The present disclosure provides an electronic device fixing assembly and an autonomous vehicle.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an electronic apparatus fixing assembly provided on a back frame of a vehicle seat, the electronic apparatus fixing assembly including:
the supporting part comprises a supporting plate and a supporting frame, the supporting plate is fixedly connected with the cross beam of the back framework, and the supporting frame is fixedly connected with the supporting plate;
the adjusting part is fixedly connected with the support frame and comprises at least one of a front-back translation mechanism, a lateral rotating mechanism and an up-down rotating mechanism;
and the placing frame is used for accommodating the electronic equipment and is fixedly connected with the adjusting part.
In accordance with the above aspect and any possible implementation manner, there is further provided an implementation manner, wherein the supporting plate is fixedly connected with the cross beam of the back framework by welding.
The above aspect and any possible implementation manner further provide an implementation manner, wherein the support frame is fixedly connected with the support plate through a screw connection manner.
In one embodiment, the adjusting portion is fixedly connected to the supporting frame by a screw connection.
The above-mentioned aspects and any possible implementation manner further provide an implementation manner, wherein the placement frame for accommodating the electronic device is fixedly connected with the adjusting portion by a screw connection manner.
In accordance with the above aspect and any possible implementation manner, there is further provided an implementation manner, wherein the supporting plate is provided with a positioning hole.
In the aspect and any possible implementation manner described above, an avoidance hole is formed in a skin of the vehicle seat to avoid the support frame.
The above aspects and any possible implementations further provide an implementation in which the electronic device fixing assembly further includes a decoration portion of the avoidance hole.
The above aspect and any possible implementation further provide an implementation, wherein the placement frame is of a retractable structure or a fixed-size structure.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an autonomous vehicle comprising a vehicle seat, and an electronic device securing assembly of the above aspect and any possible implementation provided to a back of the vehicle seat.
According to the technical scheme, the angle and the position of the electronic equipment in the frame are adjusted through the rotating part, the watching requirements of different passengers on the vehicle can be met, and therefore the practicability and the convenience of the electronic equipment used on the vehicle are improved.
In addition, adopt this technical scheme that provides, adjustment portion drives through fore-and-aft translation mechanism, side direction slewing mechanism and upper and lower slewing mechanism and places the electronic equipment in the frame and carry out the regulation of angle and position to each direction for electronic equipment on the vehicle can present different gestures, further satisfies different passengers' on the vehicle and watches the demand.

It should be noted that the electronic device involved in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a wireless handheld device, a Tablet Computer (Tablet Computer), a PAD, and other smart devices.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the electronic device fixing assembly provided in the present embodiment is provided on a back frame 10 of a vehicle seat, and may include a support portion 20, an adjustment portion 30, and a placement frame 40 that accommodates an electronic device. The supporting part 20 comprises a supporting plate 21 and a supporting frame 22, the supporting plate 21 is fixedly connected with the cross beam 11 of the back framework 10, and the supporting frame 22 is fixedly connected with the supporting plate 21; the adjusting part 30 is fixedly connected with the support frame 22 and comprises at least one of a front-back translation mechanism, a lateral rotating mechanism and an up-down rotating mechanism; and a placing frame 40 for accommodating the electronic device, which is fixedly connected with the adjusting part 30.
The electronic equipment fixing assembly can meet the watching requirements of different passengers on a vehicle by adjusting the angle and the position of the electronic equipment in the frame through the rotating part, so that the practicability and the convenience of the electronic equipment used on the vehicle are improved.
In this embodiment, the adjusting portion 30 may be implemented by one mechanism or several mechanisms.
For example, the adjusting portion 30 may adopt the front-rear translation mechanism, and may include one telescopic arm or a plurality of telescopic arms, and perform adjustment in the front-rear direction;
alternatively, for another example, the adjusting portion 30 may adopt the side rotating mechanism, and may include a rotating shaft to perform adjustment in the side direction;
alternatively, for another example, the adjusting portion 30 may adopt the vertical rotation mechanism, and may include a rotating shaft to perform vertical adjustment.
Alternatively, for another example, the adjusting portion 30 may be adjusted in the corresponding direction by using any two or three mechanisms in the above examples.

Compared with the production and processing of forging and casting, the sheet metal component has the advantages of light weight, metal material saving, simple processing technology, production cost reduction, production cost saving and the like.
The overall assembly process of the electronic device fixing component provided in this embodiment can be specifically expressed as follows.
The support plate 21 and the cross beam 11 of the back frame 10 are fixedly connected together by welding, for example, welding such as a double-welding method, as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the support frame 22 is fixedly locked to the support plate 21 by means of a screw, for example, a hexagonal flange bolt, and a nut welded to the back of the support plate 21. The adjusting portion 30 is fixedly locked to the supporting frame 22 by a screw connection, such as a cross-head bolt.
The placement frame 40 for accommodating the electronic device is fixedly locked to the adjustment portion 30 by a screw connection, for example, a cross-recessed pan head screw, as shown in fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 6, the skin of the vehicle seat may be provided with an avoiding hole 50 to avoid the supporting frame 22, for example, a through hole is provided at a position corresponding to the skin and the foaming position. The decoration part 60 of the avoidance hole 50 is finally assembled, as shown in fig. 8, so that the overall beauty of the product can be effectively improved.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the supporting plate 21 may further be provided with a positioning hole 210 for inserting a guide post disposed on the supporting frame therein, so as to implement positioning, and effectively improve the installation convenience of the electronic device fixing component.
Optionally, in a possible implementation manner of the embodiment, the placement frame 40 may be flexibly set according to a designer of the vehicle.
In a specific implementation process, the placement frame 40 may be a retractable structure, and may be suitable for electronic devices with various screen sizes, so as to effectively improve the adaptability of the electronic device fixing component.
In another specific implementation, the placement frame 40 may be a fixed-size structure, and is only suitable for electronic devices with a specified screen size.
Taking the telescopic arm and the rotating shaft as the adjusting part 30 as an example, when in use, a passenger on the vehicle can place the electronic device in the placing frame 40, and the operation support frame 22 moves along the telescopic arm and rotates around the rotating shaft at the same time, so that the position and the angle of the placing frame and the electronic device placed therein can be adjusted, and the electronic device is in a position and an angle at which the passenger can comfortably watch.
In this embodiment, the rotation part is used for adjusting the angle and the position of the electronic equipment in the frame, so that the watching requirements of different passengers on the vehicle can be met, and the practicability and the convenience of the electronic equipment used on the vehicle are improved.
In addition, adopt the technical scheme that this disclosure provided, simple structure just links firmly reliably, can effectively improve the durability of the fixed subassembly of electronic equipment.

The present disclosure may still further provide an autonomous vehicle comprising a vehicle seat, and an electronic device securing assembly as shown in any of fig. 1-8 disposed on a back of the vehicle seat. The rotation part of the electronic fixing component in the automatic driving vehicle is used for adjusting the angle and the position of the electronic equipment in the frame, so that the watching requirements of different passengers on the vehicle can be met, and the practicability and the convenience of the electronic equipment used on the vehicle are improved.
