As shown in fig. 1 to 8, an indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a casing 100, an electric cabinet 120, and a magnetic component. Wherein the cabinet 100 includes a mounting plate; the mounting plate has a metal plate section; the electric cabinet 120 is arranged on one side of the mounting plate and corresponds to the metal plate section; the magnetic attraction component is arranged on the box body of the electric cabinet 120 opposite to the metal plate section and comprises a plurality of magnetic attraction parts 130; the electric cabinet 120 is magnetically attracted to the metal plate sections by a plurality of magnetic attraction portions 130.
In the indoor unit provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the mounting plate of the casing 100 has a metal plate section, and the box body of the electric cabinet 120 opposite to the metal plate is provided with a plurality of magnetic parts 130, and the magnetic parts 130 can be magnetically attracted to the metal plate section. Therefore, when the electric cabinet 120 is installed, an installer does not need to fussy fix the electric cabinet 120 on the casing 100 by using a bolt fastener, and only needs to magnetically attract the magnetic attraction part 130 on the electric cabinet 120 on the metal plate section of the installation plate of the casing 100, so that the electric cabinet 120 can be fixed on the casing 100. When the electric cabinet 120 is disassembled, the electric cabinet 120 can be disassembled from the casing 100 by using a pulling force greater than the magnetic force of the plurality of magnetic parts 130. Thus, the installation operation and the disassembly operation are very convenient.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the cabinet 100 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the left side plate of the cabinet 100 is the above-described mounting plate. The middle part of the mounting plate is a metal plate section, or the whole mounting plate is made of metal. The front side plate 110 of the casing 100 is provided with a main air outlet 112 and two main air inlets 111, and the two main air inlets 111 are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the main air outlet 112. A heat exchanger is disposed in the casing 100, and the heat exchanger is located at the main air outlet 112 and covers the main air outlet 112. Air enters the machine shell 100 from the two main air inlets 111 to exchange heat with the heat exchanger, and the air after heat exchange returns to the indoor from the main air outlet 112, so that the conventional refrigeration or heating of the indoor is realized.
Alternatively, the magnetic attraction portion 130 includes a placing case 131 and a magnetic block 132. Wherein, the placing box 131 is fixed at the outer side of the box body of the electric cabinet 120 and corresponds to the metal plate section; the size and shape of the magnetic block 132 are adapted to the inner space of the storage case 131; the magnetic block 132 is disposed in the placing box 131 and is used for magnetically attracting the metal plate segment. The size and shape of the magnetic block 132 are adapted to the inner space of the storage case 131, so that the magnetic block 132 is prevented from shaking in the storage case 131. For example, the placing case 131 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the magnetic block 132 is also configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape to fit the inner space of the placing case 131.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the placing case 131 includes a cover plate 133 and two opposite side plates. Wherein, two opposite side plates are respectively provided with bayonets 136; hooks 134 are respectively arranged at two sides of the cover plate 133; the hook 134 and the latch 136 can form a snap fit connection, so that the cover plate 133 can be clamped on the side plate. The cover plate 133 is clamped to the side plate, so that the magnetic block 132 can be conveniently placed in the placing box 131, or the magnetic block 132 can be conveniently taken out of the placing box 131.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the cover plate 133 is an elastic cover plate 133, and the middle of the plate surface of the cover plate 133 inside the placing box 131 is inwardly cambered to form a recess 135. The in-process of the bayonet socket 136 of corresponding curb plate is gone into to the pothook 134 card of apron 133 both sides, and the middle part of apron 133 receives the power of both sides can take place to deform, thereby apron 133 is applicable to the deformation environment for elastic cover plate 133. Moreover, the middle part of the cover plate 133 is inwardly concave 135 in a curved surface, which is beneficial to the deformation of the middle part of the cover plate 133 so as to conform to the stress of the cover plate 133, so that the cover plate 133 is clamped on the side plate.
Optionally, the placement box 131 includes two opposing side panels. Wherein, the edge of each side plate is bent perpendicularly towards the direction far away from the other side plate and extends to form an ear plate 137; the placing box 131 is fixed to the electric cabinet 120 through the ear plate 137. The ear plate 137 and the electric cabinet 120 are provided with corresponding bolt holes, and the ear plate 137 can be fixed on the electric cabinet 120 by using bolt fasteners matched with the bolt holes, so that the placing box 131 is fixed on the box body of the electric cabinet 120.
Optionally, the placing case 131 includes two opposing side panels. Wherein, the edge of each side plate is bent perpendicularly towards the direction close to the other side plate and extends to form a bottom plate for placing the box 131.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the placing case 131 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and includes first and second opposing side plates, and third and fourth opposing side plates. The first side plate and the second side plate are perpendicularly bent towards the direction far away from each other and extend to form ear plates 137, and the placing box 131 is fixed to the electric cabinet 120 through the two ear plates 137; the third side plate and the fourth side plate are bent perpendicularly toward each other and extend to form a bottom plate of the storage box 131.
Alternatively, in the case that the magnetic block 132 is magnetically attracted to the metal plate segment, the plate surface of the cover plate 133 located outside the placing box 131 abuts against the metal plate segment. This enables the placing box 131 to be more attached to the mounting plate, which is favorable for the stability of the electric cabinet 120 and the housing 100 after magnetic attraction.
Optionally, the indoor unit further comprises a support member. The bearing subassembly is used for bearing electric cabinet 120, under the effect of bearing subassembly, can avoid taking place because the indoor set rocks the phenomenon that the reason leads to electric cabinet 120 to drop such as.
Optionally, the retainer assembly includes two retainer brackets 140. The two support brackets 140 are connected to the mounting plate and located on two sides of the bottom plate of the electric cabinet 120, respectively, for supporting the bottom plate of the electric cabinet 120. As shown in fig. 6, a guard plate 141 is disposed on an upper portion of each of the support brackets 140, two of the support brackets 140 are supported at a rear portion of the bottom of the electric cabinet 120, two opposite side plates of the electric cabinet 120 are located between the guard plates 141 of the two support brackets 140, and the two side plates of the electric cabinet 120 respectively abut against the corresponding guard plates 141. Like this, bearing support 140 not only plays the bearing effect, can also play limiting displacement to electric cabinet 120 through backplate 141, is favorable to electric cabinet 120's stability.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the casing 100 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the left side plate of the casing 100 is the above-mentioned mounting plate for mounting the electric cabinet 120, and the right side plate is opened with a communication port for mounting the bypass casing 200. The bypass shell 200 is provided with a bypass air inlet and a bypass air outlet, and the bypass air outlet is butted with the communication port after the bypass shell 200 is installed on the right side plate. A bypass fan 210 is disposed in the bypass casing 200, and the bypass fan 210 is used for blowing air in the bypass casing 200 into the cabinet 100. The switch assembly 220 is disposed in the casing 100, and the switch assembly 220 is used for opening or blocking the air entering from the bypass casing 200 to the casing 100.
In this embodiment, when the user has a demand for rapid cooling or rapid heating, the on-off assembly 220 opens the air intake bypassing the housing 200 to the cabinet 100. Indoor air enters the bypass casing 200 from the bypass air inlet, and air in the bypass casing 200 enters the machine shell 100 through the bypass air outlet under the action of the bypass ventilator 210, so that the air inlet volume of the machine shell 100 is effectively increased, and the circulation rate of the indoor air is improved. When the user does not have the demand of quick refrigeration or quick heating, the on-off component 220 blocks the air inlet of the bypass casing 200 to the casing 100, so that the air in the casing 100 can be blocked to enter the bypass casing 200 from the communicating port, the reduction of the air in the casing 100 exchanging heat with the heat exchange component is avoided, and the conventional refrigeration or heating capacity of the indoor unit is ensured.
Optionally, the bypass air inlet of the bypass casing 200 is disposed on the front side plate of the bypass casing 200, or the bypass air inlet is disposed on the bottom plate of the bypass casing 200.
Alternatively, the periphery of the air outlet of the bypass fan 210 is provided with a connecting flange, the connecting flange can be fixed on the side plate of the bypass casing 200 provided with the bypass air outlet by using bolt fasteners, and the air outlet and the bypass air outlet are butted.
Alternatively, the casing 100 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the bypass casing 200 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. After the bypass casing 200 is connected to the casing 100, the shape formed by the bypass casing 200 and the casing is also a cuboid, so that the appearance of the indoor unit after the bypass casing 200 is newly added does not cause a sharp feeling to a user.
Optionally, the indoor unit further includes a main fan 113. The main fan 113 is disposed in the casing 100 and has an air inlet; the air suction opening is close to the communication opening. Thus, the air supplied from the bypass casing 200 to the cabinet 100 can be rapidly introduced into the main blower 113 from the air inlet, thereby facilitating the circulation of the air in the cabinet 100.
Alternatively, the bypass housing 200 may be detachably coupled to the right side plate of the cabinet 100. Thus, the bypass housing 200 serves as a separate installation module, and the user selectively installs the bypass housing 200 according to the layout of the finished space and the use requirement.
Exemplarily, two sliding blocks are disposed on a side plate of the bypass housing 200, where the side plate is provided with the bypass air outlet, and the two sliding rails are respectively located at two sides of the bypass air outlet. Two sliding rails are arranged on the side plate of the casing 100, which is provided with the communicating opening, and the two sliding rails respectively correspond to the two sliding blocks. During installation, the slide block slides into the corresponding slide rail from the lower part, the bypass air outlet and the communication port are butted, and then the slide block is fixed on the slide rail by using a bolt fastener, so that the bypass casing 200 is connected to the right side plate of the casing 100.
As still another example, a fixing flange is provided on the right side plate of the bypass casing 200, the fixing flange is fixed to the side plate of the casing 100 provided with the communication port using a bolt fastener, and the bypass air outlet and the communication port are butted.
In some embodiments, the on-off assembly 220 includes a roller shade and two roller tubes. Wherein, the two reels are respectively arranged at two sides of the communication port of the casing 100; two ends of the roller shutter are respectively wound on the two winding shafts; the curtain surface of the roller shutter is provided with an avoidance port; the roller shutter is wound between two winding shafts; when the rolling shutter is wound to the position where the avoidance opening corresponds to the communication opening, the rolling shutter is used for opening the air inlet of the bypass casing 200 to the casing 100, and when the rolling shutter is wound to the position where the avoidance opening and the communication opening are completely staggered, namely, the shutter surface of the rolling shutter completely shields the communication opening, the air inlet of the bypass casing 200 to the casing 100 is blocked.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the user does not have the demand of quick refrigeration or quick heating, roll up the curtain and roll up to the position that shelters from the intercommunication mouth completely, the curtain face of curtain this moment blocks the air inlet of bypass casing 200 to casing 100, can block like this that the air in casing 100 gets into bypass casing 200 from the intercommunication mouth, avoids reducing the air that carries out the heat transfer with heat exchange assemblies in casing 100, guarantees the conventional refrigeration or the heating ability of indoor set. Under the condition that a user has a requirement for quick cooling or quick heating, the roller shutter is wound to the position corresponding to the avoidance opening and the communication opening, at the moment, the roller shutter opens the air inlet of the bypass shell 200 to the cabinet 100, the air inlet amount of the cabinet 100 can be increased under the action of the bypass fan 210, and the circulation rate of the indoor air is increased.
Alternatively, the avoidance port on the curtain surface of the roll screen is greater than or equal to the communication port of the housing 100, and the curtain surface shifts between positions that completely block the communication port, partially block the communication port, and completely avoid the communication port as the roll screen is wound back and forth between the two winding shafts. When the roller shutter is completely retracted from the communication port, the bypass case 200 draws the largest amount of air into the cabinet 100. In the case of the position where the shutter completely blocks the communication port, the intake air amount to the cabinet 100 by the bypass casing 200 is zero.
Optionally, the on-off assembly 220 further includes two drive motors. The two driving motors are respectively connected to a reel through a transmission component so as to drive the corresponding reels to rotate. The user can adjust the position of the avoiding opening of the roller blind relative to the communication opening of the housing 100 by controlling the two driving motors.
Illustratively, the two winding shafts are respectively a first winding shaft and a second winding shaft, and the avoidance opening is completely wound on the second winding shaft when the roller shutter is in the initial position, namely the curtain surface of the roller shutter completely blocks the communication opening in the initial position. When the driving motor that first spool corresponds starts, the curtain face is rolled up to first spool, dodges the mouth and corresponds with the intercommunication mouth gradually, and the intercommunication mouth is dodged completely to the curtain face of rolling up the curtain when both completely correspond. Then, when the driving motor corresponding to the second reel is started, the second reel winds the curtain surface, the avoidance openings are gradually and completely wound on the second reel, the avoidance openings and the communication openings are staggered, and when the avoidance openings and the communication openings are completely staggered, the curtain surface of the roller curtain completely shields the communication openings. In this way, the position of the avoidance opening can be effectively adjusted by controlling the starting and stopping of the driving motor, for example, the roller shutter is adjusted to the position for shielding 1/2 of the communication opening, or the roller shutter is adjusted to the position for shielding 1/4 of the communication opening.
Optionally, the indoor unit further comprises a wind speed detector. The wind speed detector is used for detecting the air intake of the bypass casing 200 to the casing 100, and the wind speed detector and the two driving motors are electrically connected to the air conditioner controller, so that the position of the roller blind relative to the communication port can be regulated according to the air intake.
Illustratively, the amount of air supplied to the cabinet 100 by the bypass housing 200 is too large, and the air speed detector sends an air speed signal to the air-conditioning controller, so that the air-conditioning controller adjusts the roller shutter to a position blocking 1/4 of the communication port by the driving motor, and the air-conditioning controller controls the power of the bypass fan 210 to be reduced, thereby reducing the amount of air supplied to the cabinet 100 by the bypass housing 200.
In another example, if the amount of air supplied to the cabinet 100 by the bypass casing 200 is too small, the air speed detector sends an air speed signal to the air conditioning controller, the air conditioning controller adjusts the roller blind to completely avoid the position of the communication port by driving the motor, and the air conditioning controller controls the power of the bypass fan 210 to be increased, thereby increasing the amount of air supplied to the cabinet 100 by the bypass casing 200.
Optionally, the shade surface of the roller shade between the two roller shafts abuts against the inner wall of the cabinet 100. The curtain surface is abutted against the inner wall of the casing 100, so that the communication tightness between the casing 100 and the bypass casing 200 can be improved, and especially under the condition that the communication opening is completely shielded by the rolled and unwound rolling curtain, the air in the casing 100 can be prevented from entering the bypass casing 200 from the communication opening.
Optionally, the curtain face of the roller shutter is a rubber curtain face. With the rubber curtain surface, when the rubber curtain surface is attached to the inner wall of the casing 100, the sealing property of the communication between the casing 100 and the bypass casing 200 can be further improved.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides an air conditioner, which comprises the indoor unit described in any one of the embodiments.
