Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an ultraviolet disinfection apparatus 100 for traditional Chinese medicine powder according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a support assembly 10 and a disinfection assembly 20, wherein the support assembly 10 includes a housing 11, a transparent drum 12, a rotating shaft 13 and a rotating power element 14, and the disinfection assembly 20 includes a PCB 21 and a plurality of UVC-LED lamps 22; the ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization apparatus 100 for traditional Chinese medicine powder of this embodiment realizes sterilization by placing traditional Chinese medicine powder on a transparent roller under irradiation of the UVC-LED lamp 22, and has broad-spectrum efficacy of disinfection and sterilization of most bacteria, viruses and microorganisms without changing material properties or drug-property components of the traditional Chinese medicine powder; the transparent roller 12 is driven to rotate by the rotating shaft 13, so that the traditional Chinese medicine powder is turned over in the transparent roller 12, and powder particles can not be caked, precipitated and accumulated, thereby achieving the effect of complete disinfection and sterilization.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the supporting assembly 10 includes a housing 11, a transparent roller 12, a rotating shaft 13 and a rotating power element 14, the transparent roller 12 is rotatably connected in the housing 11, the transparent roller 12 is used for loading the traditional Chinese medicine powder, the rotating shaft 13 penetrates through the transparent roller 12, the rotating shaft 13 is used for driving the transparent roller 12 to rotate at a constant speed, and the rotating power element 14 is used for driving the rotating shaft 13 to rotate at a constant speed; alternatively, the cross section of the housing 11 is polygonal, and the cross section of the transparent drum 12 is circular; further, the cross section of the housing 11 is a regular hexagon. The transparent roller 12 is made of one of optical quartz glass and PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) so as to facilitate the transmission of ultraviolet light; in other embodiments, the transparent roller 12 is made of other transparent materials, so long as the ultraviolet light can transmit light; optionally, a material port (not shown) is disposed at one end of the transparent roller 12, the material port is used for putting or pouring the traditional Chinese medicine powder, an anti-sticking powder layer is coated on the inner wall of the transparent roller 12, and further, the anti-sticking powder layer is made of a nano material; the rotary power element 14 is a stepper motor.
In one embodiment, the supporting assembly 10 further includes a surface cover 15 and a bottom cover 16, the surface cover 15 and the bottom cover 16 are respectively disposed at two ends of the housing 11; one end of the transparent drum 12 is disposed flush with the face cover 15. The supporting assembly 10 further comprises a sealing cover 17, the sealing cover 17 is disposed corresponding to the material opening, and the sealing cover 17 is used for covering the transparent roller 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sterilizing assembly 20 includes a PCB 21 and a plurality of UVC-LED lamps 22, the PCB 21 being mounted in the housing 11, each UVC-LED lamp 22 being electrically connected to the PCB 21. Optionally, there are a plurality of PCB boards 21, and each PCB board 21 is installed on the inner wall of the housing 11; further, the number of the PCB boards 21 is six so that the ultraviolet radiation of the UVC-LED light source is completely irradiated to the inside of the transparent drum 12. The ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization device 100 for the traditional Chinese medicine powder adopts the UVC-LED lamp 22, and the UVC-LED ultraviolet disinfection technology is realized by using a specially designed UVC waveband ultraviolet lamp with high efficiency, high strength and long service life based on the research foundation of modern epidemic prevention science, medicine and photodynamic. Ultraviolet rays damage and destroy nucleic acid through radiation to microorganisms (pathogens such as bacteria, viruses and spores), so that the microorganisms die to achieve the aims of disinfection and sterilization, and the inactivation effect depends on the ultraviolet radiation dose. When UVC ultraviolet rays irradiate microorganisms, energy is transmitted and accumulated, and the microorganisms are inactivated, so that the aim of disinfection is fulfilled. When the bacteria and virus absorb over 3600-65000 uW/cm2, it has powerful destructive power to DNA and RNA of bacteria and virus, and can make bacteria and virus lose viability and reproduction power to kill bacteria and virus, so as to attain the goal of disinfection and sterilization. On one hand, the ultraviolet ray can mutate nucleic acid, block the nucleic acid from replicating, block transcription and synthesize protein; on the other hand, the generation of free radicals can cause photoionization, resulting in the death of bacteria.
In one embodiment, the sterilization assembly 20 further includes a driving power supply 23, the driving power supply 23 is mounted on the bottom cover 16, and the driving power supply 23 is electrically connected to each PCB board 21; alternatively, the driving power supply 23 is plural.
In order to realize automatic control, the ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization apparatus 100 for traditional Chinese medicine powder further comprises a controller (not shown), the rotary power element 14 and the driving power source 23 are respectively in signal connection with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the operation of the rotary power element 14 and the driving power source 23. 9. The ultraviolet disinfection apparatus for traditional Chinese medicine powder of claim 1, wherein said disinfection assembly further comprises a driving power source, said driving power source electrically connected to each of said PCB boards.

The ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization apparatus for traditional Chinese medicine powder of claim 9, further comprising a controller, wherein the rotary power element and the driving power source are respectively in signal connection with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the operation of the rotary power element and the driving power source.
