Preferably, the groove walls of the first notch and the second notch which are located on the same side of the two limiting grooves are, for example, both opened toward the back of the lamp, which is more convenient for an operator to align the limiting grooves 802, 803 on the end plate with the folded edge 1007 in the box body for sliding fit between the two. The notches of the second limiting groove 802 and the first limiting groove 803 are staggered and opposite, the notch of the second limiting groove 802 faces the top wall of the box body, the notch of the first limiting groove 803 faces the bottom wall of the box body, and after a sliding fit mechanical coupling structure is formed between the first folding edge and the second folding edge, relative movement between the end plate and the box body can be limited in the vertical direction (or in the vertical direction in the use state of the lamp), and the structural stability of the lamp box/lamp is enhanced.
In another embodiment of the present application, a fire emergency lighting fixture is provided, including the emergency lighting box 10X of any of the other embodiments.
Optionally, the lamp box/luminaire of some embodiments described above or below further includes a connecting portion 201, and a lamp base 202 formed on the connecting portion 201, and the plate body 10 or the box body 100 is provided with a mounting hole 1010; the connection portion extends from the end plate 200 to the mounting hole 1010, and the connection portion 201 is shaped such that the lamp base 202 is synchronously positioned at the mounting hole 1010 as the end plate 200 is plugged to the port, which means that, for example, the length of the connection portion 201 needs to be substantially the same as the distance from the mounting hole 1010 to the port/end plate 200.
Here, the lamp head holder 202, the connecting portion 201, and the end plate 200 are connected to form a combined body, and during the manufacturing process, there is no need to separately perform mold-opening processing/production, and during the assembling process, the assembling process and the operation complexity are simplified, and therefore, this structure solves the technical problems of assemblability and manufacturability at the same time.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the light box/light fixture described above or below, the connecting portion 201 is a connecting plate integrally connected between the light head base 202 and the upper end of the end plate 200, as shown in fig. 2.
The mounting hole 1010 is opened on the first bending section 1001, and penetrates/opens in the direction of the end plate 200 to form a strip notch, as shown in fig. 2. The edges of the strip-shaped gap form inward folds 1008; the two side edges of the connecting plate 201 extend towards the inside of the lamp box 10X to form a fixing position 203 matched with the folding edge 1008;
the web 201 is shaped to substantially complement and/or conform to the bar-shaped notch 1010 and to interfit and close the bar-shaped notch 1010 as the end plate 200 closes the port 888.
The mounting hole 1010 is opened to form an open notch, the mounting hole to be sealed is communicated with the port 888 into a whole and corresponds to the integrated end plate 200 and the integrated connecting plate in shape, and a plurality of functional units can be mounted only by one assembling process, so that the assembly is more convenient, and the assembly performance of the lamp and the lamp box is improved.
While in another alternative embodiment the mounting holes 1010 may be left separate and not open to the ports 888 to communicate with the port spaces, preferably a strip-shaped recessed area may be formed on the inside or outside of the top wall 1001 of the cabinet "between the ports and the mounting holes" which coincides with the position of the strip-shaped indentations in the above-described embodiment and may be used to accommodate the attachment plates so that the top wall of the light box remains flat or the attachment plates are not exposed to the outside.
In some embodiments, the emergency lighting fixture further comprises: the base 500 has a bottom forming a ball structure 501, as shown in fig. 7 and 8.
A ball socket (not marked in the figure) matched with the ball head structure 501 is arranged on the lamp holder base 202;
the ball head structure 501 is rotatably mounted in a ball socket, and a first wire passing channel (not shown) is formed at the bottom of the ball socket and is communicated with the inside of the circuit box/lamp box 10X; and, the outer side of the bottom of ball structure 501 is further provided with a stop member 502, and the stop member 502 extends into the first wire passing channel and abuts against the edge/inner wall of the first wire passing channel along with the rotation of ball structure 501.
Through the stop member 502 at the outer side of the bottom of the ball structure 501, when the rotation amplitude of the ball structure 501 in the ball socket reaches a certain threshold value, the stop member 502 abuts against the inner wall of the first wire passing channel to stop rotating, so that the ball structure 501 does not fall off from the lamp head seat 202 due to overlarge rotation amplitude in the rotation process of the ball structure 501 in the ball socket.
