) through the air inlet (151), and flows into the indoor through the air outlet (171).
3. The fresh air module as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second middle frame (150) comprises an upper portion (153) and a lower portion (155) connected to each other;
the width of the lower part (155) is larger than that of the upper part (153), so that one side of the lower part (155) close to the end plate (110) protrudes out of the upper part (153);
the first middle frame (130) is arranged on the top of the area of the lower part (155) protruding out of the upper part (153) and is connected with the upper part (153);
the end plate (110) is partially arranged at the side of the first middle frame (130), and the other part is arranged at the side of the lower part (155);
the partition plate (131) comprises a first partition plate (135) and a second partition plate (157), the first partition plate (135) is disposed in the first middle frame (130) and is disposed opposite to the mounting plate (133), the second partition plate (157) is disposed in the upper portion (153), and the first partition plate (135) is spliced to the second partition plate (157);
fresh air filter screen (191) slope set up in upper portion (153), and with second division board (157) butt, the fresh air inlet set up in lower part (155).

The fresh air module as claimed in claim 8, wherein the fresh air inlet (152) and the second air outlet (179) are located on the same side of the fresh air module (100), and the sidewall of the second middle frame (150) where the fresh air inlet (152) is located is inclined toward the bottom, and the sidewall of the air outlet portion (175) where the second air outlet (179) is located is inclined downward.

The fresh air module as claimed in claim 9, wherein the fresh air module (100) further comprises a regulating valve (210), the regulating valve (210) is installed on the second middle frame (150) and the volute (170), and the regulating valve (210) can control opening and closing of the fresh air inlet (152), the first outlet and the second outlet (179).

The fresh air module as claimed in any of claims 2 to 7, wherein the fresh air module (100) further comprises a valve plate (231), the dirty air intake (111) and the purge air intake (113) are both provided at the end plate (110), the valve plate (231) is movably mounted to the end plate (110), the valve plate (231) is movable to open one of the purge air intake (113) and the dirty air intake (111), or the valve plate (231) is movable to close both the dirty air intake (111) and the purge air intake (113).
