Detailed Description
An embodiment of the absorbent article of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment of the present embodiment. In the claims, the description, or the drawings of the present invention, the longitudinal direction is a direction from the abdomen side to the back side of the wearer of the absorbent article through the crotch. The width direction is a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
First, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to an open-type disposable diaper will be described below.
< major Structure of diaper >
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an example of the appearance of a diaper according to an embodiment of the present invention, as viewed from the front side. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the diaper shown in fig. 1, as viewed from the back side. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the diaper 10 of the present embodiment is an open-type disposable diaper and includes a front body region 10F, a rear body region 10R, and a crotch region 10C connecting the front body region 10F and the rear body region 10R. When worn, the front body region 10F and the rear body region 10R form a waist-surrounding opening 10W that surrounds the waist of the wearer. Similarly, a pair of left and right leg-surrounding openings 10L surrounding the thigh portions of the legs of the wearer are formed by the lower end portions of the front body region 10F and the rear body region 10R and the crotch region 10C. In the center of the waist-surrounding opening portion 10W on the rear body region 10R side, an elastic member such as an elastic sheet is disposed in the width direction (the left-right direction in fig. 2) to improve the fit around the waist when worn, thereby forming a waist gather. In the present embodiment, in the rear body region 10R, the display region is formed in a region in the crotch direction of the waist opening portion 10W on the rear body region 10R side including the positions where the gather wrinkles 101a and 102a are formed when the extensible member is in the non-extended state. The display area includes a 1 st display area 101 and a 2 nd display area 102 (see fig. 5 described later). The details will be described later.
When worn, the front body region 10F is positioned on the abdomen side of the wearer, and the rear body region 10R is positioned on the back side of the wearer. When worn, the crotch region 10C covers the crotch of the wearer and is shaped to pass through the legs of the wearer in the pair of left and right leg-surrounding openings 10L. Therefore, the leg hole 10L is located at any position from the base of the wearer's legs to the vicinity of the thighs.
The imaginary line P extends from the abdomen side toward the back side through the crotch portion at the diaper central portion. Specifically, for example, when the waist side of the diaper is defined as the upper side and the crotch side is defined as the lower side, the imaginary line P extends in the vertical direction along the diaper surface and also extends in the vertical direction on the back side via the crotch portion.
The cover sheet 11 further includes a pair of fastening tapes 10A as a 1 st engaging member and a front patch 10B as a 2 nd engaging member engaged with the fastening tapes 10A and extending in parallel to the edge on the ventral side of the cover sheet 11 at both ends on the back side.
In the present embodiment, a pair of left and right fastening tapes 10A that overlap and connect the left and right end edges of the front body region 10F when worn can be bonded to the left and right end edges of the back body region 10R of the cover sheet 11 positioned outside the diaper 10 to form the leg openings 10L. The fastening tape 10A and the front patch 10B are configured by, for example, a mechanical fastener, and the fastening tape 10A and the front patch 10B bonded to the cover sheet 11 of the front body region 10F are joined to each other so as to be repeatedly releasable.
The later-described second display region 102 shows a pattern or figure including lines substantially parallel to the extending direction of the front patch 10B, and is located on the crotch side of the front patch 10B. This makes it possible to make the position of the front patch 10B conspicuous. Further, the user can easily recognize the position of the front patch 10B, and can easily engage the fastening tape 10A with the front patch 10B.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the 2 nd display region 102 located on the crotch side of the front patch 10B and substantially parallel to the lower edge of the front patch 10B is formed in the front body region 10F. A pattern or figure including a straight line, a curved line, or the like is formed in the 2 nd display area 102. Since the 2 nd display region 102 is located on the crotch side of the front patch 10B and is substantially parallel to the front patch 10B, the user can easily recognize the position of the front patch 10B when wearing the patch.
Fig. 3 is a schematic exploded perspective view of the diaper 10 shown in fig. 1 and 2, and fig. 4 is a plan view of the diaper 10 in an extended state according to an embodiment of the present invention, as viewed from the topsheet 14 side. The absorbent member 13 of fig. 3 and the diaper 10 of fig. 4 are partially cut away for convenience of explanation.
As shown in fig. 3, the diaper 10 includes an extensible member that is disposed and fixed in an extended state so as to be sandwiched between a plurality of sheet members, thereby forming gathers. The plurality of sheet members of the present embodiment include, for example, a liquid-permeable top sheet 14, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 12, an absorbent body 13 interposed between the top sheet 14 and the back sheet 12, a cover sheet 11 joined to the non-skin surface side of the back sheet 12, and a pair of side sheets 15 provided along the longitudinal direction of a pair of side edges of the absorbent body 13. The diaper 10 of the present embodiment has a laminated structure in which a cover sheet 11, a back sheet 12, an absorbent body 13, a top sheet 14, and a pair of side sheets 15, which are formed of thin nonwoven fabric for obtaining a good texture, are stacked in this order from the outside. The diaper of the present embodiment is provided with an extensible member which is arranged and fixed in an extended state so as to be sandwiched by 2 sheets out of the top sheet 14, back sheet 12, cover sheet 11, and side sheet 15 constituting the diaper 10, which is an absorbent article to be described later. The 1 st display region described later is a region in which a display is formed in a range only including a region overlapping with a wrinkle formed as the stretchable member stretches or contracts or a region including a part of the wrinkle. Thus, the user cannot visually confirm the display of the information in the 1 st display region by setting the diaper to the non-extended state, and can visually confirm the information in the 1 st display region by setting the diaper to the extended state.
In the absorber 13, a compressed groove is formed from the skin surface side toward the non-skin surface side or from the non-skin surface side toward the skin surface side, and wrinkles are formed by the compressed groove, so that a part or all of the information is hidden. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the absorber 13 is formed with a plurality of concave portions 20 (hereinafter, also referred to as compressed grooves) formed by compression from the skin surface side toward the non-skin surface side. That is, a plurality of pressing grooves 20 are formed in a part of the pressing groove 20. As shown in fig. 4, by forming the compressed groove 20, the folded portion is easily formed in the compressed groove 20, and the fit feeling of the diaper 10 can be improved. Further, by continuously forming the pressing groove 20, air can pass through to the ventral side or the dorsal side, and air permeability can be ensured. In addition, the discharged body fluid can be rapidly diffused, and the absorbent body 13 can be efficiently absorbed by using the absorbent body 13 as a whole.
In the present invention, the plurality of compressed grooves 20 is a concept including a plurality of physically continuous compressed grooves 20 formed by overlapping the compressed grooves 20 as constituent units, in addition to a plurality of individual compressed grooves 20 that are not physically continuous. Examples of the above-mentioned constituent unit include a straight line and a continuous curve having no bend (angle) in the middle thereof, but are not limited thereto. In the present embodiment, the absorbent body may not have a plurality of compressed grooves or the like.
For example, an adhesive is applied to the surface where the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 are in contact with each other, and the compressed groove 20 is provided by compressing the laminate of the absorbent body 13 and the top sheet 14. The pressing is performed, for example, by an embossing roller. Thereby, the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 are engaged and integrally joined to each other in the entire compressed groove 20 extending from the bottom surface to the wall surface of the compressed groove 20. With this structure, since the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 are integrally formed, the top sheet 14 and the absorbent body 13 are firmly joined, the top sheet 14 is not easily peeled off, and even when the absorbent body 13 swells after urination, the top sheet 14 is in a state of being along the groove, and the groove is maintained.
Returning to fig. 2 and 3, a pair of notches 11N, which are to be the leg openings 10L, are formed on both the left and right sides of the crotch region 10C of the cover sheet 11. A pair of linear rubbers 16 for forming leg gathers (leg gathers) are bonded in an extended state between the cover sheet 11 and the pair of side sheets 15. In the present embodiment, the 1 st display region 101 is formed in regions including positions where the gather wrinkles 101a are formed when the linear rubber 16 as the stretchable member is in a non-stretched state, on both the left and right sides of the crotch region 10C (see fig. 5 described later). The details will be described later.
The top sheet 14 is made of a nonwoven fabric having liquid permeability. The back sheet 12 is joined to the cover sheet 11, the absorber 13 is disposed between the back sheet 12 and the top sheet 14, and the top sheet 14 is joined to the back sheet 12 via the absorber 13. In addition, an elastic sheet 10D extending in the width direction of the back sheet 12 and providing a moderate wearing feeling around the waist of the wearer is joined to a region of the back sheet 12 corresponding to the upper end portion of the back body region 10R. In the present invention, the compressed groove may be formed in a vertical stripe in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 10. Further, on the skin surface side of the topsheet 14, the No. 2 display region 102 is formed at the periphery of the elastic sheet 10D and the periphery of the front patch 10B. Details will be described later.
The backsheet 12 of the present embodiment is provided with an indicator 10E that develops color when wetted with body fluid, as shown by the broken lines in fig. 1 and 2, on the side in contact with the absorbent body 13. The indicator 10E is provided at a position sandwiched between the back sheet 12 and the absorber 13 along the longitudinal direction from the crotch region 10C to a part of the front body region 10F and the back body region 10R. In the present embodiment, 2 indicators 10E are provided in a strip shape in the longitudinal direction of the backsheet 12 on the side in contact with the absorbent body 13.
The indicator 10E is a strip-shaped portion applied to the absorbent article so that the color thereof changes when moisture is detected, and the indicator can be visually recognized from the outside when the absorbent body of the absorbent article sufficiently absorbs body fluid. This is constituted of a material that reacts with moisture, a material that reacts due to a change in pH after contact with moisture, or the like.
The color development includes "color development" in which the color is changed from colorless to colored, and "color change" in which the color is changed from colored to colorless.
The absorbent body 13 of the present embodiment, which is positioned below the top sheet 14, is obtained by covering an absorbent core 17 mainly composed of pulp and SAP with a covering member (core wrap) 18 such as a tissue or a nonwoven fabric. The seam formed by wrapping the absorbent core 17 with the covering member 18 is formed so as to extend in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the absorbent body 13, for example, as shown in fig. 3. The absorber 13 of the present embodiment is elongated so as to straddle the front body, the crotch, and the back body. In the diaper 10 of the present embodiment, the absorbent body 13 wrapped with the wrapping member 18 is used, but the absorbent article of the present invention may use the absorbent core 17 that is not wrapped with the wrapping member 18.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of compressed grooves 20 are formed in the absorbent body 13, and the plurality of compressed grooves 20 as a whole form a lattice pattern. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the plurality of compressed grooves 20 are formed on the surface of the absorbent body 13 so as to extend in a diagonal lattice pattern. As shown in fig. 4, the position of the imaginary line P on the absorbent body 13 extends from the front body portion upper end toward the rear body portion lower end, and the imaginary line P extends in the longitudinal direction in the case where the absorbent body 13 is elongated. The pressing grooves 20 extend obliquely in the left-right direction with respect to the virtual line P. In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 13 has a lattice pattern of the plurality of compressed grooves 20 as a whole, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the absorbent body 13 may have a plurality of compressed grooves 20 formed in a vertical stripe in the longitudinal direction. This enables the body fluid to be dispersed in the longitudinal direction. In the present embodiment, information or the like may be displayed in the area surrounded by the plurality of compressed grooves 20 of the absorbent body 13 in order to avoid wrinkles formed on the non-skin surface side of the diaper 10 in the lattice pattern of the absorbent body 13. This makes it possible to make information and the like easily visible to the user.
The pair of hydrophobic side sheets 15 forming the three-dimensional gathers are provided at both left and right side edges in the width direction of the top sheet 14 in the present embodiment. The pair of side sheets 15 are members that rise along both left and right side edges of the absorbent body 13 when worn, and prevent lateral leakage of discharged body fluid. A notch 15N is formed in the outer edge portions of the pair of side sheets 15 in the same shape as the pair of notches 11N of the cover sheet 11. In each of the pair of side sheets 15, a linear rubber 19 as a three-dimensional gather stretching member is disposed in an extended state so as to fold back and hold the inner end edge portion toward the absorbent body 13. The pair of side sheets 15 rise toward the skin contact direction of the wearer when the string-shaped rubber 19 contracts. The three-dimensional gather can be of a known structure used in conventional disposable diapers. For example, the water repellent sheet can be formed by sandwiching and fixing the stretched three-dimensional gather stretching member between layers of the water repellent sheet.
< 1 st display area and 2 nd display area >
Fig. 5 is a plan view of the diaper 10 in a non-stretched state according to the embodiment of the present invention as seen from the cover sheet 11 side, and is a view for explaining an example of the 1 st display region 101 and the 2 nd display region 102 each including wrinkles in the non-stretched state.
The 1 st display area 101 displays information that is not needed before wearing. In the present embodiment, the 1 st display area displays, for example, the diaper size information "M", the brand information, and the manufacturer information "ABCD". Thus, the user can grasp the size, brand, and manufacturer name of the diaper worn by the wearer, and can obtain information at the time of purchase. In the present embodiment, information such as size information is printed and displayed on the non-skin surface side of the back sheet, but the information is not limited thereto, and may be printed on a sheet that can be visually recognized, such as a cover sheet.
In the 1 st display area 101, a part or all of the information is not displayed by the wrinkles, and the entire information is displayed by stretching the wrinkles. In the present embodiment, the 1 st display area 101 is an area in which a part or all of manufacturer information "ABCD" is displayed and hidden in a range of an area overlapping with a wrinkle or a depression caused by the pressing groove. In the non-extended state, the 1 st display area 101 is formed on the back sheet 12, and a part of the manufacturer information "ABCD" is hidden by the compressed groove 20 formed on the absorbent body 13. This makes it possible to prevent the user from visually confirming information unnecessary for the user before the diaper is worn by the wearer. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the user forms the 1 st display region 101 on the back sheet 12, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and when the pressing groove 20 formed on the absorber 13 is formed from the non-skin surface side toward the skin surface side, if the 1 st display region 101 is provided on the back sheet 12, the 1 st display region 101 falls into the pressing groove 20 and is difficult to recognize, and therefore, may be formed on the cover sheet 11.
In the present embodiment, the 1 st display region 101 is a region in which a part or all of the indicator 10E that displays and is colored when wetted with body fluid is partially or entirely hidden in a region overlapping with the wrinkle or depression caused by the squeezing groove. In the non-extended state, the 1 st display region 101 is formed on the back sheet 12, and a part of the indicator 10E is hidden by the compressed groove 20 formed in the absorbent body 13. This makes it possible to prevent the user from visually confirming information unnecessary for the user before the diaper is worn by the wearer.
In the present embodiment, the width of the indicator 10E may be a width partially or entirely hidden by a wrinkle or depression generated by pressing the groove, and is preferably a width partially hidden. This reduces the chance of the indicator 10E coming into contact with moisture in the air, and therefore the effect of preventing color development before use can be improved.
In the present embodiment, 2 indicators 10E are provided, but the number is not limited to this, and 1 indicator may be provided, or 3 or more indicators may be provided.
In the present embodiment, the 1 st display region 101 is displayed in a region overlapping the gather wrinkles 101a formed as a result of contraction of the linear rubber 16 and the elastic sheet 10D as the stretchable member. The 1 st display region 101 is displayed in, for example, a region having wrinkles due to gathers formed around the waist, gathers formed around the legs, and the like on the non-skin surface side, and a region around these regions. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the 1 st display region 101 is formed in the center of the waist gather. At this time, the size information "M" in the 1 st display area 101 is displayed to such an extent that a part thereof is visible but the user cannot recognize the size information as a display.
The 1 st display area 101 is displayed when the extensible member is in the extended state. That is, as shown in fig. 2, the 1 st display region 101 is displayed when the linear rubber 16 and the elastic sheet 10D, which are the elastic members, are in the extended state. This enables the user to recognize the display of the size information "M" in the 1 st display region 101. In the present embodiment, the display of the 1 st display region 101 is partially visible when the extensible member is retracted, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the display may not be visible at all when the extensible member is retracted.
Information required before wearing is displayed in the 2 nd display area 102. In the present embodiment, the 2 nd display area 102 displays a pattern, a figure, and the like so as to indicate information "front", "rear", "left", "right" of the orientation of the diaper, and positional information of the belt. This enables the user to grasp the front and back of the diaper when wearing the diaper. In the present embodiment, information such as information on the front and rear sides of the diaper is printed and displayed on the back sheet in the same manner as the 1 st display region, but the information is not limited thereto, and may be printed on a cover sheet or the like as long as the sheet is recognizable when worn.
In the present embodiment, the 2 nd display area 102 is an area in which a display is formed in a range where the area does not overlap with the 1 st display area, and displays a pattern or a figure including a line substantially parallel to the lower side of the front patch 10B. This makes it possible to make the position of the front patch 10B easily visually recognizable by the user, and to easily engage the fastening tape 10A with the front patch 10B when worn. In the present embodiment, the 2 nd display area 102 is provided with a pattern or a graphic, but only characters or a combination of characters and a graphic may be displayed. This allows the position of the front patch 10B to be easily visually recognized by the user by displaying the 2 nd display area 102.
In the present embodiment, a pattern or figure including lines substantially parallel to the lower side of the front patch 10B is displayed in the 2 nd display area 102, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and characters and the like may be formed. As described above, in the diaper in the non-stretched state, a part of the display is visible in the 2 nd display area 102, so that the user can recognize that some display is present and recognize the display by putting the folded gather 102a in the stretched state. As a result, the pattern displayed in the 2 nd display area 102 is displayed, and the position of the front patch 10B can be easily visually recognized by the user. In the present embodiment, the pattern is displayed in the 2 nd display area 102, but the pattern is not limited to this, and the pattern may be displayed as long as it is information necessary for wearing, and information "front" and "rear" may be displayed on the front and rear of the diaper. As described above, in the 1 st display region 101, a part or all of the information is not displayed by the wrinkles, and the entire information is displayed by stretching the wrinkles. On the other hand, in the 2 nd display area 102, a part of the information is not displayed by the wrinkle, and the entire information is displayed by extending the wrinkle.
The display area forms a display in an area overlapping with a fold formed along with the housing of the package. The diaper 10 is generally folded and stored in a package, and the 1 st display region 101 and the 2 nd display region 102 are displayed in regions including folded gathers formed at the time of the folding. In addition, the 1 st display area 101 and the 2 nd display area 102 are displayed when the folding creases are extended. This enables the user to recognize the display in the 1 st display region 101 and the 2 nd display region.
Thus, the user can appropriately grasp the information of the diaper and can obtain the information required after wearing.
