the discharging device (33) is characterized in that a discharging and feeding hole of the discharging device (33) is positioned at a sterilizing and discharging hole of the sterilizing bin (4), and a discharging pipe (332) of the discharging device (33) is inserted into the top of the recycling bin (34).
2. The miniaturized medical waste harmless treatment device according to claim 1, further comprising a bin closing device, wherein the bin closing device comprises:
the top sealing plate (22), the top sealing plate (22) is fixed on the top of the feed bin (21);
the movable sealing plate (24) is slidably mounted on the feeding bin (21) and is positioned on one side of the top sealing plate (22); and
and the two ends of the feeding cylinder are respectively connected with the movable sealing plate (24) and the top sealing plate (22) and are used for opening and closing the movable sealing plate (24).

The small harmless treatment device for medical wastes according to claim 2, further comprising an inlet sterilizing device, wherein the inlet sterilizing device comprises an ultraviolet lamp and/or a spray sterilizing device, and the inlet sterilizing device is installed in the inlet bin (21) and is used for sterilizing the medical wastes.

The miniaturized medical waste harmless treatment device according to claim 3, further comprising a negative pressure disinfection device (64), wherein the negative pressure disinfection device (64) is connected with the feeding bin (21), the negative pressure disinfection device (64) is used for enabling the feeding bin (21) to form negative pressure and disinfecting and treating sucked air in the feeding bin (21), and the negative pressure disinfection device (64) is further connected with the waste gas treatment device (63).

the sterilization device comprises a sterilization cylinder (41), wherein a sterilization feed port (412), a sterilization discharge port, a steam inlet (413) and a plurality of microwave holes are formed in the sterilization cylinder (41), an electric gate valve (32) is installed on the sterilization feed port (412), the steam inlet (413) is connected with a steam generator (61), and a microwave generator (51) is fixed on the microwave holes;
a pressure relief valve (52), said pressure relief valve (52) mounted on said disinfection cartridge (41);
the bin gate (42) is hinged to the disinfection discharge port of the disinfection barrel (41) and used for closing the disinfection discharge port;
the door opening device is respectively connected with the sterilizing barrel (41) and the bin door (42) and is used for opening the bin door (42);
the door locking device is arranged on the sterilizing barrel (41), is movably connected with the bin door (42) and is used for locking the bin door (42); and
and the stirring device is arranged in the disinfection cylinder (41) and is used for stirring materials and discharging the materials.

a seal bearing seat (482), wherein the seal bearing seat (482) is fixed at one end of the disinfection cylinder (41);

the tail bearing seat (485) is fixed on the fixed bracket (486);

the locking device comprises a movable locking ring (45), wherein a locking groove (452), a rotating ring (451) and a locking ring (453) are arranged on the movable locking ring (45), the rotating ring (451) and the locking ring (453) are respectively positioned at two sides of the locking groove (452), the rotating ring (451) is rotatably installed in a rotating groove (441), a plurality of inserting grooves (454) are arranged on the locking ring (453) in an annular array, and the inserting grooves (454) are communicated with the locking groove (452); and
the two ends of the rotary air cylinder (46) are respectively and rotatably connected with the sterilizing cylinder (41) and the movable locking ring (45) and used for driving the movable locking ring (45) to rotate;
