In order to ensure that the label is firmly adhered to the product, optionally, the labeling sucker 5141 is provided with a label pressing assembly, the label pressing assembly comprises a pressing roller 51411, a label pressing support 51412 and a label pressing driving member 51413, and the pressing roller 51411 is rotatably arranged on the label pressing support 51412; the driving member of the pressing roller 51411 is used for driving the pressing mark support 51412 to ascend and descend, exemplarily, the driving member of the pressing roller 51411 is an air cylinder, so that the pressing roller 51411 can abut against the label of the product, and then the labeling translation driving assembly 513 is controlled to drive the labeling installation seat 512 to translate, so that the pressing roller 51411 rolls on the surface of the label, and the label is ensured to be firmly adhered.
The following describes the feed mechanism 3.
Optionally, the feeding manipulator 31 includes a feeding detection component 311, a feeding mounting seat 312, a feeding driving component 313 and a plurality of feeding suction cups 314, where the feeding detection component 311 is configured to obtain a position of a product to be labeled on the feeding stage 35 and a position of a material placing tray 211 located at the feeding station 11, and the feeding detection component 311 is illustratively a visual sensor, and the visual sensor is mounted on the feeding mounting seat 312; the feeding driving component 313 can drive the feeding mounting seat 312 to move according to the result obtained by the feeding detection component 311; in this embodiment, the feeding driving component 313 adopts an XYZ axial linear module in the prior art, which is not described herein again; the plurality of feeding suckers 314 and the plurality of material placing positions 2111 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the plurality of feeding suckers 314 are all fixedly arranged on the feeding mounting seat 312 and are used for being connected with vacuum equipment. Each feeding sucker 314 can adsorb a product, so that the feeding manipulator 31 can carry a plurality of products at one time, and the feeding efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the feeding frame 32 includes a feeding table 321 and a plurality of feeding support assemblies 322, the feeding table 321 is provided with a feeding through hole 3211, the top surface of the feeding table 321 is provided with a plurality of feeding positioning pillars 3212, the plurality of feeding positioning pillars 3212 are respectively disposed around the feeding through hole 3211 to form a feeding storage space 3213 for accommodating the material carrying tray 8 between the plurality of feeding positioning pillars 3212, it should be noted that the size of the feeding storage space 3213 corresponds to the size of the material carrying tray 8, so that the plurality of feeding positioning pillars 3212 can not only position the material carrying tray 8, ensure that the material carrying trays 8 are stacked in the feeding storage space 3213 layer by layer, but also ensure that the material carrying tray 8 can be discharged along the feeding storage space 3213, thereby achieving automatic feeding; the plurality of feeding supporting components 322 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the feeding through hole 3211, each feeding supporting component 322 includes a feeding supporting member 3221 and a feeding supporting driving member 3222, the feeding supporting member 3221 is slidably disposed at the bottom of the feeding table 321, and the feeding supporting driving member 3222 is configured to drive the feeding supporting member 3221 to slide, for example, the feeding supporting driving member 3222 is an air cylinder, so that the feeding supporting member 3221 extends to support the material loading tray 8 in the feeding storage space 3213 or retracts the feeding supporting member 3221 to make the material loading tray 8 in the feeding storage space 3213 fall through the feeding through hole 3211. A certain number of material loading trays 8 containing products to be labeled can be stacked in the material loading and storing space 3213 in advance to realize automatic material loading and have a simple structure.
Further, the loading and transferring assembly 33 includes a loading support member 331 and a loading and transferring driving member 332, the loading support member 331 is disposed corresponding to the loading through hole 3211, the loading and transferring driving member 332 can drive the loading support member 331 to move up and down, and the loading and transferring driving member 332 is an air cylinder. The loading tray 8 falling from the loading through hole 3211 can be supported by the loading support 331, so that the loading tray 8 is prevented from directly falling to the loading conveying component 34 and being damaged.
Optionally, the feeding and conveying assembly 34 includes a feeding and conveying unit 341 and a feeding and jacking unit 342, the feeding and conveying unit 341 includes a feeding and conveying member 3411 and a feeding and conveying driving member 3412, the feeding and conveying member 3411 is slidably disposed on the base 1, the feeding and conveying member 3411 is provided with a feeding and conveying positioning member 34111 corresponding to the positioning structure 82 of the tray 8, the feeding and conveying positioning member 34111 can cooperate with the positioning structure 82 to prevent the tray 8 from translating relative to the feeding and conveying member 3411, the feeding and conveying driving member 3412 can drive the feeding and conveying member 3411 to reciprocate between the feeding frame 32 and the feeding stage 35, and illustratively, the feeding and conveying driving member 3412 is a ball screw mechanism to convey the tray 8 loaded with the product to be labeled on the feeding frame 32 to the feeding stage 35, so as to implement automatic feeding. The feeding jacking unit 342 includes a feeding jacking component 3421 and a feeding jacking driving component 3422, one end of the feeding jacking component 3421 passes through the feeding carrier 35 and can abut against the bottom of the material carrying tray 8, and the feeding jacking driving component 3422 can drive the feeding jacking component 3421 to move up and down, for example, the feeding jacking driving component 3422 is an air cylinder to jack up the material carrying tray 8 delivered to the feeding carrier 35, so that the material carrying tray 8 is separated from the feeding conveying component 3411, and the feeding conveying component 3411 is convenient to return to the feeding rack 32 again to convey the next material carrying tray 8.
Further, in order to match the feeding conveyor 3411 with the feeding support 331, the feeding conveyor 3411 includes two feeding conveying support parts 34112 disposed at intervals; the loading support member 331 is located between the two loading conveying support portions 34112, so that the loading support member 331 can be driven by the loading transfer driving member 332 to ascend to support the loading tray 8 falling from the loading through hole 3211, and driven by the loading transfer driving member 332 to descend to place the loading tray 8 on the loading conveying member 3411 without affecting the reciprocating movement of the loading conveying member 3411 between the loading frame 32 and the loading platform 35.
Optionally, the loading supporter 331 is provided with a loading supporting positioning member 3311 corresponding to the positioning structure 82 of the loading tray 8, and the loading supporting positioning member 3311 can cooperate with the positioning structure 82 to prevent the loading tray 8 from moving horizontally relative to the loading supporter 331, so as to prevent the loading tray 8 from moving or falling in the lifting process of the loading supporter 331.
In this embodiment, the positioning structure 82 of the material loading tray 8 is a positioning hole; the feeding conveying positioning part 34111 is a protrusion which is convexly arranged on the top surface of the feeding conveying part 3411, and the protrusion can be inserted into a positioning hole of the material loading disc 8 to position the material loading disc 8; the material loading and supporting positioning part 3311 is a protrusion protruding from the top surface of the material loading and supporting part 331, and the protrusion can also be inserted into the positioning hole of the material loading plate 8 to position the material loading plate 8.
Alternatively, the loading platform 35 is provided with loading avoiding grooves 351 corresponding to the two loading conveying supporting parts 34112, and the loading conveying supporting parts 34112 can enter the corresponding loading avoiding grooves 351 to convey the loading tray 8 onto the loading platform 35.
In this embodiment, a feeding limiting part 352 is disposed on the top surface of the feeding stage 35, and after the feeding jacking part 3421 jacks up the material carrying tray 8, the material carrying tray 8 can abut against the feeding limiting part 352 to limit the material carrying tray 8.
The blanking mechanism 7 will be described below.
Optionally, the discharging manipulator 71 includes a discharging detection component, a discharging mounting seat 711, a discharging driving component 712 and a plurality of discharging suckers 713, the discharging detection component is used for acquiring the position of the labeled product located at the discharging station 13 and the position of the charging tray 8 on the discharging carrier 75, and the discharging detection component is illustratively a visual sensor which is mounted on the discharging mounting seat 711; the blanking driving component 712 can drive the blanking mounting seat 711 to move according to the result obtained by the blanking detection component; in this embodiment, the blanking driving component 712 adopts an XYZ axial linear module in the prior art, which is not described herein again; the plurality of blanking suckers 713 and the plurality of material placing positions 2111 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the plurality of blanking suckers 713 are all fixedly arranged on the blanking mounting seat 711 and are used for being connected with vacuum equipment. Each blanking sucker 713 can adsorb a product, so that the blanking manipulator 71 can carry a plurality of products at one time, and the blanking efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the blanking conveying assembly 74 includes a blanking conveying unit 741 and a blanking jacking unit 742, the blanking conveying unit 741 includes a blanking conveying member 7411 and a blanking conveying driving member 7412, the blanking conveying member 7411 is slidably disposed on the base 1, the blanking conveying member 7411 is provided with a blanking conveying positioning member 74111 corresponding to the positioning structure 82 of the tray carrier 8, the blanking conveying positioning member 74111 can cooperate with the positioning structure 82 to prevent the tray carrier 8 from translating relative to the blanking conveying member 7411, the blanking conveying driving member 7412 can drive the blanking conveying member 7411 to reciprocate between the blanking frame 72 and the blanking carrier 75, exemplarily, the blanking conveying driving member 7412 is a ball screw mechanism to convey the tray carrier 8 on which the labeled product is mounted on the blanking carrier 75 to the blanking frame 72, so as to achieve automatic blanking. The blanking jacking unit 742 comprises a blanking jacking piece 7421 and a blanking jacking driving piece 7422, one end of the blanking jacking piece 7421 penetrates through the blanking carrying platform 75 and can be abutted to the bottom of the carrying tray 8, the blanking jacking driving piece 7422 can drive the blanking jacking piece 7421 to lift, illustratively, the blanking jacking driving piece 7422 is an air cylinder to jack up the carrying tray 8 on the blanking carrying platform 75, so that the blanking conveying piece 7411 can move to the position below the blanking carrying platform 75; then, the blanking jacking driving piece 7422 is controlled to drive the blanking jacking piece 7421 to descend, so that the blanking conveying positioning piece 74111 of the blanking conveying piece 7411 can be inserted into the positioning structure 82 of the material carrying tray 8, specifically, the blanking conveying piece 7411 comprises two blanking conveying supporting parts 74112 arranged at intervals; the blanking carrying platform 75 is provided with blanking avoiding grooves 751 which are correspondingly arranged with the two blanking conveying supporting parts 74112, and the blanking conveying supporting part 74112 can enter the corresponding blanking avoiding grooves 751, so that the blanking conveying part 7411 can conveniently drag the material carrying disc 8 away from the blanking carrying platform 75 and send the material carrying disc to the blanking frame 72.
In this embodiment, the top surface of the blanking carrying platform 75 is provided with a blanking limiting part 752, and after the blanking jacking piece 7421 jacks up the material carrying tray 8, the material carrying tray 8 can abut against the blanking limiting part 752 to limit the material carrying tray 8.
Further, the feeding carrier 35 is connected with the discharging carrier 75, so that the tray shifting mechanism 6 can push the empty tray 8 on the feeding carrier 35 to the discharging carrier 75, and the empty tray is used for storing labeled products, thereby realizing the recycling of the tray 8.
Further, the tray shifting mechanism 6 includes a tray pushing member 61 and a tray shifting driving member 62, the feeding stage 35 and the discharging stage 75 are both provided with a shifting avoiding groove 353 corresponding to the tray pushing member 61, and the tray pushing member 61 can move along the shifting avoiding groove 353 under the driving of the tray shifting driving member 62, so as to push the tray 8 from the feeding stage 35 to the discharging stage 75. Illustratively, the tray shift drive 62 is a ball screw mechanism.
Optionally, the blanking frame 72 includes a blanking table 721 and a plurality of blanking support assemblies, the blanking table 721 is provided with a blanking through hole 7211, the top surface of the blanking table 721 is provided with a plurality of blanking positioning columns 7212, the plurality of blanking positioning columns 7212 are respectively disposed around the blanking through hole 7211, so as to form a blanking storage space 7213 for accommodating the material carrying tray 8 between the plurality of blanking positioning columns 7212, it should be noted that the size of the blanking storage space 7213 corresponds to the size of the material carrying tray 8, so that the plurality of blanking positioning columns 7212 can not only play a role in positioning the material carrying tray 8, ensure that the material carrying trays 8 are stacked in the blanking storage space 7213 layer by layer, but also ensure that the material carrying tray 8 can move upwards along the blanking storage space 7213, thereby realizing automatic blanking; the plurality of blanking support assemblies are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the blanking through hole 7211, each blanking support assembly comprises a blanking support piece 7221 and a blanking support elastic piece, the blanking support pieces 7221 are slidably arranged at the bottom of the blanking platform 721, the blanking support elastic pieces are configured to enable the blanking support pieces 7221 to always have a movement trend extending out of the blanking through hole 7211 so as to support the material carrying disc 8 in the blanking storage space 7213, the bottom of each blanking support piece 7221 is provided with a guide inclined plane 72211 correspondingly arranged to the material carrying disc 8, the material carrying disc 8 can be abutted against the guide inclined plane 72211 so as to push the blanking support pieces 7221 to slide, and the blanking support pieces 7221 can extrude and retract the blanking support elastic pieces so that the material carrying disc 8 can enter the blanking storage space 7213 through the blanking through hole 7211.
In order to facilitate the feeding of the material loading tray 8 on the blanking conveying member 7411 into the blanking storage space 7213 through the blanking through hole 7211, optionally, the blanking transshipping assembly 73 includes a blanking bearing member 731 and a blanking transshipping driving member 732, the blanking bearing member 731 is disposed corresponding to the blanking through hole 7211, and the blanking bearing member 731 is located between two blanking conveying supporting portions 74112; the blanking transfer driving member 732 can drive the blanking support member 731 to move up and down, and illustratively, the blanking transfer driving member 732 is an air cylinder to lift the material carrying tray 8 on the blanking conveying member 7411, and make the material carrying tray 8 extrude the guiding inclined plane 72211 of the blanking support member 7221, so that the blanking support member 7221 retracts, and further make the material carrying tray 8 enter the blanking storage space 7213 through the blanking through hole 7211.
Optionally, the blanking supporting part 731 is provided with a blanking supporting positioning part 7311 corresponding to the positioning structure 82 of the material carrying tray 8, and the blanking supporting positioning part 7311 can cooperate with the positioning structure 82 to prevent the material carrying tray 8 from moving horizontally relative to the blanking supporting part 731, so as to prevent the material carrying tray 8 from shifting or falling in the lifting process of the blanking supporting part 731.
In this embodiment, the blanking conveying positioning element 74111 is a protrusion protruding from the top surface of the blanking conveying element 7411, and the protrusion can be inserted into the positioning hole of the material-carrying tray 8 to position the material-carrying tray 8; the blanking support positioning part 7311 is a protrusion protruding from the top surface of the blanking support part 731, and the protrusion can also be inserted into the positioning hole of the material carrying tray 8 to position the material carrying tray 8.
Exemplarily, the working process of the automatic labeling device of the present embodiment is as follows:
feeding: firstly, the feeding supporting driving member 3222 drives the feeding supporting member 3221 to retract, so that the material loading tray 8 located at the lowermost layer in the feeding storage space 3213 falls onto the feeding supporting member 331 from the feeding through hole 3211, and after the material loading tray 8 located at the lowermost layer passes through the feeding supporting member 3221, the feeding supporting driving member 3222 is controlled to drive the feeding supporting member 3221 to stretch out and reset, so as to support the remaining material loading trays 8 in the feeding storage space 3213. Then, the loading transfer driving element 332 is controlled to drive the loading support element 331 to descend, so as to place the material loading tray 8 on the loading conveyor 3411, and the loading conveying positioning element 34111 of the loading conveyor 3411 is inserted into the positioning structure 82 of the material loading tray 8, so as to position the material loading tray 8. The feeding conveying driving part 3412 is controlled to drive the feeding conveying part 3411 to convey the material loading disc 8 to the feeding carrying platform 35, the feeding conveying supporting part 34112 enters the corresponding feeding avoiding groove 351, and the feeding jacking driving part 3422 is controlled to drive the feeding jacking part 3421 to jack up the material loading disc 8, so that the material loading disc 8 is separated from the feeding conveying part 3411, the feeding conveying part 3411 is convenient to return to the feeding frame 32, and the next material loading disc 8 is ready to be conveyed. Finally, the feeding manipulator 31 transports the product to be labeled in the tray 8 on the feeding stage 35 to the tray 211 located at the feeding station 11, and the loading driving member 22 drives the loading table 21 to rotate, so that the tray 211 rotates from the feeding station 11 to the labeling station 12.
Labeling: firstly, the label peeling mechanism 4 peels the label from the release film, then the labeling manipulator 51 sucks the peeled label and sticks the label to a preset position on the product to be labeled in the material placing tray 211 of the labeling station 12, and after a plurality of products to be labeled in the material placing tray 211 are labeled, the material loading driving piece 22 drives the material loading table 21 to rotate again, so that the labeled product rotates to the blanking station 13.
The material carrying disc 8 shifts: after the product in the material carrying tray 8 on the material carrying stage 35 is emptied, the material loading lifting driving part 3422 drives the material loading lifting part 3421 to descend so that the material carrying tray 8 is placed on the top surface of the material loading stage 35, and then the material tray shifting driving part 62 drives the material tray pushing part 61 to push the material carrying tray 8 to move from the material loading stage 35 to the material unloading stage 75 so as to receive the labeled product.
Blanking: firstly, the unloading manipulator 71 transports the labeled product at the unloading station 13 to the material carrying tray 8 on the unloading carrier 75, after the material carrying tray 8 is full, the unloading jacking driving member 7422 is controlled to drive the unloading jacking member 7421 to descend so as to place the material carrying tray 8 on the unloading carrier 75, at this time, the unloading conveying member 7411 is positioned below the unloading carrier 75, and the unloading conveying supporting portion 74112 is positioned in the unloading avoiding groove 751, so that the unloading conveying positioning member 74111 of the unloading conveying member 7411 is inserted into the positioning structure 82 of the material carrying tray 8 to position the material carrying tray 8, and then the unloading conveying driving member 7412 is controlled to drive the unloading conveying member 7411 to move so as to convey the material carrying tray 8 to the unloading carrier 72. When the material loading tray 8 moves to the lower part of the blanking through hole 7211, the blanking transfer driving part 732 is controlled to drive the blanking bearing part 731 to ascend so as to lift the material loading tray 8 on the blanking conveying part 7411, and the material loading tray 8 extrudes the guide inclined plane 72211 of the blanking support part 7221 so as to retract the blanking support part 7221, so that the material loading tray 8 enters the blanking storage space 7213 through the blanking through hole 7211, and after the material loading tray 8 passes through the blanking support part 7221, the blanking support part 7221 can be immediately extended and reset under the elastic action of the blanking support elastic part, so that the material loading tray 8 in the blanking storage space 7213 can be supported. When a certain number of material loading discs 8 filled with labeled products are stacked in the blanking storage space 7213, the material loading discs 8 can be taken out in a centralized manner, and the labeled products are subjected to subsequent treatment.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, a sensor, such as a photoelectric switch, is used to determine whether the feeding conveyor 3411, the discharging conveyor 7411, the feeding support 331, the discharging support 731, the material carrying tray 8, etc. are moved in place, for example, a sensor, such as a photoelectric switch, is used to determine whether the material carrying tray 8 is moved below the discharging through hole 7211.

the label-loading mechanism comprises a loading mechanism (3), the loading mechanism (3) comprises a loading manipulator (31), a loading frame (32), a loading transfer component (33), a loading conveying component (34) and a loading carrier (35), the loading frame (32) is used for placing a loading tray (8), the loading tray (8) is used for placing a product to be labeled, the loading transfer component (33) can guide the loading tray (8) on the loading frame (32) to the loading conveying component (34), the loading conveying component (34) can convey the loading tray (8) to the loading carrier (35), and the loading manipulator (31) can convey the product to be labeled from the loading tray (8) on the loading carrier (35) to the material-placing tray (211) positioned at the loading station (11);

the labeling mechanism (5) comprises a labeling manipulator (51), and the labeling manipulator (51) can suck the label peeled from the release film and paste the label on a preset position on the product to be labeled in the material placing disc (211) of the labeling station (12);
the automatic labeling device comprises a material tray shifting mechanism (6) and a material discharging mechanism (7), wherein the material discharging mechanism (7) comprises a material discharging mechanical arm (71), a material discharging frame (72), a material discharging transshipment component (73), a material discharging conveying component (74) and a material discharging carrying platform (75), the material tray shifting mechanism (6) can push the material carrying tray (8) on the material charging carrying platform (35) to the material discharging carrying platform (75), the material discharging mechanical arm (71) can convey labeled products to the material carrying tray (8) on the material discharging carrying platform (75) from the material placing tray (211) on the material discharging station (13), the material discharging conveying component (74) can convey the material carrying tray (8) to the material discharging frame (72) from the material discharging carrying platform (75), and the material discharging transshipment component (73) can guide the material carrying tray (8) to the material discharging frame (72) from the material discharging conveying component (74).
2. The automatic labeling apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said placing tray (211) is provided with a plurality of placing positions (2111) for placing said products to be labeled; the labeling manipulator (51) comprises:
a labeling detection component (511), wherein the labeling detection component (511) is used for acquiring the position of the label and the position of the product to be labeled at the labeling station (12);
a labeling mounting seat (512) and a labeling translation driving component (513), wherein the labeling translation driving component (513) can drive the labeling mounting seat (512) to translate according to the result obtained by the labeling detection component (511);
the labeling units (514) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the labeling positions (2111), and the labeling units (514) are arranged on the labeling mounting seat (512); labeling unit (514) including labeling sucking disc (5141) and labeling lift driving piece (5142), labeling sucking disc (5141) are used for being connected with vacuum equipment, labeling lift driving piece (5142) can be according to labeling detection component (511) the result that obtains drive labeling sucking disc (5141) go up and down.
3. Automatic labeling apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that said labeling sucker (5141) is provided with a labeling assembly comprising:
the label pressing device comprises a pressing roller (51411) and a label pressing support (51412), wherein the pressing roller (51411) is rotatably arranged on the label pressing support (51412);
the pressing mark driving piece (51413) is used for driving the pressing mark support (51412) to lift.
4. The automatic labeling apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said depositing tray (211) is provided with a plurality of depositing locations (2111) for depositing said product to be labeled; the feeding manipulator (31) comprises:
the feeding detection component (311) is used for acquiring the position of the product to be labeled on the feeding carrying platform (35) and the position of the material placing plate (211) positioned at the feeding station (11);
the feeding device comprises a feeding mounting seat (312) and a feeding driving component (313), wherein the feeding driving component (313) can drive the feeding mounting seat (312) to move according to a result obtained by the feeding detection component (311);
the vacuum material loading device comprises a plurality of material loading suckers (314), wherein the material loading suckers (314) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode with the material placing positions (2111), and the material loading suckers (314) are fixedly arranged on the material loading mounting seat (312) and are used for being connected with vacuum equipment.
5. The automatic labeling apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that said placing tray (211) is provided with a plurality of placing positions (2111) for placing said products to be labeled; the blanking manipulator (71) comprises:
the blanking detection assembly is used for acquiring the position of the labeled product positioned at the blanking station (13) and the position of the material carrying disc (8) on the blanking carrying platform (75);
