In a specific application, the driving system includes a rotating electric machine 29, an output end of the rotating electric machine 29 is connected to a driving gear 30, a driven gear 31 is further fixed on the shaft 26 of one of the rotating assemblies 20, and the driven gear 31 is meshed with the driving gear 30. In order to ensure the stability of the wine retort 1 in the distillation process and the wine mash pouring process, the rotating motor 29 is a braking motor. The output end of the brake motor can be locked after the brake motor stops and cannot rotate at will, so that the brake motor can fix the rotating assembly 20 to prevent the wine retort 1 from rotating when the wine retort 1 is distilled, the vertical state of the wine retort 1 is kept to ensure the distillation effect, and meanwhile, the brake motor can also ensure that the wine retort 1 is stably overturned and can not rotate at a constant speed in the pouring process.

In a specific application, the outer cylinder 32 is a cylinder structure with an open upper portion, the lower end of the outer cylinder is provided with a cooling water adding pipeline 38 and a water discharging pipe 39, the top of the outer cylinder is provided with an overflow pipeline 40, further cooling water can be added at any time through the cooling water adding pipeline 38 to maintain the temperature of the cooling water, and redundant cooling water is discharged through the overflow pipeline 40.
