Technical Field

Background

In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the indoor unit of the air conditioner is a wall-mounted indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes a chassis 1, an air duct assembly 2, a face frame 4, a front panel 5, a bottom panel 6 and an air deflector 7. The air duct assembly 2 comprises a volute, a wind wheel arranged in the volute, an air outlet frame connected with the volute and the like. The air duct component 2 is detachably connected with the chassis 1, a first mounting opening 4a for mounting and dismounting a filter screen is formed in the front side of the face frame 4, and a second mounting opening 4b for mounting and dismounting the air duct component 2 is formed in the bottom of the face frame 4. The front panel 5 is connected to the face frame 4 to open or close the first mounting opening 4a. The bottom panel 6 comprises a panel main body 6a and an air door 6b, the panel main body 6a is provided with an air outlet 62 communicated with the air duct of the air duct assembly 2, and the air door 6b is rotatably connected with the panel main body 6a to open or cover the air outlet 62; the bottom panel 6 is connected to the face frame 4 to open or close the second mounting port 4b. The air deflector 7 is rotatably connected to the panel body 6 a.
In this embodiment, the face frame 4 includes a top wall 41, two opposite side walls 42, and a front frame 43 opposite to the chassis 1, and the top wall 41 is provided with an air inlet (not labeled). The face frame 4 and the chassis 1 enclose to form an installation space for accommodating the heat exchanger 3 and the air duct assembly 2, the heat exchanger 3 is positioned above the air duct assembly 2 and is adjacent to the air inlet and the first installation opening 4a, and the filter screen (not labeled) is enclosed on the outer side of the heat exchanger 3 and is arranged at the first installation opening 4a. When the air conditioner indoor unit is operated, indoor air enters the air conditioner indoor unit from the air inlet, sequentially passes through the filter screen, the heat exchanger 3, the air duct component 2 and the like, and finally is sent into the room through the air outlet 62. The air deflector 7 is rotatably disposed on the panel body 6a for adjusting the air supply angle so as to improve the comfort of the user. The air door 6b is rotatably installed on the panel body 6a, and on the one hand, can guide the air flow of the air outlet 62 when the air door rotates; on the other hand, when it is completely closed, the air outlet 62 can be integrally covered, so that the appearance of the whole air conditioning indoor unit is attractive, and a crawler can be effectively prevented from entering the air conditioning indoor unit from the gap between the air deflector 7 and the air outlet 62.
The air conditioner indoor unit of the invention is provided with a front panel 5 covering a first mounting opening 4a at the front side of a face frame 4, and a bottom panel 6 covering a second mounting opening 4b at the bottom of the face frame 4. Thus, when the front panel 5 is opened relative to the face frame 4, the parts such as the filter screen and the heat exchanger 3 can be conveniently disassembled and cleaned; when the bottom panel 6 is opened relative to the face frame 4, the air duct assembly 2 can be conveniently disassembled and cleaned, so that a user can conveniently clean the inside of the air conditioning indoor unit in a comprehensive depth, and the hidden health trouble brought by the air conditioning indoor unit can be reduced.
It should be noted that, the connection mode between the front panel 5 and the face frame 4 may be either detachable fastening or hinged fastening; likewise, the connection mode between the bottom panel 6 and the face frame 4 can be detachable clamping and fixing or hinging and fixing. In order to facilitate the opening and closing of the front panel 5 and the bottom panel 6, the front panel 5 and the bottom panel 6 are preferably rotatably connected to the face frame 4 via a rotation shaft.
There are various ways of opening the front panel 5 and the bottom panel 6, for example, the upper end of the front panel 5 is rotatably connected to the face frame 4, and the lower end of the front panel 5 can be turned upwards relative to the face frame 4; alternatively, the lower end of the front panel 5 is rotatably connected to the face frame 4, and the upper end of the front panel 5 may be turned downward with respect to the face frame 4. Likewise, the front end of the bottom panel 6 is rotatably connected with the face frame 4; or the rear end of the bottom panel 6 is rotationally connected with the face frame 4, so that the effect of convenient disassembly and assembly of the filter screen and the air duct assembly 2 can be achieved. It should be appreciated that, in order to prevent the front panel 5 and the bottom panel 6 from interfering with each other when they are simultaneously opened, it is preferable to set both to be turned in the same direction, for example, both the front panel 5 and the bottom panel 6 are turned upward, or both the front panel 5 and the bottom panel 6 are turned downward; more preferably, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the upper end of the front panel 5 is hinged with the face frame 4, and the rear end of the bottom panel 6 is hinged with the face frame 4, so that the front panel 5 and the bottom panel 6 do not interfere with each other when being turned over and opened at the same time, and the inner components of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be disassembled more conveniently.
Further, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the rear end of the bottom plate 6 is rotatably connected to the frame 4. Specifically, a pivot block 61 is respectively arranged at the left and right ends of the inner side surface of the bottom panel 6, and the pivot block 61 is provided with an arc-shaped guide groove 611; the bottom of the face frame 4 is provided with a guide block matched with the guide groove 611.
In the present embodiment, the guide groove 611 is formed in an arc shape to facilitate the tilting movement of the front panel 5 by connecting the guide block with the pivot block 61 so that the bottom panel 6 is rotatably mounted on the face frame 4. Preferably, the guide block is arranged in an arc shape matched with the guide groove 611, and the circle center of the guide block is coincident with the circle center of the guide groove 611, so that the guide block is matched with the guide groove 611 more smoothly, and the bottom plate 6 can be turned more smoothly.
Further, in order to facilitate the installation of the air door 6b, the inner side surface of the panel main body 6a is provided with a mounting plate 63 adjacent to the left and right sides of the air outlet 62, and the inner side surface of the air door 6b is provided with a rotating shaft 8 pivoted with the two mounting plates 63. A first driving motor 9a for driving the air door 6b to rotate is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the panel main body 6 a.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, two opposite sides of the two mounting plates 63 are respectively provided with a transmission shaft fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 8, one end of the transmission shaft is connected with the first driving motor 9a, and the first driving motor 9a drives the transmission shaft to rotate, so as to drive the air door 6b to turn over. Further, the left and right ends of the air deflector 7 are respectively pivoted to two opposite sides of the two mounting plates 63, and the air deflector 7 can rotate in the air outlet 62. The inner side of the panel main body 6a is also provided with a second driving motor 9b for driving the air deflector 7 to rotate. After the indoor unit of the air conditioner is started, the air door 6b can turn over for a preset angle under the drive of the first driving motor 9a, so that the indoor unit of the air conditioner is still; the air deflector 7 can overturn in the air port under the drive of the second driving motor 9b, so that the air supply angle is more uniform, and the use comfort of a user is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in order to avoid interference between the damper 6b and the air deflector 7, it is preferable that the damper 6b is rotatably connected to the inner side surface of the rear end of the panel body 6a through two rotating shafts 8, and the air deflector 7 is rotatably connected to the inner side surface of the front end of the panel body 6a, so that the damper 6b can be turned down to the maximum angle without affecting the rotation of the air deflector 7. In order to avoid interference between the air deflector 7 and the rotating shaft 8 of the air door 6b, preferably, the free end of the air deflector 7, that is, the end of the air deflector 7 facing the rotating shaft 8 is tapered to form an avoiding unfilled corner for avoiding the rotating shaft 8.
Further, the front panel 5 cooperates with the bottom panel 6 to cover the front side and the bottom of the cover frame 4, and the front panel 5 is fastened to the outer side of the bottom panel 6; or the front panel 5 and the bottom panel 6 are matched to cover the front side surface and the bottom surface of the cover frame 4, and the bottom panel 6 is fastened to the outer side of the front panel 5.

Of course, the present design is not limited to this, and for example, the bottom panel 6 may be fastened to the outer side of the front panel 5, and the same effect can be achieved. the air door is rotationally connected with the inner side surface of the rear end of the panel main body, the air deflector is rotationally connected with the inner side surface of the front end of the panel main body, the air door can be downwards turned to the lower side of the outer side of the panel main body, and the air door can guide air flow of the air outlet when rotating.

The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the front panel and the bottom panel are matched to cover a front side surface and a bottom surface of the face frame, and the front panel is fastened to an outer side of the bottom panel; or the front panel is matched with the bottom panel to cover the front side surface and the bottom surface of the face frame, and the bottom panel is buckled on the outer side of the front panel.
10. An air conditioner, characterized in that the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner indoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
