The lamp strip 5 and other parts are arranged in the accommodating cavity. Through the access opening 11, the relevant components can enter and exit the accommodation chamber. The lampshade 1 is made of plastic materials. A light-transmitting region is formed on the lamp housing 1. In the process, the lampshade 1 is integrally formed by processing equipment.
A recess 12 is formed on the outer surface of the lamp housing 1. The recess 12 extends in a first direction. Both ends of the recess 12 are respectively communicated to both end surfaces of the lamp shade 1 in the first direction, so that both ends of the recess 12 form an opening.
The end caps are mounted at two ends of the lampshade 1 and comprise a cover plate 2, a first limiting part 21 formed on the back surface of the cover plate 2 and a second limiting part 22 formed on one side of the cover plate 2. In the present embodiment, the first position-limiting portion 21 and the second position-limiting portion 22 are installed on the back surface of the cover plate 2, and the second position-limiting portion 22 is located at one side of the first position-limiting portion 21 with a space therebetween. And an assembly state is formed between each group of end covers and the lampshade 1. In the assembled state, the first position-limiting portion 21 is inserted into the inlet/outlet 11 along the first direction, and the second position-limiting portion 22 is inserted into the recess 12 along the first direction. When the plug-in connection is performed, the second limiting portion 22 enters the recess 12 from the open end of the recess 12. Through the structural design, the end cover is assembled on the lampshade 1, and the end cover can only move in the first direction and cannot move in the positions in other directions.
As shown in fig. 9, the first stopper portion 21 has an annular structure. The annular structure has an annular outer peripheral surface. At least part of the annular outer peripheral surface is fitted with the inner peripheral surface of the inlet/outlet 11. In the assembled state, the annular outer peripheral surface is in clearance fit or transition fit connection with the inner peripheral surface of the access opening 11, so that the end cap can close the access opening 11. The second position-limiting portion 22 is a sheet-shaped structure, the recess 12 is a groove structure, and when one end of the second position-limiting portion 22 is inserted into the groove structure, two side edges of the second position-limiting portion 22 are in clearance fit or transition fit connection with side walls of the groove structure, so that the second position-limiting portion 22 is limited in the groove structure and can only move in the first direction.
