The decorative plate assembly shown in fig. 1 to 3 is provided for solving the problem that a conventional air conditioner shell cannot meet the requirement of conveniently and regularly opening and closing a decorative plate, and replacing, cleaning or adding water to a humidifying module or a purifying module. As shown, the trim assembly 100 includes a trim body 10, keys 15, and a lock bar. The trim body 10 is configured to enclose a cavity 11 that houses the humidification module 12, the purification module, or both the humidification module 12 and the purification module. The inner wall of the cavity 11 is provided with a limiting clamping groove. The key 15 is embedded in the trim body 10 and is movable between a lock position P1 and an open position P2 with respect to the trim body 10. The first end of the locking bar abuts against the outer surface of the key 15. The outer surface of the key 15 has a rugged design, when the key 15 is at the locking position P1, the first end of the locking rod is located at the higher position of the outer surface of the key 15, the second end of the locking rod extends into the limiting clamping groove, and the plaque assembly 100 stably seals the cavity 11. When button 15 is in open position P2, the first end of locking pole is located the lower position of button 15 surface, and the second end of locking pole retracts from the spacing draw-in groove, and the two do not interfere, and the user can get off plaque subassembly 100 is whole to be dismantled, changes, washs humidification module 12 or purification module, perhaps adds water operation, convenient and fast.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a preferred embodiment of a trim panel assembly 100 is further described. As shown in fig. 4, the tile body 10 is preferably composed of a first plate section 18, a second plate section 19, a third plate section 20, a fourth plate section 21, and a fifth plate section 22, which are connected in this order. The restoring cavity 24 can be closed by means of the key cap 37. A key spring 25 is provided in the reset cavity 24. One end of the key spring 25 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the key cap 37, and the other end is contacted with the boss 26. When the push button 15 is in the lock position P1, the push button spring 25 is in an extended state. When the user presses the key 15, the key 15 moves from the locking position P1 to the opening position P2 relative to the trim body 10, and the key spring 25 is in a compressed state under the action of the boss 26. When a user needs to install the trim assembly 100, the trim assembly 100 is placed in the target position, and the automatic locking of the trim assembly 100 can be completed only by releasing the key 15 and resetting the key spring 25. When the key 15 is in the closed position P1, the key cap 37 simultaneously closes the key cavity 23, and the outer end face of the key cap 37, the first plate section 18 and the fifth plate section 22 are flush.
The key cavities 23 are preferably provided at intermediate positions of the trim body 10. The key 15 assembly is correspondingly provided with a first locking rod 16 and a second locking rod 17. In order to ensure the stable extension and retraction of the first and second locking rods 16 and 17, the trim body 10 is further designed with a first stopper plate 27 and a second stopper plate 29. The first limiting plate 27 is disposed on the end surface of the first plate section 18 close to the cavity 11, the first limiting plate 27 extends along a direction perpendicular to the first plate section 18, and a first limiting hole 28 is formed in the first limiting plate 27. The second limiting plate 29 is disposed on the end surface of the fifth plate segment 22 close to the cavity 11, the second limiting plate 29 extends in a direction perpendicular to the fifth plate segment 22, and a second limiting hole 30 is formed in the second limiting plate 29. The first locking bar 16 passes through the first position-limiting hole 28, and the second locking bar 17 passes through the second position-limiting hole 30.
The second plate section 19 is provided with a first positioning hole 31 corresponding to the first positioning hole 28. A second positioning hole 32 is formed on the fourth plate section 21 corresponding to the second limiting hole 30. The first locking bar 16 passes through the first position-limiting hole 28 and the first positioning hole 31 to ensure the stable movement of the first locking bar 16, and the second locking bar 17 passes through the second position-limiting hole 30 and the second positioning hole 32 to ensure the stable movement of the second locking bar 17.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the first locking lever 16 is provided with a first stopper 33 extending outward in a ring shape. The first locking lever spring 34 is fitted over the first locking lever 16. The first locking lever spring 34 has one end in contact with the first stopper portion 33 and the other end in contact with the first stopper plate 27. When the push button 15 is at the lock position P1, the first lock lever spring 34 is pressed by the first stopper 33 and is in a compressed state. When the key 15 is in the open position P2, the first locking lever 16 moves to a position where the outer surface of the key body 38 is relatively low, and the first locking lever spring 34 is no longer compressed and is in an extended state. The second locking rod 17 is provided with a second limiting portion 35 extending outward in a ring shape, and the second locking rod spring 36 is sleeved on the second locking rod 17. The second locking bar spring 36 has one end contacting the second stopper portion 35 and the other end contacting the second stopper plate 29. When the push button 15 is at the lock position P1, the second lock lever spring 36 is pressed by the second stopper 35 and is in a compressed state.
