Detailed Description
At least the following matters will become clear from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
A pants-type diaper having a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction, the pants-type diaper comprising: an absorbent body including an absorbent core and a liquid impermeable film disposed on a non-skin side of the absorbent core; and an exterior member including a pair of sheets joined to a non-skin side of the absorbent body, wherein a 1 st elastic band that stretches and contracts in the left-right direction is disposed between the pair of sheets in front and rear waist regions of the exterior member, and joining portions along the up-down direction are provided at both end portions in the left-right direction of the front and rear waist regions, wherein the exterior member includes a decorative sheet having a decorative element between the pair of sheets in at least one of the front and rear waist regions, and the film does not have a decorative element at least in a region overlapping with the decorative element when the pants-type diaper in a developed state in which the joining portions are released from joining and developed in the up-down direction is viewed in a thickness direction thereof.
With such a pants-type diaper, the number of sheets disposed on the non-skin side of the decorative element of the decorative sheet is smaller than, for example, the decorative element provided on the film, and the visibility of the decorative element of the decorative sheet is improved. Even when the film has a decorative element, the decorative element of the decorative sheet and the decorative element of the film do not overlap with each other, and visibility of the decorative element of the decorative sheet and the decorative element of the film is improved.
According to the pants-type diaper, when the pants-type diaper in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, at least a part of the decorative sheet overlaps with the absorbent main body, and a length of the decorative sheet in the left-right direction is equal to or less than a length of the absorbent main body in the left-right direction in a state where the pants-type diaper is extended in the left-right direction.
With such a pants-type diaper, the decorative sheet is less likely to be affected by the 1 st rubber band, and the visibility of the decorative elements of the decorative sheet is improved. In addition, the decorative sheet can overlap the absorbent body over a wide range in the left-right direction, and is less susceptible to the contraction of the 1 st rubber band.
According to the pants-type diaper, when the pants-type diaper in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, the film does not have a decorative element at least in a region overlapping with the decorative sheet.
With such a pants-type diaper, the number of sheets disposed on the non-skin side of the decorative element of the film is reduced by the amount corresponding to the decorative sheet, and the visibility of the decorative element of the film is improved.
According to this pants-type diaper, the outer covering member has an expansion region in which the 1 st elastic band expands and contracts and a low expansion region in which the expansion force of the 1 st elastic band is lower than that of the expansion region, and when the pants-type diaper in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, at least a part of the absorbent core overlaps the low expansion region and the decorative sheet, and at least a part of the decorative element of the decorative sheet overlaps the low expansion region and the absorbent core.
With such a pants-type diaper, wrinkles are less likely to form in the absorbent core, and a gap is less likely to occur between the wearer and the diaper. In addition, wrinkles are not easily formed in the decorative elements of the decorative sheet, and visibility of the decorative elements is improved.
According to the pants-type diaper, in a state where the pants-type diaper is extended in the left-right direction, the length of the low stretch region in the left-right direction is longer than the length of the decorative sheet in the left-right direction.
With such a pants-type diaper, the decorative sheet is less susceptible to the contraction of the 1 st rubber band over a wide range in the left-right direction, and the visibility of the decorative element of the decorative sheet is improved.
According to the pants-type diaper, in a state where the pants-type diaper is extended in the left-right direction, the length of the low stretch region in the left-right direction is shorter than the length of the decorative sheet in the left-right direction.
With such a pants-type diaper, the size of the stretchable region can be ensured, and the stretchability of the front and rear waist regions can be ensured, while the visibility of the decorative elements of the decorative sheet can be improved.
According to this pants-type diaper, a cut portion is provided in the low stretch region so as to be aligned in the left-right direction, the cut portion being formed by cutting the 1 st elastic band.
With such a pants-type diaper, a low stretch region can be formed.
According to this pants-type diaper, the decorative sheet is disposed on the non-skin side of the 1 st elastic band.
With such a pants-type diaper, the cut portion of the 1 st elastic band can be covered with the decorative sheet from the non-skin side, and the cut portion is not easily visible from the outside of the diaper.
According to this pants-type diaper, the decorative sheet is disposed on the skin side of the 1 st elastic band.
With such a pants-type diaper, the cut portion of the 1 st elastic band is not hidden by the decorative sheet, and is easily visible from the outside of the diaper, and the user can confirm that the 1 st elastic band is partially cut.
According to this pants-type diaper, the 2 nd elastic band which expands and contracts in the left-right direction is disposed between the pair of sheets in the region on the front side of the outer covering member below the joint, and the decorative sheet disposed in the front waist region is disposed above the 2 nd elastic band.
With such a pants-type diaper, the decorative sheet is less susceptible to the contraction of the 2 nd rubber band, and the visibility of the decorative element of the decorative sheet is improved.
According to this pants-type diaper, a 2 nd elastic band which expands and contracts in the left-right direction is disposed between the pair of sheets in a region of the front side exterior member on a lower side than the joint portion, the front side exterior member has a 2 nd expansion region in which the 2 nd elastic band expands and contracts and a 2 nd low expansion region in which an expansion force of the 2 nd elastic band is lower than that of the 2 nd expansion region, and at least a part of the absorbent core overlaps with the 2 nd low expansion region and the decorative sheet when the pants-type diaper in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction.
With such a pants-type diaper, the absorbent core is less likely to be affected by the contraction of the 2 nd elastic band, and the stiffness of the absorbent core is increased by an amount corresponding to the decorative sheet, so that wrinkles are less likely to form in the absorbent core. This makes it difficult to form a gap between the wearer and the diaper.
According to this pants-type diaper, when the pants-type diaper in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, at least part of the decorative element of the decorative sheet overlaps with the 2 nd low stretch region and the absorbent core.
With such a pants-type diaper, the decorative elements of the decorative sheet are less likely to be affected by the contraction of the 2 nd elastic band, and the decorative elements are less likely to form wrinkles due to overlapping with the absorbent core having high rigidity, and the visibility of the decorative elements is improved.
According to the pants-type diaper, a 3 rd elastic band is disposed between the pair of sheets of the outer covering member, the 3 rd elastic band being inclined downward from both side portions in the left-right direction toward a central portion and partially extending along leg holes, the decorative sheet has a mark indicating a size of the pants-type diaper as the decorative element, and the mark indicating the size is disposed in a region between the 1 st elastic band and the 3 rd elastic band.
With such a pants-type diaper, the marks indicating the dimensions are less susceptible to the contraction of the 1 st rubber band and the 3 rd rubber band, and wrinkles are less likely to form in the marks indicating the dimensions, so that visibility of the marks indicating the dimensions is improved.
The pants-type diaper is characterized in that the decorative sheet disposed on one side in the front-rear direction spans an upper end of the one side of the absorbent main body.
With such a pants-type diaper, the number of sheets of the exterior member is increased by the amount corresponding to the decorative sheet on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body, and therefore, the excrement is less likely to ooze out to the non-skin side of the exterior member.
According to the pants-type diaper, the film does not have a decorative element.
With such a pants-type diaper, the decorative elements of the decorative sheet are conspicuous and visibility is improved. Further, the diaper is of a simple design, and can give the user an impression that the diaper is a high-grade product.
According to the pants-type diaper, the film has only the indicator changing color with urine.
With such a pants-type diaper, visibility of decorative elements of the decorative sheet can be improved, and the presence or absence of excretion can be confirmed by a user while the diaper is designed to be simple.
According to the pants-type diaper, when the pants-type diaper in the unfolded state is viewed in the thickness direction, the decorative sheet does not overlap the indicator portion of the film.
With such a pants-type diaper, the visibility of the decorative elements of the decorative sheet is improved, and the presence or absence of excretion is also easily confirmed.
Hereinafter, as the pants-type diaper of the present invention, an embodiment will be described taking a pants-type diaper for infants as an example. However, the pants-type diaper is not limited to the above, and may be, for example, a pants-type diaper for adults.
The basic structure of the pants-type diaper 1 is set to
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type diaper 1 (hereinafter also referred to as "diaper"). Fig. 2 is a plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state as viewed from the non-skin side. Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional view taken along line I-I of fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic sectional view taken along line II-II of fig. 2. The developed state of the diaper 1 is a state in which the joining of the joining portions 21 of the diaper 1 is released and the diaper 1 is developed in the vertical direction.
In the pants-type state shown in fig. 1, the diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-back direction which intersect each other, and has a waist opening BH and a pair of leg hole openings LH. In the vertical direction of the diaper 1, the waist side is an upper side and the crotch side is a lower side. In the front-rear direction of the diaper 1, the abdomen side of the wearer is referred to as the front side, and the back side of the wearer is referred to as the back side. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the direction in which the materials constituting the diaper 1 are laminated is defined as the thickness direction of the diaper 1. In the thickness direction of the diaper 1, the side that contacts the wearer is the skin side, and the side that does not contact the wearer is the non-skin side.
The diaper 1 further includes an absorbent body 10 and an exterior member 20 joined to the non-skin side of the absorbent body 10. The exterior member 20 has a front waistline region 20A, a back waistline region 20B, and a crotch region 20C. In the unfolded state of the diaper 1 (fig. 2), the absorbent main body 10 has a rectangular shape, and the exterior member 20 has a substantially hourglass shape. Further, one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 is positioned at the center portion in the left-right direction of the front waistline region 20A, and the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 is positioned at the center portion in the left-right direction of the rear waistline region 20B.
The absorbent main body 10 of the diaper 1 in the developed state is folded in two at substantially the center in the longitudinal direction, and both end portions in the left-right direction of the front waistline region 20A and the back waistline region 20B of the exterior member 20 are joined to form a pair of joined portions 21, whereby the diaper 1 is put into a pants-type state. The joint portion 21 has a length in the up-down direction. Examples of the joining at the joining portion 21 include joining by welding, an adhesive, and the like.
In the present description, the "front and rear waistline region" refers to a region where the front waistline region 20A and the rear waistline region 20B of the exterior member 20 are joined together, and refers to a region corresponding to the waistline of the wearer. The "front waist region 20A" is a region of the front exterior member 20 that overlaps the joint portion 21 in the vertical direction. The "back waistline region 20B" is a region of the rear exterior member 20 which overlaps with the joint portion 21 in the vertical direction. The region of the exterior member 20 other than the front and rear waistline regions 20A, 20B is referred to as a crotch region 20C.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the absorbent body 10 includes an absorbent core 11 for absorbing and holding excretory fluid, a liquid-permeable top sheet 12 disposed on the skin side of the absorbent core 11, a liquid-impermeable film 13 disposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11, and a pair of leakage-preventing wall sheets 15.
As the absorbent core 11, an absorbent core obtained by molding liquid absorbent fibers such as pulp containing a Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) into a predetermined shape can be exemplified. The absorbent core 11 may be covered with a liquid-permeable core wrap sheet (not shown). Examples of the absorbent core 11 include an SAP sheet in which an SAP layer is adhered to a hydrophilic sheet, and an air-laid sheet in which liquid absorbent fibers are formed into a sheet shape by an air-laid method.
Examples of the liquid-permeable top sheet 12 include nonwoven fabrics and apertured films. As the film 13, a resin film of polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like can be exemplified.
The leakage preventing wall sheet 15 is a sheet for forming leakage preventing walls on both side portions in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 10. As the leakage preventing sheet 15, a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric or the like can be exemplified. One end portion in the left-right direction of the leakage preventing sheet 15 is positioned on the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11, and the other end portion is folded back inward in the left-right direction so as to cover the side portion of the topsheet 12 from the skin side. The rubber band 16 is fixed to the leakage preventing wall sheet 15 in a state of being elongated in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10. Thus, the leakage preventing wall sheet 15 partially rises toward the skin side, and side leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
The illustrated absorbent main body 10 is an example, and is not limited thereto. For example, both side portions in the left-right direction of the top sheet 12 in fig. 4 are folded back toward the non-skin side of the absorbent core 11 to wind the absorbent core 11, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The absorbent main body 10 may not have the leakage preventing wall sheet 15.
The exterior member 20 includes an inner layer sheet 22 and an outer layer sheet 23 disposed on the non-skin side of the inner layer sheet 22. The inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23 are sheets forming the outer shape of the exterior member 20. Examples of the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23 include a nonwoven fabric, an apertured film, and a laminate thereof. The exterior member 20 may have a post-treatment tape (not shown) used for disposal.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper end portion of the outer sheet 23 is folded back downward to cover the upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 from the skin side. This can prevent the end of the absorbent main body 10 from being opened. In this manner, a part of the exterior member 20 (here, a part of the outer sheet 23) can be joined to the skin side of the absorbent main body 10. However, the upper end portion of the outer sheet 23 may not be folded.
In the present specification, the "pair of sheets" included in the exterior member 20 refer to the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23. The "pair of sheets" may be two sheets as in the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23 of the present embodiment, or may be a sheet obtained by folding back one sheet. The "pair of sheets" may be sheets having the same shape or sheets having different shapes. The "pair of sheets" may be sheets made of the same material or sheets made of different materials.
In the front and rear waistline regions 20A, 20B of the exterior member 20, a 1 st rubber band 24 which expands and contracts in the left-right direction is arranged between the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23. A plurality of the 1 st elastic bands 24 are arranged in the front and rear waistline regions 20A, 20B at intervals in the vertical direction (hereinafter also referred to as "waistline elastic bands 24"). The under elastic 24 is fixed to the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23 in a state of being stretched in the left-right direction. This imparts stretchability in the left-right direction to the front and rear waist regions 20A, 20B, and the diaper 1 is fitted to the waist of the wearer. Examples of the waist rubber band 24 and the other rubber bands 26 and 27 described later include synthetic rubbers such as natural rubbers and urethane rubbers.
The decoration sheet 25 is one of two pieces
Fig. 5 is a plan view of the front side portion of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state as viewed from the non-skin side. Fig. 6 is a plan view of the front side portion of the diaper 1 in a modified example in an unfolded and stretched state, as viewed from the non-skin side.
In the case of the diaper 1 for infants as in the present embodiment, in order to make parents and children feel the diaper 1 with a good touch, decorative elements such as character patterns are often provided on the diaper 1. Therefore, the exterior member 20 of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment has the decorative sheet 25 having the decorative elements 251 to 253 between the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23 in the front and rear waistline regions 20A, 20B.
The decorative elements 251 to 253 provided on the decorative sheet 25 are visually recognized from the outside of the diaper 1 through one outer sheet 23. Therefore, the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 have improved visibility as compared with, for example, decorative elements provided on the film 13 that are visually recognized through the exterior member 20. In addition, since the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 are covered with the outer layer sheet 23, peeling of the decorative elements (ink) due to friction with clothes can be suppressed.
Further, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, when the diaper 1 in an unfolded state (for example, fig. 2) in which the joining of the joining portions 21 is released and the diaper 1 is unfolded in the vertical direction is viewed in the thickness direction thereof, the film 13 does not have the decorative elements at least in the regions overlapping with the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25. That is, the front portion of the film 13 does not have a decorative element in the region overlapping with the decorative elements 251 and 252 of the front decorative sheet 25, and the rear portion of the film 13 does not have a decorative element in the region overlapping with the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the rear decorative sheet 25.
By doing so, even in the case where the film 13 has the decorative elements 132 as shown in fig. 6, the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 do not overlap with the decorative elements 132 of the film 13 and are hardly visible, and the visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 is improved. In addition, the visibility of the decorative element 132 of the film 13 is also improved.
Further, when the diaper 1 in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, the film 13 may not have the decorative element 132 at least in the region overlapping with the decorative sheet 25. In this case, the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 do not overlap with the decorative element 132 of the film 13, and the visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 253, 132 is improved. In addition, the number of sheets disposed on the non-skin side of the decorative element 132 of the film 13 is reduced by the amount corresponding to the decorative sheet 25. This further improves the visibility of the decorative element 132 of the film 13.
However, the film 13 may have the decorative element 132 or may not have the decorative element 132. The decorative sheet 25 may be disposed at least partially in the front and rear waistline regions 20A, 20B, or may extend partially downward to the crotch region 20C.
In the present embodiment, the decorative sheet 25 is disposed in both the front waistline region 20A and the back waistline region 20B. However, the decorative sheet 25 may be disposed in at least one of the front and rear waistline regions 20A, 20B. In the following description, the decorative sheet 25 in the front waistline region 20A will be described as an example mainly with reference to fig. 5 and 6. However, the following features can also be applied to the decorative sheet 25 of the back waistline region 20B.
The "decorative elements" refer to patterns, characters, numerals, symbols, combinations thereof, and the like of characters, animals, vehicles, plants, food, and the like, and are formed on the decorative sheet 25 and the film 13 by printing (coating). The ink may be disposed on the part of the decorative element, or may be disposed on the background part other than the decorative element, so-called hollow printing may be performed. The "decorative element" also includes a mark indicating the size of the diaper 1 (for example, "M" or "M size"), a mark indicating the front and rear of the diaper 1 (for example, "rear"), a mark indicating the sex of the wearer (for example, "boy use"), a product name of the diaper 1, and a manufacturing company name. However, the "decorative element" formed on the film 13 does not include an indicator portion that changes color with urine. The "decorative elements" formed on the film 13 are visually recognized from the non-skin side and function in appearance, and are applied to the non-skin side surface of the film 13. On the other hand, the indicator portion changes color when it comes into contact with moisture such as urine, thereby exhibiting a function of detecting (informing) excrement, and is applied to the skin side surface of the film 13. In this way, the "decorative element" of the film 13 in the present embodiment is clearly distinguished from the indication portion.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the front decorative sheet 25 has a decorative element 251 having a cat character and a decorative element 252 having a letter "front" (front-rear mark). The rear decorative sheet 25 has a decorative element 251 having a cat character, a decorative element 252 having a letter "rear" (front and rear marks), and a decorative element 253 having a letter "M" (size mark). Further, the pattern 251 of a relatively large character is not limited to the one provided as the decorative element in the present embodiment, and a pattern such as a stripe or a lattice, or a pattern in which a plurality of relatively small patterns (dots, stars, etc.) are dispersed may be used as the decorative element.
The decorative sheet 25 may be exemplified by a film, a tissue paper, a nonwoven fabric, etc., but is not particularly limited as long as it is a sheet on which the decorative elements 251 to 253 can be printed. The decorative sheet 25 may be white or colored.
In the diaper 1 shown in fig. 5, the film 13 does not have a decorative element. By doing so, the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 are made conspicuous, and the visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 253 is improved. In addition, the diaper 1 is of a simpler design than if the film 13 were also provided with decorative elements. Therefore, the user can be given the impression that the diaper 1 is a good product with a high-grade feeling.
The film 13 preferably has no decorative element, and only has the indicator 131 that changes color due to urine excreted during wearing. The phrase "the film 13 has only the indicator 131" means that the area coated with a color different from the background color of the film 13 on the production line of the diaper 1 is only the area where the indicator 131 is disposed. In this case as well, the visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 is improved, the diaper 1 is designed to be simple, and the user can confirm the presence or absence of excretion. However, the diaper 1 is not limited to the above, and may not have the indicator 131.
The indicator 131 may be made of a hot-melt adhesive containing an indicator (e.g., a PH indicator) that exhibits a color reaction when brought into contact with moisture such as urine. The indicator 131 is applied to the skin-side surface of the film 13 and is visible from the outside of the diaper 1 through the outer cover member 20.
The indicator 131 of the present embodiment extends in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10 and has two linear shapes separated in the lateral direction of the diaper 1. However, the shape of the indicator 131 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a spiral shape, an elliptical shape, or the like. The indication portion 131 may be formed with a pattern such as a flower or a diamond, or may be formed with a letter, a number, or a symbol, but these are not included in the decorative elements of the film 13.
Note that, although the indicator 131 of the present embodiment is provided in the region of the film 13 that overlaps the crotch region 20C of the exterior member 20, the indicator 131 may extend to the region of the film 13 that overlaps the front and rear waistline regions 20A, 20B of the exterior member 20. However, it is preferable that the decorative sheet 25 does not overlap the indicator 131 of the film 13 when the diaper 1 in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction. By doing so, the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 are not overlapped with the indication part 131 and are hard to be seen, and the visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 is improved. Further, the indication portion 131 is not covered with the decorative sheet 25 and is difficult to see, and whether or not excretion is present can be reliably confirmed.
The film 13 may be colored (for example, green, blue, black, pink, etc.), but is preferably white. By doing so, visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25 is improved compared to the case where the color of the film 13 is transmitted and overlaps with the decorative elements 251 to 253 of the decorative sheet 25.
As shown in fig. 5, when the diaper 1 in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, at least a part of the decorative sheet 25 preferably overlaps with the absorbent main body 10. In addition, the length W1 of the decorative sheet 25 in the left-right direction is preferably equal to or less than the length W2 of the absorbent main body 10 in the state where the diaper 1 is extended in the left-right direction.
The state in which the diaper 1 is stretched in the left-right direction means a state in which the diaper 1 is stretched without wrinkles. Specifically, the diaper 1 is stretched to a state in which the dimensions of the respective members (inner layer sheet 22, outer layer sheet 23) constituting the diaper 1 are matched with or close to the dimensions of the members alone in a state in which the members are not affected by the 1 st elastic band.
The portion of the exterior member 20 that overlaps the highly rigid absorbent main body 10 is less susceptible to contraction of the waistline elastic 24. Therefore, the decorative sheet 25 is less likely to be affected by the waistline elastic 24 because at least a part of the decorative sheet 25 overlaps the absorbent main body 10. This improves the visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 252 of the decorative sheet 25 in the natural state (non-extended state) of the diaper 1.
Further, by making the length W1 in the left-right direction of the decorative sheet 25 not unnecessarily long, the decorative sheet 25 can be overlapped with the absorbent main body 10 over a wide range in the left-right direction. In fig. 5, the entirety of the decorative sheet 25 overlaps the absorbent main body 10 in the left-right direction. Thus, the decorative sheet 25 is less likely to be affected by the contraction of the waist rubber band 24 in a wide range in the left-right direction, and the visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 253 is improved. However, the present invention is not limited to the example of fig. 5, and a part of the decorative sheet 25 in the left-right direction may not overlap the absorbent main body 10.
Further, although not shown, the entire decorative sheet 25 may be overlapped with the absorbent main body 10 in the vertical direction. By so doing, the decorative sheet 25 is made less susceptible to the contraction of the waistline rubber band 24 over a wide range in the up-down direction.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5, the upper end 25a of the decorative sheet 25 may be positioned above the upper end 10a of the absorbent main body 10. That is, the decorative sheet 25 (disposed on one side in the front-rear direction) may also straddle the upper end 10a (on one side in the front-rear direction) of the absorbent main body 10.
In this case, the number of sheets of the exterior member 20 is increased by the amount corresponding to the decorative sheet 25 on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10. Therefore, even when excrement flows to the outside in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 10, the excrement is less likely to seep to the non-skin side of the exterior member 20.
However, the length W1 in the left-right direction of the decorative sheet 25 may be longer than the length W2 in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 10. The decorative sheet 25 may not overlap the absorbent main body 10.
The exterior member 20 of the present embodiment has an expansion/contraction region 242 in which the bustier elastic 24 expands and contracts, and a low expansion/contraction region 241 in which the expansion/contraction force of the bustier elastic 24 is lower than that of the expansion/contraction region 242.
The low stretch region 241 is disposed in a region overlapping the absorbent main body 10 in the thickness direction of the diaper 1, and is a region surrounded by points a, b, c, and d shown in fig. 5. The stretch/contraction region 242 is a region excluding the low stretch region 241 from the region between the uppermost waistline elastic band 24a and the lowermost waistline elastic band 24 b.
In the stretchable region 242, the under elastic band 24 is fixed between the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23 in a state of being continuously stretched in the left-right direction, and the stretchable region 242 has stretchability in the left-right direction. Therefore, in the stretchable region 242, when the waist elastic 24 is contracted in the natural state of the diaper 1, the sheet constituting the exterior member 20 is also contracted following the contraction, and wrinkles (gathers) are formed.
On the other hand, in the low stretch region 241, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, a plurality of cut portions 243 (portions where the waist elastic band 24 is not present) are provided in the horizontal direction, the cut portions being formed by cutting the waist elastic band 24. Therefore, the low expansion/contraction region 241 has substantially no expansion/contraction in the left-right direction. In this way, in the low stretch region 241, wrinkles are not easily formed in the sheet material constituting the exterior member 20 in the natural state of the diaper 1.
In the production line of the diaper 1, the elastic belt 24 for waist, which is continuous between the pair of joint portions 21 in the left-right direction and fixed between the inner sheet 22 and the outer sheet 23, is cut at a plurality of places in the low stretch region 241. By doing so, a plurality of cut portions 243 formed by cutting the belt 24 are arranged in the left-right direction, and the low expansion/contraction region 241 is formed. However, the method of forming the low stretch region 241 is not limited to the above, and for example, the waistline elastic band 24 may be cut so as not to be fixed to the sheet in the region where the low stretch region 241 is to be formed, so that the waistline elastic band 24 does not exist in the low stretch region 241.
It is also preferable that at least a part of the absorbent core 11 overlaps the low stretch region 241 and the decorative sheet 25 when the diaper 1 in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction. In fig. 5, most of the absorbent core 11 overlapping the front waist region 20A overlaps the low stretch region 241.
The absorbent core 11 having high stiffness is less susceptible to the contraction of the waistline elastic 24, but the absorbent core 11 is more less susceptible to the contraction of the waistline elastic 24 by overlapping the absorbent core 11 with the low stretch region 241. In addition, the rigidity is improved in the region of the exterior member 20 where the decorative sheet 25 is disposed. Therefore, the absorbent core 11 is less susceptible to the contraction of the waistline rubber band 24 even by overlapping with the decorative sheet 25. This makes it difficult for the absorbent core 11 to form wrinkles, and thus a gap is not easily formed between the wearer and the diaper 1.
Further preferably, when the diaper 1 in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, at least a part of the decorative elements 251 and 252 of the decorative sheet 25 overlaps the low stretch region 241 and the absorbent core 11.
The region of the exterior member 20 overlapping the absorbent core 11 having high stiffness tends to ensure flatness. Therefore, the decorative elements 251 and 252 of the decorative sheet 25 overlap the absorbent core 11, and visibility of the decorative elements 251 and 252 is improved. Further, the region overlapping the low stretch region 241 and the absorbent core 11 is less susceptible to the contraction of the waistline elastic 24. Therefore, wrinkles are not easily formed in the decorative elements 251 and 252 of the decorative sheet 25 disposed in the region, and the visibility of the decorative elements 251 and 252 is improved.
In fig. 5, the length W3 in the left-right direction of the low stretch region 241 is longer than the length W1 in the left-right direction of the decorative sheet 25 in a state where the diaper 1 is extended in the left-right direction. Therefore, the decorative sheet 25 can overlap the low expansion region 241 over a wide range in the left-right direction. In fig. 5, the entirety of the decorative sheet 25 overlaps the low stretch region 241 in the left-right direction. Therefore, the decorative sheet 25 is less likely to be affected by the contraction of the waistline rubber band 24 over a wide range in the left-right direction, and is less likely to form wrinkles. This improves the visibility of the decorative elements 251 and 252 of the decorative sheet 25. However, a part of the decorative sheet 25 in the left-right direction may not overlap the low stretch region 241.
In contrast to the above, as in the modification of fig. 6, the length W3 in the left-right direction of the low stretch region 241 may be shorter than the length W1 in the left-right direction of the decorative sheet 25 in the state where the diaper 1 is extended in the left-right direction. In this case, the length W1 in the left-right direction of the low expansion region 241 is not excessively long, and the size of the expansion region 242 can be secured. That is, the stretchability of the front and rear waistline regions 20A, 20B is ensured, and the visibility of the decorative elements 251, 252 of the decorative sheet 25 can be improved.
In the case where the exterior member 20 has the low stretch region 241, the decorative sheet 25 may be disposed on the non-skin side of the waistline elastic band 24 as shown in fig. 3 and 4. By doing so, the cut portion 243 of the waist elastic 24 can be covered with the decorative sheet 25 from the non-skin side. This makes it difficult to visually recognize the cut portion 243 from the outside of the diaper 1, thereby improving the design of the diaper 1.
However, contrary to the above, as in the modification of fig. 6, the decorative sheet 25 may be disposed on the skin side of the waistline rubber band 24. In this case, the cut portion 243 of the waistline elastic band 24 is not hidden by the decorative sheet 25, and is easily visible from the outside of the diaper 1. This makes it possible for the user to confirm that the waist elastic 24 is partially cut, and therefore wrinkles are not easily formed in the absorbent core 11.
As shown in fig. 5, a lower rubber band 27 (No. 2 rubber band) that expands and contracts in the left-right direction is disposed between the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23 in a region of the front exterior member 20 below the joint portion 21. The front side exterior member 20 is a region on the front side in the case where the exterior member 20 is defined by the lower end of the diaper 1 in the pants-type state. The portion of the exterior member 20 below the joint portion 21 is contracted inward in the left-right direction by the lower rubber band 27. Therefore, the leg hole LH can be increased. This can prevent the front side movement of the legs of the wearer from being hindered by the exterior member 20 during walking or the like. However, the diaper 1 may not have the lower elastic band 27.
The exterior member 20 has a lower expansion/contraction region 272 (2 nd expansion/contraction region) in which the lower rubber band 27 expands and contracts, and a lower low expansion/contraction region 271 (2 nd low expansion/contraction region) in which the expansion/contraction force of the lower rubber band 27 is lower than that of the lower expansion/contraction region 272.
The lower low stretch region 271 is disposed in a region overlapping the absorbent main body 10 in the thickness direction of the diaper 1, and is a region surrounded by points e, f, g, and h shown in fig. 5. The lower stretchable region 272 is a region excluding the lower low stretchable region 271 from the region between the uppermost upper elastic band 27a and the lowermost lower elastic band 27 b.
In the lower low expansion and contraction region 271, a plurality of cut portions, which are formed by cutting the lower rubber band 27, are provided in a row in the left-right direction, as in the low expansion and contraction region 241 (see fig. 6). Therefore, the lower low expansion region 271 has substantially no expansion and contraction in the left-right direction. In this way, in the lower low stretch region 271, wrinkles are less likely to form in the sheet constituting the exterior member 20 in the natural state of the diaper 1.
In fig. 5, the decorative sheet 25 disposed in the front waistline region 20A (front waistline region) is disposed above the lower rubber band 27. In this case, the decorative sheet 25 is less susceptible to the contraction of the lower rubber band 27, and wrinkles are less likely to form in the decorative sheet 25. This improves the visibility of the decorative elements 251 to 252 of the decorative sheet 25. This is more effective in the case where the exterior member 20 does not have the lower low expansion region 271 unlike the present embodiment.
However, the present invention is not limited to the above, and the decorative sheet 25 disposed in the front waistline region 20A may extend downward to a position overlapping with the lower rubber band 27 as in the modification shown in fig. 6. In this case, when the diaper 1 in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, at least a part of the absorbent core 11 preferably overlaps the lower low stretch region 271 and the decorative sheet 25. The lower low stretch region 271 is less susceptible to contraction of the lower rubber band 27. In addition, since the rigidity is improved in the region where the decorative sheet 25 is disposed, the lower rubber band 27 is less susceptible to the contraction. In this case, wrinkles are less likely to form in the absorbent core 11, and a gap is less likely to occur between the wearer and the diaper 1.
Further preferably, when the diaper 1 in the developed state is viewed in the thickness direction, at least part of the decorative elements 251 and 252 of the decorative sheet 25 overlaps the lower low stretch region 271 and the absorbent core 11.
The region of the exterior member 20 overlapping the absorbent core 11 having high stiffness tends to ensure flatness. Further, the region overlapping the lower low stretch region 271 and the absorbent core 11 is less susceptible to the contraction of the lower rubber band 27. Therefore, wrinkles are not easily formed in the decorative sheet 25 disposed in this region, and the visibility of the decorative elements 251 and 252 of the decorative sheet 25 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, a leg hole elastic band 26 (the 3 rd elastic band) is disposed in an extended state between the inner layer sheet 22 and the outer layer sheet 23 of the exterior member 20, and the leg hole elastic band 26 is inclined downward from both side portions in the left-right direction toward the center portion and partially along the leg hole opening LH. The leg hole rubber bands 26 are disposed on the front exterior member 20 and the rear exterior member 20, respectively. Thus, the leg elastic 26 is disposed substantially over the entire circumference of the leg opening LH of the diaper 1, and the diaper 1 fits around the legs of the wearer. Although not shown in detail, it is preferable that the leg hole elastic bands 26 have no stretchability by cutting off the portion overlapping the absorbent core 11.
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the rear decorative sheet 25 has a logo 253 indicating the size of the diaper 1 as a decorative element. The mark 253 indicating the size is preferably disposed in the area between the waist elastic band 24 and the leg band 27. Specifically, it is preferable to provide the mark 253 indicating the size in the region surrounded by the lowermost belt elastic 24b and the innermost leg band elastic 26 a. By doing so, the marks 253 indicating the size are less susceptible to the contraction of the waist rubber band 24 and the leg band rubber band 27, and wrinkles are less likely to occur, so visibility is improved.
The front decorative sheet 25 may have a logo (decorative element) indicating the size. The decorative sheet 25 may not have the size indicator 253, or the size indicator 253 may be overlapped with the belt 24 in the vertical direction, for example.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the above embodiments are for easy understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to be construed as limiting the present invention. In addition, the present invention can be modified and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and the present invention naturally includes equivalents thereof.
