In some embodiments, the hair drying appliance comprises an inner housing 200 and an outer housing 100, wherein the outer housing 100 is disposed outside the inner housing 200 and fixedly connected to the inner housing 200. The housing 100 serves to protect the various components inside, isolate them from the external environment, protect them from damage, and provide a hand-held area for the user to pick up the hair drying appliance. The inner housing 200 is used to mount internal components such as a switch assembly, and an inner cavity of the inner housing 200 is a part of the air duct. The switch assembly includes a sliding member 300 and a triggering member 400, the triggering member 400 is installed in the interlayer between the inner casing 200 and the outer casing 100, and the triggering member 400 is connected with the inner casing 200. The housing 100 is provided with a first sliding slot 110, the sliding member 300 is detachably connected to the triggering member 400, and the sliding member 300 extends out of the housing 100 through the first sliding slot 110. When the sliding member 300 is pushed to slide in the first sliding chute 110, the sliding member 300 pushes the trigger 400 to move synchronously. When the trigger 400 moves to the first position, the switch assembly is triggered and the hair drying appliance is turned on; when the trigger 400 is moved to the second position, the switch assembly is closed and the hair drying appliance is turned off. Of course, the power on/off is just one of the listed functions, and other functions may be implemented by the trigger 400, for example, moving the trigger 400 to different positions to trigger different temperature gears or wind gears.
In this embodiment, since the sliding member 400 is connected to the inner casing 200 and located between the inner casing 200 and the outer casing 100, the sliding member 300 is detachably connected to the sliding member 400, and the sliding member 300 extends out of the outer casing 100 from the first sliding slot 110 on the outer casing 100. During assembly, the trip member 400 may be first installed on the inner case 200, and then the outer case 100 may be installed outside the inner case 200. After the housing 100 is installed, the sliding member 300 is extended from the first sliding groove 110 and connected to the triggering member 400. Since the slider 300 can be installed from the outside after the installation of the housing 100 is completed, the operation of the entire installation process is simple, and the overall structure of the switch assembly is also simple and the manufacturing cost is low.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the switch assembly further includes a bracket 500, the bracket 500 is located in a sandwich layer between the inner housing 200 and the outer housing 100, the bracket 500 is mounted on the inner housing 200, and is slidably connected to the inner housing 200 and the outer housing 100, and the bracket 500 can slide relative to the inner housing 200 and the outer housing 100. The sliding member 300 is detachably connected to the bracket 500, and the triggering member 400 is fixedly connected to the bracket 500. When the sliding member 300 slides in the first sliding slot 110, the bracket 500 will move synchronously, and then the triggering member 400 is driven to move to trigger the switch assembly. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the trigger 400 and the bracket 500 may be integrally formed as a single component.
In some embodiments, the fixing members 210 are provided on the outer surface of the inner case 200 to protrude radially toward the outer case 100, and the bracket 500 is slidably coupled to the fixing members 210. When the sliding member 300 slides in the first sliding groove 110, the bracket 500 slides relative to the fixing member 210. The switch assembly further includes a switch body 600, the switch body 600 is mounted on the fixed member 210, the triggering member 400 is slidably connected to the switch body 600, and when the sliding member 300 slides in the first sliding slot 110, the triggering member 400 slides relative to the switch body 600. The switch body 600 is further provided therein with components such as a circuit board, and when the trigger 400 slides to the first position and the second position, the corresponding position of the circuit board is triggered to switch the corresponding function.
In some embodiments, the switch body 600 and the fixing member 210 are installed in a clearance fit manner, and are easy to operate during installation. Specifically, the edge of the fixing member 210 defines a containing cavity 211, the switch body 600 is disposed in the containing cavity 211, and the side wall of the switch body 600 is in clearance fit with the cavity wall of the containing cavity 211. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the switch body 600 and the fixing member 210 may be fixedly installed by a threaded fastener. In other embodiments, the switch body 600 and the fixing member 210 may be fixedly mounted by a snap connection. Of course, other conventional fastening means are possible. Preferably, the switch body 600 is detachably connected to the fixing member 210, and when the switch body 600 malfunctions, it can be easily detached for maintenance or replacement.
In some embodiments, the switch main body 600 is provided with a second sliding slot 610 therein, the second sliding slot 610 has an opening, the trigger 400 includes a sliding plate 410, the sliding plate 410 is located in the second sliding slot 610, and the top of the trigger 400 is exposed from the opening of the second sliding slot 610 and is fixedly connected to the bracket 500. When the sliding member 300 slides in the first sliding slot 110, the sliding plate 410 will slide along the second sliding slot 610 and trigger the corresponding position of the circuit board, so as to switch the corresponding function.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, fig. 5 is an exploded view of a switch assembly of the hair dryer of fig. 1, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of a structure of a bracket of the switch assembly of the hair dryer of fig. 1. In some embodiments, the trip unit 400 and the bracket 500 are fixedly mounted by a snap connection, so that the trip unit is easy to mount and also easy to detach when a fault occurs. Specifically, the bracket 500 is provided with a third slot 540, and a portion of the top of the trigger 400 extending out of the switch body 600 is engaged in the third slot 540. Alternatively, a slot may be provided on the trigger 400, and a latch may be provided at a corresponding position on the bracket 500. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the trigger 400 and the bracket 500 may be fixedly mounted by a threaded fastener. Of course, other conventional fastening means are possible. After the bracket 500 is installed, the bracket is located radially outside the switch body 600, and the switch body 600 may be limited radially outward so as to prevent the switch body 600 from being displaced by scraping between components when the outer case 100 is installed on the inner case 200.
As previously described, the bracket 500 is slidably coupled to the mount 210. Specifically, in some embodiments, the fixing member 210 is provided with a third sliding groove 212, the bracket 500 is correspondingly provided with a sliding block 530, and the sliding block 530 is slidably connected to the third sliding groove 212. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the left and right sides along the sliding direction are respectively provided with a third sliding slot 212, the left and right sides of the bracket 500 are respectively provided with a sliding block 530, each sliding block 530 is clamped in one third sliding slot 212, and when the sliding block 300 slides, each sliding block 530 slides along the corresponding third sliding slot 212. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the handle 10 has an approximately cylindrical shape, and the aforementioned sliding direction can be considered to be an axial direction of the handle 10, i.e., a left-right direction in fig. 2. The third sliding groove 212 is used for limiting and guiding the sliding block 530, so that the stability during movement can be improved. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the sliding blocks 530 are hook-shaped, and two hook-shaped sliding blocks 530 are hooked into the corresponding third sliding grooves 212 from two sides in the sliding direction. Of course, in other embodiments, the sliding block 530 and the third sliding chute 212 may be interchanged, and the sliding block 530 may have other shapes.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 to 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a bracket and a slider of the switch assembly of the hair drying appliance of fig. 1. In some embodiments, the slider 300 is snap-fit to the bracket 500, and the assembly and disassembly of the two are very convenient. Specifically, one of the bracket 500 and the sliding member 300 is provided with a locking slot, and the other is provided with a locking hook at a corresponding position, wherein the locking hook is locked in the locking slot. The number of the clamping grooves and the clamping hooks can be set into one group or multiple groups, and the shape is not limited.
In one embodiment shown in the drawings, the bracket 500 is provided with a first locking groove 511 and a second locking groove 512, and the first locking groove 511 and the second locking groove 512 are respectively located at the front side and the rear side of the connecting member 560 in the sliding direction. The connecting member 560 is provided with a first abutting portion 521 extending toward the first card slot 511, and a second abutting portion 522 extending toward the second card slot 512. The sliding member 300 includes a first hook 311 and a second hook 312, and the first hook 311 and the second hook 312 are disposed at an interval along the sliding direction. When the sliding member 300 is installed, the first hook 311 extends into the first slot 511, the second hook 312 extends into the second slot 512, the first hook 311 presses the first abutting portion 521 toward the connecting member 560, and the second hook 312 presses the second abutting portion 522 toward the connecting member 560 until the hook structures at the ends of the first hook 311 and the second hook 312 hook the bracket 500. After the installation, the front and rear side walls of the first hook 311 respectively abut against the groove wall of the first slot 511 and the first abutting portion 521, and the front and rear side walls of the second hook 312 respectively abut against the groove wall of the second slot 512 and the second abutting portion 522, so that the sliding member 300 is fixedly installed. Furthermore, the bracket 500 is further provided with a limiting member 550, the limiting member 550 is shaped like a Chinese character 'kou' having an opening, and a limiting groove 551 is defined in the limiting member 550. After the sliding member 300 is installed, the second hook 312 will abut against the limiting groove 551, and the limiting groove 551 can prevent the sliding member 300 from rotating in the circumferential direction. The operation of detaching the slider 300 is also very simple, and only needs to press the first hooks 311 and the second hooks 312 toward the connecting member 560 and pull the slider 300 radially outward.
In the above embodiment, the first card slot 511 and the second card slot 512 are disposed along the sliding direction, and correspondingly, the first hook 311 and the second hook 312 are disposed at an interval along the sliding direction. In other embodiments, the first locking slot 511 and the second locking slot 512 may be disposed along other directions, as well as the first locking hook 311 and the second locking hook 312.
The first abutting portion 521 and the second abutting portion 522 may be plastic parts, and may deform to a certain extent when being laterally squeezed by the first hook 311 and the second hook 312. In other embodiments, the first abutting portion 521 and the second abutting portion 522 may be elastic members, so that the deformation difficulty is lower and the sliding member 300 is easier to mount.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the sliding member 300 is offset from the triggering member 400 in the sliding direction of the sliding member 300. If the slider 300 and the trip member 400 are disposed in a staggered manner, the connection structure between the trip member 400 and the bracket 500 and the connection structure between the slider 300 and the bracket 500 do not interfere with each other, and the thickness of the handle 10 in the radial direction does not need to be increased in order to avoid interference, so that the thickness of the handle can be reduced as much as possible.
In some embodiments, the shape of the inner sidewall of the housing 100 is the same as the shape of the outer sidewall of the bracket 500, and the two are clearance fit. In the view of fig. 2, the top surface of the bracket 500 is the same shape as the inner side wall of the housing 100. Thus, the gap between the two can be reduced, and foreign objects are not easy to enter the handle 10. Preferably, a sealing member is provided between the inner sidewall of the housing 100 and the outer sidewall of the bracket 500. For example, a ring of adhesive seal may be provided around the upper edge of the bracket 500 to enhance the sealing between the housing 100 and the bracket 500 and reduce the possibility of foreign objects entering the interior of the handle 10. Of course, it is ensured that the sealing ring is not affected by the sliding of the bracket 500.
In some embodiments, the bracket 500 shields the first sliding slot 110 when the sliding member 300 slides to any position. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, when the slider 300 slides to the leftmost end and the rightmost end, only the bracket 500 is exposed from the first sliding chute 110, and other internal components such as the switch main body 600 are shielded by the bracket 500 and cannot be exposed from the first sliding chute 110. In this way, the outside can be prevented from falling into the internal components such as the switch main body 600.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, fig. 8 is a schematic position diagram of the first chute, the sliding member and the bracket of the hair dryer of fig. 1. Specifically, the first sliding groove 110 is a kidney-shaped hole, and the sliding member 300 is a cylinder. In the position of fig. 8, when the center of the slider 300 coincides with the center of the first slide slot 110 in the sliding direction (i.e., the left-right direction of fig. 8), the distance c between the first end of the bracket 500 and the first end of the first slide slot 110 in the sliding direction is not smaller than the distance a1 between the second end of the slider 300 and the second end of the first slide slot 110, and the distance b between the second end of the bracket 500 and the second end of the first slide slot 110 in the sliding direction is not smaller than the distance a2 between the first end of the slider 300 and the first end of the first slide slot 110. The first end of the bracket 500 along the sliding direction is the left end, and the second end is the right end; the first end of the first sliding chute 110 is a left end, and the second end is a right end. Since the distance c between the left end of the bracket 500 and the left end of the first sliding chute 110 is not less than the distance a1 between the right end of the sliding member 300 and the right end of the first sliding chute 110, if the sliding member 300 slides rightward until abutting against the right end of the first sliding chute 110, and the sliding distance is a1, the left end of the bracket 500 is still located on the left side of the left end of the first sliding chute 110, that is, the left end edge of the bracket 500 is not exposed from the left end of the first sliding chute 110. Similarly, since the distance b between the right end of the bracket 500 and the right end of the first sliding chute 110 is not smaller than the distance a2 between the left end of the sliding member 300 and the left end of the first sliding chute 110, if the sliding member 300 slides leftwards until abutting against the left end of the first sliding chute 110 by a sliding distance a2, the right end of the bracket 500 is still located at the right side of the right end of the first sliding chute 110, that is, the right end edge of the bracket 500 is not exposed from the right end of the first sliding chute 110. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the slider 300 is symmetrical to the first slide groove 110 in the sliding direction, so that a1 is equal to a 2. The stent 500 may have a regular shape or an irregular shape, and when it has a regular symmetrical shape, b is equal to c.
In some embodiments, the aforementioned switch assembly is provided on the handle 10 of the hair drying appliance. The slider 300 can be pushed simultaneously when the handle 10 is held by hand, and the operation is very convenient. Of course, the hair dryer main body 20 may be provided.
