Description

Hip joint revision prosthesis
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a medical false block, in particular to a hip joint revision prosthesis.
Background
Total hip joint replacement surgery is one of the most successful surgeries in the field of orthopedic treatment since the 20 th century. However, after the first total hip replacement operation, the operation needs to be rebuilt again or many times because of the failure of infection, osteolysis, loosening and the like.
The revision hip surgery is more complicated than the initial hip prosthesis replacement. Firstly, particles generated by long-term abrasion of the artificial hip joint can cause the dissolution of the bone around the artificial block, thereby forming the bone defect around the artificial block with a large range and a complex structure; secondly, for the hip joint prosthesis with failed bone cement type, the bone cement is difficult to take, and irregular bone defects are easy to form; thirdly, infection around the artificial hip joint often causes infectious bone resorption and bone defect with complex shapes.
The conventional revision of a hip joint prosthesis can be solved by standardized acetabulum prostheses, reinforcing rings, self-block or homogeneous heterogeneous bone transplantation, bone cement filling and the like, but the conventional revision of a hip joint prosthesis cannot be solved or has poor curative effect on revision of a hip joint with large-range complex bone defects. The reason is as follows: 1. the complex and huge bone defects are filled by simply adopting bone cement, the necrosis and absorption of peripheral bones can be caused by the heat production of the bone cement, and a bone-bone cement interface exists between the bone cement and the peripheral bones, so the long-term curative effect is not ideal; 2. the pressing bone grafting is also commonly applied to the structural filling of complex bone defects, but the bone grafting needs to be absorbed and reconstructed, so that the early mechanical strength is poor, and the displacement of a dummy block is generated due to the change of the mechanical strength in the process of absorption and reconstruction; 3. the mechanical strength of the structural bone graft is better than that of the granular bone graft in the early stage, but in the processes of gradual bone absorption and creeping substitution, the mechanical strength is gradually reduced, and the displacement, the looseness and the like of a dummy block can be caused; 4. the reinforcing ring can strengthen the firmness of hip joint particles, bone blocks or other structures, so that the fixing stability of the main acetabular cup block component is partially increased, but the biomechanical requirements of hip joint movement can not be completely met, and the reinforcing ring structure is also a standard part and cannot be completely matched with the hip joint of a patient.

The revision hip prosthesis of claim 1, further comprising an acetabular filler block and a plurality of second connectors, the acetabular filler block being no more than one-quarter spherical for supplementing bone defects forming the acetabular socket and its periphery; the acetabulum filling block is provided with a plurality of third through holes;
the acetabular filler block comprises a second mating surface;
in use, the second connector is adapted to extend through the first and third through-holes to connect the acetabular cup and the acetabular filler block such that the second mating surface matingly fits with the outer surface of the acetabular cup.
4. The revision hip prosthesis of claim 3, wherein the acetabular filler block further comprises a fixation surface, the fixation surface defining a first fixation hole, the first fixation hole securing the acetabular filler block to the hip joint via a first fixation member.
5. The hip revision prosthesis of claim 1, further comprising an iliac filling block and a plurality of third connectors, wherein the iliac filling block is provided with a fourth through hole;
the ilium filling block is used for supplementing an ilium defect and comprises a third matching surface;
in use, the third connector is used to penetrate the first through hole and the fourth through hole to connect the acetabular cup and the iliac filling block so that the third mating surface is matched with the outer surface of the acetabular cup in a matching manner.
6. The hip revision prosthesis of claim 5, wherein the iliac filling block tapers in cross-section in a direction away from the acetabular cup.
7. The hip revision prosthesis of claim 1, further comprising an ischial filling block and a plurality of fourth connecting pieces, wherein a fifth through hole is formed in the ischial filling block;
the ischial filling block is in a round table shape and is used for supplementing ischial defects, and the ischial filling block comprises a fourth matching surface;
in use, a fourth connector is used to penetrate the first through hole and the fifth through hole to connect the acetabular cup and the ischial filling block so that the fourth mating surface is matched with the outer surface of the acetabular cup in a matching manner;
and/or, the ischial bone filling block is provided with a sixth through hole;
the pubis filling block is in a round table shape and used for supplementing a pubis defect, and the pubis filling block comprises a fifth matching surface; the fifth matching surface is matched with the outer surface of the acetabular cup in a matching way;
in use, a fifth connector is used to extend through the first and sixth through holes to connect the acetabular cup with the pubic filler block such that the fifth mating surface mates snugly with the outer surface of the acetabular cup.
8. The hip revision prosthesis of claim 7, wherein the ischial filling blocks taper in cross-section in a direction away from the acetabular cup;
and/or the cross-section of the pubic filling block gradually decreases in a direction away from the acetabular cup.
9. The hip revision prosthesis of claim 1, 3, 5 or 7, wherein the first, second, third, fourth, fifth connectors are cancellous and/or locking nails.
