In addition, because the end plate/back wall and the lamp holder are assembled on the box walls which are not coplanar, the combination of the end plate + the lamp holder or the combination of the back wall + the lamp holder is bent or bent to a certain degree on the whole, which improves the mechanical coupling degree between the combination and the ports and the mounting holes on the box body.
In another embodiment of the application, an emergency lighting lamp is further provided, which comprises the emergency lighting lamp box of any other embodiment.
There is also provided in another embodiment of the present application a closure for an emergency lighting box, comprising:
a lamp holder base;
a blanking plate that blocks a port on the emergency lighting box body to at least partially close the emergency lighting box body;
the connecting part is integrally connected between the lamp holder and the plugging plate; and the lamp holder seat extends from the inner side of the blocking plate to be positioned at the mounting hole on the box body.
Optionally, in the emergency lighting light box of some embodiments above or below, the blanking panel is an end panel for a side port or a back port of the box body;
the connecting part is a connecting plate, extends out from the upper end of the inner side of the end plate approximately vertically and integrally, and forms the lamp holder seat on the connecting plate;
the connecting plate is in a strip shape, and the shape of the connecting plate is approximately complementary to and/or conforms to the mounting hole; the length of the connecting plate corresponds to the distance between the mounting hole and the end plate;
the edge of the connecting plate extends into the box body to form a shoulder part and extends outwards to two sides to form a shoulder part so as to clamp the folded edge; or,
the edge of the connecting plate extends towards the inside of the box body and at least partially extends towards two sides to form shoulders for clamping the mounting holes.
In some embodiments, the technical concept is to integrate a plurality of functionally independent/different components into a combination, which can be mounted on the box body at one time, so as to realize the integral assembly of many-to-many parts on the emergency lighting lamp box, save the mounting time, and improve the assemblability, where "many-to-many" refers to the integral mounting of a plurality of components, such as "plugging pieces and lamp holder bases", to a plurality of mounting positions, such as "ports and mounting holes" on the box body. Specifically, the end plate and the base plate are connected to form an integral/combined body by the connecting portion, and are configured in a structural/geometric dimension to define a spatial relationship of the end plate and the base plate, or a spatial position of the base plate with respect to the end plate according to a spatial relationship of the port and the mounting hole, so that the base plate can be mounted in the mounting hole in synchronization with the mounting of the end plate to the port. Avoid installing end plate and lamp holder seat respectively, moreover, because the end plate is bulky, the operation installation of being convenient for, consequently, also can allow the operator to use the installation end plate to give first place to, in the installation hole can be gone forward to the area with lamp holder seat coupling, from the whole of assembling process, this structure has reduced the subassembly quantity of lamp house, lamps and lanterns, and the structure is simpler, and spare part still less, and module integration degree is higher, consequently, has promoted efficiency, the assembling nature of assembly at to a great extent.
Moreover, with the structure that the lamp holder base is connected to the end plate/back wall through the connecting plate, in the assembling process of the lamp box and the lamp, after the lamp holder base is positioned in the mounting hole, the lamp holder base is basically not required to be relatively fixed with the mounting hole through chemical bonding and other modes, but the lamp holder base and the mounting hole can form a relatively fixed structure by virtue of the fixation between the end plate/back wall and the port of the box body, so that the structure between the lamp holder base and the mounting hole is simpler, and the structural strength is better.

Fig. 1-13 illustrate a side view, a perspective view, or an exploded perspective view, respectively, of a fire emergency lighting fixture and light box therein, in various orientations of the housing of the light box, according to some embodiments of the present invention. These embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to these drawings.
Lamp holder and end plate integration
As shown in fig. 8, fig. 11-fig. 13, the emergency lighting lamp box of the embodiments includes:
a base 202;
a case 100 having a port; the top of the box body 100 is provided with a mounting hole 1010 for mounting the lamp holder 202;
a closure member removably closing the port to at least partially close the tank;
the lamp holder is connected to the plugging piece and extends to the mounting hole.
Here, it should be noted that: the opening port on the box body can be used for arranging a circuit board and the like in the box body, the port can be positioned at the back of the box body, can also be positioned at one side or two sides of the box body, and even can be positioned at the front of the box body, and correspondingly, the blocking piece respectively replaces the back wall, the side wall or the front wall of the box body in other embodiments. While in some embodiments of the drawings, only the port 888 and the corresponding blocking end plate are shown on one or both sides of the box 100, other modifications will not be described again due to the similarity of the structure or principle. For the case, the structure will vary depending on the location of the port, e.g., if the port is located at the back of the case, the remainder can be defined as the case after removal of the closure/back wall. If the port is located on one or both sides of the tank, the remaining portion may be defined as the tank after the side wall/closure end plate is removed. In other words, the blocking member is a detachable member in many cases, and a portion of the lamp box main body remaining after the blocking member is removed may be referred to as a box body.
In addition, the lamp holder and the plugging piece can be integrally connected, or the lamp holder and the plugging piece are manufactured respectively and then connected into a combined body. After the lamp holder base and the plugging piece form a combined body, two positions on the box body can be plugged synchronously. For example, the two positions may be substantially perpendicular portions on the box body: side ports and top wall mounting holes. Through the scheme of this embodiment, can once only assemble the part on two mutually perpendicular walls of box, improve the assemblability to a great extent. Which in the prior art requires more than two assemblies to complete.
Optionally, the emergency lighting lamp box of some embodiments described above or below further includes a connecting portion integrally connected between the lamp base 202 and the blocking member and extending toward the mounting hole 1010 to position the lamp base 202 at the mounting hole 1010, the connecting portion being substantially perpendicular to the blocking member.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the emergency light box described above or below, the blocking member is a blocking end plate 200 (which may be simply referred to as an end plate) or a back wall of the box body (not shown).
The connecting portion is a connecting plate 201 extending from the end plate 200 or the back wall integrally away from the end plate/back wall, and on which a base 202 is formed. The lamp holder base can be located at the extending tail end of the connecting plate or in the middle of the connecting plate. The web 201 is substantially perpendicular to the end plate or the web is substantially perpendicular to the back wall. "substantially vertical" and "substantially vertical" in this and other embodiments refer to: the angle between the two is any value of [80 degrees, 100 degrees ], [85 degrees, 95 degrees ], [75 degrees, 105 degrees ], or 90 degrees.
A connection plate 201 configured to allow the lamp base 202 to be synchronously inserted into the mounting hole 1010 as the end plate 200 blocks the port 888, the length of the connection plate 201 corresponding to the distance between the mounting hole 1010 and the end plate 200.
Optionally, the mounting hole 1010 is opened in the top wall 1001 in a direction toward the port 888 to form a strip-shaped notch, in other words, the mounting hole 1010 extends in a direction toward the port 888 and is spatially communicated with the port 888, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, and the like.
The shape of the connecting plate 201 is approximately complementary and/or conforms to the strip-shaped gap, and the connecting plate closes/fills the strip-shaped gap of the mounting hole along with the end plate 200 blocking the port; the edge of the strip-shaped gap is inward folded 1008; the edge of the connecting plate 201 extends into the box body 100 to form the shoulder 203, and extends outwards from two sides to form the shoulder 203 to clamp the folded edge, and the shoulder structure aiming at the bending of the folded edge improves the mechanical coupling degree and the structural stability between the connecting plate and the strip-shaped notch. Furthermore, the three matching structures, i) "the edge of the connecting plate extending towards the inside of the box body" and "the edge of the strip-shaped gap or the folded edge extending inwards of the edge", ii) "the shoulder" and "the folded edge end of the strip-shaped gap", iii) "the first limiting part on the port" and "the second limiting part on the end plate" in other embodiments, respectively form the limiting/fixing of the "port and the mounting hole" and "the end plate, the connecting plate and the lamp holder" in three different dimensions (basically orthogonal) including the transverse dimension, the longitudinal dimension and the vertical dimension (not marked in the figure), so that the structural stability of the whole lamp/lamp box is enhanced. Or an extension plate 9971 which is vertically erected towards the inside of the port at the periphery of the end plate is matched, as shown in fig. 12, so that the structural stability between the port and the mounting hole and the end plate, the connecting plate and the lamp holder seat and the covering effect of the end plate on the port are further enhanced.
Moreover, due to the many-to-many mechanical coupling structure between the end plate and the port, the connecting plate and the strip notch, and the lamp holder and the mounting hole, compared with the case that the assembly is assembled to the box body only through a single component (such as the end plate) in the assembly of the end plate, the connecting plate and the lamp holder and other components, the embodiments of the application promote the overall mechanical coupling degree between a) the component assembly consisting of the end plate, the connecting plate and the lamp holder and b) the mounting position assembly consisting of the port, the strip notch and the mounting hole on the box body, and the stability of the assembly structure between the two components.
The mounting hole 1010 is opened to be an open gap, the mounting hole 1010 to be closed and the port 888 are communicated into a whole on the box body 100, and the shape of the mounting hole 1010 and the port 888 corresponds to the shape of the integrated end plate 200, the connecting plate 201 and the lamp holder seat 202, so that the assembly of the lamp box is more convenient. If the mounting holes 1010 are separate from and not integral with the ports, then in such a case, not shown in the drawings, a strip-shaped recessed area (not shown) may preferably be formed in the top wall 1001 of the housing 100 "between the ports 888 and the mounting holes 1010" to accommodate the attachment plate 201, thereby further facilitating the degree of fit with the housing structure during assembly of a) the lamp base and end plate assembly formed by the attachment plate to b) the housing.
With the help of the strip-shaped depressions or the strip-shaped notches in the above and the following embodiments, the box walls with complete appearance and structure can be formed, the box walls with the connecting plates are also enabled to have flat/flat structures, the flat/flat structures are consistent with other parts of the box body, and the mechanical coupling degree and the structural strength between the connecting plates and the box walls are improved to a certain extent. In addition, the hole-shaped structure for mounting the end plate, the lamp holder seat and other parts on the box body such as the port or the mounting hole belongs to a mounting structure matched with a convex and a concave, so that the mechanical coupling degree between the end plate and the lamp holder seat can be obtained, and after the lamp holder seat and the end plate are integrally connected into a combined body by the connecting plate, the structural strength between the combined body and the port and the mounting hole on the box body is further improved.
Optionally, the light box 100' further comprises: the first limiting part and the second limiting part are arranged on the port, extend from the inner side of the end plate 200 to the inside of the port 888 and are relatively fixed with the first limiting part through convex-concave matching, so that the end plate 200 is limited on the port 888.
The second limiting portion further includes a limiting plate 208, the protrusion of the limiting plate 208 forms a first position, the first limiting portion is a second position formed on the plate body at the port by the recess, and the second position is a through hole (not shown in the figure).
In an alternative embodiment, the limiting plate 208 is recessed to form a first position, the first position is a second position 400 formed on the plate body protruding from the port, and the first position is a through hole, as shown in fig. 5.
The second position 400 is located on the lower surface of the partition 1003 and/or the upper surface of the second stopping wall 1006, and the first position spatially corresponds to the second position 400, so as to be clamped and fixed with the second position 400. On the other hand, if the second locking portions are provided at two positions, i.e., the lower surface of the partition 1003 and the upper surface of the second stopper wall 1006, the endplate 200 can be fixed at two positions, i.e., the upper and lower positions, and the whole structure is more stable.
The end section 1007 of the second stopping wall 1006 is bent inward, the emergency lighting lamp box 10X/end plate 200 further includes a first limiting groove 802 extending from the inner side of the end plate 200 to the port 888, the notch faces the top wall, and the first limiting groove 802 is in sliding fit with the end section 1007 of the second stopping wall 1006.
A first notch is formed on the single-side groove wall at the inlet of the first limiting groove, and the first notch is inclined/smoothly transited to the groove.
The end section 1007 of the partition 1003 is bent inwards, and the emergency lighting lamp box further comprises a second limiting groove 803 extending inwards from the inner side of the end plate 200 to the port 888, wherein the groove faces the bottom wall and is in sliding fit with the end section 1007 of the partition 1003. The notches of the second limiting grooves 802 and the first limiting grooves 803 are staggered and opposite.
A second notch is formed on the single-side groove wall at the inlet of the second limiting groove, and the second notch is inclined/smoothly transited to the groove, as shown in fig. 10, the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove are in sliding fit with the notch shape at the inlet, so that the first end section 1007 and the second end section 1007 can be guided to be smoothly inserted into the groove from the side inlet of the groove. Since the end section 1007 is not only directly connected with the box body 100 integrally, but also is limited with the limiting grooves 802 and 803, the end plate 200 is connected with the whole box body 100 by the relative fixation between the limiting groove on the end plate and the end section 1007.
Further, the notches of the first limiting grooves 802 are staggered and opposite to the notches of the second limiting grooves 803. Thereby, only the freedom of the end plate 200 in the depth direction of the sliding fit with respect to the case 100 is retained, and the relative movement with respect to the case is difficult in any other direction, thereby facilitating the stable fixation of the entire end plate 200 in the port 888.
The partition 1003 is parallel to and opposed to a top wall 1001 and a bottom wall 1004, respectively, a back wall 1002 is substantially parallel to the front wall 1000, and the top wall 1001 is substantially perpendicular to the back wall 1002.
