First, referring to fig. 4, the indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a top cover 1, a back panel assembly 2, a fresh air assembly 3, a front panel assembly 4, and a base assembly 5. The front panel assembly 4 and the back panel assembly 2 are assembled together, the top cover 1 is assembled at the top ends of the front panel assembly 4 and the back panel assembly 2, and the base assembly 5 is assembled at the bottom ends of the front panel assembly 4 and the back panel assembly 2. The back panel assembly 2 is provided with a fresh air assembling portion 21. The fresh air component 3 is assembled at the fresh air assembling part 21 of the back panel component 2. When the air conditioner indoor unit is specifically assembled, the fresh air component 3 is firstly assembled at the fresh air assembling part 21 of the back panel component 2. Referring to fig. 5 to 7, 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the fresh air component 3 has a fresh air door 321 disposed at the fresh air inlet 302. The fresh air door 321 is rotatably assembled at the fresh air inlet 302. The protection cover seals the fresh air door 321 in the fresh air module 3. Before the air conditioner with the protective cover is used, the protective cover needs to be removed so as to connect an external connecting pipe which is led to the outside at the fresh air inlet 302.
Here, the fresh air inlet 302 may be a circular opening, a rectangular opening, an oval opening, or the like. The fresh air door 321 is a sheet or plate-like structure that can close the fresh air inlet 302. The shape of the fresh air door 321 may be the same as or different from the shape of the fresh air inlet 302. Here, the fresh air inlet 302 is mainly described as a circular opening, and accordingly, the fresh air door 321 may be circular.
It is understood that the fresh air door 321 is located at the fresh air inlet 302, and can be understood as being disposed inside the fresh air inlet 302 or disposed in the fresh air inlet 302. Here, the fresh air door 321 is rotatably provided at the fresh air inlet 302 by a rotating shaft 323. Correspondingly, the fresh air component 3 is provided with a motor 324 in driving connection with the rotating shaft 323 to drive the rotating shaft 323 to rotate, so as to realize the automatic rotation of the fresh air door 321.
In some embodiments, the fresh air component 3 includes a fresh air bracket 31, a damper bracket 32, and a fresh air pipe shell 34. The damper support 32 is provided with a fresh air inlet 302. The fresh air bracket 31 is provided with a bracket opening 301 corresponding to the fresh air inlet 302. The air door support 32 is assembled on the fresh air support 31 from the inner side of the fresh air support 31, and the fresh air inlet 302 is correspondingly arranged at the support opening 301. The fresh air support 31 is provided with a fresh air outlet 303, and the fresh air outlet 303 can be positioned above the support opening 301. The fresh air outlet 303 is provided with a grid 33. The fresh air pipe shell 34 is assembled at the inner sides of the air door support 32 and the fresh air support 31, and forms a fresh air channel with the fresh air support 31 and the air door support 32 in an enclosing manner. The fresh air cartridge 34 has an upper cartridge 342 and a lower cartridge 341 connected. The upper shell 342 corresponds to the fresh air outlet 303 and the lower shell 341 is assembled in alignment with the fresh air inlet 302. The fresh air channel is internally provided with a fresh air fan which is positioned at the inner side of the lower pipe shell 341 and is used for sucking the air flow of the fresh air inlet 302 into the fresh air channel and discharging the air flow out of the air-conditioning indoor unit (namely, discharging the air flow into the room) from the fresh air outlet 303, thereby realizing the fresh air function.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the fresh air support 31 includes a support body 310 having a support opening 301, and an outer extension tube 311 extending outward from the support opening 301. The air door support 32 comprises an air door main body 320 provided with the fresh air inlet 302 and a connecting pipe 322 extending outwards from the air door main body 320, and the connecting pipe 322 extends into the extending pipe 311. The motor 324 may be disposed on the damper main body 320, for example, may be disposed above the rotating shaft 323 and connected to the rotating shaft 323. The rotating shaft 323 is arranged in the middle of the fresh air door 321, and two ends of the rotating shaft are arranged at the fresh air inlet 302.
In some embodiments, the protective cover is fixed to the fresh air bracket 31, so that the influence on the fresh air door can be reduced, and the fresh air door can be better protected.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the protective cover 35 is integrally disposed with the fresh air bracket 31, so as to facilitate manufacturing and save cost.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the protective cover 35 is disposed on the extension pipe 311, and is fixedly connected to the extension pipe 311 through a plurality of connecting ribs 351 arranged at intervals. A gap 304 is formed between the protective cover 35 and the extension tube 311, so that when an external connection tube needs to be connected at a fresh air inlet in a later period, the connecting rib 351 can be easily broken, and the protective cover 35 can be removed.
Of course, in other embodiments, the protective cover may be fixed to the damper bracket and integrated with the damper bracket.
In some embodiments, the protective cover is removably disposed.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9 to 11, in some embodiments, the connecting tube 322 has a first assembling portion, the protecting cover 36 has a second assembling portion, and the protecting cover 36 is assembled on the connecting tube 322 by the first assembling portion and the second assembling portion. In this embodiment, the protective cap is indicated by reference numeral 36 to distinguish it from the protective cap 35 described above.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the first assembling portion is a plurality of first knobs 3221 arranged outside the connecting pipe 322 at intervals, and the second assembling portion is a plurality of second knobs 364 capable of being matched with the plurality of first knobs 3221. The first rotary button 3221 and the first mounting hole 3121 may also be used to assemble an outer connection pipe when the air conditioner is used. The protective cover 36 can be assembled without additionally arranging the fresh air bracket 31 and the air door bracket 32 of the fresh air component 3.
Here, the first assembling portion and the second assembling portion may also be different fixing structures such as a buckle or a lock catch which are matched with each other.
Of course, it should be noted that in other embodiments, the protective cover can be detachably assembled to the connecting tube or the extension tube only by using a manner of screwing.
