Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,属于尿素生产技术领域,包括给从CO2回收塔来的CO2增压的压缩机、与压缩机出口相连使CO2降温的冷却器、进料口与冷却器出口相连的CO2精馏塔、与CO2精馏塔气体出口相连使CO2再次降温的分凝器和与分凝器出口相连使CO2气液分离的回流槽;所述回流槽中的液态CO2经底部输出口进入CO2精馏塔的液体入口回流至CO2精馏塔。本实用新型能够将H2等气体从CO2液体中分离出来,将含H2等气体的CO2供输煤系统或作为燃料气使用,并获得不含H2的CO2气体去尿素工段,降低了尿素系统尾气爆炸引起损坏设备安全事故的几率及不凝气夹带氨的损失,降低尿素氨耗。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及二氧化碳脱氢技术领域,尤其是一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统。
背景技术
从合成氨装置送至尿素工段原料气CO2气中常含有一定的H2,如果进入尿素合成系统将会增加尿素尾气爆炸的风险,同时也会使尿素系统氨耗上升。在尿素生产中,为了防止设备腐蚀,在原料CO2气体中需加入一定的空气或氧气,这些气体均不参于尿素的合成反应而留在合成系统中,经过高压洗涤器洗涤吸收后,尾气中NH3、H2、O2极易构成爆炸性气体,一旦遇到引爆因素即可产生爆燃,造成设备损坏以及污染物泄露带来的环境污染,严重时可能酿成人员伤亡。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,能够有效地将H2等气体从CO2液体中分离出来,并将含有H2等气体的CO2去气化工段输煤或作为燃料气使用,并获得不含H2的CO2气体去尿素工段,降低了尿素合成系统尾气爆炸及设备损坏引起安全事故的几率及不凝气夹带的氨损失,降低尿素氨耗。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,包括给从CO2回收塔输送来的CO2增压的压缩机、与压缩机出口相连使CO2降温的冷却器、进料口与冷却器出口相连的CO2精馏塔、与CO2精馏塔气体出口相连使CO2再次降温的分凝器和与分凝器出口相连的使CO2气液分离的回流槽;所述回流槽中的液态CO2经底部输出口进入CO2精馏塔的液体入口回流至CO2精馏塔。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述CO2精馏塔下部中段设置有进料口,顶端设置有气体出口,上部设置有液体入口,底端设置有液体出口。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述CO2精馏塔的液体出口将液态CO2直接作为产品外供。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述CO2精馏塔的液体出口与制冷蒸发器相连,蒸发后不含H2的CO2气体输送至尿素工段。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述回流槽顶端一侧设置有气体输入口,另一侧或顶部设置有气体输出口,底端设置有液体出口。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述回流槽的气体输出口与输煤系统相连,输出含H2的CO2气体供输煤系统使用。
本实用新型技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述回流槽的气体输出口输出的含H2的CO2气体直接作为燃料气使用。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型取得的技术进步是:
1、本实用新型通过将从CO2回收塔来的CO2气体经过CO2精馏塔精馏,能够有效地将H2等气体从CO2液体中分离出来,并将含有H2等气体的CO2去气化工段输煤或作为燃料气使用,使H2等气体得到合理利用,并有效防止空气污染问题的发生。
2、本实用新型通过将液态CO2经过减压进制冷蒸发器制冷后,将获得的不含H2的CO2气体去尿素工段,能够有效降低尿素合成系统尾气爆炸及设备损坏引起安全事故的几率及不凝气夹带的氨损失,降低尿素氨耗,同时液态CO2也可以直接作为产品外供。
3、本实用新型中CO2精馏塔的进料是温度介于泡点与露点之间的气液混合物,在CO2精馏塔内为传质传热提供热量,省去了塔釜配置再沸器。

所述CO2精馏塔3下部中段设置有进料口,顶端设置有气体出口,上部设置有液体入口,底端设置有液体出口。
所述回流槽5顶端一侧设置有气体输入口,另一侧设置有气体输出口,底端设置有液体出口。所述回流槽5的气体输出口将含H2的CO2气体去输煤系统或作为燃料气使用。
所述CO2精馏塔3的液体出口将液态CO2直接作为产品外供或经减压进制冷蒸发器6制冷蒸发,蒸发后不含H2的CO2气体输送至尿素工段。所述制冷蒸发器6设置有排污口。
工作原理:
从CO2回收塔来的CO2气体经过压缩机1增压后与冷却器2进口相接,经冷却器2降温后的气液混合物入CO2精馏塔3进料口,馏出CO2精馏塔3顶端的气体经分凝器4降温后进回流槽5,冷凝下来的液态CO2在回流槽5内与气相CO2分离后经回流槽5的底部出口全部回送至CO2精馏塔3顶部的液体入口,作为回流液,出回流槽5的含H2的CO2气体去输煤系统或作为燃料气使用,出CO2精馏塔3底端的液体出口的液态CO2直接作为产品外供或经减压进制冷蒸发器6制冷蒸发,蒸发后不含H2的CO2气体输送至尿素工段。
综上所述,本实用新型能够有效地将H2等气体从CO2液体中分离出来,并将含有H2等气体的CO2供输煤系统或作为燃料气使用,并获得不含H2的CO2气体去尿素工段,降低了尿素合成系统尾气爆炸及设备损坏引起安全事故的几率及不凝气夹带的氨损失,降低尿素氨耗。

1.一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,其特征在于:包括给从CO2回收塔输送来的CO2增压的压缩机(1)、与压缩机(1)出口相连使CO2降温的冷却器(2)、进料口与冷却器(2)出口相连的CO2精馏塔(3)、与CO2精馏塔(3)气体出口相连使CO2再次降温的分凝器(4)和与分凝器(4)出口相连的使CO2气液分离的回流槽(5);所述回流槽(5)中的液态CO2经底部输出口进入CO2精馏塔(3)的液体入口回流至CO2精馏塔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,其特征在于:所述CO2精馏塔(3)下部中段设置有进料口,顶端设置有气体出口,上部设置有液体入口,底端设置有液体出口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,其特征在于:所述CO2精馏塔(3)的液体出口将液态CO2直接作为产品外供。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,其特征在于:所述CO2精馏塔(3)的液体出口与制冷蒸发器(6)相连,蒸发后不含H2的CO2气体输送至尿素工段。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,其特征在于:所述回流槽(5)顶端一侧设置有气体输入口,另一侧或顶部设置有气体输出口,底端设置有底部出口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种脱碳工段二氧化碳压缩制冷与纯化脱氢系统,其特征在于:所述回流槽(5)的气体输出口与输煤系统相连,输出含H2的CO2气体供输煤系统使用。
