In a specific application, when the cover 30 is mounted on the main frame 10 from top to bottom, the second inclined surface 711 abuts against the main frame 10, so that the clamping buckle moves along the width direction of the cleaning assembly 100 and is gradually placed at the notch of the clamping groove, and when the top end of the second inclined surface 711 moves to the notch of the clamping groove, the clamping buckle moves reversely along the width direction of the cleaning assembly 100, so that the clamping buckle is clamped in the clamping groove. When the clamping buckle is clamped in the clamping groove, the second inclined surface 711 and the third inclined surface 712 are respectively attached to different groove side walls of the clamping groove; after the cover 30 is unlocked and connected with one side of the main frame 10, the second elastic member 61 drives the cover 30 to move upwards, one end of the cover 30 provided with the third plugging portion 71 can rotate relative to the main frame 10, the surface of the clamping groove, which is attached to the clamping buckle, is provided with the second inclined surface 711 and the third inclined surface 712, so that the cover 30 can be rotated conveniently, and further the connection between the cover 30 and the main frame 10 can be unlocked at one side of the cleaning assembly 100 provided with the second plugging assembly 70, which is further beneficial to the disassembly of the cover 30. In this way, the user is facilitated to use one hand to detach the cover 30, thereby releasing the other hand of the user, and the use experience is better.
As an embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 6 and 8, the second plug assembly 70 further includes a third elastic member 73; the third elastic member 73 is connected between the cover 30 and the third plugging portion 71; when the third plug-in portion 71 moves in a direction away from the fourth plug-in portion 72, the third elastic member 73 is gradually deformed, and in a specific application, the third elastic member 73 is gradually compressed; during the movement of the third mating portion 71 in the direction approaching the fourth mating portion 72, the third elastic member 73 gradually resumes its shape change, that is, returns to the natural state. As an embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 11, the second socket assembly 70 further includes a third guide post 74, the third guide post 74 is disposed on the third socket portion 71, the third elastic member 73 is sleeved on the third guide post 74, and the third guide post 74 is used for guiding the third elastic member 73. Of course, in a specific application, as an alternative embodiment, the third guide post 74 may be provided on the cover 30.
As one embodiment, the first elastic member 53, the second elastic member 61, and the third elastic member 73 are all springs. Of course, in specific applications, the first elastic member 53, the second elastic member 61, and the third elastic member 73 may be other elastic members, such as elastic sheets, as alternative embodiments.
As an embodiment, the first plug assembly 50 and the second plug assembly 70 are respectively located at two sides of the cleaning assembly 100 in the width direction, wherein the first plug assembly 50 and the second plug assembly 70 may be disposed in a positive opposite manner or may be disposed in a staggered manner. In specific application, the notch of the inserting groove and the notch of the clamping groove are oppositely arranged.
As an embodiment, the distance between the second elastic member 61 and the first inserting portion 51 is smaller than the distance between the second elastic member 61 and the third inserting portion 71. By this arrangement, when the first plug-in portion 51 and the second plug-in portion 52 are disengaged, that is, when the cover 30 is unlocked from the main frame 10, the second elastic member 61 is assisted to drive the cover 30 to move upward.
As an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4 to 6, the cover 30 includes a first cover plate 31 and a second cover plate 32, the first cover plate 31 and the second cover plate 32 are stacked in a height direction of the cleaning assembly 100, the first cover plate 31 is disposed above the second cover plate 32, and the first plugging portion 51 and the third plugging portion 71 are both disposed between the first cover plate 31 and the second cover plate 32.
As an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the cleaning assembly 100 further includes a liquid supply member 80, where the liquid supply member 80 is fixed to a side of the cover 30 facing the main cleaning member 20, and the liquid supply member 80 is used to supply liquid to the main cleaning member 20. In this way, the cleaning effect of the main cleaning member 20 is improved. In a specific application, the liquid supply member 80 is disposed on a side of the second cover plate 32 away from the first cover plate 31, the liquid supply member 80 has a cavity, a liquid inlet and a plurality of liquid outlets, both of which are communicated with the cavity, and the liquid outlets are disposed toward the main cleaning member 20, and the liquid enters the cavity from the liquid inlet and is conveyed to the main cleaning member 20 from the liquid outlets.
As one embodiment, the liquid is at least one of a cleaning liquid, water, a diluent, a disinfectant, and a fragrance.
As one embodiment, the primary cleaning member 20 comprises a roller brush. Simple structure, easy to assemble. Of course, in particular applications, it is also possible that the primary cleaning member 20 comprises a cleaning belt as an alternative embodiment.
The working principle of the cleaning assembly 100 provided in this embodiment is as follows:
(1) The user presses the operation member 40, the operation member 40 moves along the width direction of the cleaning assembly 100, and drives the first plug-in part 51 to move, so that the first plug-in part 51 is separated from the second plug-in part 52, and one end of the unlocking cover body 30 provided with the first plug-in part 51 is connected with the main frame 10;
(2) After the end of the cover 30 provided with the first inserting part 51 is connected and unlocked with one side of the main frame 10, the second elastic piece 61 drives the end of the cover 30 provided with the first inserting part 51 to move upwards;
(3) When the end of the cover 30 provided with the first insertion portion 51 moves upward, the end of the cover 30 provided with the third insertion portion 71 rotates relative to the main frame 10, and the engagement between the third insertion portion 71 and the fourth insertion portion 72 is released.
Further, referring to fig. 15, the present embodiment further provides a cleaning device 1000, including the cleaning assembly 100 described above. By adopting the cleaning assembly 100, a user applies force to the operating member 40, so that the cover body 30 is unlocked and connected with one side of the main frame 10, and then the cover body 30 can be detached from the main frame 10, which is beneficial to the application of force to the operating member 40 by the user, and the cover body 30 is a complete whole, so that the reliability of the cover body 30 is good, and the appearance of the cover body 30 is good.

1. A cleaning assembly for a cleaning device, comprising:
a main frame;
a main cleaning member mounted to the main frame for cleaning a surface to be cleaned;
the cover body is detachably connected with the main frame and at least covers the upper part of the main cleaning member;
and the operating piece is arranged on one side of the cleaning assembly in the width direction and is used for providing external force to unlock the cover body and one side of the main frame.
2. A cleaning assembly according to claim 1, wherein the operating member is movably provided on the main frame, the operating member is movable by an external force, and a moving direction of the operating member is a width direction of the cleaning assembly.
3. The cleaning assembly of claim 1, further comprising a first plug assembly, the first plug assembly and the operating member being disposed on a same side of the cleaning assembly in a width direction of the cleaning assembly;
the first plug-in assembly comprises a first plug-in part arranged on the cover body and a second plug-in part arranged on the main frame, and the first plug-in part and the second plug-in part are plugged in the width direction of the cleaning assembly; the operation piece is connected with the first plug-in connection part or the second plug-in connection part, so that the operation piece can drive the first plug-in connection part and the second plug-in connection part to be separated from each other under the action of external force.
4. The cleaning assembly of claim 3, wherein one of the first and second plug portions is a plug catch and the other is a plug slot.
5. The cleaning assembly of claim 4, wherein the first plug portion is a plug-in buckle, the second plug portion is a plug-in slot, and the operating member is connected with the plug-in buckle;
the plug-in buckle is provided with a first inclined surface, the first inclined surface extends from the bottom end to the top end along the height direction of the cleaning assembly in a trend of gradually approaching to the plug-in groove, and the first inclined surface is used for being abutted to the main frame when the cover body is installed on the main frame from top to bottom.
6. The cleaning assembly of claim 3, wherein the first plug assembly further comprises a first resilient member;
the first elastic piece is connected between the cover body and the first inserting part; when the first plug-in part moves in the direction away from the second plug-in part, the first elastic piece is gradually deformed; and in the process that the first inserting part moves towards the direction close to the second inserting part, the first elastic piece gradually recovers deformation.
7. A cleaning assembly according to claim 1, wherein the cover further covers a portion of the main frame, the cleaning assembly further comprising a second resilient member disposed between the cover and the main frame in a height direction of the cleaning assembly;
one end of the second elastic piece is connected with the cover body, the other end of the second elastic piece is elastically abutted against the main frame, and the second elastic piece is used for providing elastic force for driving the cover body to move upwards after the cover body is unlocked and connected with one side of the main frame.
8. The cleaning assembly of any one of claims 3-6, further comprising a second plug assembly, wherein the second plug assembly and the operating member are disposed on opposite sides of the cleaning assembly along a width direction of the cleaning assembly, respectively;
the second plug-in assembly comprises a third plug-in portion arranged on the cover body and a fourth plug-in portion arranged on the main frame, and the third plug-in portion and the fourth plug-in portion are clamped in the width direction of the cleaning assembly.
9. The cleaning assembly of claim 8, wherein one of the third plug portion and the fourth plug portion is a snap-fit catch and the other is a snap-fit groove.
10. The cleaning assembly of claim 9, wherein the third plug portion is a snap-fit catch and the fourth plug portion is a snap-fit groove;
the clamping buckle is provided with a second inclined surface, the second inclined surface extends from the bottom end to the top end in the height direction of the cleaning assembly to gradually approach the clamping groove, and the second inclined surface is used for abutting against the main frame when the cover body is installed on the main frame from top to bottom;
the clamping buckle is provided with a third inclined surface, the third inclined surface extends from the bottom end to the top end in a trend of gradually keeping away from the clamping groove along the height direction of the cleaning assembly, the bottom end of the third inclined surface is connected to the top end of the second inclined surface, and the third inclined surface is used for reducing resistance when the cover body rotates relative to the main frame.
11. The cleaning assembly of claim 8, wherein the second plug assembly further comprises a third resilient member;
the third elastic piece is connected between the cover body and the third plug-in connection part; when the third plug-in part moves in the direction away from the fourth plug-in part, the third elastic piece is gradually deformed; and in the process that the third plug-in part moves towards the direction close to the fourth plug-in part, the third elastic piece gradually recovers deformation.
12. The cleaning assembly of claim 8, wherein the first plug assembly and the second plug assembly are located on either side of the cleaning assembly in a width direction.
13. The cleaning assembly of any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a liquid supply secured to a side of the cover facing the primary cleaning member, the liquid supply configured to provide liquid to the primary cleaning member.
14. The cleaning assembly of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the operating member is a button, knob, or push button; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the primary cleaning member comprises a roller brush or a cleaning belt.
15. A cleaning device comprising a cleaning assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
