Detailed Description
An embodiment of the absorbent article of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 6. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment of the present embodiment.
In the description of the present specification and claims, the "longitudinal direction" is referred to as a direction extending from the front portion side to the rear portion side of the absorbent article through the crotch portion, and the "width direction" is referred to as a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
First, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to an open-type disposable diaper will be described below.
< embodiment 1 >
< major Structure of diaper >
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view from the front side of the appearance of an example of a diaper according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic exploded perspective view of the diaper 10 shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 is a plan view of the diaper 10 in the stretched state according to the present embodiment as viewed from the top sheet 14 side, and fig. 4 is a plan view of the diaper 10 in the stretched state according to the present embodiment as viewed from the back sheet 12 side. The absorbent member 13 of fig. 2 and the diaper 10 of fig. 3 are each shown partially cut away for ease of explanation.
The diaper 10 of the present embodiment is an open-type disposable diaper, and includes a front body portion 10F, a back body portion 10R, and a crotch portion 10C connecting the front body portion 10F and the back body portion 10R. When worn, the front body 10F and the back body 10R form a waist opening 10W surrounding the waist of the wearer. Similarly, a pair of left and right leg hole openings 10L surrounding the thigh portions of the legs of the wearer are formed by the lower end portions of the front body 10F and the rear body 10R and the crotch portion 10C.
When worn, the front body 10F is positioned on the abdomen side of the wearer, and the rear body 10R is positioned on the back side of the wearer. When worn, the crotch portion 10C covers the crotch of the wearer, and the legs of the wearer pass through the pair of left and right leg hole openings 10L. Therefore, the leg hole openings 10L are located at arbitrary positions from the base of the legs to the vicinity of the thighs of the wearer.
The imaginary line P extends from the abdomen side to the back side through the crotch portion in the central portion of the diaper. Specifically, for example, when the waist side of the diaper is defined as the upper side and the crotch side is defined as the lower side, the imaginary line P extends in the vertical direction along the diaper front surface and also extends in the vertical direction on the back side via the crotch portion. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the imaginary line P passes through the center of the diaper 10 (or the widthwise center of the diaper 10) and extends linearly in the longitudinal direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the diaper 10 of the present embodiment has a laminated structure in which a cover sheet 11 made of thin nonwoven fabric for obtaining a good texture, a back sheet 12 having liquid impermeability, an absorbent body 13, a top sheet 14 having liquid permeability, and a pair of side sheets 15 are stacked in this order from the outside (non-skin surface side).
A pair of left and right fastening tapes (first joining member) 10A that overlap and connect the left and right end edges of the front body 10F when worn to form leg hole openings 10L are bonded to the left and right end edges of the back body 10R of the cover sheet 11 positioned outside the diaper 10. The fastening tape 10A is joined (e.g., bonded) to a front patch (a 2 nd joining member) 10B attached (e.g., bonded with an adhesive) to the cover sheet 11 of the front body portion 10F in a manner capable of being repeatedly peeled off. In the present invention, the fastening tape 10A and the front patch 10B can function as a mechanical fastener.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the front patch 10B is a sheet-like shape and is attached to the front body 10F side of the cover sheet 11, but the present invention is not limited to this, and it is also permissible to attach the front patch 10B to the outside of the diaper 10 other than the cover sheet 11, or to attach the front patch 10B to the back body 10R side and attach the fastening tape 10A to the front body 10F.
In the present invention, the diaper 10 is formed with a joining destination display portion indicating a joining destination of the pair of fastener tapes 10A to the front patch 10B, and the front patch 10B is transparent or translucent and is made of a material which allows the joining destination display portion to be visually recognized through the material when the front patch is attached to the component member of the diaper 10. In other words, when the 2 nd joining member is attached to the component member of the absorbent article, the joining target display portion can be visually confirmed through. In the present embodiment, the bonding target display portions are formed (for example, by providing a printed layer by printing) on the non-skin surface side of the cover sheet 11 of the front body portion 10F, and three pairs (indicated by reference numerals 31a, 31b, and 31c in fig. 4) are provided substantially bilaterally symmetrically at predetermined intervals (for example, equal intervals) with the virtual line P as a reference line. According to this configuration, since the bonding target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c can be visually confirmed through the front patch 10B of the diaper 10 when the front patch 10B is attached to the front body portion 10F, the accuracy of attachment of the front patch 10B to the diaper 10 is not unnecessarily required, and as a result, the bonding target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c can be prevented from being formed to be deviated from each other, and the occurrence of defective products can be reduced. The details of the structure will be described later.
As a material constituting the transparent or translucent front patch 10B, a nonwoven fabric is preferable. In addition, the front patch 10B may be subjected to an embossing process for the purpose of enabling a user to grasp it at a glance or improving the design, and the embossing may be formed by arranging a plurality of wavy lines, for example. Furthermore, the present invention is directed to a patch 10B that can be used in the past to form a display unit such as a design display or a function display, as long as the effects of the present invention are exhibited.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, design display portions 32 are formed (for example, by printing) in the front body portion 10F and the crotch portion 10C of the cover sheet 11 of the diaper 10. In the present embodiment, the design display unit 32 displays a portion 32e having a pair of eyes as shown in fig. 4, which imitates a character of an animal. In the present invention, the design display unit 32 may include characters, animals, plants, vehicles, foods, tools, clothes, toys, buildings, natural objects, constellations, characters, symbols, figures, patterns, and combinations thereof, in addition to pictures or photographs of animated characters and the like. In the present invention, the design display portion 32 may be provided on the back portion 10R side, or may be provided on both sides of the diaper 10 instead of only one side as in the present embodiment.
In the present embodiment, a function display portion 33 that displays the size, trade name, and the like of the diaper 10 is formed (for example, by printing) on the front body portion 10F of the cover sheet 11 of the diaper 10. As shown in fig. 4, the function display unit 33 may be included in the design display unit 32, but the function display unit 33 may be provided in a portion of the cover sheet 11 other than the design display unit 32.
In the present invention, it is also permissible to provide either one of the design display unit 32 and the function display unit 33 or to provide neither. In the present invention, the design display unit 32 and/or the function display unit 33 may be formed not in the cover sheet 11 of the diaper 10 but in another constituent member (for example, the back sheet 12) of the diaper 10, and the design display unit 32 and/or the function display unit 33 may be formed in the back body portion 10R and the crotch portion 10C in addition to the front body portion 10F, or may be formed only in the back body portion 10R and the crotch portion 10C.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view taken along V-V in fig. 3.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the absorbent body 13 has a region in which a plurality of compressed concave portions 20 are formed. That is, a plurality of recesses 20 are formed in a part of the recess forming region. In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 13 has the concave portions 20 formed in a lattice shape. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the formation of the concave portion 20 facilitates folding at the concave portion 20, thereby improving the fit feeling of the diaper 10. Further, by forming the concave portion 20 continuously, air can pass through to the ventral side or the dorsal side, and air permeability can be ensured. In addition, the discharged body fluid can be rapidly diffused, and the absorbent body 13 can be efficiently absorbed by using the absorbent body 13 as a whole.
In the present invention, the plurality of concave portions 20 is a concept including a plurality of physically continuous concave portions 20 formed by overlapping the plurality of concave portions 20 as constituent units, in addition to a plurality of independent concave portions 20 each of which is physically discontinuous. Examples of the above-mentioned constituent unit include a straight line and a continuous curve having no bend (angle) in the middle thereof, but are not limited thereto.
For example, an adhesive is applied to the surface where the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 are in contact with each other, and the concave portions 20 are provided by pressing the laminate (hereinafter, also referred to as "absorbent portion") of the absorbent body 13 and the top sheet 14. The pressing is performed, for example, by an embossing roll. Thus, the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 are engaged with each other and integrally joined to each other in the entire recess 20 from the bottom surface (bottom wall) to the wall surface (side wall) of the recess 20. The thickness (thickness of the absorption portion) formed by the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 at the bottom portion of the concave portion 20 is preferably about 1/2 to 1/7 of the thickness in the case of no compression. More preferably, it is about 1/4 to 1/7. With this structure, since the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 are integrally formed, the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 are firmly joined, the top sheet 14 is not easily peeled off, and even when the absorbent body 13 swells after urination, the top sheet 14 is in a state of being along the groove, and the groove is maintained.
In the present embodiment, the absorber 13 is provided with a concave portion forming region in which a plurality of concave portions 20 formed by compression are formed and a concave portion non-forming region in which no concave portion 20 is formed. With this configuration, the recess non-formation region functions as a dam, and can intercept (or reduce the potential of) the body fluid moving along the recess 20, thereby suppressing lateral leakage (side leakage). In the absorbent article 10 of the present embodiment, the concave portions 20 are formed in the absorbent body 13 in a lattice shape, but the absorbent article of the present invention is not limited to this, and it is also permissible to form no concave portions 20 at all on the absorbent body 13. In the absorbent article of the present invention, the concave portions 20 formed in the absorbent body 13 are not limited to the lattice-shaped concave portions, and the concave portions having various shapes such as the concave portions formed in the longitudinal direction in the longitudinal stripe shape, the concave portions formed in the width direction in the lateral stripe shape, and the concave portions provided intermittently can be used as long as the effects of the present invention are obtained.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, a pair of cutout portions 11N serving as leg hole openings 10L are formed on both left and right sides of the crotch portion 10C of the cover sheet 11. A pair of linear rubbers 16 for forming leg gathers are bonded in an extended state between the cover sheet 11 and the pair of side sheets 15.
The top sheet 14 is made of a nonwoven fabric having liquid permeability. The back sheet 12 has moisture permeability and is joined to the skin surface side of the cover sheet 11, the absorbent body 13 is disposed between the back sheet 12 and the top sheet 14, and the top sheet 14 is joined to the back sheet 12 via the absorbent body 13.
Further, a stretchable member 10D, which extends in the width direction of the back sheet 12 and forms a waist gather providing a moderate wearing feeling at the waist of the wearer, is joined in a stretched state to a region corresponding to the upper end portion of the back body portion 10R in the back sheet 12. In the present invention, examples of the stretchable member 10D include a linear rubber, a stretchable film, and an elastic sheet made of a polyurethane foam.
The absorbent body 13 of the present embodiment located below the top sheet 14 is obtained by wrapping an absorbent core 17 mainly composed of pulp and SAP with a wrapping member (core wrapping material) 18 such as a tissue or nonwoven fabric. The seam formed by wrapping the absorbent core 17 with the covering member 18 is formed so as to extend in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the absorbent body 13, for example, as shown in fig. 2. In the present invention, the manner of forming the seam is not limited thereto. The absorber 13 of the present embodiment is elongated so as to extend over the front body, the crotch, and the back body. The absorber 13 is divided into three parts, namely, a back part, a crotch part, and a front part. Here, if the front body portion is set to the rear body portion as the front-rear (up-down) direction, and the direction orthogonal thereto is set as the left-right direction, the absorber 13 of the present embodiment is a rectangular absorber having different front-rear (up-down) left-right lengths (in fig. 2 and 3, the front-rear (up-down) length is longer than the left-right length). The shape of the absorbent body 13 of the present embodiment is not limited to this, and includes various shapes such as a substantially square shape having approximately the same longitudinal (vertical) and lateral lengths, a shape in which corners of the longitudinal (vertical) ends are rounded, an oval shape extending in the longitudinal (vertical) direction, and a circular shape. In the crotch portion of the absorber 13, a pair of notches having an arc shape may be formed so as to correspond to the pair of leg hole openings 10L. In the diaper 10 of the present embodiment, the absorbent body 13 wrapped with the wrapping member 18 is used, but the absorbent article of the present invention may use the absorbent core 17 that is not wrapped with the wrapping member 18.
The pair of hydrophobic side sheets 15 forming the three-dimensional gathers are provided at both left and right side edges in the width direction of the top sheet 14 in the present embodiment. The pair of side sheets 15 are members that rise along both left and right side edges of the absorbent body 13 when worn, and prevent lateral leakage of discharged body fluid. A notch 15N is formed in the outer edge portions of the pair of side sheets 15 in the same shape as the pair of notches 11N of the cover sheet 11. In each of the pair of side sheets 15, a linear rubber 19 as a three-dimensional gather stretch material is disposed in an extended state so that the inner end edge portion thereof is folded back toward the absorbent body 13 and gripped. The pair of side sheets 15 rise in the skin contact direction of the wearer when the string rubber 19 contracts. The three-dimensional gather can be of a known structure used in conventional disposable diapers. For example, the stretched three-dimensional gather stretch material can be formed by sandwiching and fixing the stretch material between layers of the waterproof sheet.
< bonding target display section >
As described above, in the present embodiment, the joint target indication portions 31a, 31B, and 31c are formed on the non-skin surface side of the cover sheet 11 of the front body portion 10F, and when the front patch 10B is attached to the cover sheet 11, the joint target indication portions 31a, 31B, and 31c pass through and can be visually confirmed from the outside of the diaper 10. As shown in fig. 4, it can be understood that the bonding target display portions 31a, 31b, and 31c are visible therethrough. In the present invention, the bonding target display portions 31a, 31b, and 31c may be provided on the skin surface side of the cover sheet 11. In this case, the cover sheet 11 is made of a transparent or translucent material so as to be visually recognizable from a non-skin surface.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, three pairs of engagement target display units 31a, 31B, and 31C are displayed in the form of capitalized roman letters "a", "B", and "C", respectively. The present invention is not limited to the roman alphabet, and other types of characters, symbols, figures, patterns, and combinations thereof may be used.
The number and position of the engagement target display portions correspond to those of the fastening tapes 10A. In the present invention, the number of the bonding target display portions may be less than three or more.
In the present embodiment, the front patch 10B is attached at a position not overlapping the main portion of the design display unit 32 (the display portion of 70% of the design display unit 32 as a whole). With this configuration, the front patch 10B can be prevented from interfering with the display function of the design display unit 32.
In the present embodiment, the bonding target display portions 31a, 31b, and 31c are formed at positions not overlapping the design display portion 32. With this configuration, the user can easily recognize the bonding target display portions 31a, 31b, and 31c. In the present embodiment, the front patch 10B is attached at a position not overlapping the function display unit 33. With this configuration, the user can easily recognize the function display unit 33.
In the related art, also in the open type absorbent article, the 2 nd joining member is attached so that the pair of 1 st joining members can be repeatedly attached so that the attaching target can be displayed on the 2 nd joining member so that the attaching can be appropriately performed.
Therefore, in the manufacture of the absorbent article having such a configuration, the 2 nd joining member showing the attachment target needs to be attached to a correct position with respect to the constituent member of the absorbent article, and if this is not ensured, the attachment target is formed to be offset from the constituent member, and it is considered that there is a possibility that a defective product in which the engagement of the 1 st joining member with respect to the 2 nd joining member may be released at the time of wearing is manufactured.
According to the present embodiment, since the bonding target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c are visually recognizable through the front patch 10B when the front patch 10B is attached to the front body portion 10F of the cover sheet 11, the accuracy of attachment of the front patch 10B to the diaper 10 is not required to be excessive, that is, even if the front patch 10B is attached to the diaper 10 while being slightly offset, the bonding target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c are not offset from the diaper 10, and therefore, the formation of offset bonding target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c in the related art can be suppressed, and the occurrence of defective products can be reduced.
That is, in the related art, the accuracy is required for (a 1) the mounting position of the fastening tape 10A to the cover sheet, (b 1) the formation position of the joining target display to the front patch, and (c 1) the 3 positions of the mounting position of the front patch to the cover sheet, but in the present embodiment, the accuracy is only required for (a 2) the mounting position of the fastening tape 10A to the cover sheet 11, and (b 2) the 2 positions of the formation positions of the joining target display portions 31a, 31b, and 31c to the cover sheet 11, and the accuracy for the position of (c 1) is not required, so that the probability of defective products can be suppressed accordingly.
In the modification of the above embodiment, the joining target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c may be formed on the non-skin surface side of the front body portion 10F side of the back sheet 12, and the front patch 10B and the cover sheet 11 may be formed of a material through which the joining target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c can be visually confirmed when they are attached to the back sheet 12. That is, in this structure, the front patch 10B and the cover sheet 11 are made of a transparent or translucent material.
With this configuration, when the front patch 10B is attached to the front body portion 10F of the cover sheet 11 and the laminate is superposed on the back sheet 12, the bonding target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c formed on the back sheet 12 can be visually confirmed through the joint, and therefore, as in the above-described embodiment, the accuracy of attachment of the front patch 10B to the diaper 10 is not unnecessarily required, and as a result, the formation of the bonding target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c being offset can be suppressed, and the occurrence of defective products can be reduced. In the present invention, the joining target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c may be formed on the front body portion 10F side and the skin surface side of the back sheet 12, and the front patch 10B, the cover sheet 11, and the back sheet 12 may be formed of materials through which the joining target display portions 31a, 31B, and 31c can be seen when they are superposed. With this configuration, the same effects as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.
In another modification of the above embodiment, the front patch 10B may be provided with an attachment target display unit for displaying whether or not the front patch 10B is attached to the diaper 10 (i.e., for determining whether or not the front patch is attached to the diaper 10 by an inspection device in the manufacturing process).
In the related art, in order to determine whether or not both (d) the front patch is attached to the cover sheet 11 and (e) whether or not the front patch is correctly arranged, the front patch is provided in a pair of right and left sides of the front patch with, for example, a rectangular area for determining attachment of a certain size clearly different from the surrounding color. Thus, the attachment target display unit of the present modification is merely a symbol that can determine whether or not the front patch is attached to the cover sheet 11. As a result, the area for discriminating mounting does not need to have a certain size, and is a small area, so that the ink necessary for printing can be reduced.
Alternatively, in the case where the attachment target display unit is provided in addition to the design display unit 32, the attachment target display unit and the design display unit 32 may be configured so as to be assimilated with the design display unit 32 when the front patch 10B is attached to the front body portion 10F (or the attachment target display unit and the design display unit 32 cooperate to form a design). The assimilation in this case also includes a case where the positional relationship between the design display unit 32 and the mounting target display unit is not strictly required.
With this configuration, in the manufacture of the diaper 10, whether or not the front patch 10B is attached to the cover sheet 11 can be checked by a sensor, and the check can be performed without interfering with the display function of the design display unit 32 (i.e., without losing the balance of the entire design) regardless of the accuracy of the attachment position of the front patch 10B to the cover sheet 11 (i.e., without exceeding the accuracy of the attachment position required as necessary).
In the present invention, the installation target display unit may be a part of the design as described above, and may be a character, a symbol, a figure, a pattern, or a combination thereof.
< embodiment 2 >
In the present embodiment, unlike embodiment 1 and its modified example, on the non-skin surface side of the cover sheet 11 of the front body portion 10F, a2 nd joining target display portion 34 which is smaller in size and simpler in shape than the 1 st joining target display portions 31a ', 31B', 31c 'and has a color close to the color of the periphery and/or which is similar in shape to the 1 st joining target display portions 31a', 31B ', 31c' is provided between the plurality of 1 st joining target display portions 31a ', 31B', 31c ', independently of the joining target display portions (hereinafter referred to as "1 st joining target display portions 31a', 31B ', 31c'" for easy distinction) which represent the joining targets of the pair of fastening tapes 10A to the front patch 10B. In other words, in the present embodiment, the engagement target display portion includes a plurality of 1 st engagement target display portions and a2 nd engagement target display portion located between the plurality of 1 st engagement target display portions. The 1 st engagement target display portions 31a ', 31b ', 31c ' of the present embodiment are the same as the engagement target display portions 31a, 31b, 31c of the 1 st embodiment. With this configuration, the number of the display portions to be bonded is increased as the scale of the ruler is increased without interfering with the design of the portion (or the periphery) provided on the front patch 10B as compared with embodiment 1, and therefore, the fastening tape 10A can be attached to the front patch 10B at a correct position as compared with embodiment 1 for the user.
Fig. 6 is a plan view of the diaper in the stretched state of the present embodiment as viewed from the backsheet side. Among the elements constituting the absorbent article of the present embodiment, elements having the same functions are denoted by the same reference numerals as those of embodiment 1, and the description thereof is omitted.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the plurality of 2 nd bonding target display portions 34 are arranged at predetermined intervals, and two pairs of left and right pairs are provided, similarly to the 1 st bonding target display portions 31a ', 31b ', and 31c ' of the 1 st embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the 1 st bonding target display portions 31a ', 31b ', 31c ' and the 2 nd bonding target display portion 34 are provided so that distances from the center in the width direction (left-right direction) are different from each other. In the present embodiment, each of the plurality of 2 nd bonding target display portions 34 has a circular shape, is smaller in size than the 1 st bonding target display portions 31a ', 31B ', and 31c ', and has a color similar to the color of the base of the front patch 10B portion of the diaper 10. Here, the base color of the front patch 10B portion is more specifically a color occupying most of the front patch 10B when viewed from the outside of the diaper 10 after the front patch 10B is attached to the cover sheet 11 of the diaper 10. The design of the front patch 10B may include a case where the base color is not used and is a plain color (for example, white), and may include the design of the 1 st bonding target display portions 31a ', 31B ', and 31c ' themselves. The 1 st bonding target display portions 31a ', 31B ', 31c ' have a color different from that of the base of the front patch 10B portion, for example, in such a manner as to be easily discriminated by the user. In the present embodiment, the plurality of 2 nd bonding target display portions 34 are disposed at the middle (equidistant) of the plurality of adjacent 1 st bonding target display portions 31a ', 31b ', 31c '. In the present embodiment, the 2 nd bonding target display unit 34 has a circular shape, but the present invention is not limited to this shape.
The size of the 2 nd engagement target display unit 34 is 50% or less as compared with the 1 st engagement target display units 31a ', 31b ', 31c ', for example. The color of the 2 nd bonding target display unit 34 is, for example, a color having the same hue and different lightness and/or chroma (high chroma, etc.) from the color of the base of the front patch 10B portion around the 2 nd bonding target display unit 34.
In the related art, in order to achieve both the accurate positioning of the fastening tape with respect to the front patch and the design of the portion where the front patch is provided in the open-type disposable diaper, it is conceivable to provide a plurality of joint target display portions having design properties and also having a certain degree of size on the front patch side of the diaper at relatively close intervals. That is, if there are many targets for attaching the fastening tape, not only the design of the target area of the fastening tape becomes complicated, but also the individual distinction becomes difficult, and it may become difficult to appropriately attach the fastening tape.
According to the present embodiment, the size of the 2 nd bonding target display 34 is smaller than the size of the 1 st bonding target display 31a ', 31B ', 31c ' and/or the color of the 2 nd bonding target display 34 is similar to the color of the base of the front patch 10B portion of the diaper 10 (or the color of the periphery of the 2 nd bonding target display 34), so the 2 nd bonding target display 34 does not become an obstacle to the design of the portion where the front patch 10B is provided. In addition, according to the present embodiment, since the number of the joining target display portions is increased compared to the 1 st joining target display portions 31a ', 31B ', and 31c ', and the joining target of the fastening tape 10A with respect to the front patch 10B is increased, more accurate alignment of the fastening tape 10A can be achieved.
